In an optional embodiment, to further ensure the legal use of the electronic license, the service processing method further includes:
calling a camera to shoot the business handling process of the personnel in the whole process to obtain a business handling process video;
and binding the video with the service processing record and uploading the video to the block chain platform.
In the optional embodiment, when the clerk transacts at the window, the server calls the camera to shoot the whole service transaction process in the whole process, and the shot video is used as the authorization evidence and is bound with the service processing record and then uploaded to the block chain platform for evidence storage, so that disputes in the future are avoided.

the first authorization module 302 is configured to trigger face recognition according to the service processing request, obtain identity information of a clerk, determine identification information of an electronic certificate required for processing a service, and output and display the identification information so that the clerk can perform click authorization;
the second authorization module 303 is configured to obtain, according to the identity information and identification information of the electronic certificate authorized by the click, a corresponding electronic certificate prestored in the preset block chain platform, and output and display the corresponding electronic certificate so as to enable the clerk to sign and authorize the electronic certificate;
the service processing module 304 is configured to perform service processing according to the service processing request and the electronic certificate authorized by signature, and generate a service processing record, where the service processing record includes identity information of the clerk and the electronic certificate authorized by signature;
and a storage module 305, configured to upload the service processing record to the block chain platform for storage.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the service processing apparatus further includes:
the face recognition module is used for collecting a plurality of face images of office staff; respectively extracting the feature information of each face image and performing feature fusion to obtain fusion features; inputting the fusion characteristics into a preset face recognition model for recognition; and if the face recognition is passed, outputting the identity information of the office staff, otherwise, continuously acquiring the face image of the office staff.
The shooting module is used for calling the camera to shoot the business handling process of the personnel in the whole process to obtain a business handling process video; and binding the video with the service processing record and uploading the video to the block chain platform.
In the embodiment, before business processing, face recognition is carried out to determine the identity of a user, and then electronic certificate information required by business handling at this time is displayed to the clerks for click authorization so as to obtain the related electronic certificates of the clerks; and then the electronic certificate is obtained from the block chain platform and displayed again for the clerk to sign and authorize, and finally, the business processing is carried out according to the obtained electronic certificate. The whole business processing process needs secondary confirmation, and the electronic certificate is ensured to be authorized to be obtained and used. The embodiment realizes cross-department use of business data based on the block chain, promotes business collaborative handling, reduces materials required for handling, improves business service level and handling efficiency, simultaneously protects citizen privacy, obtains and uses all certificates to form a complete block chain authorization chain, and the whole course of the use record can be traced.
Referring to fig. 4, a second embodiment of the intelligent service processing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
a request processing module 301, configured to receive a service processing request;
the first authorization module 302 is configured to trigger face recognition according to the service processing request, obtain identity information of a clerk, determine identification information of an electronic certificate required for processing a service, and output and display the identification information so that the clerk can perform click authorization;
the second authorization module 303 is configured to obtain, according to the identity information and identification information of the electronic certificate authorized by the click, a corresponding electronic certificate prestored in the preset block chain platform, and output and display the corresponding electronic certificate so as to enable the clerk to sign and authorize the electronic certificate;
optionally, in an embodiment, the second authorization module 303 is specifically configured to:
acquiring an organization code;
initiating an electronic license acquisition request to the block chain platform by taking the organization mechanism code as an access certificate, wherein the acquisition request comprises the access certificate, the identity information and electronic license information authorized by a clerk clicking;
and receiving the electronic certificate returned by the block chain platform and outputting and displaying the electronic certificate so as to be signed and authorized by the clerk.
The service processing module 304 is configured to perform service processing according to the service processing request and the electronic certificate authorized by signature, and generate a service processing record, where the service processing record includes identity information of the clerk and the electronic certificate authorized by signature;
a certificate storage module 305, configured to upload the service processing record to the block chain platform for certificate storage;
the counting module 306 is used for counting the electronic certificates needed for handling various services and forming an electronic certificate list;
an obtaining module 307, configured to obtain, based on the electronic license list, an electronic license corresponding to a citizen in the administrative area from a preset internal database;
the encryption module 308 is used for generating a public and private key pair and encrypting the electronic certificates of the same citizen by using the public key respectively;
and the uploading module 309 is configured to generate an authorized user list of the electronic license and an intelligent contract for reading the electronic license, and upload the organization code, the intelligent contract, the authorized user list, a private key for decrypting the electronic license, and the encrypted electronic license to the block chain platform.
