It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, which shows a flowchart of one embodiment of a document information processing method according to the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the document information processing method includes the following steps 101 to 102.
Step 101, in response to receiving an association instruction when a first target document is displayed, establishing a preset association relation between the first target document and a second target document indicated by the association instruction based on the association instruction; and the association instruction is used for indicating that a preset association relation is established between the first target document and the second target document.
The user can send an association instruction for establishing a preset association relation between the first target document and the second target document when the first target document is displayed. In some application scenarios, the first target document and the second target document may comprise, for example, online documents. The association instruction may include identity information of the second target document, and the identity information may include, for example, an identity code of the second target document.
After receiving the association instruction, the second target document indicated by the association instruction may be determined, and a preset association relationship between the second target document and the first target document may be established. After the preset association relationship between the first target document and the second target document is established, another target document can be traced back through any target document.
For example, when a correlation instruction sent by a user is received when a work weekly report (a first target document) of the week is displayed, a preset correlation relationship between the work weekly report and the work monthly report can be established according to the work monthly report (a second target document) of the month indicated in the correlation instruction. After the preset association relationship is successfully established, the user can trace the work weekly report to the work monthly report through the work weekly report, and can also trace the work weekly report through the work monthly report.
In some optional implementations, the presetting the association relationship includes: the second target document is used as a parent document, and the first target document is used as a child document; or the second target document as a child document and the first target document as a parent document.
In some application scenarios, the second target document may be associated as a parent document and the first target document may be associated as a child document. In this way, the second target document may be considered to be above the first target document, and the first target document may be considered to be below the second target document. In other application scenarios, the second target document may be associated as a child document and the first target document as a parent document. In this way, the second target document may be considered to be the lower side of the first target document, and the first target document may be considered to be the upper side of the second target document. Through presetting the association relationship, the user can quickly find the corresponding context, and the tracing is convenient.
And 102, displaying the identification information of the first target document and the second target document in a preset display mode for embodying a preset incidence relation.
The identification information may be used to characterize the first target document or the second target document. The identification information may include, for example, a document name, a document number, and the like. The user can identify the corresponding target document through the identification information. For example, if the document name of the first target document is "employee manual" and the document number is "001", the document name or document number may uniquely characterize the first target document, and the identification information may be "employee manual" or "001".
The preset association relationship can be embodied by displaying the identification information of the first target document and the second target document in the preset display mode. In some application scenarios, when the preset association relationship is that the second target document is used as a parent document and the first target document is used as a child document, the preset display manner may include a display manner in which the identification information of the second target document and the identification information of the first target document are displayed as different font sizes, for example, the font size corresponding to the identification information of the second target document is set to two levels, and the font size corresponding to the identification information of the first target document is set to three levels (here, the number of pounds corresponding to the second level font size may be greater than the number of pounds corresponding to the third number of font size), so as to embody the preset association relationship. In other application scenarios, the preset display mode may include a display mode in which the identification information of the second target document and the identification information of the first target document are displayed in different colors, for example, the display mode in which the identification information of the second target document is set to red and the identification information of the first target document is set to blue may also embody the preset association relationship. In other application scenarios, the presetting of the display mode may further include setting different distances between the identification information of the second target document and the identification information of the first target document and the same reference line, for example, taking a boundary line of the display interface closer to the identification information as the reference line, and setting the distance between the identification information of the second target document and the reference line as a first distance, where the first distance may be, for example, 0.5 cm; and setting the distance between the identification information of the first target document and the reference line as a second distance, wherein the second distance may be 0.8 cm, for example, and the second distance may be greater than the first distance, so as to embody a corresponding preset association relationship.
In the related art, documents having a certain relation may be stored in the same folder, and the documents may be managed by nesting subfolders in the folder. However, when managing documents in this way, a user can only open a folder at the top level first, and can only open subfolders nested in the top level folder. If the hierarchical relationship between the folders is deep, a user needs to open many folders to view the document information in the target folder. When the user is located in the next layer of folder, the user cannot simultaneously check the document information in the previous layer of folder, and further cannot check the relationship among the documents globally, so that the management efficiency is low.
