According to the method and the system, the client 101 obtains the license parameters of the associated electronic license from the background server 102 and sends the license parameters to the service system 103, the service system 103 can obtain the electronic license information according to the license parameters, and a user does not need to repeatedly log in different service systems to enable the different service systems to obtain the electronic license information, so that the electronic license information obtaining efficiency is improved, and the user service handling efficiency is further improved.
In addition, in order to further improve the efficiency of user service handling, in one embodiment, after step S402, the method further includes: if the electronic license corresponding to the electronic license identifier is in an unassociated state, acquiring an associatable electronic license list provided by the electronic license platform; if the associable electronic license list comprises associable electronic licenses corresponding to the electronic license identifications, associating the electronic license identifications with the associable electronic licenses, and updating the license association state of the electronic licenses to be associated with the electronic licenses.
The electronic license platform is used for managing the user electronic license and storing various electronic license information. The list of associatable electronic licenses is provided by an electronic license platform in which a plurality of associated electronic licenses are stored for retrieval and association by the background server 102. Specifically, if the background server 102 and the electronic license are in an unassociated state, the background server 102 may read an associatable electronic license list pre-stored in the electronic license platform by calling the electronic license platform, and if there is an associatable electronic license corresponding to the electronic license identifier in the associatable electronic license list, the background server 102 may associate the associatable electronic license directly, and update the license association state of the electronic license to be associated with the electronic license.
Further, if the associatable electronic license list does not include the associatable electronic license, the background server 102 determines that the license association state is that the electronic license is unassociated, and generates a license image acquisition request; sending a license image acquisition request to a client; the client is used for acquiring second license image information matched with the electronic license according to the license image acquisition request and sending the second license image information to the service system if the license association state is that the electronic license is not associated; and the second license image information is used for the business system to acquire the electronic license information of the electronic license matched with the second license image information according to the second license image information.
If the associable electronic license does not exist in the associable electronic license list in the electronic license platform, the background server 102 determines that the electronic license is unassociated, generates a license image acquisition request, sends the license image acquisition request to the client 101, and the client 101 can acquire second license image information matched with the electronic license according to the license image acquisition request and sends the second license image information to the service system 103. The business system 103 may determine, according to the second license image information, an electronic license that matches the second license image information, and further obtain the electronic license.
In this embodiment, the background server 102 may directly call the electronic license platform to obtain and associate the associatable electronic license, so that the license association status update can be completed without any operation by the user, and the service handling efficiency of the user is improved. And if the electronic license platform does not have the associable electronic license, the background server 102 enables the client 101 to send the second license image information to the service system 103 through the image acquisition request, and the service system 103 can directly determine the electronic license according to the second license image information, so that the electronic license information is obtained, smooth progress of electronic license information acquisition is ensured, and service handling efficiency of a user is further improved.
In one embodiment, before step S404, the method further includes: acquiring first license image information of an electronic license; transmitting the first license image information to the client; and the client is used for displaying the first license image information, acquiring user confirmation operation aiming at the displayed first license image information and obtaining user authorization information according to the user confirmation operation.
Specifically, after obtaining the license association state, the background server 102 may obtain the first license image information from the stored associated electronic license, and send the first license image information to the client 101, where the client 101 may display the first license image information through the display device, and the user may confirm whether authorization is performed according to the displayed first license image information, and after the user confirms, the client 101 may obtain the user authorization information.
In one embodiment, a method for obtaining electronic license information is provided, and a data interaction flow chart of the method is shown in fig. 5, and the method may include the steps of:
s501, the client 101 sends a license request carrying an electronic license identifier to the background server 102;
s502, the background server 102 receives a license request carrying an electronic license identifier sent by the client 101; determining the license association state of the corresponding electronic license according to the electronic license identifier, and sending the license association state to the client 101;
s503, the client 101 receives the license association state fed back by the background server; if the license association state is that the electronic license is associated, if the user authorization information aiming at the electronic license is received, the user authorization information is sent to the background server 102;
s504, if the background server 102 receives the user authorization information acquired by the client 101, acquiring the license parameters of the electronic license, and feeding back the license parameters to the client 101;
s505, the client 101 receives the license parameters sent by the background server 102 and sends the license parameters to the service system 103;
s506, the business system 103 obtains the electronic license information of the electronic license according to the license parameters.