The embodiment realizes cross-department use of business data based on the block chain, promotes business collaborative handling, reduces materials required for handling, improves business service level and handling efficiency, simultaneously protects citizen privacy, obtains and uses all certificates to form a complete block chain authorization chain, and the whole course of the use record can be traced.
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of an intelligent service processing system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
the system comprises an intelligent service processing device 401 and a blockchain platform 402, wherein the intelligent service processing device 401 is in communication connection with the blockchain platform 402; the blockchain platform 402 is correspondingly connected to a plurality of intelligent service processing devices 401 in a communication manner.
Wherein the blockchain platform 402 is configured to: storing organization mechanism codes, intelligent contracts, authorized user lists, private keys for decrypting electronic certificates and encrypted electronic certificates uploaded by the intelligent service processing device 401, binding the organization mechanism codes with contract addresses of the intelligent contracts, and storing the organization mechanism codes in association with the encrypted electronic certificates;
the blockchain platform 402 is also configured to: and storing the service processing record uploaded by the intelligent service processing device 401, wherein the service processing record comprises the identity information of the office staff and the electronic certificate authorized by signature.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the blockchain platform 402 is further configured to:
receiving an electronic certificate acquisition request initiated by the intelligent service processing device, wherein the acquisition request comprises an access certificate, identity information of a clerk and identification information of an electronic certificate authorized by the clerk through clicking;
judging whether the access certificate used by the intelligent service processing device is authorized or not according to the authorized user list;
if the access certificate is authorized, determining a contract address of the corresponding intelligent contract according to the access certificate;
calling the contract address to execute the intelligent contract, and determining a corresponding electronic certificate prestored in the block chain platform according to the identity information and electronic certificate information authorized by the personnel clicking;
and decrypting the determined electronic certificate by adopting the private key, and returning the decrypted electronic certificate to the intelligent service processing device.
In this embodiment, the blockchain platform 402 serves as a back-end database for storing the electronic certificate, receives an electronic certificate acquisition request initiated by each front-end business organization (the intelligent business processing apparatus 401), searches an authorized user list, determines whether a requester is authorized, calls a corresponding contract address to execute an intelligent contract according to an access certificate if the requester is authorized, determines a corresponding electronic certificate prestored in the blockchain platform according to identity information of a clerk and electronic certificate information of which the clerk clicks authorization, and decrypts the electronic certificate of the request by using a private key provided by an uploading party of the electronic certificate and returns the electronic certificate to a user (the intelligent business processing apparatus 401) of the electronic certificate.
In the embodiment, the block chain platform performs authorization check and decryption and issuing of the electronic certificate, and the electronic certificate uploaded by any business mechanism can be authorized to be used by other business mechanisms, so that the use safety of the electronic certificate is ensured, and the use flexibility of the electronic certificate of a demand party is improved.
Fig. 3 and fig. 4 describe the intelligent service processing apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention in detail from the perspective of the modular functional entity, and the intelligent service processing apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail from the perspective of hardware processing.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent service processing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the intelligent service processing device 500 may generate relatively large differences due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 510 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 520, and one or more storage media 530 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) for storing applications 533 or data 532. Memory 520 and storage media 530 may be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored on the storage medium 530 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instructions operating on the intelligent business processing device 500. Still further, the processor 510 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 530, and execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 530 on the intelligent service processing device 500.
The smart business processing device 500 may also include one or more power supplies 540, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 550, one or more input-output interfaces 560, and/or one or more operating systems 531, such as Windows server, Mac OS X, Unix, Linux, FreeBSD, and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the intelligent service processing device architecture shown in FIG. 6 does not constitute a limitation of intelligent service processing devices, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The present invention also provides an intelligent service processing device, which includes a memory and a processor, where the memory stores computer readable instructions, and the computer readable instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to execute the steps of the intelligent service processing method in the foregoing embodiments.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and which may also be a volatile computer-readable storage medium, having stored therein instructions, which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the steps of the intelligent business process method.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent service processing method, characterized in that the intelligent service processing method comprises:
receiving a service processing request;
triggering face recognition according to the service processing request to obtain identity information of the clerks, determining identification information of the electronic certificate required by the service processing, and outputting and displaying the identification information for the clerks to click and authorize;
according to the identity information and the identification information of the electronic certificate of click authorization, acquiring a corresponding electronic certificate from a preset block chain platform, outputting and displaying the corresponding electronic certificate, so that the clerk can sign and authorize the electronic certificate;
performing service processing according to the service processing request and the electronic certificate authorized by signature, and generating a service processing record, wherein the service processing record comprises identity information of the clerk and the electronic certificate authorized by signature;
and uploading the service processing record to the block chain platform for evidence storage.
