Description

Control method and device for electronic expansion valve of air conditioner, air conditioner and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioner control, in particular to a control method and device of an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner, the air conditioner and a storage medium.
Background
The electronic expansion valve of the existing inverter air conditioner is generally controlled according to the suction superheat degree (suction temperature of a compressor-middle temperature of an evaporator): when the suction superheat degree is larger than a certain value (for example, 1 ℃), increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve; when the suction superheat degree is less than a certain value (for example, -1 ℃), reducing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve; the degree of superheat of the suction gas is in a certain range (for example-1 to 1 ℃), and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is unchanged.
However, under current control, when the compressor is operated at low frequency, the electronic expansion valve may fluctuate periodically and even shut down completely, causing the air conditioner to stop.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem that when the compressor runs at low frequency, the electronic expansion valve can generate periodic fluctuation and even completely close to cause the shutdown of the air conditioner.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a control method of an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner, comprising:
acquiring current flow characterization parameters of the air conditioner, wherein the flow characterization parameters comprise at least one of compressor frequency, high pressure and exhaust temperature; when the flow characterization parameters meet preset conditions, determining corresponding limited opening degrees based on the flow characterization parameters; controlling the electronic expansion valve based on the limited opening degree.
The method comprises the steps of determining a corresponding limited opening degree based on a flow characterization parameter when the current flow characterization parameter meets a preset condition by judging whether the current flow characterization parameter of the air conditioner meets the preset condition, and determining the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the limited opening degree, so that the lower limit of the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is limited when the flow of refrigerant in a pipeline is low and fluctuation risk exists, a certain refrigerant flow is ensured, the fluctuation risk is eliminated, and the normal and reliable operation of the air conditioner is further ensured.
Optionally, the preset condition includes at least one of: the frequency of the compressor is less than a first preset frequency; the high pressure is less than a preset pressure; the exhaust temperature is less than a preset temperature.
Parameters such as first preset frequency, high pressure, exhaust temperature and the like which can represent the flow of the refrigerant are used for limiting the opening of the electronic expansion valve so as to avoid energy efficiency fluctuation of the air conditioner.
Optionally, when the flow rate characterizing parameter meets a preset condition, the determining a corresponding limited opening degree based on the flow rate characterizing parameter includes:
when the compressor frequency is less than the first preset frequency, determining a corresponding limited opening degree based on the compressor frequency.
Because the air conditioner generates fluctuation when the air conditioner operates at low frequency for a long time, and the lower the frequency of the compressor is, the less the flow in the pipeline of the air conditioner is, the proper limited opening degree can be determined based on the actual frequency of the compressor, thereby further realizing the effect of preventing the fluctuation of the embodiment of the invention and maintaining the reliable operation of the air conditioner.
Optionally, when the flow rate characterizing parameter meets a preset condition, the determining a corresponding limited opening degree based on the flow rate characterizing parameter includes:
when the frequency of the compressor is smaller than the first preset frequency, judging whether the high-pressure is smaller than a preset pressure or not, or whether the exhaust temperature is smaller than a preset temperature or not;
and if the high-pressure is smaller than the preset pressure or the exhaust temperature is smaller than the preset temperature, determining the corresponding limited opening degree based on the frequency of the compressor.
Based on the first preset frequency and the high pressure or the first preset frequency and the exhaust temperature, the time for limiting the electronic expansion valve can be determined more accurately, and fluctuation is avoided while normal control is not influenced.
Optionally, when the flow rate characterizing parameter meets a preset condition, the determining a corresponding limited opening degree based on the flow rate characterizing parameter includes:
and when the compressor frequency is less than the first preset frequency and the preset duration is continued, determining a corresponding limited opening degree based on the compressor frequency.
By limiting the duration of the preset time, unnecessary limitation on the electronic expansion valve is avoided, and adverse effects on normal control of the electronic expansion valve are avoided.
Optionally, the compressor frequency is inversely related to the defined opening degree.
The limited opening degree is determined along with the actual operation condition of the air conditioner, so that fluctuation can be prevented, and a larger opening degree range of the expansion valve can be reserved so as not to hinder the normal control effect.
