Taking a medicinal diet vegetarian product formula 1 as a test sample, taking 50 SD rats with half each of male and female, and feeding the SD rats for one week according to a standard diet before a test. After one week of pre-feeding, surgery was performed, anesthetized with 3% pentobarbital, sterilized conventionally, bilateral testicles or bilateral ovaries were removed under aseptic conditions, and incisions were sutured randomly. The sham group was only sterilized and incised by abdominal surgery and then sutured (without removal of testis and ovary). The groups were randomized one week after surgery, 10 individuals per group, and the groups are shown in Table 5. The administration is performed by intragastric administration once a day for 60 days.
According to the invention, the recommended dosage of the human body is 2 g/time and 3 times/day, the total dosage is 6 g/day, the human body calculates according to 70kg body weight, the dosage is converted into rat dosage, the dosages of the low, medium and high dosage groups of the tested sample are respectively 0.6g/kg body weight, 1.2g/kg body weight and 2.4g/kg body weight, and the rat mice of the blank control group and the model control group are filled with the corresponding solvents with the same volume every time.
