本发明涉及照光装置。
背景技术
在汽车的内部,为了提高按钮、微动拨盘(jog dial)等操作部件的可视确认性,有时使用由环状的光导件和LED(light emitting diode)等发光元件形成的照光装置。这样的照光装置最好照光区域均匀,以均等的亮度发光,因此有在光导件的光的出射面设置突起等的构造。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
然而,在汽车的内部,设置有用于操作汽车的内部的动力式可调座椅的操作开关。为了让这样的操作开关在夜间也便于操作,有时在周围设置形状仿照动力式可调座椅的侧面形状的发光的照光装置。
动力式可调座椅的侧面形状不是单纯的直线或圆,而是直线与曲率各异的多条曲线所组成的复杂形状。因此,有时在曲率大的部分(曲率半径小的部分)与曲率小的部分(曲率半径大的部分)及直线部分亮度不同。由此,由于在照光装置中若亮度发生不均匀会使品质变低,有时会失去高级感。特别是,汽车中的高级车最好没有这样的亮度的不均匀。
因此,要求即使照光区域的形状是复杂的形状,照光区域也以均等的亮度发光的照光装置。
解决课题采用的手段
根据本实施方式的一个观点,特征在于,具备传播入射的光的光导件以及设置有照光区域的照光面板,所述照光面板的表面部上,除了所述照光区域以外的部分被遮光,所述光导件被所述照光面板覆盖,从所述光导件出射的光,透射所述照光面板的所述照光区域进行照光,包围所述光导件的所述照光面板的面为白色。
发明效果
根据公开的照光装置,即使照光区域的形状为复杂的形状,也能使照光区域以均等的亮度发光。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的具体实施方式进行说明。其中,关于相同的部件使用相同的附图标记并省略说明。
(动力式可调座椅开关)
首先,对本实施方式涉及的照光装置被使用的动力式可调座椅开关进行说明。图1为该动力式可调座椅开关的立体图,图2为主视图。这样的动力式可调座椅开关被设置在汽车的门的内侧等位置。具体而言,在门的内侧,安装有照光面板20,照光面板20上设置有用于操作动力式可调座椅开关的手钮(knob)31、32。对本实施方式的说明中,将相当于门的内侧的部分作为壳体部10进行说明。该壳体部10的内部设置有用于操作动力式可调座椅的运动的开关主体以及使该开关主体动作的机构部等。
照光面板20形成为箱形,照光面板20上设置有光漏出的照光区域21,除照光区域外,外侧全部形成为黑色。照光区域21的形状形成为仿照动力式可调座椅的侧面形状的形状,成为环状。用于操作动力式可调座椅开关的手钮31、32由人直接接触进行操作,安装于照光面板20的外侧。手钮31是用于操作与动力式可调座椅的上半身相对应的部分的操作部,手钮32是用于操作与动力式可调座椅的下半身相对应的部分的操作部。为了能够直觉地识别相对应的动力式可调座椅的部分,手钮31、32被设置于与比照光区域21更内侧的区域相对应的位置。
如图3及图4所示,照光面板20的内侧设置有与照光面板20的照光区域21的形状相对应的光导件40。图3为从动力式可调座椅开关中取下照光面板20及手钮31、32的状态下的立体图,图4为主视图。该动力式可调座椅开关,如后述设置有LED等发光元件,发光元件发光的光入射至光导件40。光导件40的表面设置有多个突起部等,在该部分光被散射并出射。该光从照光面板20的内侧,透射照光面板20的照光区域21向外侧漏出。由此,照光面板20中的形状为仿照动力式可调座椅的侧面形状的照光区域21发光,因此即使在夜间也能够识别用于操作动力式可调座椅的手钮31、32的位置。
(光导件)
接着,基于图5至图7,对本实施方式涉及的照光装置的光导件40进行说明。其中,图5为光导件40的背面侧的立体图,图6为后视图,图7为主视图。光导件40由透射光的透明的树脂材料,例如透明的聚碳酸酯等形成。由于光导件40用于使照光面板20的照光区域21发光,形成为与照光面板20的照光区域21的形状相对应的形状,即,与仿照动力式可调座椅的侧面形状的形状相对应的形状。因此,光导件40具有直线区域40a、40b、40c、40d,曲率小的曲线区域40e、40f,曲率大的曲线区域40g、40h等。
作为光导件40的正面侧的放射面41,即,与照光面板20的内侧相对的面上设置有多个突起部42,形成为能使光放射。另外,在作为该光导件40的两端的曲率大的曲线区域40g、40h的近旁设置有支持部43a、43b,该支持部43a、43b的内侧设置有连接区域44a、44b。
