For example, the first filter element may filter to produce domestic water and the second filter element may filter to produce potable water.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, the flow process of the water flow in the accommodating chamber is as follows:
the first water inlet 103 receives external tap water, the tap water flows through the first flow channel 107 and is filtered by the first filter component, the first filter component filters the tap water to obtain domestic water, the domestic water flows to the first water outlet 104 along the second flow channel 108, and then the domestic water flows out of the first water outlet 104 for a user to use.
The second water inlet 105 receives pure water filtered by the reverse osmosis filter element, the pure water flows through the third flow passage 109 and is filtered by the second filter element, the second filter element filters to obtain drinking water, the drinking water flows to the second water outlet 106 along the fourth flow passage 110, and then the drinking water flows out of the second water outlet 106 for drinking by a user.
In the process of flowing the water in the accommodating cavity, due to the separation of the inner housing assembly, the water filtering process in the first cavity 101 and the water filtering process in the second cavity 102 may not be mutually affected, the user may select the first filtering component or the second filtering component to filter the water according to the requirement of the user, and the user may also simultaneously inject the water into the first water inlet 103 and the second water inlet 105, so that the first filtering component and the second filtering component work simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a first support 211 is provided in the first flow channel 107, and the first support 211 abuts against the first filter element and the housing 1.
In this embodiment, the first supporting member 211 is used to support the flow space in the first flow channel 107, that is, the first supporting member 211 can maintain the space between the first filtering component and the housing 1, so as to maintain the water flowing capability of the first flow channel 107, and avoid the occurrence of pipe blockage after long-term use.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first supporting member 211 may have a structure of a fastening point, a protrusion, a beam, etc., and the present invention is not particularly limited herein, as long as the first supporting member 211 can support a gap between the first filtering part and the housing 1. In addition, the first supporting member 211 may be a single part independent of the first filtering member or the housing 1, and the first supporting member 211 may be a structure integrally formed with the first filtering member or the housing 1.
As shown in fig. 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a second support 413 is provided in the second flow path 108, and the second support 413 abuts against the first filter element and the first inner housing 41.
In this embodiment, the function of the second support 413 is to support the flow space in the second flow channel 108, that is, the second support 413 can maintain the space between the first filter element and the first inner housing 41, so as to maintain the water flow capacity of the second flow channel 108, and avoid the occurrence of pipe blockage after long-term use.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second support 413 may have a structure of a fastening point, a protrusion, a cross beam, etc., and the present invention is not particularly limited herein as long as the second support 413 can support a gap between the first filter part and the first inner case 41. In addition, the second support 413 may be a single part independent of the first filter member or the first inner case 41, and the second support 413 may be a structure integrally formed with the first filter member or the first inner case 41.
As shown in fig. 11, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first filter member includes a first end cap 21 and a first filter cartridge 22, the first filter cartridge 22 is of a hollow structure, the first end cap 21 is provided at a side of the first filter cartridge 22 near the mounting portion 11, and the first end cap 21 is formed with a first mounting groove 212 adapted to mount the first filter cartridge 22.
In this embodiment, the first filter element 22 functions to filter water, and the first end cap 21 may be used to mount and position the first filter element 22 such that the first filter element 22 is fixed to the outside of the first inner case 41. The end portion of the first filter element 22 is inserted into the first mounting groove 212, so that the position of the first filter element 22 is not changed, and it can be understood that the first end cover 21 can limit the displacement of the first filter element 22, so that deformation and loosening of the first filter element 22 under the action of water pressure are avoided, and the filtering capability of the first filtering component is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first filter element 22 includes an outer layer of folded PP cotton and an inner layer of carbon rod, the folded PP cotton can effectively remove large particle impurities such as silt and iron filings in water, and the carbon rod can effectively adsorb impurities such as peculiar smell, abnormal color and residual chlorine, so as to further improve water quality.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first end cap 21 is an annular end cap, the first inner housing 41 is connected to the second water inlet 105 and the second water outlet 106 after passing through a through hole in the middle of the first end cap 21, the first filter element 22 is an annular filter element, and the first filter element 22 is mounted in an annular first mounting groove 212. In this way, the first end cap 21 can simultaneously achieve the mounting positioning of the first filter element 22 and the mounting positioning of the first inner housing 41.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first end cap 21 is integrally formed with the first support 211, or the inner wall of the housing 1 is protruded toward the first filter cartridge 22 to form the first support 211. In this way, there is no concern about the assembly problem of the first support 211, and the stability is stronger. For example, the first support 211 is a protrusion formed on the outer peripheral edge of the first end cover 21, and the free end of the first support 211 abuts against the inner wall of the housing 1.
