Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fabrics, and particularly relates to a durable skin-care fabric, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Because of the restriction of living habits of people, the cosmetic health care product is generally only limited to the maintenance of the parts of the face, the hands and the like which are exposed frequently, but the maintenance of other parts of the body is not careful, the cosmetic health care product is generally applied externally for a long time, and if the skin of the whole body is required to be maintained every day, the cosmetic health care product is hardly possible to most people in the current social environment. Current skin care techniques lack durability and need to be re-performed after a short period of time. If the home textile or the garment fabric with the skin care and moisture retention functions can be produced, the defect of whole body maintenance can be overcome. Most of the existing skin care fabrics directly form skin care materials on the fabrics, the skin care durability is not high, the skin care effect is difficult to achieve, the waste of skin care ingredients is caused, and the cost is high.

Further, in the spinning process, the spinning machine and the spinning process used may be selected according to the kind and physicochemical characteristics of the fiber raw material, for example, the melt spinning is used, the high polymer is heated to a suitable temperature above the melting point to prepare a melt, the melt is passed through a screw extruder, and the melt is obtained by spinning, or for example, the solution spinning (including wet spinning and dry spinning, for example) is used, a suitable solvent is selected, the fiber-forming high polymer is dissolved into a spinning solution, or the high polymer is first made into a soluble intermediate and then dissolved into a spinning solution to be spun (such as viscose, vinylon, acrylic fiber, etc.).
