the lifting mechanism drives the smearing machine head to move downwards until the bottom smearing mechanism on the smearing machine head is contacted with the bottom surface of the die frame; the horizontal smearing mechanism I on the smearing head in the downward moving process smears the certain inner side face in the mould frame from top to bottom;
the smearing machine head and the die frame are relatively moved through the moving mechanism until the horizontal smearing mechanism II on the smearing machine head is tightly attached to the opposite inner side face; in the moving process, the vertical smearing mechanisms I and II smear the inner side surfaces of the die frames at two sides respectively, and the bottom smearing mechanism smears the bottom surfaces of the die frames;
the lifting mechanism drives the smearing head to move upwards, and the horizontal smearing mechanism II on the smearing head smears the opposite inner side surfaces of the die frame from bottom to top in the upward moving process of the smearing head;
and the mold frame finishes the smearing of the demolding oil and moves to the next station.
