A rice washing method applied to the cooking appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a rice washing method for a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a rice washing method for a cooking appliance, including:
step S301 starts with the cooking appliance being powered on and rice, e.g. rice, being added to the cooking space/cavity.
Step S302, water is fed in and rice is washed by stirring.
In particular, a predetermined amount of water is added to the cooking space/cavity, the predetermined amount being determined according to the amount of rice. Then, a motor is started to stir the rice water to wash the rice.
And S303, judging whether the total rice washing time T1 is reached and/or whether the set rice washing times n are reached, if the total rice washing time T1 is reached and/or the set rice washing times n are reached, entering S304, finishing the rice washing, and if not, continuing to execute the rice washing operation.
In the present embodiment, the total rice washing time period T1 is related to the time period T2 from the rice production date, and the greater the time period T2 from the rice production date, the greater the total rice washing time period T1. The set number n of rice washing is related to the time length T2 of the rice from the production date of the rice, and the larger the time length T2 of the rice from the production date of the rice is, the larger the set number n of rice washing is.
In this embodiment, since the rice washing duration and/or the set number n of rice washing times is related to the duration T2 of the production date of rice from rice, and the greater the duration T2 of the production date of rice from rice is, the greater the total duration T1 of rice washing is, the rice washing method provided by this embodiment can enable all new and old rice to achieve the best rice washing effect. As for the total washing time period T1 and/or the set number of washing times n, the determination method of the time period T2 from the rice production date will be described later.
Step S304, rice washing is finished, namely, the stirring of the rice water is stopped, and the water is discharged.
It should be understood that in the rice washing method of the present embodiment, whether to finish the rice washing may be determined according to the total time length of the rice washing, may be determined according to the set number of times n, or may be determined according to both. In other words, in the rice washing method of the present embodiment, either the total time length of rice washing or the number of times of rice washing may be determined only according to the freshness of rice, or both the total time length of rice washing and the number of times of rice washing may be determined according to the freshness of rice.
FIG. 4 is a detailed flow chart of the rice washing method shown in FIG. 3.
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a rice washing method for a cooking appliance, including:
in step S401, the production date T3 and the current date T4 of rice are obtained. Taking the cooking appliance 100 shown in fig. 1 as an example, when the cooking appliance 100 is powered on to prepare for cooking, the control module 18 may control the food storage module 10 to rotate, and acquire the food information of each food storage bin 19 in the food storage module 10 through the food information acquisition module 11, where the food information includes a production date T3 of the food, and when a user selects a specific food in the food storage bin 19, the production date T3 of the food can be known.
Step S402, determining the time length T2 of the rice from the production date according to the production date T3 and the current date T4 of the rice, wherein T2 is T4-T3.
Step S403, determining the total time length T1 of rice washing according to the time length T2 of the rice from the production date of the rice.
Illustratively, the total length of rice washing time T1 is 2-15 minutes.
Illustratively, in the present embodiment, the total time period T1 of rice washing is (2+ T2/5) minutes. That is, the rice is preserved for 5 days more, the rice washing time is 1 minute more, and the total time period T1 for washing rice is 2 minutes at the shortest.
Further, since the rice stored in the cooking appliance may undergo a plurality of cooking cycles, and each cooking may also affect the freshness of the rice, for example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the number m of cooking cycles experienced by the rice is also considered in calculating the time period T2 when the rice is distant from the rice production date.
Exemplarily, in step S401, a number m of cooking cycles experienced by rice is also obtained, and taking the cooking appliance 100 shown in fig. 1 as an example, the number m of cooking cycles experienced by rice may be read by the control module 18 from the cooking cycle recording module 16 for each food storage bin 19 in the food storage module 10. In step S402, an equivalent duration T5 of meters from the meter production date is determined according to the meter production date T3, the current date T4 and the number m of cooking cycles experienced by the meters, wherein T5 is T4-T3+ k0 × m, k0 is a coefficient, and k0 is equal to or greater than 3 and less than 20. In step S403, the total washing time T1 is determined according to the equivalent time length T5 from the meter to the meter production date, for example, the total washing time T1 is (2+ T5/5) minutes.
And S404, determining the time length T6 of each time of washing rice according to the total time length T1 of washing rice.
Specifically, the time length T6 of each rice washing is T1/m, and m is the actual number of rice washing times.
Illustratively, the number of rice washes m is any integer from 2 to 5, for example 2, 3, 4 or 5, i.e. a value of T6 between 0.4 and 8 minutes. The number m of washing rice can be determined by the control module according to the amount of rice and water, and can also be set by a user.
In addition, as described above, the number of washing rice may be determined according to the time length T2 from the rice to the production date, that is, the actual number of washing rice may be the set number of washing rice n. The set number n of rice washing times is any integer of 2-5, such as 2, 3, 4 or 5.
Step S405, water is fed in and rice is washed by stirring.
In particular, a predetermined amount of water is added to the cooking space/cavity, the predetermined amount being determined according to the amount of rice. Then, a motor is started to stir the rice water to wash the rice.
Step S406, judging whether the rice washing time per time is reached to T6. If the rice washing time T6 reaches each time, the step S407 is carried out, the stirring and the rice washing are stopped, and the water is discharged; otherwise, the rice is continuously stirred and washed.
And step S407, stopping stirring and washing the rice and draining water when the time T6 for washing the rice each time is reached and/or the set number n of times of washing the rice is reached.
Specifically, when the time length T6 for washing rice is reached, the motor is controlled to stop stirring, and the water drainage channel is opened to drain water.
Step S408, judging whether the total time length T1 of washing rice is reached and/or whether the set number n of times of washing rice is reached, if the total time length T1 of washing rice is reached and/or the set number n of times of washing rice is reached, entering step S409, finishing washing rice, otherwise, continuing to execute the operation of washing rice, namely, continuing to execute the steps S405-S408.
Namely, after the rice washing is finished every time, judging whether the total rice washing time T1 is reached and/or whether the set rice washing times n are reached, if not, continuing to execute the next rice washing; if so, finishing rice washing.
And step S409, finishing rice washing.
It should be understood that the cooking method provided by the present embodiment is not limited to the cooking appliance shown in fig. 1, but may be applied to any cooking appliance capable of obtaining the rice information, and the obtaining of the rice information is not limited to the scanning of the food storage module, but can also be obtained by the user input, that is, the cooking method provided by the present embodiment may also be applied to a cooking appliance without the food storage module or the food information obtaining module.
In addition, another cooking appliance is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and running on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the steps of the method shown in fig. 3 or fig. 4 are implemented.