As shown in fig. 14, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first inner housing 41 and the second support 413 are integrally formed, for example, an outer wall of the first inner housing 41 is protruded toward the first filter cartridge 22 to form the second support 413, and a free end of the second support 413 is abutted against an inner wall of the first filter cartridge 22 or the first end cap 21. Alternatively, the first end cover 21 and the second support 413 are integrally formed, for example, an inner wall of the first end cover 21 protrudes toward the first inner case 41 to form the second support 413, and a free end of the second support 413 abuts against an outer wall of the first inner case 41.
As shown in fig. 12, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first supporting member 211 includes a plurality of first supporting ribs (not shown) spaced apart along an outer edge of the first filtering part. Thus, the plurality of first supporting ribs arranged at intervals can ensure smooth circulation of water flow in the first flow channel 107 while meeting the supporting effect, and reduce the resistance of the first supporting piece 211 to the water flow. Furthermore, the plurality of first support ribs provided in the annular direction can also ensure that each region in the circumferential direction of the first flow passage 107 can be supported.
As shown in fig. 14, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second support 413 includes a plurality of second support ribs (not shown) spaced apart along the outer edge of the first inner case 41. In this way, the plurality of second supporting ribs arranged at intervals can ensure smooth circulation of water flow in the second flow passage 108 while meeting the supporting effect, and reduce the resistance of the second supporting piece 413 to the water flow. In addition, the plurality of second support ribs provided in the annular direction can also ensure that each region in the circumferential direction of the second flow passage 108 can be supported.
As shown in fig. 11, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a third support 314 is disposed in the third flow channel 109, and the third support 314 abuts against the inner housing assembly and the second filter member.
In this embodiment, the third support 314 is used to support the flow space in the third flow channel 109, that is, the third support 314 can maintain the space between the second filter component and the inner housing component, so as to maintain the water flow capacity of the third flow channel 109, and avoid the occurrence of pipe blockage after long-term use.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the third support 314 may have a structure of a fastening point, a protrusion, a beam, etc., which is not particularly limited herein, so long as the third support 314 may support a gap between the second filter member and the inner housing assembly. In addition, the third support 314 may be a single part independent of the second filter element or the inner housing assembly, and the first support 211 may be a structure integrally formed with the second filter element or the inner housing assembly.
As shown in fig. 11, the second filter element includes a second end cap 31 and a second filter cartridge 32 according to one embodiment of the invention. The second filter element 32 has a hollow structure, the second end cap 31 is provided on a side of the second filter element 32 near the mounting portion 11, and the second end cap 31 is formed with a second mounting groove 315 adapted to mount the second filter element 32.
As shown in fig. 20 and 21, the second end cap 31 has a water outlet pipe section 311 provided inside the first inner housing 41, and the second end cap 31 further has a water inlet pipe section 313 provided inside the second filter element 32, the water inlet pipe section 313 and the water outlet pipe section 311 being communicated and collectively defining the fourth flow passage 110.
In the present embodiment, the third flow channel 109 is defined between the first inner housing 41 and the second end cap 31, and the fourth flow channel 110 is formed inside the second end cap 31 (i.e., inside the water outlet pipe section 311 and the water inlet pipe section 313). The flow process of the water flow in the second chamber 102 is as follows: after the water enters the second water inlet 105, the water flows through the third flow passage 109 between the first inner housing 41 and the second end cap 31, then the water flows into the second filter element 32 and is filtered by the second filter element 32, the filtered water flows into the hollow interior region of the second filter element 32, then the water flows into the water inlet pipe section 313 and passes through the water outlet pipe section 311 until the water flows out of the second water outlet 106.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the second filter element 32 may be composed of a carbon rod or the like, and the taste is remarkably improved after pure water generated by the filtration of the reverse osmosis filter element is filtered by the carbon rod.
