Abstract
一种铝木复合蜂窝板,包括铝蜂窝芯、两块铝板和两块板材,两块铝板分别结合在铝蜂窝芯的上端面和下端面;两块板材分别与两块铝板相互结合,并且两块板材位于两块铝板的外表面。所述板材采用实木板材料或者复合板材料。通过将铝板与板材结合一起,板材与铝板形成的复合板可以支撑固定铝蜂窝芯,而铝蜂窝芯既能省材环保又足够坚固,并且采用的板材由实木板材料或者复合板材材料,采用实木板材料有自然的木纹,呈现更美观的视觉效果;而采用复合板材材料则是可以在聚氰胺纸印上千秋万变的图案满足消费者需求,可用性、可塑性非常广,可用于车、船、家装建材等地方。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体是一种铝木复合蜂窝板及其制备方法。
背景技术
对环保要求很严的现代家具行业来说,用铝蜂窝板来做家具的加工材料,是新世纪一种很好的材料选择,其完全无毒的绿色品质,让家具商在加工家具时,少了不必要的环保程序;另外,铝蜂窝板面板可多样化如实木,铝板,石膏板,天然大理石材,均可做成蜂窝板,材料选择方便;但是单纯用实木或者铝板作为铝蜂窝板的面板则硬度不够,而且目前市面上的铝木复合板大部分采用实心板,用材较多,并不能实现省材环保。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述情况不足,提供了一种铝木复合蜂窝板,其技术方案如下。
一种铝木复合蜂窝板,包括铝蜂窝芯、两块铝板和两块板材,两块铝板分别结合在铝蜂窝芯的上端面和下端面;两块板材分别与两块铝板相互结合,并且两块板材位于两块铝板的外表面。
进一步的,还包括第一黏贴层,板材和铝板通过第一黏贴层贴合。
进一步的,还包括第二黏贴层,铝板和铝蜂窝芯通过第二黏贴层贴合。
可选的,所述板材采用实木板材料或者复合板材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
通过将铝板与板材结合一起,板材与铝板形成的复合板可以支撑固定铝蜂窝芯,而铝蜂窝芯既能省材环保又足够坚固,并且采用的板材由实木板材料或者复合板材材料,采用实木板材料有自然的木纹,呈现更美观的视觉效果;而采用复合板材材料则是可以在聚氰胺纸印上千秋万变的图案满足消费者需求,可用性、可塑性非常广,可用于车、船、家装建材等地方。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种铝木复合蜂窝板,包括铝蜂窝芯3、铝板2、铝板2’、板材1和板材1’;铝板2和铝板2’分别结合在铝蜂窝芯3的上端面和下端面;板材1与铝板2相互结合,板材1’和铝板2’相互结合,并且板材1和板材1’位于铝板2和铝板2’的外表面。铝蜂窝芯3的设计,对铝木复合板起到省材环保的作用,而铝板2和板材1的结合、铝板2’和板材1’的结合,并分别固定在铝蜂窝芯3的上端面和下端面,则加固了铝蜂窝芯3。
如图1所示,还包括第一黏贴层12,板材1和铝板2、板材1’和铝板2’通过第一黏贴层贴合。
所述第一黏贴层12由“PUR胶、聚氨酯胶”中的一种材料制作而成。板材1和铝板2、板材1’和铝板2’是通过PUR胶热帖或聚氨酯胶冷贴黏贴起来,加固了板材1和铝板2的黏性与板材1’和铝板2’的黏性。
如图1所示,还包括第二黏贴层23,铝板2、铝板2’和铝蜂窝芯3通过第二黏贴层23贴合。
所述第二黏贴层23由“聚氨酯胶”材料制作而成。铝板2通过聚氨酯胶黏合在铝蜂窝芯3的上端面,铝板2’通过聚氨酯胶黏合在铝蜂窝芯3的下端面,加固了铝板2和铝蜂窝芯3的黏性以及铝板2’和铝蜂窝芯3的黏性。
所述板材1和板材1’采用实木板材料或者复合板材材料。采用实木板材料有自然的木纹,呈现更美观的视觉效果;而采用复合板材材料则是可以在聚氰胺纸印上千秋万变的图案满足消费者需求。
【实施例1】
一种铝木复合蜂窝板的制备方法,其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取铝蜂窝芯3、铝板2、实木板1,对铝蜂窝芯3、铝板2、实木板1进行尺寸的裁剪;