In one embodiment, there is further provided an electronic license information acquisition system, the system having a structure as shown in fig. 6, including: client 601, background server 602, and business system 603; wherein,
a client 601, configured to send a license request carrying an electronic license identifier to a background server 602;
the background server 602 is configured to determine a license association state of a corresponding electronic license according to the electronic license identifier, and send the license association state to the client 601;
the client 601 is configured to receive the license association status fed back by the background server 602, and if the license association status is that the electronic license is associated, send the user authorization information to the background server 602 if the user authorization information for the electronic license is received;
the background server 602 is configured to, if receiving the user authorization information acquired by the client 601, acquire a use certificate parameter of the electronic certificate, and feed back the use certificate parameter to the client 601;
the client 601 is configured to receive the use certificate parameter sent by the background server 602, and send the use certificate parameter to the service system 603;
the service system 603 is configured to obtain electronic license information of the electronic license according to the license parameters.
The method for acquiring the electronic license information is described below through an application example, and referring to fig. 7, the method can be realized through a cantonese procedure provided by a mobile phone, and the singleness of the electronic license data source is ensured by opening the interface between cantonese and Guangdong electronic license platforms. In addition, when the electronic license platform issues the electronic license, CA authentication is performed by the 'Guangdong provincial unified electronic seal platform', so that the electronic license information provided to the front end of the applet is ensured to be reliable and effective.
In the process of user business handling, the system can clearly guide the user to use the electronic license to handle business through the front-end prompt. After the user confirms that the electronic license is needed to be used for transacting business, the system can check the current login level of the user. If the user level is 'real name', the system can automatically call the face brushing service, and after the face brushing is passed, the user can adjust the electronic license data of the user.
In order to avoid the business handling and returning caused by the invalid license data in the later period, the front end can timely present the electronic license image of the user before the user authorizes the use of the license data to handle the business. The user is allowed to confirm the use again.
After the user confirms the use of the electronic license, the backend system returns the unique authentication parameters (authcode, licensecode) of the electronic license and associated license data. In consideration of the privacy of the user, the back end does not return all data of the license, but is configured to return according to the actual use number requirement.
And if the electronic license data is required to be displayed or the license materials are required to be archived at the service background system side, the electronic platform interface is required to be regulated according to the license parameters (authcode, licensecode) to acquire the data.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts provided in this application are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flowcharts may include a plurality of steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of execution of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in rotation or alternately with at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps or other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, there is provided an electronic license information acquisition apparatus applied to a client 101, including: a license request sending module 801, an association status receiving module 802, an authorization information sending module 803, and a license parameter receiving module 804, wherein:
A license request sending module 801, configured to send a license request carrying an electronic license identifier to the background server 102; the electronic license identifier is used for determining a license association state of the corresponding electronic license by the background server 102;
the association status receiving module 802 is configured to receive a license association status fed back by the background server 102;
the authorization information sending module 803 is configured to send, if the license association status is that the electronic license is associated, user authorization information for the electronic license to the background server 102 if the user authorization information for the electronic license is received, and instruct the background server 102 to obtain a license parameter of the electronic license;
the license parameter receiving module 804 is configured to receive the license parameter sent by the background server 102, send the license parameter to the service system 103, and be used for the service system 103 to obtain the electronic license information of the electronic license according to the license parameter.
In one embodiment, the certification parameter receiving module 804 is further configured to determine a user login level; if the user login grade is a real name grade, acquiring user face image information, and sending the user face image information to a third party verification platform for the third party verification platform to obtain a user verification result according to the user face image information; if the user verification result is that the verification is passed, the license parameters sent by the background server 102 are received.
