Preparation method of multifunctional skin-care yarn
Please refer to fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a method for preparing a multifunctional skin care yarn, the method comprising two steps of S1-S3:
s1: providing a fiber containing a skin care ingredient;
s2: compounding the skin care ingredient-containing fiber and at least one other fiber;
s3: the multifunctional skin care yarn is obtained through the processes of opening picking, cotton carding, drawing, roving and spinning;
the skin care ingredient-containing fibers comprise nanofibers with diameters less than 1um, the nanofibers comprise interconnected pores, and the pore diameter of the pores is 10-50 nm.
In step S1, the skin care ingredient-containing fiber may be obtained by adding the skin care ingredient into a spinning solution of a raw material fiber, and the raw material fiber may be any one or more of a high wet modulus viscose fiber, a modal fiber, a bamboo fiber, a Coolmax moisture absorption and sweat releasing fiber, and a tencel fiber, and may be, for example, a modal fiber containing a skin care ingredient or a tencel fiber containing a skin care ingredient. In one embodiment, the weight ratio of the raw material fibers to the skin care ingredients can be (20-60):1, and blended yarn with a certain special proportion can be obtained by setting a reasonable weight ratio of the cellulose fibers to the skin care ingredients, and the adhesion rate of the skin care ingredients and the physical properties of the yarn are effectively improved.
In the step S2, the compounding includes compounding the skin care ingredient-containing fiber and another fiber, the another fiber may be a second fiber without skin care ingredient, and the fineness of the second fiber may be 10 to 20 dtex. The length of the second fibers is 30-50 mm.
In step S3, the opening may include opening, removing impurities, mixing, and coiling, wherein the opening may be to open the compressed block fibers in the cellulose fibers into small fiber blocks or small fiber bundles for subsequent spinning processes, the removing impurities may remove 50-60% of impurities in the fibrils, the mixing may be to mix different cellulose fibers uniformly, and the coiling may be to make the uniformly mixed fiber mixture into fiber coils or fiber bundles (carding process) for carding process.
Opening can be carried out through plucking machinery, snatchs the fibre promptly and feeds the place ahead machinery to play the effect of opening the mixture, edulcoration, mixture can include utilize the opener machinery, utilize various hired roughneck promptly, strike, the fibre of debonding, preliminary edulcoration, for example biax flows opener, porcupine opener.
The cotton carding is that a cover plate type or roller type cotton carding machine is utilized, small cotton bundles are carded into a single fiber state by means of needle face movement, impurities and non-spinnable short fibers are further removed, the fibers are straightened in parallel, and finally, cotton slivers are manufactured to be coiled into a sliver can.
The cotton carding process can adopt the process principle of 'soft carding, smooth transfer, light quantification, low speed, medium gauge, high tin thorn ratio and doffer speed reduction', and the drawing process can adopt three-pass combination.
In one embodiment, the roving process has a twist of 4-7 twists/10 cm and a twist coefficient of 76-90. the spinning process can adopt siro spinning and a negative Poisson ratio method, for example, the position of a front rubber roller in a spinning machine is properly moved forward in the spinning process, the area of a spinning triangular zone is reduced, an antistatic agent is sprayed on the surface of the rubber roller, and the spacing distance of a rear zone of a roller is increased.
In the cotton carding process, the light basis weight refers to the basis weight of the raw sliver, and the basis weight can be 11-15g/5 m. In the cotton carding process, the low speed is to reduce the linear speed of a cylinder roller and a licker-in roller in a spinning machine, and the high tin-to-licker-in ratio is to control the linear speed ratio of the cylinder roller to the licker-in roller to be 2.2-2.6. In the cotton carding process, the spacing between the cylinder roller and the licker-in roller in the spinning machine is controlled to be 0.12-0.16mm, the spacing between the cylinder roller and the cover plate in the spinning machine is controlled to be 0.18-0.24mm, and the spacing between the cylinder roller and the doffer roller in the spinning machine is controlled to be 0.10-0.15 mm.
In the drawing process, the drafting multiple is set to be 8-10, the speed is 180-350m/min, in the roving process, the speed is set to be 170-200m/min, and the gap of a roller jaw is set to be 25mm × 30 mm.
The spinning process can be a siro spinning blending process, in the spinning process, the roller gauge can be 18mm 3536 mm, the back zone drafting can be 1.2-1.5 times, the front roller speed can be 200-3 r/min, the siro spinning double-bell-mouth diameter can be 2.5-3 mm, the spacing can be 3-3.5 mm, and the twist coefficient can be 300-500.
In the spinning process, the skin care effect of the yarn can be controlled by controlling the drafting ratio, the twist and the fineness.
In step S2, the method may further include a post-treatment step, which may include heat treatment, sizing treatment, and mechanical texturing, wherein the heat treatment may impart a three-dimensional structure to the yarn, and the heat-treated yarn may have a three-dimensional crimp structure.
The shaping can comprise any one or more of air oxidation shaping, solvent volatilization shaping, high-temperature heat shaping, normal-temperature cold shaping, ultraviolet curing shaping, radiation shaping, thermal reaction shaping, chemical reaction shaping and infrared catalytic thermal reaction shaping, and the shaping treatment can ensure the toughness and strength of the yarn. The mechanical deformation may be, for example, a deformation caused by a certain force acting on the yarn by a certain machine.
Through yarn aftertreatment technology for the yarn has certain three-dimensional structure, can promote the structural stability of yarn to a certain extent, and compliance, fluffy degree to and better visual perception guarantee to pass through wet gas permeability, also can be bigger increase the area of contact of skin care composition and yarn, better performance skin care effect.