Optionally, the determining a corresponding defined opening degree based on the compressor frequency comprises:
when the frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to a second preset frequency and less than the first preset frequency, the corresponding limited opening degree is greater than or equal to a first opening degree and less than or equal to a second opening degree, wherein the second preset frequency is less than the first preset frequency, and the first opening degree is less than the second opening degree;
when the frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to a third preset frequency and less than a second preset frequency, the corresponding limited opening degree is greater than or equal to a third opening degree and less than or equal to a fourth opening degree, wherein the third preset frequency is less than the second preset frequency, the third opening degree is less than the fourth opening degree, and the third opening degree is greater than the second opening degree;
when the frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to a fourth preset frequency and less than a third preset frequency, the corresponding limited opening degree is greater than or equal to a fifth opening degree and less than or equal to a sixth opening degree, wherein the fourth preset frequency is less than the third preset frequency, the fifth opening degree is less than the sixth opening degree, and the fifth opening degree is greater than the fourth opening degree.
The corresponding relation between the frequency of the compressor and the limited opening degree is preset, so that the limited opening degree is determined along with the frequency of the compressor, the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is determined along with the frequency of the compressor, the actual running state of the air conditioner is attached, and the control is more accurate.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
To facilitate an understanding of the various embodiments of the present invention, a brief description of the prior art will be provided.
When the frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner is low, the flow rate of the refrigerant is low, the suction superheat degree is also low, and according to the suction superheat degree control logic, the opening degree of the expansion valve is required to be reduced at the moment. When the air conditioner operates at a low frequency for an excessively long time, the expansion valve may be completely closed, causing the air conditioner to be shut down.
When the electronic expansion valve operates at a low frequency, the suction superheat degree is too small, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve needs to be reduced, and the refrigerant flow is reduced by reducing the opening degree of the expansion valve, so that the suction superheat degree is further reduced, the frequency of the compressor is increased after the electronic expansion valve is shut down or the electronic expansion valve is opened to a certain low opening degree, the suction superheat degree is increased along with the frequency of the compressor, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased, but after a period of time, the condition that the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced can repeatedly occur, namely the electronic expansion valve periodically fluctuates.
The invention provides a control method of an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner. Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a control method of an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the air conditioner electronic expansion valve includes:
step S10, obtaining the current flow characterizing parameters of the air conditioner, wherein the flow characterizing parameters comprise at least one of compressor frequency, high pressure and exhaust temperature;
the flow characterization parameter is a parameter which can directly or indirectly characterize the flow of refrigerant in the air conditioner. A flow characterizing parameter including at least one of a compressor frequency, a high pressure, and a discharge temperature.
Under the condition of certain other conditions, the higher the frequency of the compressor is, the larger the flow rate of the refrigerant in the air conditioner pipeline is, the lower the frequency of the compressor is, and the smaller the flow rate of the refrigerant in the air conditioner pipeline is. The frequency of the compressor is one of important control parameters of the air conditioner, the obtaining way is simple, the frequency can be obtained without adding any device, and any cost is not required to be newly added. In addition, when the air conditioner starts to operate at a low frequency, the frequency of the compressor can be obtained, and the fluctuation phenomenon can occur after the air conditioner operates at a lower frequency of the compressor for a period of time, namely the time for obtaining the frequency of the compressor is earlier than the time for the fluctuation, so that in the embodiment of the invention, the follow-up control (whether the preset condition is met or not and the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is determined) is carried out based on the frequency of the compressor, the prevention effect of avoiding the fluctuation is achieved, and the fluctuation can be well prevented.
After the air conditioner operates for a period of time at a low frequency, the suction superheat degree is low due to the small refrigerant flow, and the high-pressure is remarkably low compared with the normal state, namely, the high-pressure is low in the previous period of time when fluctuation occurs. Therefore, whether the fluctuation is about to occur or not can be judged based on the magnitude of the high-pressure, and the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve can be limited at a proper time. Alternatively, it is also possible to determine when to define the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve based on the compressor frequency and the high pressure together, and to determine a specific defined opening degree.
After the air conditioner operates for a period of time at a low frequency, the suction superheat degree is low due to the small flow of the refrigerant, the exhaust temperature is lower, and the exhaust temperature is remarkably lower in the previous period of time due to the fluctuation. Therefore, whether the fluctuation is about to occur or not can be judged based on the exhaust temperature, and the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve can be limited at a proper time. Alternatively, it is also possible to determine when to limit the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve based on the compressor frequency and the discharge temperature together, and to determine a specific limited opening degree.
