Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, a second annular rib 211 is protruded inward at the bottom of the bottle body 210, an inner peripheral wall of the second annular rib 211 is surrounded to form the waste water chamber, and the waste water chamber can be formed by the second annular rib 211 which is annularly arranged, so that the bottle body 210 has a simple structure and is convenient to produce and manufacture; a plurality of second extending pipes 142 extending into the wastewater pipe 112 and communicating with the wastewater pipe 112 are convexly arranged on the surface of the second end cap 140 facing the wastewater pipe 112, the second extending pipes 142 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the wastewater pipe 112, the second end cap 140 is butted with the wastewater pipe 112 through the second extending pipes 142 and can position the wastewater pipe 112, a second connecting pipe 143 is arranged on the surface of the second end cap 140 facing the cover 220, the plurality of second extending pipes 142 are respectively communicated with the second connecting pipe 143, wastewater collected by each wastewater pipe 112 flows into the second connecting pipe 143 through the corresponding second extending pipe 142 and is collected in the second connecting pipe 143, the second connecting pipe 143 extends into the wastewater cavity and is in sealing abutment with the second annular rib 211, and a pipe orifice of the second connecting pipe 143 facing the bottom of the bottle body 210 forms the wastewater discharge port 141, after the second connection pipe 143 is hermetically connected to the second annular rib 211, the wastewater can flow from the pure water pipe 111 to the second cover 220 and then flow into the wastewater chamber, and the whole wastewater flow path is independently sealed, so that the pure water cannot be polluted by the wastewater flowing into the pure water. Meanwhile, the second end cap 140 can be provided with a second positioning protrusion extending into the pure water pipe to position the central pipe group, which is beneficial to improving the structural reliability of the membrane element 100.
In order to separate pure water and waste water more smoothly and form a water flow channel, referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, each of the ro membrane units 120 has a first portion located inside the central tube group 110 and a second portion located outside the central tube group 110, and each of the waste water pipe 112 and the pure water pipe 111 is separated by the first portion of one of the ro membrane units 120; a second plurality of the ro membrane modules 120 are positioned around the center tube bank 110. The first part of the reverse osmosis membrane set 120 separates the pure water pipe 111 from the waste water pipe 112, which is beneficial for the pure water pipe 111 and the waste water pipe 112 to receive pure water and waste water respectively, the second part of the reverse osmosis membrane set 120 is wound around the central pipe set 110 to form an annular water flow channel, and water flows through and is separated from the pure water through the reverse osmosis membrane, so that the pure water and the waste water can be distinguished, and the water purification effect is ensured.
Referring to fig. 6, each of the reverse osmosis membrane modules 120 includes a reverse osmosis membrane 121, a water inlet flow guiding net 122 and a pure water flow guiding net 123; the water inlet flow guide network 122 and the pure water flow guide network 123 are respectively arranged on the front and back surfaces of the reverse osmosis membrane 121, raw water flows on the front surface of the reverse osmosis membrane 121, pure water permeates from the front surface of the reverse osmosis membrane 121 to the back surface of the reverse osmosis membrane 121 under the action of osmotic pressure, and pure water is generated on the back surface of the reverse osmosis membrane 121 and flows to the pure water pipe 111 under the flow guide action of the pure water flow guide network 123. The reverse osmosis membrane 121 can be folded to enable the front surface to be adjacent to the front surface and the back surface to be adjacent to the back surface, so that unnecessary contact is avoided, and pure water is prevented from being polluted; in actual operation, the reverse osmosis membrane 121 can be folded inwards at the front or at the back when folded, and the reverse osmosis membrane can be selected reasonably according to actual conditions. In this embodiment, the reverse osmosis membrane 121 of each reverse osmosis membrane group 120 is folded inwards in front, and the second parts of the reverse osmosis membrane groups 120 are overlapped and wound around the central tube group 110 together along the circumferential direction; a water inlet flow passage is formed between the front interlayers of the same reverse osmosis membrane 121; a water production flow channel is formed between the reverse side interlayers of two adjacent reverse osmosis membranes 121; the water inlet diversion net 122 and the waste water pipe 112 are positioned in the water inlet runner, and the pure water diversion net 123 is positioned in the water production runner. At this time, the water inlet flow channel and the water production flow channel are independent and thoroughly isolated from each other, so that the water inlet flow guide net 122 of each reverse osmosis membrane group 120 can be effectively ensured not to contact with the pure water pipe 111 and the reverse sides of the reverse osmosis membranes 121 of the other reverse osmosis membrane groups 120; the pure water diversion net 123 of each reverse osmosis membrane group 120 is not in contact with the waste water pipe 112 and the front surfaces of the reverse osmosis membrane sheets 121 of the other reverse osmosis membrane groups 120; raw water only flows in the water inlet flow passage and is finally discharged by the waste water pipe 112, and pure water only flows in the water production flow passage and is finally discharged by the pure water pipe 111, so that the pollution of the pure water is avoided, and the purification effect is ensured. In order to smoothly lead out the pure water, in this embodiment, the water generating flow passage may be sealed and closed except for the side near the pure water pipe 111, so that the water generating flow passage has only the pure water outlet toward the pure water pipe 111; at the moment, the water producing flow channel forms a membrane bag with three sealed sides and one opened side, the opening of the membrane bag faces to the pure water pipe 111, and the pure water in the membrane bag is limited to only flow towards the pure water pipe 111; the raw water produces pure water after the action of the reverse osmosis membrane 121, and the pure water is formed in the membrane bag and flows into the bag opening to enter the pure water pipe 111.
