Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of O L ED, and discloses a bending gasket assembly, a flexible O L ED module and O L ED equipment, wherein the bending gasket assembly comprises a flat liquid cooling pipe, two arc liquid cooling pipes and a bending gasket device, wherein the flat liquid cooling pipe is arranged corresponding to a screen bending supporting area of a product, the two arc liquid cooling pipes are connected with the flat liquid cooling pipe, are respectively positioned at two sides of the flat liquid cooling pipe and are bonded with the side edge of a cover plate of the product, and the extending direction of the flat liquid cooling pipes is vertical to the extending direction of the flat liquid cooling pipes.

The invention relates to the technical field of O L ED, in particular to a bending gasket assembly, a flexible O L ED module and O L ED equipment.
Background
With the progress of science and technology, the O L ED display screen is applied more and more in life, and the bendable flexible O L ED screen is also popularized gradually.
Among the flexible O L ED module among the prior art, the gasket that is located the driver chip below is mostly foam and dacron material, and the setting of this kind of gasket leads to a large amount of heats of driver chip gathering to cause the damage because of the heat dissipation is not good very easily to influence the performance of product.

a bent gasket assembly comprising: the flat liquid cooling pipe is arranged corresponding to the screen bending support area of the product; the two arc-shaped liquid cooling pipes are connected with the flat liquid cooling pipe, are respectively positioned on two sides of the flat liquid cooling pipe and are bonded with the side edge of the cover plate of the product, and the extending direction of the flat liquid cooling pipe is perpendicular to the extending direction of the flat liquid cooling pipe.
According to the bent gasket component, as the cooling liquid circulates in the flat liquid cooling pipe and the two arc-shaped liquid cooling pipes, the heat dissipation performance of the bent gasket component can be enhanced, so that the damage caused by the fact that a large amount of heat is gathered by the driving chip of a product is greatly reduced, the driving chip of the product is effectively protected, and the performance of the product is improved.
Preferably, the bending gasket assembly further comprises a protective bracket for isolating the cover glass of the product from the driving chip; the protection support is located on one side, close to the driving chip of the product, of the flat liquid cooling pipe and detachably connected with the flat liquid cooling pipe.
Preferably, the protective bracket is clamped to the flat liquid-cooled tube.
Preferably, the flat liquid-cooled tube is provided with a clamping groove; the protective bracket is provided with a clamping part matched with the clamping groove, and one side of the protective bracket, which deviates from the clamping part, is used for contacting a cover glass of a product.
Preferably, the flat liquid cooling pipe and the arc liquid cooling pipe are both made of metal.
Preferably, the flat liquid cooling pipe and the arc liquid cooling pipe are both made of copper.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a bending gasket assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the bending gasket assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: the flat liquid cooling pipe 1 is arranged corresponding to the screen bending support area of the product; two arc liquid cooling pipes 2 which are connected with the flat liquid cooling pipe 1, are respectively positioned on two sides of the flat liquid cooling pipe 1 and are bonded with the side edge of the cover plate of the product, and the extending direction of the flat liquid cooling pipe 1 is vertical to the extending direction of the flat liquid cooling pipe 1.
According to the bent gasket component provided by the embodiment of the invention, as the cooling liquid circulates in the flat liquid-cooling pipe 1 and the two arc-shaped liquid-cooling pipes 2, the heat dissipation performance of the bent gasket component can be enhanced, so that the damage caused by the accumulation of a large amount of heat on the driving chip of a product is greatly reduced, the driving chip of the product is effectively protected, and the performance of the product is improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of heat dissipation of a flat liquid-cooled tube and an arc-shaped liquid-cooled tube according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, heat of the flat liquid-cooled tube 1 and the arc-shaped liquid-cooled tube 2 can be uniformly dissipated.
