In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for obtaining a copyright of a picture based on a third-party application. Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a third-party application-based picture copyright revenue method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the method includes at least steps S102 to S106.

At this time, the copyright of the original picture can be authorized to a task publisher of the offline picture matching task selected by the user, such as a publishing company. In this example, when the third-party application is used to display the offline matching task for the user, part of the content of the publication may also be displayed to the uploading user of the original picture, so that the user may determine whether to apply his original work to the publication.

In an embodiment of the invention, in order to perfect the information of the original picture, to better manage the original picture and help the map matching task publisher to deeply understand the original picture, a third party application can be used for receiving other related information of the original picture uploaded by a user and sending the other related information of the original picture to the target server, and then the target server establishes the corresponding relationship between the other related information of the original picture and stores the corresponding relationship. Wherein the original picture related information may include at least one of a type, a title, creator information, a work introduction, and the like of the original picture. The embodiment stores other related information of the original picture, and is actually a simple registration process of the copyright related information of the original picture.

For example, the embodiment may input the copyright related information of the original picture through a corresponding copyright registration interface. Referring to fig. 2, the interface of "registration information" is the corresponding interface of copyright registration, and fig. 2 only shows a part of the content of the interface of "registration information". In fig. 2, the user can start the work registration by clicking the "register work" button. After clicking a 'upload work' button, the user uploads the original picture, and then selects a type corresponding to the picture through a pull-down menu in a 'work type' option, for example, if the uploaded original picture is a photo, the work type can be directly selected as the photo. The user continues to register the information of the original picture by filling in information in the options of "work name", "author", "copyright holder", etc., where "author", "copyright holder" is followed by "+" identification, meaning that a plurality of "authors", "copyright holder" can be filled in. Of course, if the user repels in the process of filling in the registration information and does not want to continue to register the work information, the registration information may be canceled by clicking the "cancel release" button.

The above introduces a simple registration process for the copyright related information of the original picture, and in order to improve the copyright registration of the original picture so as to make the copyright registration of the original picture safer and more reliable, the embodiment of the invention can also provide an ownership certification and a presence certification service which accords with the international X9.95 protocol standard by using a trusted timestamp and a digital signature technology and combining a block chain, and improve the copyright registration of the copyright picture (such as the original picture) so as to protect the original content more powerfully.

Before the copyright registration of the original picture, the certificate storage data item corresponding to the original picture and including the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the user signature is required to be acquired. The generation and acquisition processes of the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the upload timestamp, and the user signature are described below.

Firstly, when author information of an original picture uploaded by a user is received, calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information of the original picture, and adding an uploading timestamp to the original picture.

Then, a private key and a public key pair are generated for the original picture, the hash value of the original picture is encrypted by the private key to generate a user signature, and the generated user signature and the public key are combined to generate the digital fingerprint.

And then, the certificate storage data item corresponding to the original picture and comprising the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the user signature, the original picture and other attribute information are sent to a server and stored, so that the certificate storage data item corresponding to the original picture and other attribute information are written into a block chain by the server, and the copyright registration of the original picture is realized.

In this embodiment, information such as other attribute information of the original picture (e.g. type, title, introduction of the work, etc.), the certification data item (e.g. digital fingerprint, hash value, author information, upload time stamp, etc.), the public key, etc. is written into the blockchain. And the data information written into the block chain is also stored into the corresponding storage system, so that more perfect copyright registration of the original picture can be realized. The registration information may be stored in a distributed storage system (e.g., a redis storage system) in a kv (Key-Value) manner, where the digital fingerprint may be used as a Key, and other attribute information, a public Key, a certificate storage data item, etc. of the original picture are used as a Value. The storage mode can facilitate the follow-up search of the evidence storage data item or other attribute information of the original picture, and the non-chain type offchain query can be realized.

Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a third-party application-based picture copyright revenue device. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a third-party application-based picture copyright revenue generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, the third party application based picture copyright revenue generating apparatus 300 includes: an access module 310, a first receiving module 320, and a credit gain module 330.

The functions of the components or devices of the image copyright revenue device 300 based on the third party application and the connection relationship between the components will now be described:

the point-profit module 330 is coupled to the first receiving module 320, and is adapted to receive an original picture uploaded by a user and an authorization request for a copyright of the original picture, send the original picture and the authorization request to an accessed target server, search, by the target server, a matching task in which the original picture can meet a requirement of the matching task from stored matching tasks, authorize the copyright of the original picture to a task issuer of the searched matching task, and issue a corresponding profit point to the user by the authorized matching task issuer according to a preset rule.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the third party application accesses the target server through an open interface provided by the target server. The first receiving module 320 is further adapted to receive a matching task issued by a matching task issuing party, and generate an access request carrying a third party application identifier based on the matching task. And sending the access request to a preset management terminal, and calling an open interface provided by the target server by the preset management terminal according to the identifier in the access request. And sending the received matching task to a target server through the called open interface and storing the matching task.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the third party application accesses the target server through an open interface provided by the target server, and the point-profit module 330 is further adapted to receive the original picture uploaded by the user and an authorization request for the copyright of the original picture, and generate an access request carrying the third party application identifier based on the authorization request. And sending the access request to a preset management terminal, and calling an open interface provided by the target server by the preset management terminal according to the identifier in the access request. And sending the original picture and the authorization request to a target server through a called open interface.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the integral profit module 330 is further adapted to send the original picture and the authorization request to an accessed target server, determine, by the target server, an assigned authorization manner carried in the authorization request, and search, from stored matching tasks corresponding to the authorization manner, for a matching task in which the original picture can meet a requirement of the matching task.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the integral profit module 330 is further adapted to, when the target server determines that the designated authorization manner carried in the authorization request is an online authorization manner, search for an online matching task in which the original picture can meet the requirement of the matching task from the stored online matching tasks corresponding to the online authorization manner.