In one embodiment, the authorization information sending module 803 is further configured to receive the first license image information of the electronic license sent by the background server 102, and display the first license image information; acquiring user confirmation operation aiming at the displayed first license image information; and obtaining the user authorization information according to the user confirmation operation.
In one embodiment, the electronic license information acquisition device further includes: the second image sending module is configured to receive a license image acquisition request sent by the background server 102 if the license association state is that the electronic license is not associated; acquiring second license image information matched with the electronic certificate according to the license image acquisition request; and sending the second license image information to the service system 103, wherein the service system 103 is used for acquiring the electronic license information of the electronic license matched with the second license image information according to the second license image information.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, there is further provided an electronic license information obtaining apparatus, applied to the background server 102, including: a use license request receiving module 901, an association status transmitting module 902, an association status transmitting module 903, a use license parameter obtaining module 904, and a use license parameter transmitting module 905, wherein:
A license request receiving module 901, configured to receive a license request carrying an electronic license identifier sent by the client 101;
the association state determining module 902 is configured to determine a license association state of a corresponding electronic license according to the electronic license identifier;
an association status sending module 903, configured to send the license association status to the client 101; the client 101 is configured to obtain user authorization information for an electronic license if the license association status is that the electronic license is associated;
a license parameter obtaining module 904, configured to obtain a license parameter of the electronic license if the user authorization information obtained by the client 101 is received;
a certification parameter sending module 905, configured to feed back certification parameters to the client 101; the client 101 is configured to send the certification parameters to the service system 103; and the business system 103 is used for acquiring the electronic license information of the electronic license according to the license parameters.
In one embodiment, the association status determining module 902 is further configured to obtain an associatable electronic license list provided by the electronic license platform if the electronic license corresponding to the electronic license identifier is in an unassociated status; if the associable electronic license list comprises associable electronic licenses corresponding to the electronic license identifications, associating the electronic license identifications with the associable electronic licenses, and updating the license association state of the electronic licenses to be associated with the electronic licenses.
In one embodiment, the association status determining module 902 is further configured to determine that the license association status is that the electronic license is not associated if the associable electronic license list does not include the associable electronic license, and generate a license image obtaining request; sending a license image acquisition request to the client 101; the client 101 is configured to obtain, if the license association status is that the electronic license is not associated, second license image information matched with the electronic license according to the license image obtaining request, and send the second license image information to the service system 103; the second license image information is used for the business system 103 to obtain the electronic license information of the electronic license matched with the second license image information according to the second license image information.
In one embodiment, the electronic license information acquisition device further includes: the first image sending module is used for obtaining first license image information of the electronic license; transmitting the first license image information to the client 101; the client 101 is configured to display the first license image information, obtain a user confirmation operation for the displayed first license image information, and obtain user authorization information according to the user confirmation operation.
The specific limitation of the electronic license information acquisition device may be referred to above as limitation of the electronic license information acquisition method, and will not be described herein. All or part of each module in the electronic license information acquisition device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a client 101, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method of electronic license information acquisition. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be the background server 102 or the business system 103, and the internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 11. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used for storing the electronic license information data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method of electronic license information acquisition.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structures shown in fig. 10 and 11 are block diagrams of only some of the structures associated with the present application and are not intended to limit the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a client, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor when executing the computer program performing the steps of: sending a license request carrying an electronic license identifier to a background server; the electronic license identifier is used for determining the license association state of the corresponding electronic license by the background server; receiving a license association state fed back by a background server; if the license association state is that the electronic license is associated, if the user authorization information aiming at the electronic license is received, the user authorization information is sent to a background server and is used for indicating the background server to acquire the license parameters of the electronic license; and receiving the license parameters sent by the background server, and sending the license parameters to the service system for the service system to acquire the electronic license information of the electronic license according to the license parameters.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: determining a user login level; if the user login grade is a real name grade, acquiring user face image information, and sending the user face image information to a third party verification platform for the third party verification platform to obtain a user verification result according to the user face image information; and if the user verification result is that the verification is passed, receiving the certificate parameters sent by the background server.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring first license image information of an electronic license; transmitting the first license image information to the client; and the client is used for displaying the first license image information, acquiring user confirmation operation aiming at the displayed first license image information and obtaining user authorization information according to the user confirmation operation.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like.

