The browsing instruction has corresponding time information, and the time information can be the current time of the terminal initiating the browsing instruction or the current time of the server receiving the browsing instruction.
Step S102, acquiring document content of the online document and at least one target user information from a preset server based on the browsing instruction, wherein the target user information is matched with the online document and the time information;
after receiving a browsing instruction initiated by a user, the terminal generates a browsing request based on the browsing instruction and sends the browsing request to a preset server, and after receiving the browsing request, the server sends document content corresponding to a corresponding online document and at least one maintainer message to the terminal.
Further, an online document may include a plurality of work tasks, each of which may include a plurality of maintenance personnel information.
Step S103, document content and each target user information are displayed.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a terminal receives a browsing instruction for an online document; the browsing instruction has corresponding time information; then, acquiring document content and at least one target user information of the online document from a preset server based on a browsing instruction, wherein the target user information is matched with the online document and the time information; and displaying the document content and the information of each target user. Thus, the corresponding maintainer information of the online document is recorded in the background server, and when any user opens the online document, the document content and the corresponding maintainer information can be automatically displayed. In addition, because the maintenance personnel information is acquired from the server based on the time information corresponding to the browsing instruction, the maintenance personnel information displayed to the user is the latest maintenance personnel information matched with the time information, so that the automatic update of the maintenance personnel information in the online document is realized, and the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment, a method for processing online document information is provided, as shown in fig. 2, and includes:
step S201, receiving a browsing instruction for an online document; the browsing instruction has corresponding time information;
in the embodiment of the disclosure, the online document may be a document generated by using the online document in the suite, for example, a word which can be edited online by a user, the user can record and share content by using the online document, and the current maintainer information can be registered by using the online document, so that other users can conveniently and directly check the current maintainer, and the corresponding maintainer can be directly found to solve the related problem when the problem exists. The suite refers to a set of office products, users of the products share an account system, and the users can be related by account.
The maintenance personnel, that is, the technical personnel on duty in the background, is responsible for answering questions of users, handling accidents, and the like, and corresponds to after-sales. For example, the development team A maintains a public database, if other users use the database to cause problems, the online document of the public database can be used for inquiring that the current maintainer is the first classmate in the development team A, and then the first classmate is consulted to solve the related problems, and the first classmate helping to solve the problems is the maintainer.
In practical application, a user can open an online document through a terminal, and when the user opens the online document, a browsing instruction for the online document is initiated. The browsing instruction has corresponding time information, and the time information can be the current time of the terminal initiating the browsing instruction or the current time of the server receiving the browsing instruction.
The terminal may have the following characteristics:

Due to the development of software technology, the device can adjust the settings according to personal needs, and is more personalized. Meanwhile, the device integrates a plurality of software and hardware, and the functions are more and more powerful.
Step S202, acquiring document content of the online document and at least one target user information from a preset server based on the browsing instruction, wherein the target user information is matched with the online document and the time information;
after receiving a browsing instruction initiated by a user, the terminal generates a browsing request based on the browsing instruction and sends the browsing request to a preset server, and after receiving the browsing request, the server sends document content corresponding to a corresponding online document and at least one maintainer message to the terminal; wherein the maintenance personnel information is target user information.
Further, an online document may include a plurality of work tasks, each of which may include a plurality of maintenance personnel information. For example, an online document includes two tasks, "public database" and "program function," the public database "includes the maintainer information of three maintainers, namely, a first maintainer, a second maintainer and a third maintainer, and the" program function "includes the maintainer information of three maintainers, namely, a Ding Mou maintainer, a pentose maintainer and a pentose maintainer.
In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the maintenance personnel information is generated by:
when the online document is in an editing state and an editing instruction initiated by a user is received, displaying a plurality of preset work tasks;
When a selection instruction aiming at any work task is received, a configuration page corresponding to the work task and used for configuring maintainer information is displayed;
generating at least one maintainer information based on the configuration page; the maintainer information comprises a plurality of maintainer data, wherein the maintainer data comprises at least one of maintainer names, maintainer contact ways, working dates of maintainers and working types of maintainers;
and establishing an association relationship among the target user information, the user identification of the user, the task identification of the work task and the document identification of the online document aiming at each piece of target user information.
