Abstract

本发明涉及一种分体便拆式汇流排,属于电子元件领域。包括汇流排I、汇流排II和铝制抽芯铆钉;所述汇流排I和汇流排II能够通过铝制抽芯铆钉对位匹配;所述汇流排I和汇流排II的接触面设有金属镀层。所述汇流排I、汇流排II采用纯铝材料。所述金属镀层为银或铜镀层。当模组中出现单个电容失效时,而导致整个模组报废的情况造成的浪费问题,将整片汇流排一分为二,连接点使用铝制抽芯铆钉固定,拆分时将铝制铆钉拆除,汇流排跟随失效电容单体一同报废。

本发明属于电子元件领域,涉及分体便拆式汇流排。
背景技术
在超级电容模组中,现有技术为一片完整汇流排与电容单体极柱焊接,当串联在模组中的某个电容单体失效时,会导致整个模组无法使用进而报废整个模组造成浪费。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种分体便拆式汇流排。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
分体便拆式汇流排,包括汇流排I、汇流排II和铝制抽芯铆钉;
所述汇流排I和汇流排II能够通过铝制抽芯铆钉对位匹配;
所述汇流排I和汇流排II的接触面设有金属镀层。
可选的,所述汇流排I、汇流排II采用纯铝材料。
可选的,所述金属镀层为银或铜镀层。
可选的,所述汇流排I和汇流排II分别与单体电容的极柱焊接;
所述汇流排I和汇流排II通过铝制抽芯铆钉对位匹配;
当电容单体失效时,使用电钻将铝制抽芯铆钉摘除。
本发明的有益效果在于:当模组中出现单个电容失效时,而导致整个模组报废的情况造成的浪费问题,将整片汇流排一分为二,连接点使用铝制抽芯铆钉固定,拆分时将铝制铆钉拆除,汇流排跟随失效电容单体一同报废。

如图1和图2所示,在超级电容6上,设可拆卸汇流排,包括汇流排I 1、汇流排II 2和铝制抽芯铆钉3,汇流排I 1、汇流排II 2使用纯铝材料制作,在汇流排连接接触面使用镀银(镀铜)工艺,使表面产生高导电率金属镀层,即银或铜镀层4;降低导通内阻提高接触点过流能力。
将汇流排I 1和汇流排II 2上下对位,使用铝制抽芯铆钉3将汇流排连接成一个整体,将组合后的汇流排与单体电容的极柱焊接固定,装配好完整模组。当出现失效电容单体时,使用电钻将铆钉摘除,由于汇流排与电容极柱是激光焊接的,拆下的电容的汇流排跟随失效电容一同报废,换上新电容后再次使用铆钉固定连接。

1.分体便拆式汇流排,其特征在于:包括汇流排I、汇流排II和铝制抽芯铆钉;
所述汇流排I和汇流排II能够通过铝制抽芯铆钉对位匹配;
所述汇流排I和汇流排II的接触面设有金属镀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分体便拆式汇流排,其特征在于:所述汇流排I、汇流排II采用纯铝材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分体便拆式汇流排,其特征在于:所述金属镀层为银或铜镀层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分体便拆式汇流排,其特征在于:所述汇流排I和汇流排II分别与单体电容的极柱焊接;
所述汇流排I和汇流排II通过铝制抽芯铆钉对位匹配;
当电容单体失效时,使用电钻将铝制抽芯铆钉摘除。
