Description

Chinese herbal medicine formula for expelling parasites and improving immunity of fancy carps and using method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of aquaculture, and particularly relates to a Chinese herbal medicine formula for expelling parasites and improving immunity of koi and a using method thereof.
Background
The fancy carp has bright color and beautiful appearance, and is one of the popular high-grade ornamental fish varieties in the market. In order to obtain a fancy carp with good appearance, farmers continuously enlarge the cultivation scale, which causes the deterioration of the cultivation environment. In the raising process of the koi, if the culture water environment is deteriorated, the disease resistance of fish bodies is reduced, and parasitic diseases, bacterial diseases, virus diseases and the like are easy to occur, wherein the parasitic diseases are the most common. When a large number of parasites parasitize in the fancy carp, the pathological changes of increasing mucus on the surface of the fish body, red swelling on the body surface, scale falling, ulceration of gill silk, red swelling at the tail end of gill silk and the like can be caused, so that the fish is only dull or restless, has reduced or even no ingestion, seriously influences the growth and reproduction of the fancy carp, and more seriously causes the death of the fancy carp due to the secondary infection of bacteria caused by parasite infection of the fancy carp, thereby bringing great economic loss to farmers.
At present, the parasitic diseases of the koi are mostly treated by using chemical drugs, such as copper sulfate, a mixture of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate, mebendazole, malachite green, methylene blue and the like, and the drugs have good effects on treating the parasitic diseases of the koi. However, during the use process, the koi is often poisoned by the chemical medicines due to improper operation, so that the growth of the koi is slowed down, and even the koi dies. Part of medicines such as copper sulfate can easily cause algae death in the using process, cause water quality deterioration and indirectly cause fancy carp death. In addition, the use of chemicals is generally in the treatment phase, while the use of chemicals in the prevention phase is not suitable, and not only is it toxic to koi, but also it can cause resistance to parasites. How to design a safe and reliable middle-prevention medicine for expelling parasites and improving immunity of fancy carps is a technical problem to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a Chinese herbal medicine formula for expelling parasites and improving immunity of fancy carps.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a Chinese herbal medicine formula for expelling parasites and improving immunity of fancy carps comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-40 parts of common carpesium fruit, 20-35 parts of betel nut, 20-30 parts of chinaberry, 5-10 parts of dried alum, 10-20 parts of pomegranate bark, 10-20 parts of brucea javanica and 10-15 parts of artemisinin.
The fructus Carpesii is fruit of Dicotyledoneae, Compositae, contains lactone compounds such as valeric acid, n-hexanoic acid, oleic acid, D-linolenic acid, methylene, stigmasterol, carpesin lactone, carpesin ketone, etc., and has effects in killing parasite (hookworm, ascaris), clearing away heat and toxic materials, invigorating spleen and regulating stomach. Areca is a fruit of Areca catechu L of Palmae, and contains arecoline and arecaidine as main ingredients, which are used as Taenia anthelmintic by folk. The Melia azedarach is a deciduous tree plant of Meliaceae, and its application parts include cortex Meliae, folium Meliae, fructus Toosendan, and flos Meliae, and is a pollution-free plant pesticide for expelling ascaris and hookworm. Calcined alum, also known as calcined alum, roasted alum, calcined alum, has the actions of detoxification and disinsection. Pomegranate rind, the dried pericarp of pomegranate of the family Punicaceae, has antibacterial, antiviral, and anthelmintic effects. Brucea javanica, also known as brucea javanica, sophora flavescens and brucea javanica, contains alkaloids (brucea javanica, brucea javanica and the like), glycosides (brucea javanica, brucea javanica glycosides and the like), phenolic components (brucea javanica phenol and the like) and hydroxycarboxylic acid (called brucea javanica acid) and the like, can expel intestinal nematodes and tapeworm and enhance immunity. The artemisinin is a novel sesquiterpene lactone substance extracted from the artemisia apiacea leaves, is easy to dissolve in chloroform, acetone, ethyl acetate and benzene, has quick-acting and low-toxicity characteristics, and a large number of practical applications show that the artemisinin has obvious effects of improving pathological changes and inflammatory reactions caused by parasitic diseases and has good antiparasitic effect. After the components are mixed according to the proportion, the components have synergistic effect, can obviously enhance the inherent immunity of the fancy carp, also has the effects of sterilization and desinsectization, and has safe and reliable drug effect.
Preferably, the Chinese herbal medicine formula contains the following components in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of common carpesium fruit, 30-35 parts of betel nut, 25-30 parts of chinaberry, 8-10 parts of dried alum, 13-15 parts of pomegranate bark, 15-18 parts of brucea javanica and 12-15 parts of artemisinin.
The use method of the Chinese herbal medicine formula for expelling parasites and improving immunity of koi comprises the following steps: soaking the Chinese herbal medicine formula in the culture water, wherein the dosage of the Chinese herbal medicine formula in the culture water is 6.25-125g/m3The fancy carp is cultivated in the cultivation water soaked with the Chinese herbal medicine formula for 6-12 days.
In order to facilitate soaking and taking out, the Chinese herbal medicine formula is firstly crushed and then packed in a fine gauze bag for use, and the preferable crushed particle size is 60-100 meshes. When the Chinese herbal medicine formula is soaked in the culture water, the drug effect is slowly released to the culture water, and numerous creative experiments show that: culturing Cyprinus Carpio in the culture water soaked with Chinese herbal medicine formula for 6-12 days, wherein the content of complement fragment 3a (C3a) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE) in Cyprinus Carpio serum2) The content of the lysozyme (L ZM) in the fancy carp is increased, so that the Chinese herbal medicine formula provided by the invention has the effects of obviously improving the inherent immunity of the fancy carp, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and preventing parasites, does not influence the growth of the fancy carp, and also has the advantages ofHelps uterine smooth muscle to shrink and promotes ovulation of female koi.
Preferably, the Chinese herbal medicine formula is soaked in the culture water, the drug effect and the use cost are balanced, and the optimal dosage of the Chinese herbal medicine formula in the culture water is 12.5g/m3The optimal time for culturing the fancy carp in the culture water soaked with the Chinese herbal medicine formula is 9 days, and C3a and PGE are firstly cultured2L ZM content increased with the time of soaking the herbal formulation in the aquaculture water and peaked on day 9 after soaking and then decreased.
The Chinese herbal medicine formula provided by the invention is safe, reliable and efficient, has the effects of obviously improving the immunity of the fancy carp and preventing the generation of parasites, does not influence the growth of the fancy carp, and is also beneficial to uterine smooth muscle contraction and promoting ovulation of female fancy carps.