Specifically, a manager managing the maintainer information may set at least one corresponding maintainer according to a job task every day, every week or every month, and generate one maintainer information, where the maintainer information includes maintainer data of a plurality of maintainers, and any maintainer data includes, but is not limited to: the name of the maintainer, the contact way of the maintainer, the working date, working time and working type of the maintainer. For example, the "public database" corresponds to a certain maintainer data in the maintainer information, which is "a certain, 10 months 1 day to 10 months 7 days (work date), 0:00-24:00 (working time), 131xx (contact of maintenance personnel), main maintenance personnel (working type); b, 10 months 1 to 10 months 7 days (working date), 0:00-24:00 (working time), 132xx (contact of maintenance personnel), ready for maintenance personnel (working type); c, 10 months 1 day to 10 months 7 days (working date), 0:00-24:00 (working time), 133xx (contact information of maintenance person), emergency contact (working type) ", maintenance person information of" public database "shown in table 1:

TABLE 2
Wherein the manager may further edit each member including, but not limited to, the maintenance person contact, the maintenance person's work date, the work time. Of course, other manners of editing the maintenance personnel information may be employed, which is not limited by the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In practical application, the manager can edit the maintainer information at any time. For example, the maintainer information may be edited while the online document is edited, or may be added to the online document after the online document is edited, or may be edited at other times, which is not limited by the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Specifically, when the manager edits the maintainer information, the online document needs to be in an editing state, that is, the manager can perform read-write operation on the online document, and if the online document is not in the editing state, for example, in a read-only state, the maintainer information cannot be edited.
When the manager initiates an edit instruction in the online document, the editable work task can be seen. For example, after the user inputs "@" in the online document, a popup window may be displayed, where the popup window includes a plurality of preset work tasks, such as a "public database" task and a "program function" task. After a user selects one work task from a plurality of work tasks, a configuration page corresponding to the work task and used for configuring maintainer information can be displayed. For example, after the user selects the task of "public database", the configuration page of the maintainer information corresponding to "public database" can be displayed. And then, the user can input at least one maintainer data in the configuration page, and click a function button for generating maintainer information, such as 'determination', after the input is completed, so that maintainer information corresponding to the work task can be generated.
Further, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the maintenance personnel information is edited, the maintenance personnel information edited by different management personnel is different and mutually invisible. For example, the maintainer information manager B edited by the manager a cannot be seen, and similarly, the maintainer information manager a edited by the manager B cannot be seen and edited.
Moreover, for the same job task, the maintainer information edited by each manager is also mutually invisible and uneditable. For example, if the manager a edits the maintainer information a of the "public database" task and the manager B edits the maintainer information B of the "public database" task, the manager a cannot see and edit the maintainer information B, and the manager B cannot see and edit the maintainer information a.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the disclosure, each manager has a user identifier, each online document has a document identifier, and each work task also has a task identifier, so that when a work task is generated, an association relationship is established among the document identifier of the online document, the user identifier for editing the maintainer information, the task identifier corresponding to the maintainer information, and the generated maintainer information, thereby ensuring uniqueness among the manager, the online document and the maintainer information of the online document.
Further, when the maintainer information is generated, each maintainer data in the maintainer information can correspondingly generate a record in the maintainer information database, and meanwhile, each record also corresponds to a user identifier of a manager, namely the manager who has authority to operate the record. Wherein each record in the maintenance personnel information database has address information, such as URL (Uniform Resource Locator ), so that the record can be acquired according to the address information when the record is acquired, and thus the maintenance personnel information is acquired. Of course, other forms of address information are also suitable for use in embodiments of the present disclosure, which are not limited in this regard.
In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the browsing instructions include a document identification of the online document;
acquiring document content and at least one target user information of an online document from a preset server based on a browsing instruction, wherein the target user information is matched with the online document and the time information, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring document content of an online document based on the document identification;
acquiring each task identifier corresponding to the document identifier and address information of maintenance personnel information matched with the time information and respectively corresponding to each task identifier;
and acquiring corresponding maintenance personnel information matched with the time information from the server according to the address information.
Specifically, the user initiated browse instruction may include a document identification of the online document, i.e., which online document the user wants to browse. The terminal also comprises a document identifier of the online document after receiving the browsing instruction, so that after receiving the browsing request, the server firstly acquires the document identifier in the browsing request, then acquires document content corresponding to the document identifier and each task identifier, and acquires address information of maintenance personnel information (namely address information corresponding to records in a maintenance personnel information database) respectively corresponding to each task identifier, and can acquire corresponding maintenance personnel information matched with the time information from the server according to each address information, such as a URL.