The current flow characterization parameter refers to a latest flow characterization parameter value, and the latest flow characterization parameter value can represent a current latest refrigerant flow state. The current flow characterization parameters can be obtained in real time or at fixed intervals in the starting operation process of the air conditioner, and the control of the electronic expansion valve is carried out based on the latest flow characterization parameters.
Optionally, after the air conditioner is started and operates for a preset time, the current flow characterization parameter is obtained. The preset time is the time required by the air conditioner from starting to stable operation, and can be determined based on the self condition of the air conditioner, after the air conditioner operates for the preset time, the air conditioner operates stably, and the acquired flow characterization parameters are more accurate.
Step S20, when the flow rate characterization parameters meet preset conditions, determining corresponding limited opening degrees based on the flow rate characterization parameters;
the flow characterization parameter satisfies a preset condition, which indicates that the refrigerant flow of the air conditioner is too low, and the electronic expansion valve at this time has a risk of fluctuation, so that the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve needs to be limited, for example, the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is limited.
Optionally, the preset condition includes at least one of: the compressor frequency is less than a first preset frequency, the high pressure is less than a preset pressure, and the exhaust temperature is less than a preset temperature.
Wherein the first preset frequency can be 30-35HZ, the preset pressure can be 1.6-1.8MPa, and the preset temperature can be 25-28 ℃.
The preset flow rate may be determined based on the specific duct installation conditions and the scale of the air conditioner. The first preset frequency, the preset pressure, the preset temperature and the preset flow are prestored in the air conditioner and are called at any time.
Parameters such as first preset frequency, high pressure, exhaust temperature and the like which can represent the flow of the refrigerant are used for limiting the opening of the electronic expansion valve so as to avoid energy efficiency fluctuation of the air conditioner.
Step S30, controlling the electronic expansion valve based on the limited opening degree.
The air conditioner controls the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve based on the suction superheat degree, when the suction superheat degree is larger than a certain value (example 1 ℃), the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased, when the suction superheat degree is smaller than a certain value (example-1 ℃), the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced, the suction superheat degree is in a certain range (example-1 ℃), and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is unchanged. In addition, when the exhaust temperature is too high, the electronic expansion valve is also controlled together with the exhaust temperature.
And when the flow representation parameter meets a preset condition, determining a limited opening degree based on the flow representation parameter, and controlling the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve by taking the suction superheat degree as a main control parameter and the limited opening degree as an auxiliary parameter in the control of the electronic expansion valve. And determining the corresponding limited opening degree based on the flow characterization parameters, wherein the corresponding relation between the flow characterization parameters and the limited opening degree can be prestored in the air conditioner, and the corresponding relation can be in a list form or a formula form.
Optionally, step S30 includes: determining a minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve based on the defined opening degree, comprising: calculating the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve based on the limited opening degree, such as increasing a certain step number or decreasing a certain step number on the basis of the limited opening degree to obtain the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve; further comprising: the limited opening degree is controlled as the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve. The larger the flow rate characterizing parameter is, the smaller the corresponding limited opening degree is, and the smaller the flow rate characterizing parameter is, the larger the corresponding limited opening degree is. The smaller the flow representation parameter is in a certain range (the flow representation parameter is smaller than a certain value, such as the frequency of the compressor is lower than a certain value), the smaller the flow of the refrigerant in the pipeline is, and the larger the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve needs to be, so as to ensure the sufficient refrigerant flow. Taking the flow characterization parameter as the compressor frequency as an example, when the air conditioner operates at the frequency of the compressor 20HZ, if only the suction superheat degree is used for control, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is 50pls-150pls, and when the limited opening degree is determined to be 60pls based on the compressor frequency, the safe opening degree range of the electronic expansion valve is finally determined to be 60pls-150pls, that is, the minimum opening degree is increased according to the current compressor frequency condition, so that the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is kept in the safe range, and no fluctuation occurs.