As shown in fig. 20 and 21, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first end cap 21 includes a water inlet pipe section 313, a cover section 312, and a water outlet pipe section 311, which are disposed in sequence. The first inner shell 41 is a hollow T-shaped pipeline, the first inner shell 41 comprises a first part 411 with a smaller diameter and a second part 412 with a larger diameter, the first part 411 of the first inner shell 41 is sleeved inside the first filter element 22, and the water outlet pipe section 311 of the first end cover 21 is sleeved inside the first part 411. The second portion 412 of the first inner shell 41 is disposed over the cover section 312 of the first end cap 21.
The cover section 312 of the first end cover 21 is formed with an annular second mounting groove 315, the second filter element 32 is mounted in the second mounting groove 315, and the water inlet pipe section 313 of the first end cover 21 is sleeved inside the second filter element 32. The third flow passage 109 is formed between the inner wall of the first inner housing 41 and the outer wall of the inlet pipe section 313 of the second end cap 31 and the outer wall of the cap section 312.
As shown in fig. 21, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second end cap 31 is integrally formed with the third support 314, or the first inner case 41 is integrally formed with the third support 314. For example, the outer wall of the second end cap 31 is protruded toward the first inner case 41 to form the third support 314, or the inner wall of the first inner case 41 is protruded toward the second end cap 31 to form the third support 314.
In this way, the assembly process of the third support 314 is omitted, and the third support 314 can be prevented from affecting its supporting effect due to the impact of water flow, and the structural stability is stronger.
As shown in fig. 20, the third support 314 includes a plurality of third support ribs (not shown) spaced along the inner edge of the inner shell assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention. In this way, the third supporting ribs arranged at intervals can ensure smooth circulation of the water flow in the third flow channel 109 while meeting the supporting effect, and reduce the resistance of the third supporting piece 314 to the water flow. Further, the plurality of third support ribs provided in the annular direction can also ensure that each region in the circumferential direction of the third flow passage 109 can be supported.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the number of the third supporting members 314 is plural, each third supporting member 314 includes a plurality of third supporting ribs provided at the same installation height of the third flow path 109, and the plurality of third supporting members 314 are respectively arranged at intervals along different installation heights of the third flow path 109. In this way, the plurality of third supports 314 are provided in the flow direction of the third flow passage 109, so that it is ensured that each region in the flow direction of the third flow passage 109 can be supported, and clogging of the third flow passage 109 can be further avoided.
As shown in fig. 22, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second filter element further includes a third end cap 33, the third end cap 33 is disposed at the bottom of the second chamber 102 and abuts against the bottom wall inside the second inner case 42, and the bottom of the second filter element 32 is positioned in the third end cap 33, so that the third end cap 33 and the second end cap 31 together perform a positioning and mounting function on the second filter element 32, so that the second filter element 32 is more stably mounted.
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first inner case 41 and the second inner case 42 are fixed by spin welding. In this way, in this embodiment, the connection mode of the internal conversion position is changed from the connection of the sealing ring 52 to the spin welding, so that the reliability of the structure can be greatly improved, and the tightness between the first chamber 101 and the second chamber 102 is ensured, thereby realizing stable combination of the first filter component and the second filter component.
As shown in fig. 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, one end of the outer case 1 adjacent to the second inner case 42 is provided with a detachable first cover 12. Opening the first cover 12 can put into the accommodation chamber with first filter element, second filter element and inner shell subassembly, fix first cover 12 on shell 1, can be with first filter element, second filter element and inner shell subassembly shutoff in the accommodation chamber.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the outer wall of the open end of the second inner housing 42 is sealed with the inner wall of the outer housing 1 by means of a seal (not shown in the figures). In this way, water flow can be prevented from flowing into the vicinity of the first cover 12 through the gap between the second inner case 42 and the outer case 1, thereby preventing water flow from leaking at the first cover 12, and enhancing the sealing of the overall structure. For example, the sealing member may be a rubber sealing ring.
