一种环保自熄高分子防水涂料及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种水性涂料,特别是一种建筑工程和家居装饰所用的环保自熄高分子防水涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
无缝防水是建筑行业的世界性难题,目前建筑行业常用的防水材料普遍存在着高温流淌、低温脆裂,抗拉强度低、延伸率小、附着力差等问题。用于建筑物外墙时经雨水冲刷和潮气侵蚀很容易就在短时间内引起老化、干裂、变形、折断、分层,不仅影响美观,而且存在极大的安全隐患;用于室内建筑如厨房、浴室等时,亦存在施工困难、渗漏频发、无法有效保护墙壁等问题。无论室内还是室外,想保证整洁美观就要经常花费大量人力物力返工重修,而频繁的修补不仅严重扰乱了人们的生产生活秩序,更加剧了建筑物的老化过程,进一步缩短了使用寿命。另一方面,常用的溶剂型涂料(油漆)甲醛和有机化合物(VOC)含量高,并且在使用过程中必须加入天那水等调节剂,对环境污染极大。目前市面上的防水涂料质量参次不齐,其品质表现为强度低,力学性能不佳,防水效果不理想,已满足不了人们越来越高的要求。
公开号为CN102079918A的中国专利公开了一种建筑防水涂料,其组成重量百分比如下:聚醋酸乙烯30-50,乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物20-30,高岭土6-10,成膜助剂0.5-2.5,重钙6-10,分散剂0.1-3,消泡剂0.3-0.8,硅溶胶3-8,余量的去离子水。该发明提供的建筑防水涂料的缺点是强度较低,力学性能差。
公开号为CN102108234A的中国专利公开了一种多彩环保型合成高分子防水涂料,其由以下重量份的成分组成:石油树脂3-7份,SEBS5-15份,SBS5-15份,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体TPU510份,萜烯树脂4-8份,聚α-甲基苯乙烯4-8份,桐油2-5份,云母粉10-15份,防老剂D0.2-0.5份,抗氧剂2640.2-0.5份,消泡剂0.2-0.5份,紫外线吸收剂0.3-0.5份,120#溶剂35-45份,乙酸丁脂5-15份,色浆1-3份。该发明的防水性能仍不理想,低温条件下脆裂现象明显,拉伸强度及断裂伸长率较低。
公开号为CN101838490A的中国专利提供了一种多效高分子水性涂料,其成分按重量的分比为:乙烯乙酸酯聚合物51~59wt%、颜填料27~36wt%、添加剂2.1~8.5wt%、余量是去离子水。该涂料的物理力学性能较差。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种环保自熄高分子防水涂料,该涂料不含有毒溶剂,无毒无污染,适用于人防、国防工程、隧道、涵洞等不同场合。本发明的另一目的在于提供一种环保自熄高分子防水涂料的制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种环保自熄高分子防水涂料,该涂料按照重量份数由以下的材料组成:热塑丁苯橡胶8份,氢化SBS8份,碳9树脂3份,萜烯树脂4份,2402树脂3份,M-80苯乙烯树脂4份,氯丁橡胶8份,抗老剂2640.6份,消泡剂0.3份,流平剂0.5份,云母粉8份,钛白粉4份,200号溶剂油18份,丁酯7份,环己烷20份,紫外线吸收剂0.6份,阻燃剂3份。
上述环保自熄高分子防水涂料的制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
(1).将200号溶剂油、丁酯放入容器中,开动搅拌机,在低速搅拌状态下,缓慢加入热塑丁苯橡胶,氢化SBS,碳9树脂,萜烯树脂,2402树脂,M-80苯乙烯树脂待其溶解并混合均匀;
(2).将环己烷放入另一个容器中,同样在低速搅拌状态下加入氯丁橡胶,抗老剂264待其充分溶解;
