Control method of washing system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a control method of a washing system.
Background
The existing flocculation washing machine at present realizes the purpose of removing suspended matters and detergent residues in the washing water by adding flocculant into the washing water according to the flocculation principle. The existing flocculation washing machine directly performs flocculation treatment on rinsing water after rinsing, and does not judge whether the rinsing water meets the flocculation requirement or not, so that the flocculation effect is poor.
Moreover, in the prior art, after flocculation is finished, the flocculation effect is not detected and is directly applied to rinsing clothes, so that the rinsing effect cannot be guaranteed, in addition, in the flocculation process in the prior art, the dosage of the flocculant cannot be accurately controlled through the water quality of actual washing water, and whether the flocculated clear water meets the rinsing requirement or not is fed back through data.
If the water quality detection device is fixedly arranged in the washing barrel and the flocculation barrel, the water quality detection device is positioned at a fixed position, so that the detected water quality information is: such as turbidity, chromaticity, etc., are difficult to represent actual water quality, and thus control in flocculation is affected, and it is difficult to achieve a good flocculation effect.
The present invention has been made in view of this.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of overcoming the defects of the prior art and providing a control method of a washing system, wherein a water quality detection device is matched with the washing device to finish the washing process, and whether the water quality is suitable for flocculation is judged by detecting water quality information, so that flocculation effect is ensured, waste is prevented, flocculation process is controlled by detecting the water quality information in flocculation, flocculation effect is further ensured, and water quality detection is also used for detecting whether the water quality meets the rinsing standard, so that rinsing effect is ensured.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the basic conception of the technical scheme that:
the control method of the washing system comprises a water quality detection device and a washing device which are arranged in a split mode, wherein the water quality detection device is put in the washing device, and the control method comprises the following steps: the water quality detection device detects water quality information, and the water quality detection device or the washing device judges whether to flocculate water and/or controls the flocculation treatment process according to the water quality information.
In the scheme, the water quality detection device and the washing device are matched to complete the washing process, whether the water quality is suitable for flocculation or not is judged by detecting the water quality information, the flocculation effect is guaranteed, the waste is prevented, the flocculation process is controlled by detecting the water quality information in flocculation, and the flocculation effect is further guaranteed.
Preferably, in the washing/rinsing stage, the water quality detection device detects water quality information, the water quality detection device or the washing device judges whether the water quality meets flocculation conditions, if so, the washing device performs flocculation treatment on water after the washing is finished or after the rinsing is finished, otherwise, the washing device discharges washing water/rinsing water.
In the scheme, the water quality detection device detects water quality information, judges whether flocculation conditions are met according to the water quality information, and executes the flocculation process when the flocculation conditions are met, so that flocculation effect is guaranteed, waste is reduced, washing water/rinsing water is directly discharged when the flocculation conditions are not met, water is re-fed to rinse clothes, and rinsing effect is guaranteed.
Preferably, the determining whether the water quality meets the flocculation condition comprises: judging whether the conductivity and/or turbidity of the water in the washing device is in a corresponding set range, if so, the water quality meets the flocculation condition, otherwise, the water quality does not meet the flocculation condition.
In the scheme, the flocculation meaning is not great if the turbidity is too great, and flocculation is not necessary if the turbidity is too small, so that a setting range suitable for flocculation is set for the turbidity; the conductivity in water is too small, which is unfavorable for flocculation reaction, and the conductivity is large, which is favorable for flocculation reaction, so a setting range suitable for flocculation is set for the conductivity, and the range can be more than a certain setting conductivity, and the water quality more than the setting conductivity is suitable for flocculation.
Therefore, according to the practical situation, when one or both of the conductivity and the turbidity of the water quality is in the corresponding setting range, the water quality is judged to be in accordance with the flocculation condition, otherwise, the water quality is judged to be not in accordance with the flocculation condition.
Preferably, the water quality detection device determines the dosage of the flocculant and/or the flocculation reaction time according to the detected water quality information.
In the scheme, the water quality detection device determines the flocculation process according to the water quality information, so that the flocculation effect is improved, and the flocculation quality is ensured.

More preferably, the water quality detection device determines the dosage of the flocculating agent and the flocculation reaction time by detecting the temperature, the water quantity and the electric conductivity of water.
In the scheme, the flocculation reaction is controlled according to a plurality of water quality parameters, so that the flocculation effect is ensured.
Preferably, after flocculation is finished, the water quality detection device detects whether the water quality meets a rinsing standard, and when the water quality is judged to meet the rinsing standard, the washing device rinses clothes by using the flocculated water, otherwise, the flocculated water is discharged.
In the scheme, the water quality detection is carried out on the flocculated water to judge whether the water is suitable for rinsing, so that the rinsing effect is ensured, and if the water is not suitable for rinsing, the water is directly discharged and the water is again rinsed.
Preferably, the water quality detection device judges whether the flocculated water reaches the rinsing standard by detecting the turbidity, TOC value and COD value of the water quality.
The corresponding setting ranges suitable for rinsing are respectively set for the turbidity, TOC value and COD value of the water quality, and when at least one, two or three of the three are in the corresponding setting ranges, the water quality meets the rinsing standard.
Preferably, the water quality detection device detects water quality information in the flocculation process executed by the washing device, and the washing device or the water quality detection device judges whether the dosage of the flocculating agent meets the standard according to the water quality information;
preferably, the water quality detection device judges whether the turbidity is lower than the set turbidity by detecting the turbidity of water in the flocculation process, if yes, the flocculant adding amount is judged to be in accordance with the standard, and if not, the flocculant adding amount is judged to be out of accordance with the standard.
In the scheme, the adding amount of the flocculant is judged according to the turbidity, so that the flocculation effect is ensured.
Preferably, in the flocculation process, when the water quality detection device judges that the dosage does not meet the standard, the washing device inputs the flocculating agent again: the water quality detection device detects the turbidity of the water after flocculating agent is added each time, judges whether the adding amount of the flocculating agent meets the standard, and if the adding amount of the flocculating agent does not meet the standard, the washing device adds a set amount of flocculating agent until the turbidity is detected to be lower than the set value.
In the scheme, the washing device is used for successively adding the flocculating agent, so that pollution and waste caused by excessive adding of the flocculating agent are effectively prevented.
Preferably, the washing system comprises a first water quality detection device and a second water quality detection device, the washing device comprises a washing barrel and a flocculation barrel, the first water quality detection device is put in the washing barrel, the second water quality detection device is put in the flocculation barrel, the first water quality detection device detects water quality information of a washing stage/a rinsing stage, the washing device or the first water quality detection device judges whether flocculation treatment is carried out on water according to the water quality information, and the second water quality detection device detects the water quality information in and/or after flocculation is finished so as to control the flocculation process and/or detect whether the flocculated water meets rinsing standards.
In the above scheme, considering that the washing system comprises a washing barrel and a flocculation barrel, two water quality detection devices are arranged, the two water quality detection devices have different functions and respectively detect different water quality, and the washing device is comprehensively matched with the washing device to jointly complete a washing task in the whole working process of the washing device.
