From the data in tables 1-3, the more the number of vertical line crossing times and the more the number of standing wall supporting times represent the stronger the self-activity of the mouse, and the drug with the sedative effect can reduce the activity of the mouse, which is represented by the reduction of the number of vertical line crossing times and the reduction of the number of standing wall supporting times. The longitudinal line crossing times and standing and wall supporting times of the compound essential oil are generally less than those of the lavender essential oil or the valerian latifolia essential oil which is independently adopted, and the sedative effect of the compound essential oil prepared in the embodiment of the invention is proved to be better than that of the lavender essential oil or the valerian latifolia essential oil which is independently adopted.
Example 12
The compound essential oils prepared in examples 1 to 5 were scored on volunteers by adding ten milliliters each of the compound essential oils prepared in examples 1 to 5 into a 10 m L centrifuge tube, selecting volunteers who smell with test paper and can remember and distinguish the tastes of peppermint essential oil, tenfold diluted peppermint essential oil, one hundred fold diluted peppermint oil and vetiver essential oil, and after smelling coffee, the volunteers dip the five compound essential oils prepared in examples 1 to 5 with the test paper, and after smelling, the five compound essential oils were scored according to the fragrance (full score of 10), and the specific fragrance scoring results are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from the data in tables 1 to 5, the compound essential oil prepared in example 2 has better smell, strong sedative effect and highest comprehensive score, so that the compound essential oil sedative sleep-aiding bar prepared by selecting the volume ratio of 7:3 is more safe than oral administration drugs by adopting inhalation administration, can avoid daytime hangover, eliminate first-pass effect and gastrointestinal tract irritation, and can avoid skin reaction such as allergic dermatitis compared with external application, and in addition, the aromatic inhalation therapy can avoid the pain and rejection of swallowing oral drugs for patients, so that the patients can accept the compound essential oil sedative sleep-aiding bar more easily. The data prove that the valerian latifolia essential oil has a sedative sleep-aiding effect when inhaled and administered, the sedative sleep-aiding effect is stronger than that of lavender essential oil, and the sedative sleep-aiding effect of the compound essential oil is stronger than that of the compound essential oil when the valerian latifolia essential oil or the lavender essential oil is singly adopted, so that the sedative sleep-aiding effect of each single essential oil in the compound essential oil is different, the compound essential oil can be used synergistically, the smell of the compound essential oil is better and is easier to accept by people, the smell can be adjusted by adding the lavender essential oil into the valerian latifolia essential oil, the compound essential oil prepared in the embodiment 2 has different influences on the sedative sleep-aiding effect and the smell by using different proportions of the valerian latifolia essential oil and the lavender essential oil in a compounding mode, on the basis of giving consideration to the sedative sleep-aiding effect and.
The compound essential oil has the beneficial effects that the compound essential oil prepared by the embodiment of the invention has excellent sedative sleep-aiding effect, can be inhaled into a nasal cavity by adopting an aromatic inhalation therapy, acts on a central nervous system through reasonable compatibility of valerian latifolia essential oil and lavender essential oil by an olfactory pathway, plays a sedative sleep-aiding effect, is smeared on places with thin skin and good transdermal absorption effect such as the back of ears, the inner side of lower arms and the like, and can rapidly enter blood to play a sedative sleep-aiding effect; moreover, the aromatic inhalation therapy is adopted, so that mild insomnia can be relieved or other medicines can be assisted to treat severe insomnia, compared with oral medicines, the safety is high, the daily hangover can be avoided, the first-pass effect can be eliminated, and gastrointestinal tract irritation can be avoided; the compound essential oil provided by the invention is simple in preparation method, easy in raw material obtaining, and suitable for industrial production, and solves the problems that most of the existing medicines for treating insomnia need to be orally taken, adverse reactions such as daytime sleepiness, withdrawal symptoms, rebound insomnia and the like can occur after long-term use, and the safety is not high.
The valerian latifolia essential oil and the lavender essential oil used in the invention are obtained by steam distillation extraction, the sources are natural, the used solvent is dideal alcohol, and the smell is not irritating; meanwhile, the raw materials of the invention are conventional and easily available, the preparation steps have no special process requirements, and the invention is suitable for industrial production; the aromatic inhalation therapy is high in safety, has the effects of calming and helping sleep, can relieve mild insomnia or assist other medicines to treat severe insomnia, is high in safety compared with oral medicines, and can avoid daytime hangover, eliminate first-pass effect and stimulate gastrointestinal tracts.