In one embodiment of the invention, the publishers of online mapping tasks include at least one of media platforms, websites, APP developers, and the like.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the point-profit module 330 is further adapted to analyze the found image matching object included in the online image matching task, count at least one of the reprinting times, the downloading times, the clicking times, and the browsing time of the image matching object within a preset time period to obtain a statistical result, and issue a corresponding profit point to the user according to the statistical result from the authorized online image matching task issuing party.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the mapping object includes at least one of a video, an article, a picture, a dynamic map, and the like.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the integral revenue module 330 is further adapted to analyze the mapping object included in the searched on-line mapping task, determine the type of the mapping object, and issue a revenue credit with a corresponding value for the user uploading the original picture at one time according to a value of a revenue credit preset for the type of the mapping object.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the integral profit module 330 is further adapted to, when the target server determines that the designated authorization manner carried in the authorization request is an offline authorization manner, search an offline image matching task, in which an original image can meet the requirements of the image matching task, from stored offline image matching tasks corresponding to the offline authorization manner.

In one embodiment of the invention, the offline matching tasks comprise matching tasks for at least one matching object in pamphlets, posters, display boards and publications.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the point profit module 330 is further adapted to analyze the image matching objects included in the searched offline image matching task, and count the number of publications sold in the preset time period if the analyzed image matching objects include publications. And according to the counted sales number, the authorized users who upload the original pictures in the direction of distributing the offline image distribution task issue corresponding profit credits.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the point profit module 330 is further adapted to analyze the searched matching image objects included in the offline matching image task, and if the analyzed matching image objects include at least one of pamphlets, posters, and display boards, issue a profit point with a corresponding value for the user who uploaded the original image at one time according to the profit point value preset for each matching image object.

The invention also provides another picture copyright revenue device based on third-party application. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a third-party application-based picture copyright revenue generating apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the third party application based picture copyright revenue generating apparatus 300 includes: an access module 310, a first receiving module 320, a credit gain module 330, a second receiving module 340, a registration module 350, a binding module 360.

The second receiving module 340 is adapted to receive registration requests carrying user information sent by users uploading original pictures and picture matching task publishers respectively.

The registration module 350, coupled to the second receiving module 340, is adapted to parse the received registration request to obtain corresponding user information, and register the corresponding account based on the parsed user information.

And the binding module 360 is coupled with the registration module 350 and the point gain module 330 respectively, and is adapted to allocate a unique point storage address to the account which is successfully registered, and bind the account and the point storage address corresponding to the account.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the point-profit module 330 is further adapted to define an account corresponding to the user who uploads the original picture as a first account, an account corresponding to the authorized distributor of the matching task as a second account, and transfer the profit points of corresponding values in the point storage address corresponding to the second account into the point storage address corresponding to the first account according to a preset rule.

According to still another aspect of the invention, a picture copyright revenue system is also provided. Referring to fig. 5, the picture copyright revenue system includes a terminal device 510, a preset management terminal 520, and a target server 530. Wherein the terminal device 510 has a third party application installed thereon.

The terminal device 510 sends a request message carrying the third party application identifier for accessing the target server 530 to the default management terminal 520.

The default management terminal 520 receives the request message from the terminal device 510, analyzes whether the third-party application corresponding to the identifier belongs to the application range allowing the access to the target server 530 according to the request message, and if so, accesses the terminal device installed with the third-party application to the target server 530.

The terminal device 510 receives the mapping task issued by the mapping task issuer through the third party application, and sends the received mapping task to the accessed target server 530. And the target server 530 receives the mapping task from the terminal device 510 and stores the mapping task.

The terminal device 510 receives the original picture uploaded by the user through the third-party application and the authorization request for the copyright of the original picture, and sends the original picture and the authorization request to the accessed target server 530.

And the target server 530 receives the original picture and the authorization request from the terminal device 510, searches the stored matching task in which the original picture can meet the requirement of the matching task, authorizes the copyright of the original picture to the task issuer of the searched matching task, and issues a corresponding profit integral to the user according to a preset rule from the authorized distributing task issuer.

According to yet another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a computing device comprising: a processor; a memory storing computer program code; the computer program code, when executed by the processor, causes the computing device to perform the third party application based picture copyright revenue method of any of the embodiments above.