As shown in fig. 2, according to the filter element assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention, the water stop valve 51 is arranged in each of the first water inlet 103, the first water outlet 104, the second water inlet 105 and the second water outlet 106, and the water stop valve 51 has an open position and a closed position.
In the open position, the corresponding first water inlet 103, first water outlet 104, second water inlet 105 and second water outlet 106 are in a water guiding state; in the closed position, the corresponding first water inlet 103, first water outlet 104, second water inlet 105 and second water outlet 106 are in a water blocking state.
It will be appreciated that when the cartridge assembly is operating normally, the water stop valve 51 is in an open position under the influence of other support structures, the first water inlet 103 receives tap water from the outside, the first filter element filters the tap water to form domestic water, and the domestic water is discharged along the first water outlet 104. The second water inlet 105 receives pure water filtered by the reverse osmosis filter element, and the pure water passes through the second filter element to form drinking water, and the drinking water flows out along the second water outlet 106 for a user to use. In the closed position, the corresponding first water inlet 103, first water outlet 104, second water inlet 105 and second water outlet 106 are in a water blocking state, residual water in the filter element assembly can not leak, pollution to a cabinet or sprinkling on a user is avoided, and the filter element assembly is cleaner and sanitary and more convenient.
As shown in fig. 2, the water stop valve 51 is located at the mounting portion 11, and after the filter element assembly is disassembled, the water stop valve 51 needs to be prevented from being touched, so as to avoid leakage of residual water along the first water inlet 103, the first water outlet 104, the second water inlet 105 and the second water outlet 106.
As shown in fig. 23 and 24, in some embodiments, the water stop valve 51 includes a valve housing 5142, a valve cover 5144, a valve core 5146, and a resilient member 5148.
The valve housing 5142 has a hollow structure, a cylindrical structure, or a polygonal frame structure, and the outer contour of the valve housing 5142 is adapted to the inner wall contours of the first water inlet 103, the first water outlet 104, the second water inlet 105, and the second water outlet 106. An inner wall of the valve housing 5142 is formed with an annular blocking portion 5168 for blocking the valve body 5146.
The valve cap 5144 is connected to one end of the valve housing 5142 to close off the end of the valve housing 5142, and the valve cap 5144 is combined with the valve housing 5142 to form a semi-closed chamber. The valve core 5146 is disposed within the valve housing 5142, with the valve core 5146 being located between the valve cap 5144 and the blocking portion 5168.
It will be appreciated that after the valve cartridge 5146 is installed within the valve housing 5142, the area between the valve cap 5144 and the blocking portion 5168 is restricted from exiting the valve housing 5142. In order to ensure the liquid to flow, the valve cover 5144 is further provided with a water passing hole (not shown), and in a water guiding state, the liquid can flow along the water passing hole.
As shown in fig. 23 and 24, the elastic member 5148 is disposed in the valve housing 5142, and one end of the elastic member 5148 is connected to the valve cover 5144 and the other end is connected to the valve core 5146, so that the valve core 5146 can be moved in a direction away from the valve cover 5144. When only the elastic member 5148 acts, the valve core 5146 abuts against the blocking portion 5168, so that water can be blocked from passing through, and the water stop valve 51 is at the closed position. When a force is applied to the valve element 5146, the elastic member 5148 is compressed, and the valve element 5146 is away from the blocking portion 5168, and the water stop valve 51 is at the open position. Accordingly, the elastic member 5148 can switch the corresponding first water inlet 103, first water outlet 104, second water inlet 105, and second water outlet 106 between the water guiding state and the water blocking state.
It will be appreciated that when the cartridge assembly is coupled to the body of the water purification device, the structure in the body will support the cartridge 5146, thereby allowing the cartridge assembly to be in a water-conducting state. When the filter element assembly is removed, the acting force applied to the valve core 5146 is cancelled, the valve core 5146 is abutted to the blocking part 5168 under the action of the elastic piece 5148, so that the filter element assembly is in a water blocking state, residual water in the filter element assembly cannot leak, and the cleanness and the sanitation of the filter element assembly are improved.
It is understood that the resilient member 5148 can be a spring, a steel sheet, or the like.
