Abstract
The application relates to a financial document processing method, a financial document processing device, a financial document processing computer device, a financial document storage medium and a financial document processing computer program product. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a financial certificate supplementing message triggered by a 5G message interface of a financial platform; the financial document supplementing message carries a target user identifier and a document identifier of a target financial document; determining the credential attestation information bound by the target user identifier; the certificate proving information bound by the target user identifier is uploaded through a 5G message interface; based on the certificate identification of the target financial certificate, searching the certificate identification information of the target financial certificate from the certificate identification information bound by the target user identification; and under the condition of finding, performing the supplementing processing based on the certificate proving information of the target financial certificate. By adopting the method, the supplementing efficiency of the financial document can be improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of financial technology, and in particular, to a financial document processing method, apparatus, computer device, storage medium, and computer program product.
Background
With the development of the financial field, the financial document loss reporting and supplementing technology is diversified, a user can report and supplement the financial document on line through an application program, and when the financial document of the user is lost, the user can report and supplement a new financial document through an on-line channel.
In the conventional technology, the loss report and repair of the online financial certificate are generally realized through application software such as an internet bank or a mobile phone bank. The user logs in the own bank account, selects the loss reporting function, and provides relevant information such as card numbers, identity authentication and the like so as to facilitate the loss reporting operation of the bank. In some embodiments, the method further comprises: receiving a financial credential storage message sent through a 5G message interface of a financial platform; the financial document storage message carries the target user identification and the document proof information of the target financial document; and binding the certificate certification information of the target financial certificate with the target user identification in response to the financial certificate storage message.
In some embodiments, the binding the credential attestation information of the target financial credential with the target user identification in response to the financial credential storage message comprises: responding to the financial document storage message, and acquiring the document information of the target financial document from the document evidence information of the target financial document; performing credential verification based on the credential information of the target financial credential to obtain a verification result corresponding to the credential verification information of the target financial credential; and binding the credential proof information with the target user identifier under the condition that the verification result is that verification is passed.

In a fifth aspect, the present application also provides a computer program product. The computer program product comprises a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the financial document processing method described above.
The financial document processing method, the financial document processing device, the computer equipment, the storage medium and the computer program product receive financial document supplementing information sent through a 5G information interface of a financial platform; the financial certificate patch message carries a target user identifier and a certificate identifier of the target financial certificate; determining credential attestation information bound by a target user identifier; the credential proof information bound by the target user identification is uploaded through a 5G message interface; based on the certificate identification of the target financial certificate, searching the certificate identification information of the target financial certificate from the certificate identification information bound by the target user identification; and under the condition of finding, determining that the repairing condition is met and performing repairing treatment. The corresponding picture is directly searched through the financial document identifier uploaded by the user, the compensation can be directly carried out according with the compensation conditions, the user does not need to provide other certificates, the necessary steps are reduced, and the financial document loss reporting and compensation flow is simplified.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The financial document processing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104 or may be located on a cloud or other network server. Server 104 is a background server of the financial platform.
Specifically, the terminal 102 displays a 5G message interface of the financial platform, and in response to the identity authentication operation of the target user triggered on the 5G message interface, the identity authentication of the user can be performed through at least one of face recognition, account and password input, fingerprint recognition, and the like, and the identity authentication is passed, i.e. the target user identifier is obtained. step 202, receiving a financial document supplementing message triggered by a 5G message interface of a financial platform; the financial document patch message carries the target user identification and the document identification of the target financial document.
Wherein the financial platform is an online service platform used by financial institutions. Financial institutions include, but are not limited to, banks, securities companies, financial companies, and the like. Financial instruments include, but are not limited to, bank cards, bankbooks, and the like. Specifically, the terminal displays a 5G message interface of the financial platform, displays a credential identification selection interface in the 5G message interface, displays the credential identification of at least one financial credential of the target user in the credential identification selection interface, and responds to the selection operation for any one of the credential identifications, and sends a financial credential supplementing message carrying the target user identification and the selected credential identification to the server. In some embodiments, after the identity authentication is passed, the terminal displays a 5G message interface of the financial platform, obtains the target user identifier and the financial credential identifier in response to a financial credential renewal operation triggered at the 5G message interface, generates a financial credential renewal message carrying the target user identifier and the credential identifier of the target financial credential, and sends the financial credential renewal message to the server. The credential information may be at least one of text, picture, video, and the like. The target user identification may bind at least one credential attestation information. The server may store credential attestation information bound by a plurality of different users, respectively. The plurality means at least two.

