Preferably, the membrane end cap comprises a second cap portion, a second connecting portion, and a membrane end cap flow passage formed by the second connecting portion and the second cap portion;
the second cover body part is used for sealing one end face of the composite filter element assembly, and the peripheral surface of the second cover body part is hermetically connected with the shell; the second connecting part penetrates through the flow channel of the composite filter element assembly until the second connecting part is hermetically connected with the bottom of the shell; the area of the cross section of the membrane end cover flow channel is smaller than the area of the cross section of the flow channel of the composite filter element assembly and larger than the area of the cross section of the flow channel of the membrane filter element assembly, so that the second connecting part and the composite filter element assembly form a filtered water outlet flow channel and simultaneously form a waste water flow channel with the membrane filter element assembly.

Compared with the prior art, the invention adopting the scheme has the beneficial effects that:
when the filter is used, raw water enters the device through the raw water inlet, is sequentially filtered by the composite filter element assembly along the water flow channel and then flows out of the filtered water outlet; in order to further filter raw water, water filtered by the composite filter element assembly further enters the water inlet pipe from the filtered water inlet and enters the membrane filter element assembly through the water flow channel to be further filtered, and generated pure water flows out through the water flow channel and the pure water outlet; meanwhile, the generated wastewater flows out through the water flow channel and the wastewater outlet, so that the raw water is filtered;
in addition, because the raw water inlet, the filtered water outlet, the filtered water inlet, the pure water outlet and the wastewater outlet are arranged at the bottom of the shell instead of being arranged at two ends of the shell respectively, the composite filter element device of the embodiment has higher integration degree and attractive appearance, and can be easily assembled in the water purifier body, namely the problems of more troublesome assembly and insufficient integration degree of the traditional composite filter element device are solved.