(3).将步骤(2)得到的混合物加入步骤(1)制得的混合物中,经搅拌均匀后,在高速搅拌状态下,加入流平剂、紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂、云母粉、钛白粉,分散约30分钟后加入消泡剂;随后用刮板细度计检验细度,符合要求后出料装罐,即得到该环保自熄高分子防水涂料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明不含有毒溶剂,无毒无污染;防水涂膜干燥后具有极佳的拉伸强度,伸长率和粘结强度;耐酸耐碱,耐紫外线,耐热抗冻;施工方便,可喷涂,刷涂,滚涂;涂膜干燥快,便于重复下道工序施工,增加工效;特别是干膜自熄不燃,保证了一些特殊地方的防水层可靠安全;另外本防水涂料可按需要添加任何粉料,可调制成多种颜色,满足人们特殊需要。
具体实施方式:
本发明的环保自熄高分子防水涂料由以下的材料(重量份)组成:热塑丁苯橡胶8份,氢化SBS8份,碳9树脂3份,萜烯树脂4份,2402树脂3份,M-80苯乙烯树脂4份,氯丁橡胶8份,抗老剂2640.6份,消泡剂0.3份,流平剂0.5份,云母粉8份,钛白粉4份,200号溶剂油18份,丁酯7份,环己烷20份,紫外线吸收剂0.6份,阻燃剂3份。
该环保自熄高分子防水涂料的制备方法,主要包括以下几个步骤:
1.将配方中的200号溶剂油,丁酯放入容器中,开动搅拌机,在低速搅拌状态下,缓慢加入热塑丁苯橡胶,氢化SBS,碳9树脂,萜烯树脂,2402树脂,M-80苯乙烯树脂待其溶解并混合均匀;
2.将配方中的环己烷放入另一个容器中,同样在低速搅拌状态下加入氯丁橡胶,抗老剂264待其充分溶解;
3.将步骤2得到的混合物加入步骤1制得的混合物中,经搅拌均匀后,在高速搅拌状态下,加入流平剂、紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂、云母粉、钛白粉,分散约30分钟后加入消泡剂;随后用刮板细度计检验细度,符合要求后出料装罐,即得到该环保自熄高分子防水涂料。
对本发明环保自熄高分子防水涂料进行测试,其性能参数与该行业各种常用材料性能对比结果如下:
由上表可见:本发明物理力学性能优异;耐酸耐碱性强;使用寿命长;单位面积用量少;涂膜阻燃自熄。
本发明应用范围广,适用于人防、国防工程,隧道,涵洞,建筑物内外墙、地下室,蓄水池,游泳池,电梯坑,粮库,船舶,各种屋面,厨房,厕浴等各种地方防水防腐;另外调成色彩还可用做工厂和公共场所的地坪。
本发明通过上述具体实施例来说明本发明的原料配比及制备步骤,但本发明并不局限于上述配比及制备步骤,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述制备步骤才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明所选用原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。

1.一种环保自熄高分子防水涂料,其特征在于该涂料按照重量份数由以下的材料组成:热塑丁苯橡胶8份,氢化SBS8份,碳9树脂3份,萜烯树脂4份,2402树脂3份,M-80苯乙烯树脂4份,氯丁橡胶8份,抗老剂2640.6份,消泡剂0.3份,流平剂0.5份,云母粉8份,钛白粉4份,200号溶剂油18份,丁酯7份,环己烷20份,紫外线吸收剂0.6份,阻燃剂3份。
2.权利要求1所述的环保自熄高分子防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括如下几个步骤:
(1).将200号溶剂油、丁酯放入容器中,开动搅拌机,在低速搅拌状态下,缓慢加入热塑丁苯橡胶,氢化SBS,碳9树脂,萜烯树脂,2402树脂,M-80苯乙烯树脂,待其溶解并混合均匀;
(2).将环己烷放入另一个容器中,同样在低速搅拌状态下加入氯丁橡胶,抗老剂264待其充分溶解;
(3).将步骤(2)得到的混合物加入步骤(1)制得的混合物中,经搅拌均匀后,在高速搅拌状态下,加入流平剂、紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂、云母粉、钛白粉,分散约30分钟后加入消泡剂;随后用刮板细度计检验细度,符合要求后出料装罐,即得到该环保自熄高分子防水涂料。
