In the embodiment, the protective bracket 3 can prevent the phenomena of friction or extrusion and the like between the driving chip of the product and the cover glass in the transportation process, and effectively protects the driving chip of the product; the purpose of the detachable connection is to enable the protective bracket 3 to be easily detached after transportation and then to be finally assembled into a module.
Preferably, the protection bracket 3 is snapped with the flat liquid-cooled tube 1.

In the embodiment, when a product needs to be transported, the clamping portion 5 of the protection bracket 3 is clamped into the clamping groove 4 of the flat liquid-cooling tube 1, and one side of the protection bracket 3, which is far away from the clamping portion 5, is abutted against a cover glass of the product; when the module is finally assembled, the clamping portion 5 is moved out of the clamping groove 4, then the protective bracket 3 is removed, and then the module is assembled.
The clamping portion 5 and the clamping groove 4 are arranged in a mode, so that the protective support 3 and the flat liquid cooling pipe 1 can be conveniently connected and detached, the process is simple, the operation is fast and convenient, and the manufacturing and mounting efficiency is improved.
Preferably, the flat liquid cooling pipe 1 and the arc liquid cooling pipe 2 are made of metal.