Referring to fig. 7, as will be understood with reference to fig. 1 and 3, the present invention further provides a reverse osmosis water purification system, which includes a water inlet pipeline 600, a pure water pipeline 700, a waste water pipeline 800, and a reverse osmosis filter element 900, wherein the specific structure of the reverse osmosis filter element 900 refers to the above embodiments, and since the reverse osmosis water purification system adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are also provided, and are not repeated herein. The water inlet pipeline 600 is communicated with the raw water cavity of the cover body of the reverse osmosis filter element 900, the pure water pipeline 700 is communicated with the pure water cavity of the cover body of the reverse osmosis filter element 900, and the waste water pipeline 800 is communicated with the waste water cavity of the bottle body of the reverse osmosis filter element 900. Raw water flows into the raw water cavity from the water inlet pipeline 600, finally flows between the shell and the side face of the membrane element to realize side-flow water inflow, the raw water flows and permeates under the action of osmotic pressure to generate pure water, the wastewater flows into the wastewater pipe to flow into the wastewater cavity at the bottom of the bottle body and then flows into the wastewater pipeline 800 to be discharged, and the pure water flows into the pure water cavity of the cover body through the pure water pipe and then flows into the pure water pipeline to be delivered to a user.
Referring to fig. 7, the water inlet pipeline 600 is sequentially provided with a pre-composite filter element 610, a water inlet valve 620 and a booster pump 630 along the water inlet direction; the pure water pipeline 700 is sequentially provided with a rear granular carbon filter element 710, a one-way valve 720 and a high-pressure switch 730 along the water outlet direction, and the waste water pipeline 800 is provided with a waste water valve 810; the reverse osmosis water purification system further comprises a water outlet device 500, and the water outlet device 500 is communicated with the pipe orifice of the pure water pipeline far away from the reverse osmosis filter element 900. The water inlet pipe 600 is connected to an external water source, the booster pump 630 provides power for water flow, so that raw water is purified by the reverse osmosis filter 900 under the action of pressure, and in order to control the size of the water flow, the water inlet valve 620 is generally disposed on the water inlet pipe 600, and the water inlet valve 620 may be an electromagnetic valve. In this embodiment, the water inlet pipeline 600 is further provided with a front composite filter element 610; the water outlet of the front composite filter element 610 is communicated with the water inlet of the water inlet valve 620. Leading composite filter 610 generally includes polypropylene fiber filter layer and active carbon filter layer, and it can filter the large granule impurity and some coloured impurity of aquatic, avoids original papers such as impurity damage water intaking valve 620, booster pump 630 and reverse osmosis filter core 900 of aquatic to effectively improve this reverse osmosis water purification system's life. The raw water is purified by the reverse osmosis filter 900 to generate pure water and wastewater, wherein the pure water is output to the user through the pure water pipeline. In order to avoid backflow of pure water, in this embodiment, a check valve 720 and a high-pressure switch 730 are disposed on the pure water pipeline 700, and the check valve 720 is connected in series between the high-pressure switch 730 and the pure water outlet; through setting up check valve 720 and high-voltage switch 730, supplementary pure water goes out water, avoids the pure water refluence. In order to further improve the water outlet quality, a post-granular carbon filter element 710 can be arranged on the pure water pipeline 800; the rear granular carbon filter element 710 is connected in series between the check valve 720 and the pure water outlet, and is used for further filtering the flowing pure water to filter out granular impurities and some colored impurities in the water. The water outlet device 500 is communicated with one end of the pure water pipeline 700 far away from the reverse osmosis filter element 900; the user directly operates and receives water on the water outlet device 500; the water outlet device 500 is generally a faucet, and in this embodiment, the water outlet device 500 is a UV sterilization faucet, which can sterilize and disinfect pure water, thereby improving the safety and sanitation of pure water.
The invention also provides a reverse osmosis water purifier, which comprises a reverse osmosis water purification system, wherein the specific structure of the reverse osmosis water purification system refers to the embodiments, and the reverse osmosis water purifier adopts all technical schemes of all the embodiments, so that the reverse osmosis water purifier also has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the details are not repeated.