Optionally, when the flow rate characterizing parameter does not satisfy the preset condition, it is indicated that the flow rate of the refrigerant in the air conditioner pipe is still sufficient, or the flow rate of the refrigerant in the air conditioner pipe is not further abnormally reduced temporarily, and at this time, the control of the normal electronic expansion valve may be performed without setting the limited opening degree based on the flow rate characterizing parameter, for example, according to the suction superheat degree, or the suction superheat degree is combined with the exhaust temperature.
Taking the flow characterization parameter as the compressor frequency and the preset condition as the condition that the compressor frequency is less than 30HZ as an example, when the compressor frequency is less than 30HZ, the operation frequency of the air conditioner is low, the flow of the refrigerant is reduced at the moment, and fluctuation possibly occurs, so that the limited opening is determined based on the compressor frequency and is used as the minimum opening of the electronic expansion valve to ensure a certain flow and avoid the fluctuation; when the frequency of the compressor is more than 30HZ, the flow of the refrigerant is still sufficient, and fluctuation can not occur, at the moment, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve can not be too low under the normal condition because the frequency of the compressor is higher, so that the normal control can be carried out without setting the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the step S20 includes:
and S200, when the compressor frequency is less than the first preset frequency, determining a corresponding limited opening degree based on the compressor frequency.
The first preset frequency is 30-35HZ, when the compressor frequency is lower than the first preset frequency, the air conditioner is in a low-frequency running state, under normal conditions, the compressor frequency is in direct proportion to the flow of refrigerant in the pipeline, when the load of the air conditioner is lower, the refrigerating capacity/heating capacity requirement is lower, therefore, the compressor frequency is lower, and the refrigerant flow is lower. The corresponding relation between the compressor frequency and the limited opening degree can be preset in the air conditioner, the corresponding relation can be in a list form or a formula form, one compressor frequency value corresponds to one limited opening degree value, and one compressor frequency range (comprising a plurality of frequency values) corresponds to one limited opening degree value. And when the frequency of the compressor is less than the first preset frequency, inquiring the corresponding relation or calculating based on the corresponding relation to obtain the limited opening degree.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, step S20 includes:
step S210, when the frequency of the compressor is smaller than the first preset frequency, judging whether the high-pressure is smaller than a preset pressure or not, or whether the exhaust temperature is smaller than a preset temperature or not;
after the compressor is less than the first preset frequency, there is little possibility that the surge occurs in a short time, and therefore, after the compressor is less than the first preset frequency, the time for which the electronic expansion valve is defined is further determined based on the high pressure or the discharge temperature. That is, after it is determined that the frequency of the compressor is less than the first preset frequency, the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is not limited, but the current condition is further determined based on the high pressure or the exhaust temperature, and when the high pressure is less than the preset pressure or the exhaust temperature is less than the preset temperature, it indicates that the possibility of fluctuation is high and the limitation is required.
Step S211, if the high pressure is less than a preset pressure, or the exhaust temperature is less than a preset temperature, determining a corresponding limited opening degree based on the compressor frequency.
In this case, the corresponding limited opening degree is determined based on the compressor frequency, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is limited by presetting the correspondence between the compressor frequency and the corresponding limited opening degree.
Based on the first preset frequency and the high pressure or the first preset frequency and the exhaust temperature, the time for limiting the electronic expansion valve can be determined more accurately, and fluctuation is avoided while normal control is not influenced.
Optionally, step S20 includes: and when the frequency of the compressor is less than a first preset frequency and the preset duration is continued, determining a corresponding limited opening degree based on the frequency of the compressor.
After the frequency of the compressor is less than the first preset frequency, the possibility of fluctuation in a short time is not high, and therefore after the frequency of the compressor is less than the first preset frequency for a preset time, the corresponding limited opening is determined based on the frequency of the compressor, and the opening of the electronic expansion valve is limited. So as to avoid unnecessary limitation on the electronic expansion valve and avoid causing adverse effects on the normal control of the electronic expansion valve.
Optionally, the compressor frequency is inversely related to the defined opening degree.
The lower the compressor frequency, the smaller the refrigerant flow rate, so the opening degree of the expansion valve needs to be increased to ensure the flow rate, the higher the compressor frequency, the larger the refrigerant flow rate, the smaller the opening degree of the expansion valve can be properly, and no adverse effect on the flow rate is caused. So, can confirm the limited opening degree that matches with it based on actual compressor frequency size, and then inject the electronic expansion valve minimum opening degree that matches with it, compare with the minimum opening degree that sets up a fixed size, this embodiment is along with the actual behavior of air conditioner confirms the limited opening degree, both can prevent undulant the appearance, can keep great expansion valve opening degree scope again to do not hinder normal control effect.
