常见的色斑,主要是有机色斑,如捆绑和包装石材的草绳、纸板箱;茶叶、咖啡、酱油、果汁、烟渍等生活溶液;人或动物的排泄物;石面上腐烂的各种食物、微生物、青苔和霉菌等;墨水、记号笔等其他色笔划痕等等。常见的油斑或油污斑,如机械加工中的油脂,食用油污,机械或车辆泄漏的机油或润滑油等。

本发明还公开了一种石材污斑清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1) 按重量份数计算,分别称取去离子水30-80份、非离子表面活性剂2-7份、聚乙烯醇5-10份、氯化钠2-6份、三氯乙烯5-10份、丙酮5-15份、丁酯2-7份、椰子油酸脂1-4份、过氧化合物5-15份、二醇单烷基醚3-5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-6份、聚乙二醇3-5份置入烧瓶内搅拌均匀,待体系完全溶解时过滤收集过滤液;
2)按重量份数计算,分别称取酶复合稳定剂0.1-0.5份、防腐剂0.1-0.5份、乙醇5-20份、消泡剂2-5份加入步骤1)所述的过滤液内并拌均匀待体系再一次完全溶解得第一混合液;
3)测量步骤2所述的第一混合液pH值并根据检测结果按重量份数计算放入酸性调节剂2-5份、碱性调节剂1-4份调节pH值7-8,加入溶菌酶0.2-0.4份并搅拌10~30分钟后即得石材污斑清洗剂。
采用上述方案本发明取得有益效果如下:本发明一种石材污斑清洗剂及其制备方法,具有优良的去污、乳化、发泡性能,高效去除石材表面污斑和油斑,且通过溶菌酶有效抑制石材表面细菌的产生,安全健康,无毒无害。

实施例1:
一种石材污斑清洗剂,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂2份、去离子水40份、聚乙烯醇5份、氯化钠2份、三氯乙烯5份、丙酮5份、丁酯2份、椰子油酸脂2份、酶复合稳定剂0.2份、溶菌酶0.2份、过氧化氢5份、二醇单烷基醚3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、聚乙二醇3份、防腐剂0.1份、酸性调节剂2份、碱性调节剂1份、乙醇5份、消泡剂2份。
一种石材污斑清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1) 按重量份数计算,分别称取非离子表面活性剂2份、去离子水40份、聚乙烯醇5份、氯化钠2份、三氯乙烯5份、丙酮5份、丁酯2份、椰子油酸脂2份过氧化氢5份、二醇单烷基醚3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、聚乙二醇3份置入烧瓶内搅拌均匀,待体系完全溶解时过滤收集过滤液;
2)按重量份数计算,分别称取酶复合稳定剂0.2份、防腐剂0.1份、乙醇5份、消泡剂2份加入步骤1)所述的过滤液内并拌均匀待体系再一次完全溶解得第一混合液;
3)测量步骤2所述的第一混合液pH值并根据检测结果按重量份数计算放入酸性调节剂2份、碱性调节剂1份调节pH值7-8,加入溶菌酶0.2份并搅拌10~30分钟后即得石材污斑清洗剂。
实施例2:
一种石材污斑清洗剂,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂4份、去离子水50份、聚乙烯醇7份、氯化5份、三氯乙烯7份、丙酮10份、丁酯4份、椰子油酸脂3份、酶复合稳定剂0.3份、溶菌酶0.3份、过氧乙酸10份、二醇单烷基醚4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4份、聚乙二醇4份、防腐剂0.25份、柠檬酸3份、磷酸氢二钠3份、乙醇16份、消泡剂3份。
一种石材污斑清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1) 按重量份数计算,分别称取去离子水50份、非离子表面活性剂4份、聚乙烯醇7份、氯化5份、三氯乙烯7份、丙酮10份、丁酯4份、椰子油酸脂3份、过氧乙酸10份、二醇单烷基醚4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4份、聚乙二醇4份置入烧瓶内搅拌均匀,待体系完全溶解时过滤收集过滤液;
2)按重量份数计算,分别称取酶复合稳定剂0.3份、防腐剂0.25份、乙醇16份、消泡剂3份加入步骤1)所述的过滤液内并拌均匀待体系再一次完全溶解得第一混合液;
3)测量步骤2所述的第一混合液pH值并根据检测结果按重量份数计算放入柠檬酸3份、磷酸氢二钠3份调节pH值7-8,加入溶菌酶0.3份并搅拌10~30分钟后即得石材污斑清洗剂。
实施例3:
一种石材污斑清洗剂,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂7份、去离子水80份、聚乙烯醇10份、氯化6份、三氯乙烯10份、丙酮15份、丁酯7份、椰子油酸脂4份、酶复合稳定剂0.5份、溶菌酶0.4份、过氧化合物15份、二醇单烷基醚5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠6份、聚乙二醇5份、防腐剂0.5份、酸性调节剂5份、碱性调节剂4份、乙醇20份、消泡剂5份。
一种石材污斑清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1) 按重量份数计算,分别称取去离子水80份、非离子表面活性剂7份、聚乙烯醇10份、氯化6份、三氯乙烯10份、丙酮15份、丁酯7份、椰子油酸脂4份、过氧化合物15份、二醇单烷基醚5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠6份、聚乙二醇5份置入烧瓶内搅拌均匀,待体系完全溶解时过滤收集过滤液,
2)按重量份数计算,分别称取酶复合稳定剂0.5份、防腐剂0.5份、乙醇20份、消泡剂5份加入步骤1)所述的过滤液内并拌均匀待体系再一次完全溶解得第一混合液
3)测量步骤2所述的第一混合液pH值并根据检测结果按重量份数计算放入酸性调节剂5份、碱性调节剂4份调节pH值7-8,加入溶菌酶并搅拌10~30分钟后即得石材污斑清洗剂。

