一种氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型滚珠轴承材料,陶瓷型芯材料按质量百分比包括:77%~96.4%石英玻璃粉、3%~15%的莫来石粉、0.5%~3%的方石英粉、0.1%~5%的石墨烯以及占陶瓷型芯材料总质量10%~24%的增塑剂组合而成。本发明将具有优异力学性能及热性能的石墨烯材料引入陶瓷型芯材料体系。石墨烯材料提高了陶瓷型芯浆料的流动性、陶瓷型芯成型率、素胚强度及陶瓷型芯的高温强度。此外,本发明的陶瓷型芯压制合格率、烧结合格率均较高,陶瓷型芯抗冲击能力强,具有优异的高温抗变形能力和高温强度。

背景技术

1.型芯结构极其复杂,尺寸跨度大,存在诸多超薄结构设计。以前型号发动机应用的陶瓷型芯材料体系浆料流动性差、充型困难、成型率低,难以获得完整的陶瓷型芯;
2.陶瓷型芯素胚适温强度要求更高。传统陶瓷型芯材料素胚强度低,在起模、搬运、焙烧过程中易出现掉角、挂肉、断裂等现象,合格率极低。
3.陶瓷型芯需要在高温金属液中承受短时热冲击和长时间浸泡,对陶瓷型芯的高温性能提出了更高要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服已有技术存在的不足,提供了一种氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型滚珠轴承及其制备方法,该陶瓷型芯流动性好、成型率高、素胚强度及高温性能好,解决了现有技术中氧化硅基陶瓷型芯成型难、素胚强度低、高温性能差的问题。
一种氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型滚珠轴承材料,陶瓷型芯材料按质量百分比包括:77%~96.4%石英玻璃粉、3%~15%的莫来石粉、0.5%~3%的方石英粉、0.1%~5%的石墨烯以及占陶瓷型芯材料总质量10%~24%的增塑剂组合而成。

3)配料:按比例称取步骤2)制得的增塑剂,将其加入到真空搅拌机中加热至融化。分步加入步骤1)制得的陶瓷粉体,搅拌均匀,待陶瓷粉体全部加入后,搅拌24小时并抽真空2小时后停止搅拌,获得陶瓷型芯浆料;
4)成型:将陶瓷型芯浆料放入到陶瓷型芯压注机中,待料温与压注工艺温度一致时,将陶瓷型芯浆料压注到所需模具中,制成湿态陶瓷型芯;
5)焙烧:将湿态陶瓷型芯装入装有氧化铝填料的烧钵中,而后将烧钵放入箱式焙烧炉中进行焙烧。烧结制度:以0.1℃/min~3℃/min的升温速率升温至400℃,以0.5℃/min~5℃/min的升温速率升温至900℃~1000℃,以2℃/min~5℃/min的升温速率升温至1160℃~1250℃,保温2h~8h,以0.5℃/min~1℃/min的降温速率冷却到900℃~1000℃,然后随炉冷却至适温,获得氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型芯。
本发明有益效果为:
本发明的一种氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型滚珠轴承及其制备方法,将具有优异力学性能及热性能的石墨烯材料引入陶瓷型芯材料体系。石墨烯材料提高了陶瓷型芯成型率、素胚强度及陶瓷型芯的高温性能,本发明的陶瓷型芯成型率≥90%,素胚强度≥10MPa,高温强度25MPa~40MPa,高温挠度≤0.5mm。压制合格率及素胚强度的提高使陶瓷型芯的制造成本降低30%以上,高温性能的提高将叶片的制造成本降低50%以上,本发明的应用具有极高的经济价值。

