本发明提供了一种高性能蝶阀,包括阀体及其顶端的手柄,所述阀体内设有凹槽燕尾型阀座,所述凹槽燕尾型阀座内设有轴套,所述轴套内设有阀轴,所述凹槽燕尾型阀座上下端面分别设有支撑环,所述凹槽燕尾型阀座设有阀板,所述阀轴连接所述轴销,所述轴销顶端设有齿盘,所述齿盘顶端连接所述手柄。本发明产品性能安全可靠,大大提高了产品使用寿命,广泛用于给排水、污水处理、中央空调、供热、化工、船用、造纸、食品等领域,是广大用户首选的蝶阀产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体是一种高性能蝶阀。
背景技术
阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。阀门根据材质还分为铸铁阀门,铸钢阀门,不锈钢阀门(201、304、316等),铬钼钢阀门,铬钼钒钢阀门,双相钢阀门,塑料阀门,非标订制阀门。
现有技术中的蝶阀使用寿命一般,无法满足长久的使用要求,且适用范围比较窄。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高性能蝶阀,解决了背景技术中提出的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种高性能蝶阀,包括阀体及其顶端的手柄,所述阀体内设有凹槽燕尾型阀座,所述凹槽燕尾型阀座内设有轴套,所述轴套内设有阀轴,所述凹槽燕尾型阀座上下端面分别设有支撑环,所述凹槽燕尾型阀座设有阀板,所述阀轴连接所述轴销,所述轴销顶端设有齿盘,所述齿盘顶端连接所述手柄。
对本发明进一步的描述,所述轴套采用钢制且内孔喷涂PTFE,其包括三个部分,分别为轴套一、轴套二及轴套三,所述轴套一位于所述凹槽燕尾型阀座内,所述轴套三位于所述轴销与所述阀轴连接处。
对本发明进一步的描述,所述齿盘与所述手柄连接。
对本发明进一步的描述,所述手柄顶点还设有手柄顶丝。
对本发明进一步的描述,所述阀轴与所述轴销连接处还设有O型圈。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点:
产品性能安全可靠,大大提高了产品使用寿命,广泛用于给排水、污水处理、中央空调、供热、化工、船用、造纸、食品等领域,是广大用户首选的蝶阀产品。

实施例1,如图1至图2所示:
一种高性能蝶阀,包括阀体1及其顶端的手柄12,阀体1内设有凹槽燕尾型阀座3,凹槽燕尾型阀座3内设有轴套,轴套内设有阀轴5,凹槽燕尾型阀座3上下端面分别设有支撑环,凹槽燕尾型阀座3设有阀板4,阀轴5连接轴销9,轴销9顶端设有齿盘11,齿盘11顶端连接手柄12。
本实施例的一种优选技术方案,轴套采用钢制且内孔喷涂PTFE,其包括三个部分,分别为轴套一2、轴套二6及轴套三8,轴套一2位于凹槽燕尾型阀座3内,轴套三8位于轴销9与阀轴5连接处。
本实施例的一种优选技术方案,齿盘11与手柄12连接。
本实施例的一种优选技术方案,手柄12顶点还设有手柄顶丝13。
本实施例的一种优选技术方案,阀轴5与轴销9连接处还设有O型圈。
在本实施例中,所用部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件、其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知。
橡胶阀座采用凹槽燕尾型设计,凹槽使阀座固定阀体上,启闭时阀座不移动。燕尾式间隙设计在安装压紧时可向燕尾空隙处挤压,不挤压阀座与蝶板接触面,保持固定的过盈量,不会增大摩擦力,从而减小蝶板转动的扭矩。
橡胶阀座上下端面支撑环设计,有效的防止橡胶在温度变化情况下橡胶的收缩和膨胀,保证端面及轴孔的密封性能。
阀杆套采用钢制内孔喷PTFE,减小阀杆转动时的摩擦力和吸收轴向力,从而减小了阀门的扭矩。
阀体、阀板采用精加工,由传统的普通车床加工改为数控专业车床,提高了加工精度,阀板端面和密封面精加工后,增加了镜面抛光,提高了光洁度和润滑度,使阀板和阀座配合过盈量减小,降低了扭矩,提高了产品的使用寿命。
阀杆表面加工后,在原先的无心研磨的基础上增加了冷轧工艺,使阀杆表面光滑紧实,提高了光洁度,从而达到最小扭矩和最长的使用寿命。
采用无销防阀杆脱出结构,提高了产品的使用性能。
当需要安装时:阀门的阀板微开,阀板在阀体内,将阀门插入两侧法兰中间,不用再加法兰垫片。安装螺栓,暂不锁紧,打开阀板至全开位置,检查阀板开启关闭是否顺畅,无异常,将螺栓锁紧,再操作开关一次,确认能正常开关。
阀门需要时维修时:具有免维修的特点,使用中也不必润滑。所有的配件如阀杆、阀座、阀板等都能现场更换,如需更换配件时,将管路泄压关闭后拆下阀门。

1.一种高性能蝶阀,包括阀体(1)及其顶端的手柄(12),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)内设有凹槽燕尾型阀座(3),所述凹槽燕尾型阀座(3)内设有轴套,所述轴套内设有阀轴(5),所述凹槽燕尾型阀座(3)上下端面分别设有支撑环,所述凹槽燕尾型阀座(3)设有阀板(4),所述阀轴(5)连接所述轴销(9),所述轴销(9)顶端设有齿盘(11),所述齿盘(11)顶端连接所述手柄(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能蝶阀,其特征在于,所述轴套采用钢制且内孔喷涂PTFE,其包括三个部分,分别为轴套一(2)、轴套二(6)及轴套三(8),所述轴套一(2)位于所述凹槽燕尾型阀座(3)内,所述轴套三(8)位于所述轴销(9)与所述阀轴(5)连接处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能蝶阀,其特征在于,所述齿盘(11)与所述手柄(12)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能蝶阀,其特征在于,所述手柄(12)顶点还设有手柄顶丝(13)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀轴(5)与所述轴销(9)连接处还设有O型圈。
