Description

Botanical pesticide emulsifiable concentrate preparation for preventing and treating cabbage caterpillars and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural pest control application, in particular to a botanical pesticide emulsifiable concentrate preparation for controlling cabbage caterpillars and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Cabbage caterpillars are larvae of Pieris rapae (also called Pieris rapae), are pests which are most commonly distributed in China, have the most serious harm and are frequently damaged, 9 known host plants are more than 35 plants, and are addicted to cruciferous plants, particularly cabbage, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, radish and the like which preferentially eat thick leaves. In the absence of cruciferous plants, other host plants may also be consumed. At present, the prevention and treatment of cabbage caterpillars or pieris rapae still mainly adopts a chemical prevention and treatment method.
Although chemical control has the advantage of quick control effect, the residual toxicity of chemical pesticides and a series of environmental and ecological problems caused by the residual toxicity greatly threaten the safety of human and environment. Aiming at the current agricultural sustainable development theory, the development of plant-derived pesticides is a key means for solving the problems, and the preparation of novel, efficient and low-toxicity pesticides by using natural plant active ingredients is valued by people. At present, the alkaloid contained in plants is utilized and is applied more in the aspect of preventing and treating plant diseases and insect pests, and modern pharmacological research shows that the alkaloid has obvious bioactivity and has the effects of resisting tumors, bacteria, oxidation, insect poisoning and the like, and the alkaloid can influence the nervous system, feeding, oviposition and the like of insects.
Perennial herb of Araceae of northeast Araceae is a common traditional Chinese medicine, has the effects of eliminating dampness and phlegm, dispelling pathogenic wind and relieving spasm, and resolving hard mass and detumescence, and has the chemical components mainly comprising alkaloid, flavonoid, polysaccharide, etc. At present, the research on the rhizoma arisaematis has new reports on the aspects of chemical components, pharmacological action, mechanism and the like, but the report that the rhizoma arisaematis alkaloid is prepared into an emulsion preparation for preventing and controlling agricultural pests does not exist at home and abroad.