1.一种石材污斑清洗剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂2-7份、去离子水30-80份、聚乙烯醇5-10份、氯化钠2-6份、三氯乙烯5-10份、丙酮5-15份、丁酯2-7份、椰子油酸脂1-4份、酶复合稳定剂0.1-0.5份、溶菌酶0.2-0.4份、过氧化合物5-15份、二醇单烷基醚3-5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-6份、聚乙二醇3-5份、防腐剂0.1-0.5份、酸性调节剂2-5份、碱性调节剂1-4份、乙醇5-20份、消泡剂2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石材污斑清洗剂,其特征在于,所述过氧化合物选自过氧化氢、过氧乙酸中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石材污斑清洗剂,其特征在于,所述酸性调节剂为柠檬酸、山梨酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、延胡索酸、抗坏血酸、乳酸、葡萄酸的一种或多种;碱性调节剂为碳酸钠、小苏打、乙酸钠、磷酸氢二钠的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石材污斑清洗剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基胺、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、失水山梨醇酯、聚氧乙烯烷基酰胺的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种石材污斑清洗剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油。
6.一种石材污斑清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1) 按重量份数计算,分别称取去离子水30-80份、非离子表面活性剂2-7份、聚乙烯醇5-10份、氯化钠2-6份、三氯乙烯5-10份、丙酮5-15份、丁酯2-7份、椰子油酸脂1-4份、过氧化合物5-15份、二醇单烷基醚3-5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-6份、聚乙二醇3-5份置入烧瓶内搅拌均匀,待体系完全溶解时过滤收集过滤液;
2)按重量份数计算,分别称取酶复合稳定剂0.1-0.5份、防腐剂0.1-0.5份、乙醇5-20份、消泡剂2-5份加入步骤1)所述的过滤液内并拌均匀待体系再一次完全溶解得第一混合液;
3)测量步骤2所述的第一混合液pH值并根据检测结果按重量份数计算放入酸性调节剂2-5份、碱性调节剂1-4份调节pH值7-8,加入溶菌酶0.2-0.4份并搅拌10~30分钟后即得石材污斑清洗剂。