实施例1
一种氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型滚珠轴承材料,按照质量百分比的化学组成为:200目的石英玻璃粉35%,325目石英玻璃粉12%,500目石英玻璃粉30%,莫来石粉15%,方石英粉3%,石墨烯粉5%。添加占粉体总质量10%的增塑剂。其中,增塑剂由石蜡、蜂蜡、聚乙烯和石墨烯组成。
陶瓷型芯的制备方法,包括:
1)混粉:按照上述质量百分比,将熔融石英玻璃粉、莫来石粉、方石英粉、石墨烯粉体形成混合粉体,将混合粉体放入三维混料机中进行混粉,获得混合均匀,成分均一的陶瓷粉体;
2)配置增塑剂:按比例称取石蜡、蜂蜡、聚乙烯,并将其加入到真空搅拌机中加热至融化后搅拌均匀,而后加入石墨烯粉继续搅拌12小时并抽真空30分钟。停止搅拌后静置10分钟出料冷却,制得增塑剂;

5)焙烧:将湿态陶瓷型芯装入装有氧化铝填料的烧钵中,而后将烧钵放入箱式焙烧炉中进行焙烧。烧结制度:以0.1℃/min的升温速率升温至400℃;以0.5℃/min的升温速率升温至900℃;以2℃/min的升温速率升温至1250℃,保温2h,以0.5℃/min的降温速率冷却到900℃,然后随炉冷却至适温,获得氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型芯。
采用本实施例制备的氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型芯成型率为95%,素胚强度15MPa,高温强度为39.5MPa,高温挠度为0.05mm。该陶瓷型芯适用于内腔结构复杂、浇注温度≥1580℃、内腔尺寸精度极高的单晶空心叶片制造使用。
实施例2
一种氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型滚珠轴承材料,按照质量百分比的化学组成为:200目的熔融石英玻璃粉40%,325目熔融石英玻璃粉10%,500目熔融石英玻璃粉40%,莫来石粉8%,方石英粉1%,石墨烯粉1%。添加占粉体总质量10%的增塑剂。其中,增塑剂由石蜡、蜂蜡、聚乙烯和石墨烯组成。

3)配料:按比例称取步骤2)制得的增塑剂,将其加入到真空搅拌机中加热至融化,而后分步加入步骤1)制得的陶瓷粉体,搅拌均匀,待陶瓷粉体全部加入后,搅拌24小时并抽真空2小时后停止搅拌,获得陶瓷型芯浆料;
4)成型:将陶瓷型芯浆料放入到陶瓷型芯压注机中,待料温与压注工艺温度一致时,将陶瓷型芯浆料压注到所需模具中,制成湿态陶瓷型芯;
5)焙烧:将湿态陶瓷型芯装入装有氧化铝填料的烧钵中,而后将烧钵放入箱式焙烧炉中进行焙烧。烧结制度:以0.8℃/min的升温速率升温至400℃;以1℃/min的升温速率升温至950℃;以3℃/min的升温速率升温至1200℃,保温4h,以0.8℃/min的降温速率冷却到950℃,然后随炉冷却至适温,获得氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型芯。
采用本实施例制备的氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型芯成型率为93.5%,素胚强度12.6MPa,高温强度为28.2MPa,高温挠度为0.3mm。该陶瓷型芯适用于内腔结构复杂、浇注温度1550℃~1580℃、内腔尺寸精度极高的单晶空心叶片制造使用。
实施例3
一种氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型滚珠轴承材料,按照质量百分比的化学组成为:200目的石英玻璃粉36.4%,325目石英玻璃粉10%,500目石英玻璃粉50%,莫来石粉3%,方石英0.5%,石墨烯0.1%。添加占粉体总质量24%的增塑剂。其中,增塑剂由石蜡、蜂蜡、聚乙烯和石墨烯组成。
陶瓷型芯的制备方法,包括:
1)混粉:按照上述质量百分比,将熔融石英玻璃粉、莫来石粉、方石英粉、石墨烯粉形成混合粉体,将混合粉体放入三维混料机中进行混粉,获得混合均匀,成分均一的陶瓷粉体;
2)配置增塑剂:按比例称取石蜡、蜂蜡、聚乙烯,并将其加入到真空搅拌机中加热至融化后搅拌均匀,而后加入石墨烯粉继续搅拌12小时并抽真空30分钟。停止搅拌后静置10分钟出料冷却,制得增塑剂;
3)配料:按比例称取步骤2)制得的增塑剂,将其加入到真空搅拌机中加热至融化,而后分步加入步骤1)制得的陶瓷粉体,搅拌均匀,待陶瓷粉体全部加入后,搅拌24小时并抽真空2小时后停止搅拌,获得陶瓷型芯浆料;
4)成型:将陶瓷型芯浆料放入到陶瓷型芯压注机中,待料温与压注工艺温度一致时,将陶瓷型芯浆料压注到所需模具中,制成湿态陶瓷型芯;
5)焙烧:将湿态陶瓷型芯装入装有氧化铝填料的烧钵中,而后将烧钵放入箱式焙烧炉中进行焙烧。烧结制度:以3℃/min的升温速率升温至400℃;以5℃/min的升温速率升温至1000℃;以5℃/min的升温速率升温至1180℃,保温8h,以1℃/min的降温速率冷却到1000℃,然后随炉冷却至适温,获得氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型芯。
采用本实施例制备的氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型芯成型率为90.5%,素胚强度10MPa,高温强度为21MPa,高温挠度为0.9mm。该陶瓷型芯适用于内腔结构相对简单、浇注温度<1550℃、内腔尺寸精度较高的单晶空心叶片制造使用。