It should be noted that the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention can be combined with each other, but must be based on the realization of the technical solutions by those skilled in the art, and when the technical solutions are contradictory or can not be realized, the combination of the technical solutions should be considered to be absent and not to be within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A reverse osmosis cartridge, comprising:
the membrane element comprises a central tube group, a plurality of reverse osmosis membrane groups, a first end cover and a second end cover, wherein the central tube group comprises a pure water pipe and a plurality of waste water pipes which are arranged at intervals, and the waste water pipes are distributed around the pure water pipe; a plurality of reverse osmosis membrane groups are arranged around the central tube group; the first end cover and the second end cover are respectively covered at two ends of the plurality of reverse osmosis membrane groups and the central pipe group in the length direction and are respectively connected with the plurality of reverse osmosis membrane groups in a sealing manner; the first end cover is provided with a pure water outlet communicated with the pure water pipe; the second end cover is provided with a waste water outlet communicated with the waste water pipe;
the membrane element is arranged in the shell, the cover body is butted with the first end cover, the cover body is provided with a pure water cavity and a raw water cavity which are respectively communicated with an external water channel, the pure water cavity is hermetically communicated with the pure water outlet, and the raw water cavity is communicated with a gap between the membrane element and the bottle body; the bottle body is in butt joint with the second end cover, the bottle body is provided with a waste water cavity communicated with an external water path, and the waste water cavity is in sealed communication with the waste water outlet;
each of said RO membrane units having a first portion located inside said central tube group and a second portion located outside said central tube group, each of said waste water pipe and said plain water pipe being separated by a first portion of one of said RO membrane units; a second plurality of said sets of reverse osmosis membranes surrounding said central tube set;
each reverse osmosis membrane group comprises a reverse osmosis membrane, a water inlet diversion net and a pure water diversion net;
the front surface of the reverse osmosis membrane of each reverse osmosis membrane group is folded inwards, and the second parts of the reverse osmosis membrane groups are overlapped and wound around the central pipe group together along the circumferential direction; a water inlet flow passage is formed between the interlayers on the front sides of the same reverse osmosis membrane; a water production flow channel is formed between the reverse side interlayers of two adjacent reverse osmosis membranes; the water inlet flow guide net and the waste water pipe are positioned in the water inlet flow passage, and the pure water flow guide net is positioned in the water production flow passage;
the other sides of the water production flow channel except the side close to the pure water pipe are closed and sealed.
2. The reverse osmosis filter cartridge of claim 1, wherein an end of the pure water pipe remote from the pure water discharge port is blocked to allow pure water to flow toward the pure water discharge port; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the end of the waste pipe remote from the waste water discharge port is blocked to allow waste water to flow toward the waste water discharge port.
3. The reverse osmosis filter cartridge of claim 1, wherein the number of waste conduits is N, N being greater than or equal to 3;
the cross section of the pure water pipe is arranged in an N-edge shape and correspondingly provided with N side surfaces, and each side surface is provided with a pure water inlet hole communicated with an internal pipeline of the pure water pipe;
each of the waste pipes is disposed corresponding to a position of one of the side surfaces.

The reverse osmosis filter element of claim 1, wherein the cover comprises a top wall and a cover rim extending from the edge of the top wall toward the bottle body, a first annular rib is protruded from the inner surface of the top wall, the inner circumferential wall of the first annular rib is surrounded to form the pure water chamber, and the outer circumferential wall of the first annular rib and the cover rim are together surrounded to form the raw water chamber; the first end cover is provided with a first extending pipe extending into the pure water pipe and communicated with the pure water pipe in a protruding mode on the surface of the pure water pipe, a first connecting pipe is arranged on the surface of the first end cover facing the cover body and communicated with the first connecting pipe, the first connecting pipe extends into the pure water cavity and is in sealing butt joint with the first annular rib, and the first connecting pipe faces the pipe opening of the cover body to form the pure water outlet.
5. The reverse osmosis filter element of claim 1, wherein a second annular rib is arranged at the bottom of the bottle body in an inward protruding mode, and the inner circumferential wall of the second annular rib is arranged in a surrounding mode to form the waste water cavity; the second end cover faces the surface of the waste water pipe, a plurality of the second end covers extend into the waste water pipe and the second extending pipes communicated with the waste water pipe, a second connecting pipe is arranged on the surface of the cover body, a plurality of the second extending pipes are communicated with the second connecting pipe respectively, the second connecting pipe extends into the waste water cavity and is in sealing butt joint with the second annular rib, and the second connecting pipe faces the pipe opening at the bottom of the bottle body to form the waste water outlet.
6. A reverse osmosis water purification system comprising a water inlet line, a plain water line, a waste water line and a reverse osmosis cartridge according to any one of claims 1 to 5; the water inlet pipeline is communicated with the raw water cavity of the cover body, the pure water pipeline is communicated with the pure water cavity of the cover body, and the waste water pipeline is communicated with the waste water cavity of the bottle body.
7. The reverse osmosis water purification system of claim 6, wherein the water inlet pipeline is provided with a pre-composite filter element, a water inlet valve and a booster pump in sequence along the water inlet direction; the pure water pipeline is sequentially provided with a rear granular carbon filter element, a one-way valve and a high-pressure switch along the water outlet direction, and the waste water pipeline is provided with a waste water valve; the reverse osmosis water purification system further comprises a water outlet device, and the water outlet device is communicated with the pipe orifice of the pure water pipeline far away from the reverse osmosis filter element.
8. A reverse osmosis water purifier comprising the reverse osmosis water purification system of claim 6 or 7.
