judging whether the comprehensive score of each sample point data in the water quality map is larger than an early warning value, if so, continuing to execute a set program by the tableware cleaning equipment, otherwise analyzing the cause of the poor water quality, generating operation prompt information according to the analysis result to prompt a user to perform corresponding operation or generate a control instruction, and controlling the tableware cleaning equipment to automatically execute corresponding operation;
the method comprises the steps of analyzing and inquiring water quality parameters which lead to low comprehensive score of water quality, generating operation prompt information to prompt a user to perform corresponding operation or generate control instructions according to the water quality parameters, or controlling the tableware cleaning equipment to automatically perform corresponding operation so as to relieve or eliminate the influence of the water quality parameters on the washing effect of the tableware cleaning equipment.

A control method according to claim 1, wherein the control information comprises control instructions for controlling the dish washing machine, the water quality detection means being in communication with the dish washing machine, the control information being transmitted to the dish washing machine, the dish washing machine performing a corresponding operation upon receipt of the control instructions.

The control method according to claim 2, wherein the washing system further comprises an intelligent terminal, the water quality detection device is wirelessly connected with the intelligent terminal, the water quality detection device generates control information according to the detected water quality information, the control information comprises information for prompting a user to control the dish washing equipment, the water quality detection device sends the control information to the intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal prompts the user after receiving the control information.

A control method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the control method comprises: the water quality detection device detects the water quality information of the water fed by the tableware cleaning device and controls the tableware cleaning device to execute a proper cleaning program according to the water quality information, or prompts a user to control the tableware cleaning device to execute the proper cleaning program according to the water quality information.

The control method according to claim 4, wherein the water quality detecting means further controls the amount of the detergent additive to be added to the dish washing machine or the water quality detecting means prompts the user to add an appropriate amount of the detergent additive to the dish washing machine based on at least the water quality information of the water to be added during the water feeding process of the dish washing machine.
6. The control method according to claim 5, wherein the water quality detecting means detects a TDS value in the quality of the intake water, and the amount of the detergent additive to be added is controlled based on the TDS value.

The control method according to claim 6, wherein the water quality detecting means further adjusts a time parameter of a washing stage and/or a rinsing number and/or a time parameter of a rinsing stage in the washing process according to the detected water quality information during the execution of the washing program by the dish washing machine.

The control method according to claim 7, wherein when the dish washing machine enters a washing stage/rinsing stage, the water quality detecting means detects water quality information of the washing water/rinsing water and judges whether the dish is washed clean/rinsed clean based on the water quality information, if the dish washing/rinsing clean is judged in the washing stage/rinsing stage, the control of reducing the washing time/rinsing times and/or time of the dish washing machine is directly controlled or prompted to the user, and if the dish not washed/rinsed clean is judged at the end of the washing stage/rinsing stage, the control of increasing the washing time/rinsing times and/or time of the dish washing machine is directly controlled or prompted to the user.

11. The water quality testing device of claim 10, wherein the water quality testing module comprises one or more of a TDS testing unit, a water temperature testing unit, a TOC testing unit, a turbidity testing unit, and a detergent residue testing unit.

The water quality detection device according to claim 9 or 11, wherein the communication module is a wireless module, the water quality detection device is separately arranged with the dish washing machine and/or the intelligent terminal, and the water quality detection device sends the control information to the dish washing machine and/or the intelligent terminal through the wireless module.
