The particle vibration screening device for producing the organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the anti-blocking mechanism comprises a mounting frame (5) fixed on the inner wall of the screening box (1), the mounting frame (5) is provided with a plurality of rollers (6) rotatably connected with the mounting frame, and the upper ends of the rollers (6) are abutted to the bottoms of the first screen (2) and the second screen (4).

The particle vibrating and screening device for producing the organic fertilizer, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vibrating mechanism comprises a connecting plate (11) fixed on a U-shaped baffle (3), a first rectangular rod (12) is fixedly connected to the surface of the connecting plate (11) opposite to the U-shaped baffle (3), the first rectangular rod (12) penetrates through the screening box (1) and is in sliding connection with the screening box, a first spring (13) is sleeved on the first rectangular rod (12), two ends of the first spring (13) are fixedly connected with the connecting plate (11) and the inner wall of the screening box (1), a second rectangular rod (14) is fixedly connected to the end of the U-shaped baffle (3) opposite to the connecting plate (11), the second rectangular rod (14) penetrates through the screening box (1) and is in sliding connection with the screening box, a second spring (15) is sleeved on the second rectangular rod (14), the both ends of second spring (15) respectively with the inner wall fixed connection of U type baffle (3) and screening case (1), the equal fixedly connected with of the other end of second rectangle pole (14) links up fishplate bar (16), install cam (17) on the dwang, cam (17) offset with linking fishplate bar (16).

The particle vibration screening device for organic fertilizer production, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a first annular plate (33) fixed in a feeding frame (32), a first arc-shaped feeding groove (34) is formed in the first annular plate (33) in a penetrating manner, a second annular plate (35) offsetting the first annular plate (33) is rotatably connected to the center of the bottom of the first annular plate (33), a second arc-shaped feeding groove (37) corresponding to the first arc-shaped feeding groove (34) is formed in the second annular plate (35) in a penetrating manner, a belt groove (36) is formed in the outer wall of the second annular plate (35), a driving wheel (23) fixedly connected with the rotating rod is sleeved on the rotating rod, and the driving wheel (23) and the belt groove (36) are connected through a driving belt (24).

The particle vibration screening device for organic fertilizer production according to claim 1, wherein the dust removal mechanism comprises a negative pressure fan (27) fixed on the screening box (1), an air inlet end of the negative pressure fan (27) is fixedly connected with a first connecting pipe (28), the first connecting pipe (28) penetrates through the upper end of the screening box (1) to be arranged, the other end of the first connecting pipe (28) is fixedly connected with an air suction cover (29), an air outlet end of the negative pressure fan (27) is fixedly connected with a second connecting pipe (30), and a collection box (31) communicated with the second connecting pipe (30) is placed on the screening box (1).