具体而言,在光导件40的曲率大的曲线区域40g的内侧设置有比曲率大的曲线区域40g的曲率小的连接区域44a。曲率大的曲线区域40g与连接区域44a通过光导件40的连接部45a、45b连接,支持部43a设置在曲率大的曲线区域40g与连接区域44a之间。同样的,在光导件40的曲率大的曲线区域40h的内侧,设置有比曲率大的曲线区域40h的曲率小的连接区域44b。曲率大的曲线区域40h与连接区域44b通过光导件40的连接部45c、45d连接,支持部43b设置于曲率大的曲线区域40h与连接区域44b之间。
如图8所示,本实施方式涉及的照光装置设置有LED等发光元件51、52,发光元件51与光导件40之间设置有光导件61,发光元件52与光导件40之间设置有光导件62。发光元件51、52为白色的LED出射白色光。
从发光元件51出射的光,由光导件61的一方的顶端61a入射,在光导件61的内部传播后,在光导件61的另一方的顶端的反射面61b被反射,入射至光导件40的入射部40m、40n,在光导件40内传播。同样,从发光元件62出射的光,由光导件62的一方的顶端入射,在光导件62的内部传播后,在光导件62的另一方的顶端的反射面被反射,入射至光导件40,在光导件40中传播。因此,两个发光元件51、52所发光的光入射至光导件40内,在光导件40内传播。
形成光导件40的聚碳酸酯的折射率约为1.59,空气的折射率约为1。因此,若光入射至光导件40内,在光导件40的侧面等的光导件40与空气的界面上光被全反射,由此,光在光导件40的内部传播。这样的光导件40中,光被出射的放射面41上设置有多个突起部42,该突起部42上光被散射等,光从光导件40的放射面41向光导件40外被出射。
本实施方式中,为了使光导件40的放射面41上光被均等的放射,如图7所示,突起部42的间隔在发光元件51、52的附近变得比较宽,随着远离发光元件51、52而变窄。另外,突起部42的间隔在直线区域40a、40b、40c、40d以及曲率小的曲线区域40e、40f变得比较宽,在曲率大的曲线区域40g、40h变得比较窄。
如图9及图10所示,突起部42从侧面看的形状不是矩形,而是可以考虑为由鱼糕状(将沿轴线切开的一半圆柱倒放后的形状)的凸形状而形成的方法。图9为光导件40的突起部42形成的部分的侧视图,图10为立体图。突起部42具有前端设置为曲面状的前端42a,以及从前端42a的端部开始连续地设置为平面状的平面部,形成为鱼糕状的凸形状。因此,如图10所示,进入突起部42的光,也从突起部42的前端42a的曲面部分出来,因此从前端42a的曲面部分出来的光的角度分散。由此,因为从放射面41被射出的光的比例增大,能够抑制例如从被与光导件40的放射面41垂直设置的面沿着放射面41的方向大量的光出来而产生光强度不均匀的情况。另外,突起部42的前端42a由曲面部分形成,因此不尖锐,破损的危险也少。另外,突起部42的表面可以形成为光滑的,也可以使突起部42的表面形成为粗面,从而能够使光更加分散。这样的突起部42能够通过生产形成光导件40时使用的模具时不实施精加工等方式,使表面成为粗面。其中,光导件40也能够由光的通过率高的聚碳酸酯及丙烯树脂等形成。
然而,如图5至图7所示,光导件40虽然具有曲率大的曲线区域40g、40h,但这些区域的曲率半径小。因此,曲率大的曲线区域40g、49h由于曲率半径小,相对于光导件40的侧面,以比临界角更小的角度入射的光的比例变高。由此,相对于光导件40的侧面,以比临界角更小的角度入射的光漏出至光导件40外。例如,聚碳酸酯时,由于折射率为1.59,相对于光导件40的侧面以入射角为约39°以下入射的光漏出至光导件40外。这样的向光导件40的侧面方向漏出的光,没有朝向照光区域21。由此,在光导件40的曲率大的曲线区域40g、40h,光的漏出变大,曲率大的曲线区域40g、40h及比该区域更前端的区域传播的光的光量减少。因此,照光面板20的照光区域21中产生变暗的区域,照光区域21的亮度产生不均匀

接着,对本实施方式涉及的照光装置的照光面板20,基于图11至图13进行说明。其中,图11为照光面板20的背面侧的立体图,图12为主视图,图13为后视图。