In the embodiment, by responding to the received association instruction of the user when the first target document is displayed, a preset association relation between the first target document and a second target document indicated by the association instruction is established based on the association instruction; the association instruction is used for indicating that a preset association relation is established between the first target document and the second target document; and displaying the identification information of the first target document and the second target document in a preset display mode for embodying a preset incidence relation. The identification information of the target documents is visually displayed in a preset display mode, the preset incidence relation among the target documents is embodied, the user can conveniently and globally check the incidence relation among the target documents, and the document management efficiency is improved.
In some optional implementations, before the step 101, the document information processing method may further include a step 100: and displaying the identification information of the associated document which is related to the first target document and has established the preset association relation based on the historical association instruction in a preset display mode.
The user may send a plurality of association commands before the current time, and each association command may be regarded as a history association command compared to the association command sent at the current time. Based on each historical association instruction, corresponding association documents can be associated according to the historical association instruction; the history association instructions can establish preset association relations among the association documents corresponding to the history association instructions. These associated documents may have a direct or indirect association with the first target document. For example, if document a is associated with document B and document B is associated with document C, then document a has a direct association with document B, document a has an indirect association with document C, and document a is related to document C.
And when the preset association relationship is successfully established, displaying the identification information corresponding to the associated document in a preset display mode. Then, the user can check the association relationship between the first target document and the plurality of associated documents through the identification information, and can also check the association relationship between the associated documents, so that the method is visual and clear.
In some alternative implementations, associating the document includes: the first associated document and the first target document establish a preset association relation based on the historical association instruction, and the second associated document and the first associated document establish a preset association relation based on the historical association instruction.
For example, the document a may be regarded as a first target document, the document B may be regarded as a first associated document, and the document C may be regarded as a second associated document.
In some application scenarios, after the association documents indicated by the plurality of historical association instructions are respectively established with the corresponding preset association relationships, a mesh association relationship may be established among the plurality of groups of associated association documents. In these application scenarios, the display mode of the mesh association relationship may be embodied, and the identification information of the associated document may be displayed. The user can view the association relation among the associated documents globally based on the displayed identification information of each associated document showing the display mode of the network association relation, and the document management efficiency is improved.
In some optional implementations, the document information processing method may further include the steps of:
step 103, in response to detecting that the user releases the preset association, determining whether the user has editing permission.
Corresponding editing rights can be set for each document, and users related to the content recorded in the document can view the content. When a user needs to release the preset association relationship between the first target document and the second target document, whether the user has editing right on the first target document and the second target document can be detected.
And 104, in response to the fact that the user has the editing authority, releasing the preset association relation.
When it is determined that the user performing the above-described release operation has the editing right, the preset association relationship may be released.
In some application scenarios, a release operation may be performed on the identification information of the first target document and the second target document to achieve the purpose of releasing the preset association relationship.
Through the steps 103 and 104, the user having the editing right to the target document can perform the removing operation, so that the target document cannot be randomly removed from the preset association relationship, and the stability of the preset association relationship is improved to a certain extent.
In some optional implementations, after the step 104, the document information processing method may further include: judging whether the user is an author of the first target document and/or the second target document; and in response to determining that the user is not an author, sending a prompt to the author to prompt that the preset association has been resolved.
After the preset association relationship is released, if it is detected that the user releasing the preset association relationship is not the author of the target release document (the first target document and/or the second target document), prompt information may be sent to the author of the target release document to prompt the author that the document written by the author has been released from the preset association relationship. The user does not need to inform the author of the operation of the release, and the communication efficiency is improved. Here, the prompt information may include information contents such as the identity information of the user, name information of the target release document, and a released preset association relationship. For example, the user who releases the preset association relationship is zhang san, and the name information of the target release document is "a-zone interview record" and "interview record 01", wherein the document of the "a-zone interview record" is a parent document of the "interview record 01". The prompt message may be, for example: zhang San removes the "work interview record 01" from the "work interview record in district A".
In some optional implementations, the document information processing method may further include step 105: and displaying the second target document in response to detecting the click operation of the user on the identification information corresponding to the second target document.
In some application scenarios, when browsing a first target document, a user may view identification information of a second target document that establishes a preset association relationship with the first target document. In these application scenarios, if it is detected that the user performs a click operation on the identification information of the second target document, it may be considered that a presentation request of the user for the second target document is received, and then the second target document may be presented.
The user can check the second target document corresponding to the identification information by clicking the identification information, so that the operation of searching the position of the second target document is omitted, and the method is convenient and quick.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow diagram of another embodiment of a document information processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 2, the document information processing method may include the following steps 201 to 203.