1. The method for acquiring the electronic license information is characterized by being applied to a client, and comprises the following steps:
sending a license request carrying an electronic license identifier to a background server; the electronic license identifier is used for determining the license association state of the corresponding electronic license by the background server;
receiving the license association state fed back by the background server;
if the license association state is that the electronic license is associated, if user authorization information aiming at the electronic license is received, the user authorization information is sent to the background server and is used for indicating the background server to acquire the license parameters of the electronic license; the user authorization information is used for representing whether the user of the client side authorizes to use the electronic license information of the electronic license to transact business;
The license parameters sent by the background server are received, the license parameters are sent to a service system, and the service system is used for acquiring the electronic license information of the electronic license according to the license parameters;
the method further comprises the steps of:
if the license association state is that the electronic license is not associated, receiving a license image acquisition request sent by the background server;
acquiring second license image information matched with the electronic license according to the license image acquisition request;
and sending the second license image information to the service system, wherein the service system is used for acquiring the electronic license information of the electronic license matched with the second license image information according to the second license image information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving the license parameters sent by the background server comprises:
determining a user login level;
if the user login grade is a real name grade, acquiring user face image information, and sending the user face image information to a third party verification platform for the third party verification platform to obtain a user verification result according to the user face image information;
And if the user verification result is that the verification is passed, receiving the certificate parameters sent by the background server.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before the sending the user authorization information to the background server, further comprising:
receiving first license image information of the electronic license sent by the background server, and displaying the first license image information;
acquiring user confirmation operation aiming at the displayed first license image information;
and obtaining the user authorization information according to the user confirmation operation.
4. The method for acquiring the electronic license information is characterized by being applied to a background server, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a license request carrying an electronic license identifier sent by a client;
determining the license association state of the corresponding electronic license according to the electronic license identifier;
sending the license association state to the client; the client is used for acquiring user authorization information aiming at the electronic license if the license association state is that the electronic license is associated;
if the user authorization information acquired by the client is received, acquiring a license parameter of the electronic license; the user authorization information is used for representing whether the user of the client side authorizes to use the electronic license information of the electronic license to transact business;
Feeding back the certification parameters to the client; the client is used for sending the certification parameters to a service system; the business system is used for acquiring the electronic license information of the electronic license according to the license parameters;
the method further comprises the steps of:
if the license association state is that the electronic license is not associated, generating a license image acquisition request;
sending the license image acquisition request to the client; the client is used for acquiring second license image information matched with the electronic license according to the license image acquisition request and sending the second license image information to the service system if the license association state is that the electronic license is not associated; and the second license image information is used for the business system to acquire the electronic license information of the electronic license matched with the second license image information according to the second license image information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after receiving the license request carrying the electronic license identifier sent by the client, further comprises:
if the electronic license corresponding to the electronic license identifier is in an unassociated state, acquiring an associatable electronic license list provided by an electronic license platform;
If the associable electronic license list comprises associable electronic licenses corresponding to the electronic license identifications, associating the electronic license identifications with the associable electronic licenses, and updating the license association state of the electronic licenses to be associated with the electronic licenses.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after obtaining the list of associable electronic certificates provided by the electronic certificate platform, further comprising:
and if the associatable electronic license list does not comprise the associatable electronic license, determining that the license association state is that the electronic license is unassociated.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to obtaining the certification parameters of the electronic certificate, further comprising:
acquiring first license image information of the electronic license;
transmitting the first license image information to the client; the client is used for displaying the first license image information, acquiring user confirmation operation aiming at the displayed first license image information, and acquiring the user authorization information according to the user confirmation operation.