照光面板20的表面部22设置有照光区域21,照光面板20的背面侧设置有从照光面板20的表面部22的周围朝向背面侧突出的外壁部23,以及在外壁部23的内侧朝向背面侧突出的内壁部24。照光面板20中,照光区域21形成于外壁部23与内壁部24之间的位置,照光面板20的背面侧上由外壁部23与内壁部24形成槽部25。其中,照光面板20的表面部22上,设置有用于使手钮31及32与内部的开关等连接的贯通孔26a、26b、26c、26d。
照光面板20由白色树脂,具体为白色聚碳酸酯等形成。照光面板20的外壁部23及表面部22的外侧上,除照光区域21以外的区域,全部被涂装成黑色,以使光不通过的方式被遮光。这样的黑色的涂装使用二液型丙烯酸酯涂料。因此,仅在照光面板20的照光区域21,由照光面板20的内侧向外侧透射一部分光,因此,照光区域21发光。本实施方式中,形成为照光面板20的照光区域21的光的透射率约为35%。
本实施方式涉及的照光装置,如图14至图16所示,光导件40装入照光面板20的外壁部23与内壁部24之间的槽部25中。因此,在光导件40装入槽部25的状态时,外壁部23的内侧的面23a与光导件40相对,内壁部24的外侧的面24a与光导件40相对。其中,图14为照光面板20的槽部25装入光导件40的状态时的立体图,图15为后视图,图16为放大的剖面图。
本实施方式涉及的照光装置的照光面板20的背面侧上,形成槽部25的照光面板20的外壁部23的内侧的面23a及内壁部24的外侧的面24a没有涂装成黑色而是保持白色。即,槽部25的包围光导件40的面为白色。因此,在照光面板20的外壁部23的内侧的面23a及内壁部24的外侧的面24a上,光被反射。
如上所述,本实施方式中,光导件40的曲率大的曲线区域40g、40h上,光容易向光导件40的外侧漏出,但漏出的光在白色的外壁部23的内侧的面23a及内壁部24的外侧的面24a上被反射,再次回到光导件40内,入射至照光面板20的照光区域21,能够防止照光区域21变暗。
具体而言,如图16所示,在管导管40的曲率大的曲线区域40,光即使由光导件40如虚线箭头A所示漏出,在白色的外壁部23的内侧的面23a上被反射,并朝向虚线箭头B所示的方向。由此,朝向虚线箭头B所示的方向的光,再次回到光导件40内,入射至照光面板20的照光区域21,因此能够防止照光区域21变暗。
另外,若基于图17进行说明,光即使由光导件40如虚线箭头C所示的方向漏出,该光在外壁部23的内侧的面23a上被反射朝向虚线箭头D所示的方向,再次回到光导件40内,入射至照光面板20的照光区域21,因此能够防止照光区域21变暗。另外,即使光由光导件40如虚线箭头E所示的方向漏出,该光在内壁部24的外侧的面24a上发生反射朝向虚线箭头F所示的方向,再次回到光导件40内,入射至照光面板20的照光区域21,因此能够防止照光区域21变暗。
然而,在光导件40的曲率大的曲线区域40g、40h,光由光导件40向外漏出,光导件40的内部传播的光的光量变低,对于这一问题的对策可以考虑增加发光元件的数量以补充漏出至光导件40外的量的光的方法。但是,使用这种方法时,由于发光元件的数量增加,会导致成本提高。本实施方式中的照光装置能够在不引起成本提高的前提下防止在照光面板20的照光区域21产生的亮度的不均匀。
以上对本实施方式进行了详细叙述,但并不限定于特定的实施方式,在权利要求所记载的范围内的,各种变形及变更都具有可能。

Claims (4)
1.一种照光装置,其特征在于,具备:
光导件,传播入射的光;以及
照光面板,设置有照光区域,
在所述照光面板的表面部,除所述照光区域以外的部分被遮光,
所述光导件被所述照光面板覆盖,
从所述光导件出射的光透射所述照光面板的所述照光区域而进行照光,
包围所述光导件的所述照光面板的面为白色。
2.根据权利要求1所述的照光装置,其特征在于,
在所述照光面板上具有外壁部和内壁部,
该外壁部设置在形成有所述照光区域的所述表面部的周围,
该内壁部设置在所述外壁部的内侧,
所述照光区域形成于所述外壁部与所述内壁部之间的区域,
所述光导件装入所述外壁部与所述内壁部之间的槽部,
所述外壁部的与所述光导件相对的面以及所述内壁部的与所述光导件相对的面为包围所述光导件的所述照光面板的面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的照光装置,其特征在于,
所述光导件及所述照光区域为环状,
并具备曲率不同的部分。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的照光装置,其特征在于,
在所述照光面板的外侧且与所述照光区域的内侧的区域相对应的位置,设置有用于操作的手钮。