Preferably, the flow channels of the composite filter element assembly 3, the flow channels of the membrane filter element assembly 4 and the membrane end cap flow channels are arranged coaxially.
In order to improve the sealing performance between the membrane end cover 6 and the housing 1, the peripheral surface of the second cover part 61 and the inner side wall in the housing 1 can be connected by welding, when assembling, the composite filter element assembly 3 and the membrane filter element assembly 4 are separately installed in the housing 1, the composite filter element assembly 3 of the membrane end cover 6 covered at the upper end is installed in the housing 1, and then the second cover part 61 and the inner side wall of the housing 1 are connected by welding, so that the embodiment can be more pressure-resistant and water hammer impact-resistant, and when the water flux of the embodiment is larger, water insulation can be ensured; finally, the membrane filter element assembly 4 is arranged in the shell 1, and the cover body 2 is covered at the open end of the shell 1.
In order to improve the sealing performance between the membrane end cover 6 and the housing 1, at least two water blocking ribs may be disposed on the circumferential surface of the second cover body portion 61, as shown in fig. 8, a seal ring groove is formed between every two adjacent water blocking ribs, and a seal ring, such as an O-ring, is limited in the seal ring groove; in addition, the membrane filter element assembly 4 is wound on the membrane end cover 6 through a water-stop adhesive tape, and the water-stop adhesive tape plays a role in water isolation; the membrane cartridge assembly 4 and the composite cartridge assembly 3 are integrated by wrapping the membrane end cap 6 and the water-stop adhesive tape together into an upper and a lower layer (as shown in fig. 22), and then the membrane cartridge assembly and the composite cartridge assembly can be assembled into the housing 1 as a whole.
In this embodiment, the end face of the composite filter element assembly 3 located in the second cover part 61 is glued so that the second cover part 61 is connected with the composite filter element assembly 3 in a sealing manner, and the water-proof function is achieved.
Further, a support rib 611 is provided on the second lid portion 61 which abuts against the end face of the membrane cartridge assembly 4. The support ribs 611 serve to support the membrane cartridge assembly 4 to prevent the second cover portion 61 from capping the membrane cartridge assembly 4, which makes the efficiency of effluent higher.
In order to improve the sealing performance between the second connecting portion 62 and the bottom of the housing 1, at least two water blocking ribs are arranged on the circumferential surface of the second connecting portion 62, a sealing ring groove is formed between every two adjacent water blocking ribs, and a sealing ring, such as an O-shaped sealing ring, is limited in the sealing ring groove, so as to avoid the problem of water leakage between the second connecting portion 62 and the closed end.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the membrane cartridge assembly 4 includes a membrane cartridge body 41 and a membrane center tube 42;
as shown in fig. 11, the membrane cartridge body 41 has an axial second flow passage 411, and the end surface of the membrane cartridge body 41 and the cover 2 form a filtered water inlet flow passage 73; the membrane central tube 42 is provided with an axial third flow channel 421, the membrane central tube 42 is nested in the second flow channel 411, one end of the membrane central tube is limited in the limiting groove of the cover body 2, and the other end of the membrane central tube penetrates through the second flow channel 411 and extends into the flow channel of the composite filter element assembly 3 until the membrane central tube is limited and hermetically connected with the bottom of the shell 1; the water inlet pipe 5 is axially installed in the third flow channel 421 to form a pure water flow channel 74 with the membrane central pipe 42, the water outlet end of the water inlet pipe 5 is communicated with the filtered water inlet flow channel 73 through the water outlet of the third flow channel 421, and the peripheral surface of the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe 5 is in limited sealing connection with the bottom of the shell 1.
Because the water inlet pipe 5 is communicated with the filtered water inlet flow passage 73 through the water outlet of the third flow passage 421, water in the water inlet pipe 5 flows into the filtered water inlet flow passage 73 through the water outlet of the third flow passage 421, and then enters the membrane filter element body 41 from the end face of the membrane filter element body 41 to be filtered to obtain pure water and wastewater; pure water flows into the pure water flow passage 74 through the membrane center tube 42, and wastewater flows into the wastewater flow passage 75.
In this embodiment, at least two water retaining ribs may be disposed on the circumferential surface of the membrane filter element body 41, a sealing ring groove is formed between every two water retaining ribs, and a sealing ring, such as an O-ring, is limited in the sealing ring groove.
In this embodiment, if the water flux increases, if the sealing ring is used to seal and block water, the water blocking function cannot be achieved, and at this time, the circumferential surface of the membrane filter element body 41 and the inner side surface of the housing 1 may be welded to each other, so that the present embodiment is more resistant to pressure and water hammer impact, and water blocking is ensured even when the water flux is large.
Further, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, a first water permeable hole 422 is opened in the peripheral surface of the membrane central tube 42 located in the second flow passage 411 for introducing pure water into the pure water flow passage 74; the end of the membrane central tube 42 limited in the cover 2 is opened with a water seepage hole 423 to introduce the water in the water inlet tube 5 into the filtered water inlet channel 73.
The water in the water inlet pipe 5 flows out of the membrane central pipe 42 through the water seepage holes 423 and flows into the filtered water inlet flow channel 73; then enters the membrane filter element body 41 through the end face of the membrane filter element body 41 for final filtration to obtain pure water and wastewater; pure water flows into the pure water flow passage 74 through the first water permeable holes 422, and wastewater flows into the wastewater flow passage 75.
Further, the membrane central tube 42 includes a limiting convex pillar 424, the limiting convex pillar 424 is limited in a limiting groove of the cover body 2, and a water seepage hole 423 is formed on the limiting convex pillar 424. The limiting convex column 424 is provided for better positioning the membrane central tube 42.
Further, the membrane central tube 42 further includes an annular water-stop rib 425, and the circumferential surface of the water outlet end of the water inlet tube 5 is limited and sealed in the water-stop rib 425, so as to prevent water of the water inlet tube 5 from mixing with pure water in the pure water flow channel 74.
In order to improve the sealing performance between the membrane central tube 42 and the bottom of the shell, at least two water retaining ribs are arranged on the circumferential surface of one end of the membrane central tube 42 connected with the bottom of the shell, a sealing ring groove is formed between every two adjacent water retaining ribs, and a sealing ring, such as an O-shaped sealing ring, is limited in the sealing ring groove and can effectively prevent water from flowing, so that water leakage is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 15, the composite filter element assembly 3 includes a composite filter element end cap 32, and a composite filter element body 31, one end face of which is terminated by the membrane end cap 6, and the other end face of which is terminated by the composite filter element end cap 32;
as shown in fig. 16, the composite filter element body 31 has an axial first flow passage 311, raw water enters the composite filter element body 31 from the peripheral surface of the composite filter element body 31 to be primarily filtered to obtain filtered water, and the composite filter element end cover 32 is connected with the bottom of the housing 1 in a limiting and sealing manner.
The composite filter element body 31 can be externally pressed to feed water, the water is fed from the outer peripheral surface, and the water after primary filtration is discharged from the first flow channel 311.
Glue is applied to the end face of the composite filter element body 31 sealed by the composite filter element end cover 32, so that the composite filter element end cover 32 is connected with the end face of the composite filter element body 31 in a sealing manner, an effective water-resisting effect is achieved, and water leakage is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 17, the composite filter element end cap 32 includes a first cap portion 321 covering the end surface of the composite filter element body 31, and a first connecting portion 322 connected to the bottom of the housing in a limiting and sealing manner;

In this embodiment, the upper and lower ends of the composite filter element framework 33 are both glued and respectively sealed by the membrane end cover 6 and the composite filter element end cover 32 to achieve a good water-proof effect, thereby avoiding water leakage.