Claims (6)

1.一种氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型滚珠轴承,其特征在于:陶瓷型芯材料按质量百分比包括:由77%~96.4%的石英玻璃粉、3%~15%的莫来石粉、0.5%~3%的方石英粉、0.1%~5%的石墨烯粉以及占陶瓷型芯材料总质量10%~24%的增塑剂组合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型滚珠轴承,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为石蜡、蜂蜡、聚乙烯和石墨烯的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型滚珠轴承,其特征在于:所述石墨烯粉为石墨烯、改性石墨烯及氧化石墨烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型滚珠轴承,其特征在于:所述石英玻璃粉由200目、325目和500目的石英玻璃粉组成,其中500目的石英玻璃粉占全部石英玻璃粉总重量的30%~50%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型滚珠轴承,其特征在于:所述石英玻璃粉、莫来石粉、方石英粉与石墨烯粉通过三维混料机进行混合。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型芯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)混粉:按比例称取熔融石英玻璃粉、莫来石粉、方石英粉、石墨烯粉体形成混合粉体,将混合粉体放入三维混料机中进行混粉,获得混合均匀,成分均一的陶瓷粉体;
2)配置增塑剂:按比例称取石蜡、蜂蜡、聚乙烯,并将其加入到真空搅拌机中加热至融化后搅拌均匀,而后加入石墨烯粉继续搅拌12小时并抽真空30分钟。停止搅拌后静置10分钟出料冷却,制得增塑剂;
3)配料:按比例称取步骤2)制得的增塑剂,将其加入到真空搅拌机中加热至融化。分步加入步骤1)制得的陶瓷粉体,搅拌均匀,待陶瓷粉体全部加入后,搅拌24小时并抽真空2小时后停止搅拌,获得陶瓷型芯浆料;
4)成型:将陶瓷型芯浆料放入到陶瓷型芯压注机中,待料温与压注工艺温度一致时,将陶瓷型芯浆料压注到所需模具中,制成湿态陶瓷型芯;
5)焙烧:将湿态陶瓷型芯装入装有氧化铝填料的烧钵中,而后将烧钵放入箱式焙烧炉中进行焙烧。烧结制度:以0.1℃/min~3℃/min的升温速率升温至400℃,以0.5℃/min~5℃/min的升温速率升温至900℃~1000℃,以2℃/min~5℃/min的升温速率升温至1160℃~1250℃,保温2h~8h,以0.5℃/min~1℃/min的降温速率冷却到900℃~1000℃,然后随炉冷却至室温,获得氧化硅基石墨烯陶瓷型芯。