The method for acquiring the task identifications corresponding to the document identifications and the address information of the target user information corresponding to the task identifications respectively comprises the following steps:
acquiring the current date corresponding to the browsing instruction;
acquiring each task identifier corresponding to the document identifier and maintainer information corresponding to each task identifier respectively;
matching the working date in each maintainer information with the current date respectively to determine at least one target maintainer information;
and acquiring address information of each piece of target maintenance personnel information.
Specifically, the working period and working time of each maintainer are different, so in order to return the latest maintainer information to the user, after the server receives the browsing instruction, each task identifier corresponding to the document identifier and the maintainer information corresponding to each task identifier are obtained, meanwhile, time information when the browsing instruction is received, such as the current date when the browsing instruction is received, is also required to be obtained, then the working date of each maintainer data in each maintainer information is respectively matched with the current date, the target maintainer information corresponding to the current date is determined, and then the address information of each target maintainer information is obtained.
For example, a certain online document x corresponds to maintainer information a and maintainer information b, the maintainer information a includes maintainer data of a first party and a second party, wherein the working date of the first party is 10 months 1 day to 10 months 7 days, the working date of the second party is 10 months 8 days to 10 months 14 days, the maintainer information b includes maintainer data of a third party and Ding Mou, the working date of the third party is 10 months 1 day to 10 months 7 days, the working date of the Ding Mou is 10 months 8 days to 10 months 14 days, and the current date of the online document x is 10 month 3 (time information corresponding to a browsing instruction), then the server acquires the maintainer data of the first party as maintainer information of a, acquires the maintainer data of the third party as maintainer information of b, and then acquires address information corresponding to the first party and the third party respectively.
Step S203, document content and information of each maintainer are displayed;
and the terminal receives the document content and at least one maintainer message corresponding to the online document sent by the server, and then displays the document content and the maintainer message on the terminal.
For example, a certain online document y corresponds to two work tasks: public database and program function, wherein the maintainer information corresponding to the public database is shown in table 3:

TABLE 4 Table 4
Then, the maintenance personnel information as shown in tables 3 and 4 is displayed at the same time as the document contents are displayed.
Step S204, when the online document is in an editing state and an editing instruction initiated by a user is received, a user identification of the user in the editing instruction is obtained;
specifically, when the online document processes the editing state and receives an editing instruction initiated by the user, for example, after the user inputs "@", the user identification of the user inputting "@", needs to be acquired.
In the disclosed embodiments, any user may enter "@" in an online document, including both administrative and non-administrative, and if "@" is entered by an administrator, may initiate an instruction to edit maintainer information, and if "@" is entered by a non-administrator, then "@" is a character, or activate a function associated with "@" (excluding edit maintainer information).
Step S205, based on the association relation between each target user information and the user identification of the user, the task identification of the work task and the document identification of the online document, acquiring each target user information of the work task corresponding to the user identification and displaying each target user information;
the terminal receives "@" input by a user, generates a browsing request and sends the browsing request to the server, the server acquires user identification in the browsing request, if the user identification is a manager, the server acquires the information of each maintainer of a work task corresponding to the user identification and displays the information of each maintainer based on the association relation between the information of each maintainer, the user identification of the user, the task identification of the work task and the document identification of an online document.
For example, the online document x includes maintainer information a and maintainer information b of a "public database", and maintainer information c and maintainer information d of a "program function", wherein the maintainer information a and the maintainer information c are created by the manager a, and when the manager a inputs "@" in the online document, the maintainer information a and the maintainer information c can be displayed, so that the manager a can edit the maintainer information a and the maintainer information c.
Step S206, when receiving an update instruction for each target user information, updating each target user information to obtain each updated target user information;
step S207, when a save instruction for each updated target user information is received, each updated target user information is saved.
Specifically, when the manager can update each maintainer information, such as modifying maintainer data, adding maintainer data, deleting the modified person data, etc., after the update is completed, the user can click a function button for saving, such as "ok", so that each updated maintainer information can be saved.
For example, in the previous example, the manager a updates the maintainer information a and the maintainer information c of the online document x to obtain updated maintainer information a and updated maintainer information c, and after the manager clicks to save, the updated maintainer information a and the updated maintainer information c can be saved.
