Abstract
一种半导体制冷风的凉霸以及制热风的浴霸组合设备,包括箱体,以及箱体开口,箱体内部由制冷装置分割为散热部、冷风热风部,散热部由散热器,吹风机,进风口,冷却液管路,制冷装置中半导体散热面紧密贴合的水冷板,散热部循环泵,冷却液箱组成,继而实现散热部的冷却液管路的闭路循环并达到对半导体发热面的散热功能,制冷制热部由散冷器,散冷吹风机,进风风道,散冷吹风机出口,制热电热管组件,冷却液管路,制冷装置中半导体散冷面紧密贴合的水冷板,散冷部循环泵,冷却液箱组成,继而实现制冷部的冷却液管路的闭路循环达到制冷风的目的以及制热的单独制热。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种凉风凉霸,尤其涉及一种半导体制冷风的凉霸以及制热风的浴霸
背景技术
凉霸、浴霸装置在集成吊顶上;凉霸其优点是装在厨房上不占用位置,夏天可以享受凉风,不必被热浪煎熬,卫生间也可以装,夏天凉快,但凉霸的缺点明显,夏天不能制冷,或制冷效果不佳,冬天不能制热;浴霸其优点是装卫生间集成吊顶上,冬天暖和,其缺点是只能制热,不能制冷,若需制冷需单独加装凉霸;
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一下方案
一种半导体制冷风的凉霸以及制热风的浴霸的组合设备;包括箱体,以及箱体开口,箱体内部由制冷装置分割为散热部、冷风热风部;散热部散热器与散热吹风机相连通,散热进风口与散热器对应连通,散热吹风机出口与箱体对应连通,散热器通过冷却液管路与制冷装置中半导体散热面紧密贴合的水冷板 (水冷头)相连通,通过冷却液管路与散热部循环泵相连通,循环泵通过冷却液管路与冷却液箱相连通,冷却液箱通过冷却液管路再与散热器相连通,继而实现散热部的冷却液管路的闭路循环;
制冷制热部散冷器与散冷吹风机相连通,散冷器与进风风道相连通,散冷吹风机出口与制热电热管组件紧密连通,制热电热管组件与出风口相连通,进风风道与进风口对应连通,散冷器通过冷却液管路与制冷装置中半导体散冷面紧密贴合的水冷板(水冷头)相连通,通过冷却液管路与散冷部循环泵相连通,循环泵通过冷却液管路与冷却液箱相连通,冷却液箱通过冷却液管路再与散冷器相连通,继而实现制冷部的冷却液管路的闭路循环以及制热的单独制热;
进一步的,所述半导体制冷介质为冷却液,降温更快,效果更好;
进一步的,所述半导体制冷、制热两面贴合的水冷板(水冷头)由铝制成,热交换更迅速;
进一步的,所述半导体制热面水冷板(水冷头)由冷却液管路与散热部的散热器、散热循环泵、散热吹风机、散热端冷却液箱相连接;半导体制冷面水冷板(水冷头)由冷却液管路与散冷部的散冷器、散冷循环泵、散冷吹风机、散冷端冷却液箱相连接;
当需要制冷时,由半导体制冷片进行降温制冷,并通过冷却液管路将经过半导体制冷片降温后的冷却液输送到散冷器;空气由进风口进入,通过进风管道到达散冷器,散冷器对空气进行热交换处理使空气温度降低,并通过吹风机将降温后的空气经过电热管制热组件(此时制热组件不工作)连通的出风口吹出;达到制冷效果;
同时半导体制冷片制热面的热量通过冷却管路输送到散热器中,空气由进风口进入,经过散热器,散热器对空气进行热交换处理并将高温从吹风机的出口吹出,达到对半导体制冷片的散热处理;
当需要制热时,半导体制冷装置不启动,散热部及制冷部不启动;空气通过进风口进入进风风道,经过散冷器,并通过吹风机将空气送达电热管制热组件,在此电热管制热组件启动制热并与空气进行热交换处理使空气温度升高,最后经过出风口,热风被吹出,达到制热的效果;

制冷制热部散冷器与散冷吹风机相连通,散冷器与进风风道⑩相连通,散冷吹风机出口与制热电热管组件紧密连通,制热电热管组件与出风口相连通,进风风道与进风口对应连通,散冷器通过冷却液管路⑧与制冷装置中半导体15-3散冷面紧密贴合的水冷板(水冷头)15-2相连通,15-2通过冷却液管路与散冷部循环泵⑦相连通,循环泵⑦通过冷却液管路与冷却液箱⑥相连通,冷却液箱⑥通过冷却液管路再与散冷器相连通,继而实现制冷部的冷却液管路的闭路循环以及制热的单独制热;
当需要制冷时,由半导体制冷片15-3进行降温制冷,并通过冷却液管路⑧将经过半导体制冷片降温后的冷却液输送到散冷器空气由进风口进入,通过进风管道⑩到达散冷器散冷器对空气进行热交换处理使空气温度降低,并通过吹风机将降温后的空气经过电热管制热组件(此时制热组件不工作)连通的出风口吹出;达到制冷效果;
Claims (6)
1.一种半导体制冷风的凉霸以及制热风的浴霸的组合设备;包括箱体,以及箱体开口,箱体内部由制冷装置分割为散热部、冷风热风部;散热部散热器与散热吹风机相连通,散热进风口与散热器对应连通,散热吹风机出口与箱体对应连通,散热器通过冷却液管路与制冷装置中半导体散热面紧密贴合的水冷板(水冷头)相连通,通过冷却液管路与散热部循环泵相连通,循环泵通过冷却液管路与冷却液箱相连通,冷却液箱通过冷却液管路再与散热器相连通,继而实现散热部的冷却液管路的闭路循环;
制冷制热部散冷器与散冷吹风机相连通,散冷器与进风风道相连通,散冷吹风机出口与制热电热管组件紧密连通,制热电热管组件与出风口相连通,进风风道与进风口对应连通,散冷器通过冷却液管路与制冷装置中半导体散冷面紧密贴合的水冷板(水冷头)相连通,通过冷却液管路与散冷部循环泵相连通,循环泵通过冷却液管路与冷却液箱相连通,冷却液箱通过冷却液管路再与散冷器相连通,继而实现制冷部的冷却液管路的闭路循环以及制热的单独制热。
2.如权利要求1中所述一种半导体制冷风的凉霸以及制热风的浴霸的组合设备,其特征在于所述半导体制冷介质为冷却液,降温更快,效果更好。
3.如权利要求1中所述一种半导体制冷风的凉霸以及制热风的浴霸的组合设备,其特征在于所述半导体制冷、制热两面贴合的水冷板(水冷头)由铝制成,热交换更迅速。
4.如权利要求1中所述一种半导体制冷风的凉霸以及制热风的浴霸的组合设备,其特征在于所述半导体制热面水冷板(水冷头)由冷却液管路与散热部的散热器、散热循环泵、散热吹风机、散热端冷却液箱相连接;半导体制冷面水冷板(水冷头)由冷却液管路与散冷部的散冷器、散冷循环泵、散冷吹风机、散冷端冷却液箱相连接。
5.如权利要求1中所述一种半导体制冷风的凉霸以及制热风的浴霸的组合设备,其特征在于半导体制热面的散热是有专门的散热器进行散热,散热器为铝制,热交换效率更好;制冷面散冷气为铝制,热交换效率更好。
6.如权利要求1中所述一种半导体制冷风的凉霸以及制热风的浴霸的组合设备,其特征在于制热电热管组件与散冷风机出风口相连接。
