(2) covering a PP foaming plate on a PP sheet which is turned outwards and laid on a heat conducting film, controlling pressing plates on transmission arms at two sides to press down and tightly press the PP foaming plate and the PP sheet through a hydraulic transmission device in a main machine seat, enabling the PP foaming plate and the PP sheet to be in tight contact, electrifying a power supply in the main machine seat to heat a heating wire, conducting heat by the heat conducting film to melt and scald the PP sheet, and welding two sides of the PP sheet and the PP foaming plate together;
(3) and when the two sides of the PP sheet are welded with the PP foaming plate, the pressing plates on the transmission arms at the two sides are controlled to rise simultaneously by the hydraulic transmission device in the main machine seat, and finally, the finished product is taken out.
The heat conducting film on the insulating strip block is made of a material which is high temperature resistant and has a good heat conducting coefficient, the heat conducting film is wrapped by the heating wire, the heating wire is prevented from directly contacting with the processed PP thin sheet, the PP thin sheet is damaged due to overhigh temperature, the heating wire is also prevented from contacting with air and is easy to oxidize after being heated, the service life of the heating wire is prolonged, the heat conducting film has a good heat conducting coefficient, the heat of the heating wire can be well conducted to the processed PP thin sheet, the PP thin sheet and the PP foaming plate are better fused together, a water flow channel is arranged in the insulating strip block, two ends of the water flow channel are respectively connected with a water pump in the main machine seat through a water pipe and are led into a water tank arranged in the main machine seat, the water in the water tank in the main machine seat is pumped by the water pump in the main machine seat, the water is injected into the water flow channel in the insulating strip block through the water pipe, the processed PP thin sheet is not damaged by the fact that the temperature of the insulating strip is too high.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the welding device and the method have the advantages of high efficiency, firmness, attractive appearance, strong tensile force, low cost, high yield and the like, and compared with a hot pressing and needle sewing method, the novel heating wire welding method process reduces the production cost by sixty percent and has high yield.

meanwhile, the insulating blocks 8 are provided with water flow channels 803, and the water flow channels 803 on the insulating blocks 8 at two sides are communicated through a water pipe 13 and are connected with a water pump arranged in a water tank through the water pipe 13; the water in the water pump in the main machine seat 1 is pumped into the water flow channel 803 in the insulating strip block 8 through the water pipe 13 to circulate, and then flows back to the water tank in the main machine seat 1 through the water pipe 13, so that the heat conducted by the heating wire 801 to the insulating strip block 8 in the heating process is reduced by repeatedly circulating and circulating, and the processed PP sheet 15 is not damaged by the high temperature of the insulating strip block 8;