The credential information may be at least one of text, picture, video, and the like. In this embodiment, the terminal displays a financial document storage portal on a 5G message interface of the financial platform; responding to a triggering operation aiming at a financial document storage entrance, and displaying an information acquisition area; and acquiring the credential proof information acquired through the information acquisition area, and sending a financial credential storage message of the credential proof information to the server through the 5G message interface. The terminal receives the financial certificate storage message sent by the user and then sends the financial certificate storage message to the server, so that the step that the user uploads other proof materials is replaced, the loss reporting and repairing process is simplified, and the repairing efficiency of the financial certificate is improved.
In some embodiments, the server includes an identity authentication module, a credential checking storage module and a loss reporting module, as shown in fig. 5, where the user terminal sends the user authentication information to the identity authentication module through a 5G rich media message. And the identity authentication module performs user identity authentication on the user information uploaded by the user, and feeds back an authentication result to the user, if the user does not pass the authentication, prompts the user to re-authenticate, and repeats the steps. And the terminal of the user sends the financial credential information to the credential verification storage module through the 5G rich media message. The credential verification storage module analyzes credential information uploaded by the user, inquires transaction flow of the user through the analyzed information, verifies and feeds a verification result back to the user. If the user does not pass, prompting the user to upload again, and repeating the steps. After the user certificate is lost, the following steps are started: and the terminal of the user sends a loss report and repair instruction to the loss report and repair module through the 5G rich media message. the financial document complement message receiving module 602 is configured to receive a financial document complement message triggered through a 5G message interface of the financial platform; the financial certificate patch message carries a target user identifier and a certificate identifier of the target financial certificate;
a credential information determination module 604 configured to determine credential information bound by the target user identification; the credential proof information bound by the target user identification is uploaded through a 5G message interface;
the credential proof information searching module 606 is configured to search the credential proof information of the target financial credential from the credential proof information bound to the target user identifier based on the credential identifier of the target financial credential;
the first subsidizing processing module 608 is configured to perform subsidizing processing based on the certificate certification information of the target financial certificate if the target financial certificate is found.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises a financial credential binding module to receive a financial credential storage message sent through the 5G message interface of the financial platform; the financial credential storage message carries a target user identification and credential proof information of a target financial credential; in response to the financial credential storage message, credential attestation information of the target financial credential is bound to the target user identification.
In some embodiments, the financial instrument binding module is further configured to obtain instrument information of the target financial instrument from instrument proof information of the target financial instrument in response to the financial instrument storage message; and performing credential verification based on the credential information of the target financial credential to obtain a verification result corresponding to the credential proof information of the target financial credential.
In some embodiments, the first repair processing module is further configured to obtain a verification result corresponding to the credential proof information of the target financial credential when the first repair processing module is found; and under the condition that the verification result is that the verification is passed, determining that the repair condition is met and performing repair processing.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a financial document processing apparatus including: a financial instrument storage portal presentation module 702, an information acquisition module 704, and a second subsidizing processing module 706, wherein:
the financial document storage entry presentation module 702 is configured to present a financial document storage entry on a 5G message interface of a financial platform;
an information collection module 704 for displaying an information collection area in response to a trigger operation for a financial document storage portal;
the second subsidy processing module 706 is configured to obtain credential proof information of the target financial credential acquired through the information acquisition area, and send a financial credential storage message to the server through the 5G message interface, where the financial credential storage message carries the credential proof information of the target financial credential and the target user identifier, and the financial credential storage message is used to instruct the server to bind the credential proof information of the target financial credential with the target user identifier, and the credential proof information bound by the target user identifier is used to perform the subsidy processing.
