本发明公开了一种有机硅防水涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂30‑50份、有机硅单体20‑40份、去离子水60‑80份、开环聚合乳液16‑20份、植物纤维7‑11份、聚丙烯酸酯25‑45份、磷酸三丁酯3‑7份、防老剂2‑6份、乳化剂10‑30份、稳定剂16‑20、活性二氧化硅12‑16份、催化剂1‑5份和防水剂9‑13份。本发明成膜性较强,保证了涂料的使用寿命,具有防火和防霉功能,且无毒无味,环保性较强,同时施工方式多样,方便快捷,且对基层的要求较低,适用性更强。

一种有机硅防水涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及防水涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种有机硅防水涂料。
背景技术
防水涂料是指涂料形成的涂膜能够防止雨水或地下水渗漏的一种涂料,防水涂料可按涂料状态和形式分为:乳液型、溶剂型、反应型和改性沥青。市场上的防水材料有两大类:一是聚氨酯类防水涂料。这类材料一般是由聚氨脂与煤焦油作为原材料制成。它所挥发的焦油气毒性大,且不容易清除,因此于2000年在中国被禁止使用。尚在销售的聚氨脂防水涂料,是用沥青代替煤焦油作为原料。但在使用这种涂料时,一般采用含有甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂来稀释,因而也含有毒性;另一类为聚合物水泥基防水涂料。它由多种水性聚合物合成的乳液与掺有各种添加剂的优质水泥组成,聚合物(树脂)的柔性与水泥的刚性结为一体,使得它在抗渗性与稳定性方面表现优异。它的优点是施工方便、综合造价低,工期短,且无毒环保。因此,聚合物水泥基已经成为防水涂料市场的主角。
现有的防水涂料环保性较差,且对基层的湿度和平坦度要求较高,在对异形部分进行施工时操作不便,施工完毕后的耐候性较差,使用寿命较短,为此,我们提出了一种有机硅防水涂料来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种有机硅防水涂料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种有机硅防水涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂30-50份、有机硅单体20-40份、去离子水60-80份、开环聚合乳液16-20份、植物纤维7-11份、聚丙烯酸酯25-45份、磷酸三丁酯3-7份、防老剂2-6份、乳化剂10-30份、稳定剂16-20、活性二氧化硅12-16份、催化剂1-5份和防水剂9-13份。
优选地,包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂30-50份、有机硅单体20-40份、去离子水60-80份、开环聚合乳液16-20份、植物纤维7-11份、聚丙烯酸酯25-45份、磷酸三丁酯3-7份、防老剂2-6份、乳化剂10-30份、稳定剂16-20、活性二氧化硅12-16份、催化剂1-5份和防水剂9-13份。
优选地,包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂30-50份、有机硅单体20-40份、去离子水60-80份、开环聚合乳液16-20份、植物纤维7-11份、聚丙烯酸酯25-45份、磷酸三丁酯3-7份、防老剂2-6份、乳化剂10-30份、稳定剂16-20、活性二氧化硅12-16份、催化剂1-5份和防水剂9-13份。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明在生产和使用时不会产生有毒气体,保证了生产和施工工人的身体健康,具有较好的环保性;
2、本发明可应用于各种建筑的室内外屋面防水,施工方便,通过刮、涂、刷均可施工,操作简便,且对基层的要求较低,适用性更强;
综上所述,本发明成膜性较强,保证了涂料的使用寿命,具有防火和防霉功能,且无毒无味,环保性较强,同时施工方式多样,方便快捷,且对基层的要求较低,适用性更强。

实施例1
一种有机硅防水涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:环氧树脂30-50份、有机硅单体20-40份、去离子水60-80份、开环聚合乳液16-20份、植物纤维7-11份、聚丙烯酸酯25-45份、磷酸三丁酯3-7份、防老剂2-6份、乳化剂10-30份、稳定剂16-20、活性二氧化硅12-16份、催化剂1-5份和防水剂9-13份,稳定剂为水滑石和高氯酸盐中的其中一种,防老剂为对苯二胺、亚磷酸盐和二氢化喹聚合体中的一种或两种组合。

本发明中,使用时,通过涂刷的方式对施工基层进行横竖交叉式涂刷,间隔3小时后进行二次涂刷,根据具体的情况酌情增加涂刷层数,本发明成膜性较强,保证了涂料的使用寿命,具有防火和防霉功能,且无毒无味,环保性较强,同时施工方式多样,方便快捷,且对基层的要求较低,适用性更强。
