Further, in the spinning process, the spinning machine and the spinning process used may be selected according to the kind and physicochemical characteristics of the fiber raw material, for example, the melt spinning is used, the high polymer is heated to a suitable temperature above the melting point to prepare a melt, the melt is passed through a screw extruder, and the melt is obtained by spinning, or for example, the solution spinning (including wet spinning and dry spinning, for example) is used, a suitable solvent is selected, the fiber-forming high polymer is dissolved into a spinning solution, or the high polymer is first made into a soluble intermediate and then dissolved into a spinning solution to be spun (such as viscose, vinylon, acrylic fiber, etc.).
In a specific embodiment, in the spinning process, for example, the fiber structures as described above are combined together to spin a yarn, specifically, a single fiber structure may be spun, or a plurality of fiber structures may be mixed to be blended, and the fiber structures are opened to remove impurities to remove the processes of mixing, carding, merging, drafting, twisting, and winding, so as to obtain: the opening and impurity removing process can prevent larger impurity particles in the fiber structure from extruding and damaging the fiber structure and is beneficial to subsequent mixing, and in the cotton carding process, the fiber structure in blocks is carded into a single fiber state, so that the drafting process of the fiber structure, the yarn forming strength and the yarn breakage rate of spun yarns are improved; the drafting straightens the fibers of which the hooks are in a curled state in parallel, so that the structure of the yarn is improved; the twisting process can be realized by twisting the fiber structure around the axis of the fiber structure to enable the fiber structure parallel to the axial direction of the fiber strands to be in a spiral shape, so that radial pressure is generated to fix the longitudinal connection between the fiber structures, the strength is improved, the flexibility of the yarn can be improved in a low-twist mode and a non-twist mode, and further, ring spinning, siro spinning, compact spinning, rotor spinning, air jet spinning and self-contained end spinning can be realized according to different spinning modes. The yarn has a three-dimensional structure, for example, the breaking strength of the yarn is 12-24 cN/tex, the breaking elongation is 15-24%, and the coefficient of variation Cv of the breaking strength is 9-14%. The fiber is a fiber structure containing a skin care component, wherein the hollowness of the skin care fiber structure is 35-45%, and the fineness of the fiber structure is 0.9D-120D.
In one embodiment, the yarns may be woven as warp yarns, weft yarns, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, non-woven fabrics (non-woven fabrics) or other structures formed on a loom as well as in the weaving process. Specifically, the woven fabric is a fabric formed by interlacing two systems of yarns, i.e., a transverse direction and a longitudinal direction, which are arranged perpendicular to each other, on a loom according to a predetermined rule, and is, for example, a denim, a satin, a tweed, a hemp yarn, or the like. The woven fabric is divided into cotton fabric, medium-length fabric, wool fabric and filament fabric according to the fiber length and fineness of the woven fabric: the length of the cotton fiber is about 30 mm, and the cotton fiber is formed into cotton type yarn, so that cotton type fabric is obtained; the length of the wool is about 75 mm, and the wool-type yarns are formed, so that the wool-type fabric is formed; the fibers between the cotton and wool lengths are called medium-long fibers, the formed yarns are called medium-long fiber yarns, and the fabric formed by the yarns is a medium-long fabric. The filament type fabric is a fabric woven with filaments, such as rayon fabric, polyester yarn fabric. Wherein, can also form plain weave, twill, satin and other organizations according to the organizational structure woven fabric: knitted fabrics are fabrics formed by knitting yarns into loops, and are classified into weft knitting and warp knitting. Wherein, the weft knitted fabric is formed by feeding weft yarns to a working needle of a knitting machine from weft directions, sequentially bending the yarns into loops and mutually sleeving the yarns; warp-knitted fabrics are produced by simultaneously knitting one or more sets of parallel arranged yarns on all the working needles of a warp-feed knitting machine. Knitted fabrics are mainly classified into two categories: weft-knitted fabrics and warp-knitted fabrics are two broad categories. Weft-knitted fabrics are used for sweaters, socks and the like, warp-knitted fabrics are often used as underwear fabrics, and manual knitting is also a knitting method of weft knitting.