步骤2:将裁剪好的实木板1进行抛光打磨,清除实木板1表面的毛刺、污物;
步骤3:将抛光打磨好的实木板1进行打蜡处理;
步骤4:将打蜡过的实木板1进行进一步的封釉;
步骤5:加工处理好的实木板1与铝板2通过PUR胶在40度-180摄氏度下热帖结合或者通过聚氨酯胶冷贴结合达到复合的效果;
步骤6:铝蜂窝芯3与铝板2通过聚氨酯胶冷贴或者热帖结合达到复合的效果。
【实施例2】
一种铝木复合蜂窝板的制备方法,其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取铝蜂窝芯3、铝板2、复合板,对铝蜂窝芯3、铝板2、复合板进行尺寸的裁剪;
步骤2:将裁剪好的复合板进行抛光打磨,清除复合板表面的毛刺、污物;
步骤3:将抛光打磨好的复合板进行打蜡处理;
步骤4:将打蜡过的复合板进行进一步的封釉;
步骤5:将加工好的复合板与聚氰胺纸经过200摄氏度的高温与3000顿重合成形成复合板材1;
步骤6:加工处理好的复合板材1与铝板2通过PUR胶在40-180摄氏度下热帖结合或者通过聚氨酯胶冷贴结合达到复合的效果;
步骤7:铝蜂窝芯3与铝板2通过聚氨酯胶冷贴或者热帖结合达到复合的效果。
本发明的生产工艺简单方便,板材与铝板形成的复合板可以支撑固定铝蜂窝芯,而铝蜂窝芯既能省材环保又足够坚固,采用实木板材料有自然的木纹,呈现更美观的视觉效果;而采用复合板材材料则是可以在聚氰胺纸印上千秋万变的图案满足消费者需求,可用性、可塑性非常广,可用于车、船、家装建材等地方。

Claims (7)
1.一种铝木复合蜂窝板,其特征在于:包括铝蜂窝芯、两块铝板和两块板材,两块铝板分别结合在铝蜂窝芯的上端面和下端面;两块板材分别与两块铝板相互结合,并且两块板材位于两块铝板的外表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种铝木复合蜂窝板,其特征在于:还包括第一黏贴层,板材和铝板通过第一黏贴层贴合。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种铝木复合蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述第一黏贴层由“PUR胶、聚氨酯胶”中的一种材料制作而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种铝木复合蜂窝板,其特征在于:还包括第二黏贴层,铝板和铝蜂窝芯通过第二黏贴层贴合。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种铝木复合蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述第二黏贴层由“聚氨酯胶”材料制作而成。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种铝木复合蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述板材采用实木板材料或者复合板材材料制成。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种铝木复合蜂窝板的制备方法,其特征在于,其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取铝蜂窝芯、铝板、板材,对铝蜂窝芯、铝板、板材进行尺寸的裁剪;
步骤2:将裁剪好的板材进行抛光打磨,清除板材表面的毛刺、污物;
步骤3:将抛光打磨好的板材进行打蜡处理;
步骤4:将打蜡过的板材进行进一步的封釉;
步骤5:加工处理好的板材与铝板通过PUR胶在40-180摄氏度下热帖结合或者通过聚氨酯胶冷贴结合达到复合的效果;
步骤6:铝蜂窝芯与铝板通过聚氨酯胶冷贴或者热帖结合达到复合的效果。