As shown in fig. 23 and 24, in some embodiments, a contact member 5150 is disposed on a side of the spool 5146 facing away from the elastic member 5148, and the contact member 5150 is disposed inside the blocking portion 5168.
It will be appreciated that the contact 5150 can apply a force to the cartridge 5146, and that providing the contact 5150 on the cartridge 5146 facilitates the use of the cartridge assembly with the housing. After the filter element assembly is in butt joint with the machine body, the machine body can apply acting force to the touch pressing piece 5150, so that effective communication between the filter element assembly and the machine body is ensured. Meanwhile, the contact pressing piece 5150 also reduces the difficulty of the butt joint of the filter element assembly and the machine body, and after the filter element assembly is installed at the corresponding position, the connecting pipe on the machine body is automatically in butt joint with the contact pressing piece 5150, so that the position does not need to be corrected for multiple times, and the use is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 23 and 24, in some embodiments, the outside of the contact 5150 is provided with a reinforcement 5152, and the reinforcement 5152 may increase the structural strength of the contact 5150.
It is understood that the number of the reinforcement portions 5152 may be plural, and the reinforcement portions 5152 are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the pressing member 5150. In some cases, the reinforcement 5152 is a rib, four ribs are distributed in a cross shape, and flow channels are formed between the ribs. The reinforcement 5152 not only increases the structural strength of the pressing member 5150, but also does not affect the flow of the liquid inside the water stop valve 51.
When the valve body 5146 abuts against the blocking portion 5168, the water stop valve 51 is in the closed position and is in the blocking state. The stability of the movement of the valve core 5146 is increased, which is beneficial to improving the water blocking performance of the water stop valve 51.
As shown in fig. 23 and 24, in some embodiments, the water stop valve 51 further includes a first guide 5154 and a second guide 5156, the first guide 5154 being slidably coupled to the second guide 5156.
The first guide 5154 is provided with opposite ends, one end of the first guide 5154 is connected to the valve cover 5144, and the other end extends in the direction of the valve core 5146. The second guide 5156 is provided with opposite ends, one end of the second guide 5156 is connected to the valve core 5146, and the other end extends toward the direction in which the valve cover 5144 is located. The sliding connection of the first guide 5154 and the second guide 5156 ensures that the spool 5146 remains stable during movement.
It is to be appreciated that the first guide member 5154 and the second guide member 5156 can slide relatively along the linear direction, and the valve core 5146 can not shake or deviate when moving away from or approaching the blocking portion 5168, and can accurately abut against the annular blocking portion 5168, which is beneficial to improving the water blocking performance of the water stop valve 51.
In some embodiments, one of the first guide 5154 and the second guide 5156 is provided with a sliding rail, and the other is provided with a sliding groove, and the sliding rail and the sliding groove are matched with each other, so that stable sliding of the two can be ensured.
In some embodiments, one of the first guide 5154 and the second guide 5156 is provided with a guide hole, and the other guide hole is provided with a guide rod, the guide rod is movably inserted into the guide hole, and the guide hole and the guide rod are matched with each other, so that stable sliding of the first guide 5154 and the second guide 5156 can be ensured.
It is understood that when the number of the elastic members 5148 is one, the first guide member 5154 is connected to the center of the valve cover 5144, the elastic members 5148 are sleeved outside the first guide member 5154, and the elastic members 5148 apply a force to the centers of the valve cover 5144 and the valve core 5146, so that the movement of the valve core 5146 is more balanced and stable. When the number of the elastic members 5148 is plural, the plural elastic members 5148 are uniformly distributed between the valve body 5146 and the valve cover 5144, so that it is ensured that the valve body 5146 is uniformly and uniformly balanced in force.
When the valve core 5146 abuts against the blocking portion 5168, the water stop valve 51 is in the closed position, the first water inlet 103, the first water outlet 104, the second water inlet 105 and the second water outlet 106 are in the water blocking state, and the tightness between the valve core 5146 and the blocking portion 5168 determines the tightness of the water stop valve 51.
As shown in fig. 23 and 24, in some embodiments, a first detent 5158 is provided on an outer side of the spool 5146, and a spool seal 5160 is provided within the first detent 5158.