In addition, the arc-shaped liquid cooling pipe 2 is required to be ensured to be bent into an arc shape with a specified angle along with the screen of the product, so that a user can conveniently bend the screen to a required angle in the process of using the product.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the bending shim assembly further includes a protective holder 3 for isolating the cover glass of the product and the driving chip; the protective bracket 3 is positioned on one side of the flat liquid-cooling tube 1 close to the driving chip of the product and is detachably connected with the flat liquid-cooling tube 1.
In the embodiment, the protective bracket 3 can prevent the phenomena of friction or extrusion and the like between the driving chip of the product and the cover glass in the transportation process, and effectively protects the driving chip of the product; the purpose of the detachable connection is to enable the protective bracket 3 to be easily detached after transportation and then to be finally assembled into a module.
Preferably, the protection bracket 3 is snapped with the flat liquid-cooled tube 1.
Fig. 3 is a schematic connection diagram of a flat liquid-cooled tube and a protective bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, a clamping groove 4 is formed in the flat liquid-cooled tube 1; the protective bracket 3 is provided with a clamping part 5 matched with the clamping groove 4, and one side of the protective bracket 3, which deviates from the clamping part 5, is used for the cover glass contact of a product.
In the embodiment, when a product needs to be transported, the clamping portion 5 of the protection bracket 3 is clamped into the clamping groove 4 of the flat liquid-cooling tube 1, and one side of the protection bracket 3, which is far away from the clamping portion 5, is abutted against a cover glass of the product; when the module is finally assembled, the clamping portion 5 is moved out of the clamping groove 4, then the protective bracket 3 is removed, and then the module is assembled.
The clamping portion 5 and the clamping groove 4 are arranged in a mode, so that the protective support 3 and the flat liquid cooling pipe 1 can be conveniently connected and detached, the process is simple, the operation is fast and convenient, and the manufacturing and mounting efficiency is improved.
Preferably, the flat liquid cooling pipe 1 and the arc liquid cooling pipe 2 are made of metal.
In this embodiment, the metal material's thermal diffusivity is good, is favorable to the drive chip's of product heat dissipation.
Preferably, the flat liquid cooling pipe 1 and the arc liquid cooling pipe 2 are both made of copper.
In the embodiment, the copper has extremely strong heat dissipation performance, and can promote the heat dissipation of the driving chip of the product more effectively, so that the driving chip is protected more effectively, and the working efficiency is improved; and the price of the copper material is lower, thus saving the cost.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the flexible O L ED module provided in the embodiment of the present invention in a bent state, and as shown in fig. 4, the flexible O L ED module includes a driving chip 6, a screen 7, a cover glass 8, and any one of the bending gasket assemblies.
The beneficial effects of the flexible O L ED module provided by this embodiment of the bent gasket assembly are the same as the above-mentioned effects, and are not repeated.
The embodiment of the invention also provides O L ED equipment comprising the flexible O L ED module.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that the O L ED device may be a mobile phone, a television, a tablet computer, and the like, and is not limited specifically.

Claims (8)
1. A gasket assembly of buckling, comprising:
the flat liquid cooling pipe is arranged corresponding to the screen bending support area of the product;

2. The bending gasket assembly of claim 1, further comprising a protective carrier for isolating a cover glass of a product from a driver chip;
the protection support is located one side of the flat liquid cooling pipe close to the driving chip of the product and detachably connected with the flat liquid cooling pipe.
3. The bent gasket assembly of claim 1, wherein said protective bracket is snap-fitted to said flat liquid-cooled tube.
4. The bent gasket assembly of claim 3, wherein said flat liquid-cooled tube is provided with a snap groove;
the protective bracket is provided with a clamping part matched with the clamping groove, and one side of the protective bracket, which deviates from the clamping part, is used for the cover glass contact of a product.
5. The bent gasket assembly of any one of claims 1-4, wherein said flat liquid-cooled tube and said curved liquid-cooled tube are both metal.
6. The bent gasket assembly of claim 5, wherein said flat liquid-cooled tube and said curved liquid-cooled tube are both copper.
7. A flexible O L ED module, characterized by comprising a driver chip, a screen, a cover glass of a product and a bending gasket assembly according to any one of claims 1-6.
8. An O L ED device, comprising the flexible O L ED module of claim 7.
