Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicine identification, in particular to a non-contact non-alignment type medicine identification method and device.
Background
The warehousing management process of the medicines generally comprises warehousing, checking and ex-warehouse management. The existing process of warehousing the medicines is generally to manually acquire the information of the medicines, such as names, specifications, manufacturing enterprises, production dates, limited periods and the like, from the medicines or the medicine packages, then record and input the information into a database, and then manually count the medicines for each checking or ex-warehouse use.
It has the following disadvantages:
the first disadvantage is that: when the medicine is firstly recorded, the medicine information is complete, but in the storage process, the information on the medicine can be lost or damaged, and the later-stage manual work cannot identify the medicine.
The second disadvantage is that: batch medicine is checked, information on the medicines needs to be checked one by one manually, the speed is low, and the efficiency is low.
Therefore, the prior art has yet to be improved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a non-contact non-aligned drug identification method according to the present invention, including the following steps:
s10, setting label: and arranging the RFID electronic tag stored with the electronic code on the medicine.
The electronic code is a unique identification code of the RFID electronic tag. The RFID tag may be attached to the bottom or side of the medicine using double-sided tape or the like.
S20, information entry: and approaching the RFID read-write device to the medicine to read the electronic code in the RFID electronic tag on the medicine, and binding and inputting the medicine information of the medicine and the electronic code into the database for storage if the electronic code is not in the database.
The information input is the warehousing operation of newly-entered medicines, and the RFID read-write device can be provided with a starting switch to start the read-write function after approaching the medicines. After reading the electronic code in the RFID electronic tag, the RFID read-write device firstly queries whether the electronic tag exists in the database, if the electronic tag does not exist in the database, the electronic tag is judged to be a new drug, and the drug information of the new drug is bound with the electronic code and stored in the database according to the name, the specification, the production date and the like so as to facilitate subsequent query.
The RFID read-write device can be moved close to the medicine manually, or an automatically driven displacement mechanism is arranged to drive the RFID read-write device to move towards the medicine to be close to the medicine.
S30, drug identification: and approaching the RFID read-write device to the medicine to read the electronic code in the RFID electronic tag on the medicine, and calling the medicine information corresponding to the electronic code from the database for displaying according to the electronic code if the electronic code exists in the database.
After the RFID read-write device reads the electronic code in the RFID electronic tag, if the electronic tag is inquired in the database, the electronic tag is judged to be in stock, the medicine information corresponding to the electronic code is called in the database according to the electronic code to be displayed, and the identification process of the medicine is completed, so that the follow-up management operations such as checking, ex-warehouse and the like are facilitated.
The medicine identification process of the method is intelligent, the RFID read-write device is only required to be close to the medicine, then the RFID read-write device starts the reading function to automatically and quickly complete identification, manual checking one by one is not needed, and the working efficiency of medicine storage management, particularly the checking process, is improved. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the RFID electronic tag is adopted, in the long-time storage process, even if information on the medicine is lost or incomplete, the specific information of the medicine can be accurately identified through the RFID electronic tag.
Because the RFID read-write device and the RFID electronic tag adopt RFID wireless communication, the RFID read-write device can receive signals transmitted by the RFID electronic tag within a certain distance, the RFID read-write device does not need to be contacted with the RFID electronic tag, and does not need to be aligned with the RFID read-write device like bar codes and two-dimensional codes, so that the identification method can be used for identifying medicines in a long distance and in batches, and the identification operation process is relatively operated in a contact type or an alignment type, so that the identification method is simpler and more convenient.
Preferably, the RFID electronic tag of the present invention further stores medicine information, and when information is recorded, the RFID read/write device can directly read the electronic code and the medicine information in the RFID electronic tag and automatically record the information into the database when approaching the medicine. Therefore, warehousing entry of the medicines is fully automatic, the electronic codes are automatically acquired during warehousing, manual entry of medicine information is not needed, the RFID read-write device stores the electronic codes and the medicine information to the database together to complete entry, and the work efficiency of warehousing the medicines is further improved. The medicine information in the RFID electronic tag can be written into the RFID electronic tag by a medicine supplier through an RFID reading and writing device in advance.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the present invention further provides a non-contact and non-alignment type drug identification apparatus 800, which uses the above-mentioned non-contact and non-alignment type drug identification method, where the apparatus 800 includes a drug storage rack 100, a control host 200 disposed on the drug storage rack 100, a display screen 300, and an RFID reader/writer 400, where the display screen 300 and the RFID reader/writer 400 are connected to the control host 200, the control host 200 is internally provided with a database 500, the drug storage rack 100 is used for storing a plurality of drugs 700, and each drug 700 is attached with an RFID tag 600.
The RFID reading and writing device 400 is movable on the medicine storage rack 100 to be close to or far away from the medicine 700 on the medicine storage rack 100, the RFID reading and writing device 400 is in wireless communication connection with the RFID electronic tag 600 on the medicine 700, and obtains the electronic code in the RFID electronic tag 600.
Preferably, the RFID reader 400 of the device 800 of the present invention is connected to a displacement module for automatic or manual movement on the drug storage rack 100.
The control host 200 is configured to receive the electronic code information fed back by the RFID read-write device 400, and bind and enter the electronic code and the medicine information of the medicine into the database 500 or retrieve the medicine information corresponding to the electronic code from the database 500 and send the medicine information to the display screen 300 for display.
According to the medicine identification device 800, when the medicine is put in storage, the electronic code in the medicine RFID electronic tag 600 and the medicine information of the medicine are bound and recorded into the database 500. When the medicines are checked or delivered out of the warehouse, the medicine information corresponding to the electronic code is called from the database 500 according to the electronic code and is sent to the display screen 300 for displaying so as to finish the identification process, and the subsequent checking and delivery operations are carried out.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the RFID reader 400 includes an RFID reader 401 and an RFID ceramic antenna 402 connected to the RFID reader 401 and disposed above the RFID reader 401. The arrangement of the RFID ceramic antenna 402 makes the RFID reader 400 small and sensitive to reading and writing.
Preferably, the RFID reader 400 is further provided with a bluetooth module/WIFI module for wireless connection with the control host 200. Thus, the RFID reader 400 can be separated from the connection of the control host 200, and can be freely moved on the drug storage rack 100, so as to conveniently read the information in the RFID tag on the drug.
The above description is only for clearly illustrating the invention and is not therefore to be considered as limiting the scope of the invention, and all embodiments are not intended to be exhaustive, and all equivalent structural changes made by using the technical solutions of the present invention or other related technical fields directly/indirectly applied under the concept of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.
