the seedling raising device is characterized in that a sieve plate (17) is symmetrically arranged on the lower side in the seedling raising groove (6), a second sliding rail (30) is arranged at the center of the upper portion of the sieve plate (17), a second sliding block (31) is movably arranged at the bottom end of the stirring rod (10), the second sliding rail (30) is matched with the second sliding block (31), a second spring (26) is symmetrically arranged on the bottom surface of the seedling raising groove (6) on the lower side of the sieve plate (17), a pressing block is connected to the front end of the second spring (26), a water adding groove (21) is arranged on the lower side of the seedling raising groove (6), limiting grooves (12) are arranged on the positions of two sides of the connection of the water adding groove (21) and the seedling raising groove (6), the pressing block is arranged in the limiting grooves (12), the limiting grooves (12) are matched with the pressing block through the second spring (26), a plurality of notches (19) are arranged in the middle position of the connection, an electric welding rod (20) is vertically arranged in the water adding groove (21);
a reservoir (1) is arranged on one side of the water adding tank (21), a water pump (8) is installed on one side of the reservoir (1), the output end of the water pump (8) is connected with a transmission pipe (7), one end of the transmission pipe (7) penetrates through the side wall of the water adding tank (21), and a valve (29) is installed on one side of the transmission pipe (7);