In some alternative implementations, an association control may be set in a presentation interface that presents the first target document.
The association control may include, for example, an association button, an association box, and the like, which may substantially trigger execution of a control for establishing a preset association relationship. In some application scenarios, multiple association controls may be set, and different association controls may indicate different preset association relationships.
An association control may be set in a presentation interface that presents the first target document. In this way, after the user triggers the association control, the user may be considered to express an intention of establishing a preset association relationship corresponding to the association control between the first target document and the second target document.
Step 201, in response to receiving a first preset operation executed by a user on the association control, starting to receive information of a second target document input by the user.
The association control can be considered to be triggered after detecting that the user performs a first preset operation on the association control, such as clicking, long pressing and the like. At this time, the user may start receiving information of the second target document input by the user to determine the second target document that the user wants to associate. Here, the information of the second target document input by the user may include, for example, identity information, location information, and the like of the second target document, which may substantially clarify the content of the second target document.
In some optional implementations, the information of the second target document includes at least one of: document name information of a second target document; document link information of the second target document.
In some application scenarios, after detecting that the user performs the first preset operation, a presentation window for receiving information of the second target document may be presented. Then, the user may input information of the second target document in the presentation window. In these application scenarios, when receiving the document name information of the second target document input by the user, an operation entry of the document containing the document name information may be presented, and through the operation entry, operations such as associating the corresponding document or viewing the information content of the document may be implemented. The document name information here may include, for example, keywords, and the like in the document name; when the document link information of the second target document input by the user is received, the operation entry of the document corresponding to the link information can be presented, so that the operation of associating the corresponding document or viewing the information content of the document and the like can be realized through the operation entry.
After the user inputs the document name information of the second target document through experience or memory or pastes the corresponding document link information, the operation entry of the corresponding document can be displayed to the user, and then the user can quickly realize the related operation on the second target document, so that the user experience is improved.
Step 202, establishing a preset association relationship between the first target document and the second target document, wherein the preset association relationship is indicated by the association control.
After the user triggers the association control, a preset association relationship indicated by the association control can be established between the first target document and the second target document, and then another target document can be traced back through any target document.
And 203, displaying the identification information of the first target document and the second target document in a preset display mode for embodying a preset incidence relation.
In this embodiment, step 203 may be the same as or similar to step 102 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not repeated here.
Compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the document information processing method provided by the embodiment highlights that the user can establish the preset association relationship between the first target document and the second target document indicated by the association control by triggering the association control, the establishment process is simpler and faster, and the user experience is improved.
In some optional implementations, the presentation interface includes a first window and a second window; the first window is used for displaying the content of the first target document; and displaying the identification information of the first target document and the second target document in a preset display mode for embodying a preset incidence relation in the second window.
After the preset association relationship is established, the identification information of the first target document and the second target document may be displayed in a preset display manner that embodies the preset association relationship in the second window. Therefore, when a user browses the content of the first target document in the first window, the user can know the preset association relationship between the first target document and the second target document by looking over the identification information of the first target document and the second target document without looking over the content of the second target document, and the user can see the preset association relationship visually and clearly.
In some alternative implementations, the association control is disposed in the second window.
In some application scenarios, the association control may be triggered in the second window to establish a preset association relationship between the first target document and the second target document corresponding to the association control. Therefore, the user can establish the preset incidence relation between the first target document and the second target document while browsing the information content of the first target document, and the method is more convenient and practical.
In some optional implementations, the document information processing method further includes: and displaying the association control in response to a second preset operation executed by the user on the identification information of the first target document.
The second preset operation may include, for example, an operation of clicking or long-pressing the identification information. When it is detected that the user performs the second preset operation, the association control can be displayed to the user, and then the user can perform a trigger operation on the association control.
And determining whether to display the associated control or not by detecting whether the user executes a second preset operation, so that the display of the associated control can be controlled by the user. Therefore, when the association operation is not carried out, the association control can not be displayed, other elements on the display interface can not be shielded, and the display interface is cleaner to a certain extent.
Referring to fig. 3, a flow diagram of another embodiment of a document information processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 3, the document information processing method includes the following steps 301 to 304.
In some alternative implementations, an association control may be set in a presentation interface that presents the first target document.