Optionally, the preset correspondence relationship between the frequency and the limited opening degree includes:
when the frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to a second preset frequency and less than the first preset frequency, the corresponding limited opening degree is greater than or equal to a first opening degree and less than or equal to a second opening degree, wherein the second preset frequency is less than the first preset frequency, and the first opening degree is less than the second opening degree;
when the frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to a third preset frequency and less than a second preset frequency, the corresponding limited opening degree is greater than or equal to a third opening degree and less than or equal to a fourth opening degree, wherein the third preset frequency is less than the second preset frequency, the third opening degree is less than the fourth opening degree, and the third opening degree is greater than the second opening degree;
when the frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to a fourth preset frequency and less than a third preset frequency, the corresponding limited opening degree is greater than or equal to a fifth opening degree and less than or equal to a sixth opening degree, wherein the fourth preset frequency is less than the third preset frequency, the fifth opening degree is less than the sixth opening degree, and the fifth opening degree is greater than the fourth opening degree.
In one embodiment, the first predetermined frequency is 30HZ, the second predetermined frequency is 20HZ, the third predetermined frequency is 15HZ, the fourth predetermined frequency is 12HZ, and the first predetermined frequency isThe opening degree is 58pls, the second opening degree is 62pls, the third opening degree is 73pls, the fourth opening degree is 77pls, the fifth opening degree is 83pls, and the sixth opening degree is 87 pls. That is, when the compressor frequency is greater than or equal to 20hz and less than 30hz, the corresponding limited opening degree satisfies: p is less than or equal to 58plsminLess than or equal to 62 pls; when the compressor frequency is greater than or equal to 15hz and less than 20hz, the corresponding limited opening degree satisfies: 73pls is less than or equal to PminLess than or equal to 77 pls; when the compressor frequency is greater than or equal to 12hz and less than 15hz, the corresponding limited opening degree satisfies: 83 pls. ltoreq.PminLess than or equal to 87 pls; wherein P isminTo define the opening.
In another embodiment, when the compressor frequency is greater than or equal to 20hz and less than 30hz, the corresponding defined opening is 60 pls; when the frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to 15hz and less than 20hz, the corresponding limited opening degree is 75 pls; when the compressor frequency is greater than or equal to 12hz and less than 15hz, the corresponding limited opening degree is 85 pls.
The corresponding relation between the frequency of the compressor and the limited opening is preset, so that the limited opening is determined along with the frequency of the compressor, the minimum opening of the electronic expansion valve is determined along with the frequency of the compressor, the electronic expansion valve is attached to the actual running state of the air conditioner, the control is more accurate, meanwhile, the minimum opening of the electronic expansion valve is determined based on the frequency of the compressor, the fluctuation or the abnormal capacity change can not occur when the compressor runs at low frequency for a long time, and the normal and reliable running of the air conditioner is ensured.
As an example shown in fig. 4, after the air conditioner is powered on, the current compressor frequency is obtained, when the compressor frequency is greater than or equal to 30HZ, the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner is controlled according to the suction superheat degree, when the compressor frequency is less than 30HZ, whether the compressor frequency is greater than or equal to 20HZ is determined, if yes, the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is limited to 60pls, if the compressor frequency is less than 20HZ, whether the compressor frequency is greater than or equal to 15HZ is further determined, if yes, the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is limited to 75pls, and if the compressor frequency is less than 15HZ, the minimum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is limited to 85 pls.
The invention also provides a control device of the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the control device. As shown in fig. 5, the control device includes:
an obtaining unit 101, configured to obtain a current flow rate characterizing parameter of the air conditioner, where the flow rate characterizing parameter includes at least one of a compressor frequency, a high pressure, and a discharge temperature;
the processing unit 102 is configured to determine a corresponding limited opening degree based on the flow characterization parameter when the flow characterization parameter meets a preset condition;
a control unit 103 for controlling the electronic expansion valve based on the defined opening degree.