2. The intelligent traffic processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, before the receiving a traffic processing request:
counting the electronic certificates needed for handling various services and forming an electronic certificate list;
acquiring an electronic certificate corresponding to the citizen in the administrative area from a preset internal database based on the electronic certificate list;
generating a public and private key pair, and encrypting the electronic certificates of the same citizen by using a public key respectively;
and generating an authorized user list of the electronic certificate and an intelligent contract used for reading the electronic certificate, and uploading organization codes, the intelligent contract, the authorized user list, a private key for decrypting the electronic certificate and the encrypted electronic certificate to the block chain platform.

The intelligent service processing method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the acquiring, from a preset blockchain platform, a pre-stored corresponding electronic certificate and outputting and displaying the electronic certificate according to the identity information and the identification information of the electronic certificate authorized by clicking, so that the clerk signs and authorizes the electronic certificate, comprises:
acquiring an organization code;
initiating an electronic license acquisition request to the block chain platform by taking the organization mechanism code as an access certificate, wherein the acquisition request comprises the access certificate, the identity information and identification information of the electronic license authorized by the personnel clicking;
and receiving the electronic certificate returned by the block chain platform and outputting and displaying the electronic certificate so as to be signed and authorized by the clerk.
4. The intelligent business processing method of claim 1, wherein the performing face recognition comprises:
collecting a plurality of face images of office workers;
respectively extracting the feature information of each face image and performing feature fusion to obtain fusion features;
inputting the fusion characteristics into a preset face recognition model for recognition;
and if the face recognition is passed, outputting the identity information of the office staff, otherwise, continuously acquiring the face image of the office staff.
5. The intelligent traffic processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
calling a camera to shoot the business handling process of the personnel in the whole process to obtain a business handling process video;
and binding the video with the service processing record and uploading the video to the block chain platform.
6. An intelligent service processing apparatus, comprising:
the request processing module is used for receiving a service processing request;
the first authorization module is used for triggering face recognition according to the service processing request to obtain identity information of the clerks, determining identification information of the electronic certificate required by the service processing, and outputting and displaying the identification information so that the clerks can click and authorize;
the second authorization module is used for acquiring the corresponding pre-stored electronic certificate from the preset block chain platform and outputting and displaying the electronic certificate according to the identity information and the identification information of the electronic certificate authorized by clicking so as to be signed and authorized by the clerk;
the business processing module is used for performing business processing according to the business processing request and the electronic certificate authorized by signature, and generating a business processing record, wherein the business processing record comprises the identity information of the office staff and the electronic certificate authorized by signature;
and the evidence storage module is used for uploading the service processing record to the block chain platform for evidence storage.
7. An intelligent business processing system, comprising the intelligent business processing apparatus of claim 6 and further comprising a blockchain platform, the intelligent business processing apparatus communicatively coupled to the blockchain platform;
wherein the blockchain platform is to: storing organization mechanism codes, intelligent contracts, authorized user lists, private keys for decrypting electronic certificates and encrypted electronic certificates uploaded by the intelligent business processing device, and binding the organization mechanism codes with contract addresses of the intelligent contracts and storing the organization mechanism codes in association with the encrypted electronic certificates;
the blockchain platform is further configured to: and storing the service processing record uploaded by the intelligent service processing device, wherein the service processing record comprises the identity information of the office staff and the electronic certificate authorized by signature.
8. The intelligent traffic processing system of claim 7, wherein the blockchain platform is further configured to:
receiving an electronic certificate acquisition request initiated by the intelligent service processing device, wherein the acquisition request comprises an access certificate, identity information of a clerk and identification information of an electronic certificate authorized by the clerk through clicking;
judging whether the access certificate used by the intelligent service processing device is authorized or not according to the authorized user list;
if the access certificate is authorized, determining a contract address of the corresponding intelligent contract according to the access certificate;
calling the contract address to execute the intelligent contract so as to determine a corresponding electronic certificate prestored in the block chain platform according to the identity information and the identification information of the electronic certificate authorized by the personnel clicking;
and decrypting the determined electronic certificate by adopting the private key, and returning the decrypted electronic certificate to the intelligent service processing device.
9. An intelligent business processing device, comprising: a memory and at least one processor, the memory having instructions stored therein;
the at least one processor invokes the instructions in the memory to cause the intelligent business processing apparatus to perform the intelligent business processing method of any of claims 1-5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon, wherein the instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the intelligent business process method of any of claims 1-5.