The various modules in the financial instrument described above may be implemented in whole or in part in software, hardware, or a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an Input/Output interface (I/O) and a communication interface. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface is connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is for storing financial instrument processing data. The input/output interface of the computer device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program when executed by a processor implements a financial instrument processing method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 9. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input means. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The input/output interface of the computer device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program when executed by a processor implements a financial instrument processing method. The display unit of the computer device is used for forming a visual picture, and can be a display screen, a projection device or a virtual reality imaging device. The display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structures shown in fig. 8 and 9 are block diagrams of only some of the structures associated with the present application and are not intended to limit the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the method embodiments described above when the computer program is executed.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method embodiments described above.
In an embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method embodiments described above.
It should be noted that, the user information (including, but not limited to, user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including, but not limited to, data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) referred to in the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party, and the collection, use and processing of the related data are required to comply with the related laws and regulations and standards of the related countries and regions.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that a computer program implementing all or part of the above-described methods of the embodiments may be implemented by means of hardware associated with instructions of the computer program, and may be stored on a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, where the computer program, when executed, may include the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive random access Memory (ReRAM), magnetic random access Memory (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory, MRAM), ferroelectric Memory (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory, FRAM), phase change Memory (Phase Change Memory, PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like. The databases referred to in the various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational databases and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided herein may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic units, quantum computing-based data processing logic units, etc., without being limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)
1. A method of financial instrument processing, the method comprising:
receiving a financial certificate supplementing message triggered by a 5G message interface of a financial platform; the financial document supplementing message carries a target user identifier and a document identifier of a target financial document;
determining the credential attestation information bound by the target user identifier; the certificate proving information bound by the target user identifier is uploaded through a 5G message interface;
Based on the certificate identification of the target financial certificate, searching the certificate identification information of the target financial certificate from the certificate identification information bound by the target user identification;
and under the condition of finding, performing the supplementing processing based on the certificate proving information of the target financial certificate.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a financial credential storage message sent through a 5G message interface of a financial platform; the financial document storage message carries the target user identification and the document proof information of the target financial document;
and binding the certificate certification information of the target financial certificate with the target user identification in response to the financial certificate storage message.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the binding credential attestation information of the target financial credential with the target user identification in response to the financial credential storage message comprises:
responding to the financial document storage message, and acquiring the document information of the target financial document from the document evidence information of the target financial document;
performing credential verification based on the credential information of the target financial credential to obtain a verification result corresponding to the credential verification information of the target financial credential;
And binding the credential proof information with the target user identifier under the condition that the verification result is that verification is passed.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein, in the case of the finding, determining that the subsidy condition is met and performing the subsidy process comprises:
under the condition of finding, acquiring a verification result corresponding to the certificate proving information of the target financial certificate;
and under the condition that the verification result is that the verification is passed, determining that the repair condition is met and performing repair processing.
5. A method of financial instrument processing, the method comprising:
displaying a financial certificate storage inlet on a 5G message interface of a financial platform;
responding to a triggering operation aiming at the financial document storage entrance, and displaying an information acquisition area;
acquiring the evidence proving information of the target financial evidence acquired by the information acquisition area, and sending a financial evidence storage message to a server through the 5G message interface, wherein the financial evidence storage message carries the evidence proving information of the target financial evidence and a target user identifier, the financial evidence storage message is used for indicating the server to bind the evidence proving information of the target financial evidence with the target user identifier, and the evidence proving information bound by the target user identifier is used for carrying out the subsidy processing.
6. A financial instrument processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the financial certificate supplementing message receiving module is used for receiving a financial certificate supplementing message triggered by a 5G message interface of the financial platform; the financial document supplementing message carries a target user identifier and a document identifier of a target financial document;
the credential proof information determining module is used for determining the credential proof information bound by the target user identifier; the certificate proving information bound by the target user identifier is uploaded through a 5G message interface;
the certificate verification information searching module is used for searching the certificate verification information of the target financial certificate from the certificate verification information bound by the target user identifier based on the certificate identifier of the target financial certificate;
and the first supplementing processing module is used for supplementing based on the certificate proving information of the target financial certificate under the condition of finding.
7. A financial instrument processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the financial document storage entrance display module is used for displaying the financial document storage entrance on a 5G message interface of the financial platform;
the information acquisition module is used for responding to the triggering operation aiming at the financial document storage entrance and displaying an information acquisition area;
