When the automatic water meter verification system detects a water meter, a production line acts to convey a tooling plate to a loading station, a stop at the loading station stops the tooling plate, a loading transfer moves a water meter accessory on a first roller conveying line onto the tooling plate, a clamp on the tooling plate fixes the tooling plate, the tooling plate is stopped and contracted after the water meter is positioned, the tooling plate is conveyed to an electronic module loading station under the driving of the production line, the electronic module loading transfer moves an electronic module to be transferred into the water meter through a second roller conveying line, in order to improve the transfer efficiency of the electronic module loading transfer, the electronic module loading transfer moves an electronic module to be transferred to an electronic module placing area for prestoring, when the water meter is conveyed to the electronic module loading station by the tooling plate, the electronic module is transferred from the placing area to the water meter, a cover plate mounting station is reserved on a first auxiliary section, optionally, mounting an electronic module mounting cover plate at the station, then performing screw locking operation at the next station, performing first verification on the water meter subjected to screw locking at a first verification station, transmitting the water meter to the visual identification assembly through a production line at the first verification station, transmitting a picture shot by the visual identification assembly to a system through a wireless network, processing the picture by a database, recording the information, continuously transmitting the water meter to the infrared reading assembly, reading the electronic module data of the water meter by the infrared reading assembly, transmitting the read data to the system through the wireless network, and comparing the processed data with the data recorded by the visual identification assembly; after the aging test is completed, reading electronic module data of the water meter through the infrared reading assembly at a second verification station, then shooting pictures through the visual identification assembly, transmitting relevant data to the system through a wireless network, recording information after the information is processed by a database, comparing the information with data stored in a database at the first verification station, analyzing whether the flow passing through a pointer of the water meter deviates from the flow read out by the electronic module on line, sending the result to the system, and judging whether the water meter is qualified or not by scanning a bar code on a tooling plate in subsequent processes. The verified water meters are operated by an automatic labeling machine and an automatic laser coding machine and then flow back to the material interaction section, water flow injected in the verification section is discharged at the drainage station, then the discharging operation is completed at the discharging station through discharging and transferring, unqualified water meters are identified and then placed in the unqualified water meter placement area through discharging and transferring, and qualified water meters are transferred to the first roller conveying line through discharging and transferring.

Claims (8)

1. An automatic water meter verification system comprises a production line for verifying a water meter and a conveying line for conveying accessories, and is characterized in that the production line comprises a material interaction section and a verification section, the material interaction section is in material interaction with the conveying line through a transfer component, the verification section comprises an analog section for aging the water meter, one end of the analog section is provided with a first verification station, the other end of the analog section is provided with a second verification station, the first verification station and the second verification station are respectively provided with a data reading module, the material interaction section is provided with a feeding station, a discharging station and a drainage station, the data reading module comprises a visual identification assembly and an infrared reading assembly, the visual identification assembly is positioned on one side of the infrared reading assembly, which is far away from the analog section, the visual identification assembly comprises a first bracket connected with the production line, and the first bracket is connected with a first detection piece through a camera tool, the infrared reading assembly comprises a second support connected with the assembly line, and a second detection piece is connected to the second support through an infrared tool.

An automatic calibration system for a water meter according to claim 1, characterized in that the unloading station is located between the draining station and the loading station, the loading station is located on a side of the unloading station away from the simulation section along a transmission direction of the assembly line, the material interaction section is provided with the electronic module loading station, and the electronic module loading station is located on a side of the loading station away from the unloading station.

An automatic calibration system for a water meter as defined in claim 1, wherein the infrared tool includes a connecting member connected to the second bracket, a driving member is provided on a side of the connecting member near the second detecting member for driving the second detecting member to move near the water meter, the driving member includes a first driving member, a second driving member and a third driving member, the first driving member, the second driving member and the third driving member move in directions perpendicular to each other, and the first driving member can drive the second detecting member to move near or away from the connecting member.

An automatic calibration system for a water meter according to claim 2, characterized in that the calibration section comprises a data reading section and an auxiliary processing section, the data reading section is arranged in the same direction as the material interaction section, the simulation section is located in the middle of the data reading section, the auxiliary processing section perpendicular to the material interaction section comprises a first auxiliary section and a second auxiliary section, and the closed-loop production line is formed by connecting the material interaction section, the first auxiliary section, the data reading section and the second auxiliary section end to end.

An automatic calibration system for a water meter according to claim 4, characterized in that the first auxiliary section is provided with an electronic module mounting cover plate station and an automatic screw locking machine, the electronic module mounting cover plate station is located on a side of the automatic screw locking machine away from the data reading section, the second auxiliary section is provided with an automatic labeling machine and an automatic laser coding machine, and the automatic laser coding machine is located on a side of the automatic labeling machine away from the data reading section.

An automatic water meter verification system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the transfer means is a robot, the transfer means includes a water meter unloading transfer, a water meter loading transfer and an electronic module loading transfer, a defective water meter placement area and an electronic module placement area are provided between the material interaction section and the conveyor line, the defective water meter placement area and the defective unloading station are both in the water meter unloading transfer area, the loading station is in the water meter loading transfer area, and the electronic module placement area and the electronic module loading station are both in the electronic module loading transfer area.

The automatic calibration system for the water meter according to claim 6, wherein the conveying lines comprise a first roller conveying line and a second roller conveying line which are adjacent to each other, two code disassembling machines are arranged on the first roller conveying line at intervals, the water meter discharging transfer and the water meter feeding transfer are located between the two code disassembling machines along the length direction of the material interaction segment, the two code disassembling machines are arranged on the second roller conveying line at intervals, and the electronic module feeding transfer is located between the two code disassembling machines along the length direction of the material interaction segment.

An automatic calibration system for a water meter according to claim 5, characterized in that a stop is provided at each of the loading station, the unloading station, the draining station, the electronic module loading station, the electronic module mounting cover plate station, the first calibration station and the second calibration station on the production line.