As can be appreciated, the valve core seal 5160 is made of plastic or silicone, and in the water blocking state, the valve core seal 5160 abuts against the blocking portion 5168 to prevent the flow of liquid in the valve housing 5142. The valve core sealing member 5160 has elasticity, and is deformed under the action of the elastic member 5148, so that the valve core sealing member is attached to the blocking portion 5168, and the sealing effect of the water stop valve 51 is good.
As shown in fig. 24, in some embodiments, the blocking portion 5168 is formed with a tapered surface 5162 on a side thereof adjacent to the spool 5146 in a direction in which the elastic member 5148 is compressed.
It will be appreciated that in the water-conducting state, the valve element 5146 is disengaged from the blocking portion 5168, and a flow path is formed therebetween, and the liquid flows in the valve housing 5142. The sloped surface 5162 can shorten the flow path of the liquid and can reduce the resistance to the flow of the liquid, thereby facilitating the passage of the liquid within the valve housing 5142 and the flux of the cartridge assembly.
Meanwhile, when the elastic member 5148 pushes the valve core 5146 to approach the blocking portion 5168, the area of the valve core 5146 contacting the inclined surface 5162 is larger, and under the elastic action, the valve core 5146 contacts the inclined surface 5162 which gradually contracts, so as to form a self-locking effect, and the sealing performance of the water stop valve 51 is increased.
As shown in fig. 23 and 24, in some embodiments, a second detent 5164 is provided on the outside of the valve housing 5142, and a valve housing seal 5166 is provided within the second detent 5164.
As shown in fig. 2, the filter cartridge assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a second cover 13. The first cover 12 is covered at one end of the housing 1, and a first positioning member is arranged on the outer side surface of the housing 1. The second cover 13 is detachably mounted on the outer side of the first cover 12, and the second cover 13 is provided with a second positioning member, and the first positioning member and the second positioning member are in shape fit to limit rotation of the second cover 13.
According to the filter element assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention, the second cover body 13 is detachably arranged on the outer side of the first cover body 12, so that the second cover body 13 can be conveniently assembled, and the second cover body 13 can cover the first cover body 12, so that the whole structure is attractive and elegant, in addition, the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece can realize the positioning of the second cover body 13, and the second cover body 13 is prevented from rotating randomly, so that the stability of the structure is ensured.
It can be appreciated that, since the first positioning member is disposed on the housing 1 and the second positioning member is disposed on the second cover 13, the first cover 12 is mounted between the housing 1 and the second cover 13, and the first positioning member and the second positioning member cooperate to enable the housing 1 and the second cover 13 to exert a clamping force on the first cover 12, so that the mounting of the first cover 12 is more stable, and the structural stability of the whole filter element assembly is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting portion 11 of the housing 1 further includes a third cover 14, and the third cover 14 is formed with a first water inlet 103, a first water outlet 104, a second water inlet 105, and a second water outlet 106. The third cover 14 is used to close the opening of the housing 1.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the first cover 12 may be a cartridge end cap for closing the internal installation cavity of the housing 1, and the second cover 13 may be a decorative cover for decoration or the like, and the present invention is not particularly limited herein.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first positioning member and the second positioning member achieve a matching relationship through shape matching, for example, the first positioning member and the second positioning member may be a groove and protrusion matching structure, a hole and bolt matching structure, or the like, and the specific structures of the first positioning member and the second positioning member are not particularly limited in the present invention, so long as the first positioning member and the second positioning member can achieve shape matching.
As shown in fig. 1 and 27, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first positioning member is a positioning rib 15 extending along the length direction of the housing 1, and the second positioning member is a notch 131.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the first positioning member is a notch 131 extending along the length direction of the housing 1, and the second positioning member is a positioning rib 15.
In the above two embodiments, one of the first positioning member and the second positioning member may be the notch 131, and the other one is the positioning rib 15 that is matched with the notch 131, and an end of the positioning rib 15 facing the notch 131 is matched into the notch 131 to realize positioning and mounting of the second cover 13, so that the rotation of the second cover 13 is limited by the positioning rib 15, and positioning of the second cover 13 is ensured.