Preferably, each annular rib is provided with a water contact hole, a water inlet hole is additionally arranged at the periphery, and five water inlet holes and five water outlet holes are formed.

if the membrane filter element body 41 is a reverse osmosis membrane, the filtered water flowing out of the composite filter element device flows into the water inlet pipe 5 from the filtered water inlet 13 after being pressurized by the booster pump, and flows along the direction of the water inlet pipe 5 towards the cover body 2 under the action of external pressure until flowing out of the water seepage holes 423 and flowing into the filtered water inlet flow channel 73;
the water in the filtered water inlet channel 73 enters the membrane filter element body 41 from the end face of the membrane filter element body 41 for final filtration to obtain pure water and wastewater;
pure water enters the pure water inlet pipe 74 from the first water permeable hole 422 of the membrane central pipe 42 and finally flows out of the composite filter element device from the pure water outlet 14;
the wastewater flows along the direction of the membrane cartridge body 41 toward the membrane end cover 6, because the area of the cross section of the membrane end cover flow passage is smaller than the area of the cross section of the first flow passage 311 and larger than the area of the cross section of the second flow passage 411, and the first flow passage 311, the second flow passage 411 and the third flow passage 421 are coaxially arranged, the wastewater flows into the wastewater flow passage 75 from the gap between the second cover body 61 and the end face of the membrane cartridge body 41, and finally flows out of the composite cartridge device from the wastewater outlet 15.

the bottom of the shell (1) is provided with a raw water inlet (11), a filtered water outlet (12), a filtered water inlet (13), a pure water outlet (14) and a wastewater outlet (15);
the device further comprises a water flow channel (7), wherein the water flow channel (7) is communicated with the raw water inlet (11), the filtered water outlet (12), the filtered water inlet (13), the pure water outlet (14) and the waste water outlet (15).

raw water sequentially passes through a raw water inlet (11), a water inlet flow passage (71), a composite filter element assembly (3), a filtered water outlet flow passage (72), a filtered water outlet (12), a filtered water inlet (13), a water inlet pipe (5), a filtered water inlet flow passage (73) and a membrane filter element assembly (4) for filtering, and pure water generated after filtering flows out through a pure water flow passage (74) and a pure water outlet (14); and the waste water generated after filtration flows out through the waste water flow passage (75) and the waste water outlet (15).
3. The composite filter element assembly of claim 2, wherein the membrane end cap (6) comprises a second cap portion (61), a second connector portion (62), and a membrane end cap flow passage formed by the second connector portion (62) and the second cap portion (61) being connected;
the second cover body part (61) is used for sealing one end face of the composite filter element assembly (3), and the peripheral surface of the second cover body part (61) is connected with the shell (1) in a sealing way; the second connecting part (62) penetrates through the flow channel of the composite filter element assembly (3) until being hermetically connected with the bottom of the shell (1); the area of the cross section of the membrane end cover flow channel is smaller than the area of the cross section of the flow channel of the composite filter element assembly (3) and larger than the area of the cross section of the flow channel of the membrane filter element assembly (4), so that the second connecting part (62) and the composite filter element assembly (3) form a filtered water outlet flow channel (72) and simultaneously form a waste water flow channel (75) with the membrane filter element assembly (4).
4. A composite filter element arrangement according to claim 3, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that the mounting surface of the second cover part (61) abutting the end surface of the membrane filter element assembly (4) is provided with support ribs (611).
5. The composite cartridge assembly of claim 2, wherein the membrane cartridge assembly (4) comprises a membrane cartridge body (41) and a membrane center tube (42);
the membrane filter element body (41) is provided with an axial second flow channel (411), and a filtered water inlet flow channel (73) is formed by the end surface of the membrane filter element body (41) and the cover body (2); the membrane central pipe (42) is provided with an axial third flow channel (421), the membrane central pipe (42) is nested in the second flow channel (411), one end of the membrane central pipe is limited in a limiting groove of the cover body (2), and the other end of the membrane central pipe penetrates through the second flow channel (411) and extends into the flow channel of the composite filter element assembly (3) until the membrane central pipe is limited and sealed with the bottom of the shell (1); the water inlet pipe (5) is axially installed in the third flow channel (421) to form a pure water flow channel (74) with the membrane central pipe (42), the water outlet end of the water inlet pipe (5) is communicated with the filtered water inlet flow channel (73) through the water outlet of the third flow channel (421), and the peripheral surface of the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe (5) is in limited sealing connection with the bottom of the shell (1).

The composite filter element device according to claim 5, wherein the peripheral surface of the membrane central tube (42) in the second flow channel (411) is provided with first water permeable holes (422) for introducing pure water into the pure water flow channel (74); the end part of the membrane central pipe (42) limited in the cover body (2) is provided with a water seepage hole (423) so as to lead water in the water inlet pipe (5) into the water filtration water inlet flow passage (73).

The composite filter element device according to claim 6, wherein the membrane central tube (42) comprises a limiting convex column (424), the limiting convex column (424) is limited in a limiting groove of the cover body (2), and the limiting convex column (424) is provided with the water seepage hole (423).
8. The composite filter element device according to claim 5, characterized in that the membrane central tube (42) further comprises an annular water-stop rib (425), and the peripheral surface of the water outlet end of the water inlet tube (5) is limited and sealed in the water-stop rib (425).

A composite filter element arrangement according to claim 9, wherein the composite filter element assembly (3) further comprises an annular composite filter element skeleton (33); the composite filter element framework (33) is axially arranged in the first flow channel (311) to support the composite filter element body (31), and simultaneously forms a filtered water outlet flow channel (72) with the membrane end cover (6); the peripheral surface of the composite filter element framework (33) is provided with a second water permeable hole (331) communicated with the filtered water outlet flow channel (72).