In this embodiment, the function of the association control may be the same as or similar to that of the association control in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and is not described herein again.
Step 301, in response to detecting that the user performs the first preset operation, presenting at least one candidate second document.
After the user performs a first preset operation on the association control, the association control is triggered. At this time, a plurality of candidate second documents may be presented to the user, so that the user may determine the second target document, and then a preset association relationship between the first target document and the second target document corresponding to the association control may be established.
In some application scenarios, a keyword of a document name corresponding to a first target document currently browsed by a user may be detected, then documents corresponding to document names that are the same as or similar to the keyword are determined, and then the documents may be presented as candidate second documents.
Step 302, according to the selection operation performed by the user on any candidate second document, determining the candidate second document as a second target document.
The user may select a target second document from the presented plurality of candidate second documents and perform a selection operation on the target second document. The selecting operation may include, for example, clicking on the identification information of the target second document, long-pressing, or the like, to substantially characterize the candidate second document as the second target document.
After detecting that a user performs a selection operation on a certain candidate second document, the candidate second document may be determined as a second target document, and then a preset association relationship between the second target document and the first target document may be established.
Step 303, establishing a preset association relationship between the first target document and the second target document, wherein the preset association relationship is indicated by the association control.
And 304, displaying the identification information of the first target document and the second target document in a preset display mode for embodying a preset association relation.
In this embodiment, step 303 and step 304 may be the same as or similar to step 202 and step 203 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not repeated here.
Compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, the document information processing method provided by the embodiment highlights the step that the user can autonomously select the second target document from the displayed multiple candidate second documents, so that the range of the user for searching the second target document is reduced, and the searching process is more convenient.
In some alternative implementations, the at least one candidate second document is determined based on the following steps:
first, a history document browsed by a user is detected, and history time information when the history document is browsed is determined.
The user creates or edits a document, and a corresponding history trace is left. It is able to detect the historic documents browsed by the user through the historic traces, and determine the corresponding historic time information when the historic documents are browsed. And judging the history document recently browsed by the user through the history time information, and then determining a candidate second document.
Then, based on the historical time information, arranging the historical documents according to the time sequence, and determining the arranged historical documents with the preset number as candidate second documents.
After the historical time information is determined, a preset number of recently browsed historical documents can be determined according to the time sequence, and the historical documents can be determined as candidate second documents. For example, the history time information corresponding to the document a is 2020.06.01, the history time information corresponding to the document B is 2020.06.02, and the history time information corresponding to the document C is 2020.06.03. If the preset number is 2, the documents B and C may be determined as candidate second documents.
By taking the detected historical documents which are browsed recently by the user and are in the preset number as candidate second documents and displaying the candidate second documents to the user, the association process can be quickly realized when the user wants to establish the preset association relationship between the recently browsed historical documents and the first target document.
In some optional implementations, after the step 301, the document information processing method further includes: displaying a jump control for representing jump to a second target document; and jumping to a second target document in response to detecting the triggering operation of the user on the jumping control.
In some application scenarios, a user can jump to a corresponding second target document through the jump control to browse the information content of the second target document, and then can automatically check whether the second target document is a document which the user wants to establish a preset association relationship with the first target document, so that the user experience is improved. The jump control here may include, for example, a jump window, a jump button, and the like.
Referring to fig. 4, which shows a schematic structural diagram of one embodiment of a document information processing apparatus according to the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, the document information processing apparatus includes an association module 401 and a display module 402. The association module 401 is configured to, in response to receiving an association instruction when the first target document is displayed, establish a preset association relationship between the first target document and a second target document indicated by the association instruction based on the association instruction; the association instruction is used for indicating that a preset association relation is established between the first target document and the second target document; a display module 402, configured to display the identification information of the first target document and the second target document in a preset display manner that embodies a preset association relationship.
It should be noted that, for specific processing of the association module 401 and the display module 402 of the document information processing apparatus and the technical effects thereof, reference may be made to the related descriptions from step 101 to step 102 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, which are not described herein again.
In some optional implementation manners of the embodiment, an association control is set in a display interface for displaying the first target document; and the association module 401 is further configured to: in response to receiving a first preset operation executed by a user on the association control, starting to receive information of a second target document input by the user; and establishing a preset association relation between the first target document and the second target document and indicated by the association control.
