本发明涉及一种防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜，包括塑料薄膜，所述塑料薄膜的上表面从上往下依次覆设有喷绘层、发光玻璃微珠层，所述塑料薄膜的下表面从上往下依次覆设有防静电层、防粘涂层、防腐抗菌层、抗氧化层。该防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜的结构简单、设计合理，有利于方便人们的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜。
背景技术
目前的制袋膜在食品防腐方面做得比较差，容易氧化，使用寿命短，从而影响食品包装质量。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单的防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜，包括塑料薄膜，所述塑料薄膜的上表面从上往下依次覆设有喷绘层、发光玻璃微珠层，所述塑料薄膜的下表面从上往下依次覆设有防静电层、防粘涂层、防腐抗菌层、抗氧化层。
优选的，所述防静电层的材料为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺，所述防静电层的厚度为5-8μm。
优选的，所述防粘涂层的材料为ABS防粘剂，所述防粘涂层的厚度为5-8μm。
优选的，所述防腐抗菌层由防腐抗菌材料制成，所述防腐抗菌层的厚度为5-8μm。
优选的，所述抗氧化层由Cr2N材料制成，所述抗氧化层的厚度为4-6μm。
优选的，所述发光玻璃微珠层即是在塑料薄膜上表面布满发光玻璃微珠，发光玻璃微珠的直径为10-15μm，所述发光玻璃微珠的折射率为1.93(±0.005)。
优选的，所述防腐抗菌层与抗氧化层之间覆设有阻燃层。
优选的，所述阻燃层为不含卤素的高效有机氮磷化合物阻燃剂。
优选的，所述喷绘层为PVC高分子材料面层，其厚度为4-6μm。
优选的，所述塑料薄膜为BOPP薄膜。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：该防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜的结构简单，具备防腐抗菌性，增加了抗氧化层，可在食品或其他物品包装过程中有效解决易氧化问题，从而提高了物品包装质量问题；通过敷设发光玻璃微珠层，使其容易反射光线，当用于物流包装并进行多货物装卸时，容易使行人或车辆及时发现堆在路旁的货物。

具体实施方式
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂，下文特举实施例，并配合附图，细说明如下。
如图1-2所示，防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜，包括塑料薄膜1，所述塑料薄膜的上表面从上往下依次覆设有喷绘层2、发光玻璃微珠层3，所述塑料薄膜的下表面从上往下依次覆设有防静电层4、防粘涂层5、防腐抗菌层6、抗氧化层7，所述喷绘层直接覆盖在发光玻璃微珠上，可在喷绘层上喷绘图案、文字等标识、装饰，喷绘效果好。
在本发明实施例中，所述防静电层的材料为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺，所述防静电层的厚度为5-8μm。
在本发明实施例中，所述防粘涂层的材料为ABS防粘剂，ABS防粘剂的化学名为：(Z，Z)-N，N’-1，2-乙二亚基双-9-十八烯酰胺，所述防粘涂层的厚度为5-8μm。
在本发明实施例中，所述防腐抗菌层由防腐抗菌材料制成，所述防腐抗菌层的厚度为5-8μm。
在本发明实施例中，所述抗氧化层由Cr2N材料制成，所述抗氧化层的厚度为4-6μm。
在本发明实施例中，所述发光玻璃微珠层即是在塑料薄膜上表面布满发光玻璃微珠，发光玻璃微珠的中上部涂覆有处理层8，所述处理层为PU树脂层，发光玻璃微珠的直径为10-15μm，所述发光玻璃微珠的折射率为1.93(±0.005)，反光效果好。
在本发明实施例中，所述防腐抗菌层与抗氧化层之间覆设有阻燃层9，较好的实现阻燃。
在本发明实施例中，所述阻燃层为不含卤素的高效有机氮磷化合物阻燃剂。
在本发明实施例中，所述喷绘层为PVC高分子材料面层，其厚度为4-6μm。
在本发明实施例中，在发光玻璃微珠层下方还可以设置一层蓄光层(图中未示出)，所述蓄光层的蓄光材料为硅铝酸盐类超长余辉发光材料。
在本发明实施例中，所述塑料薄膜为BOPP薄膜。
在本发明另一实施例中，所述阻燃层的下表面设置有背胶层10，背胶层下表面设置有可剥离膜层11；使用时可撕开可剥离膜层，将该制袋膜粘贴在具有外包装箱的货物上，无需另外使用胶带。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式，任何人在本发明的启示下都可以得出其他各种形式的防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜。凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰，皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

1.防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜，其特征在于：包括塑料薄膜，所述塑料薄膜的上表面从上往下依次覆设有喷绘层、发光玻璃微珠层，所述塑料薄膜的下表面从上往下依次覆设有防静电层、防粘涂层、防腐抗菌层、抗氧化层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜，其特征在于：所述防静电层的材料为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺，所述防静电层的厚度为5-8μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜，其特征在于：所述防粘涂层的材料为ABS防粘剂，所述防粘涂层的厚度为5-8μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜，其特征在于：所述防腐抗菌层由防腐抗菌材料制成，所述防腐抗菌层的厚度为5-8μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜，其特征在于：所述抗氧化层由Cr2N材料制成，所述抗氧化层的厚度为4-6μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防腐抗氧化多层制袋膜，其特征在于：所述发光玻璃微珠层即是在塑料薄膜上表面布满发光玻璃微珠，发光玻璃微珠的直径为10-15μm，所述发光玻璃微珠的折射率为1.93(±0.005)。
