The working principle of the invention is as follows: referring to fig. 1 to 3, the tire probing plate 4, the guide sleeve 2 and the lifting rod 3 are mounted on the fixed seat 1, and the tire probing device is in a self-weight sagging state when not touching the tire blank 11; when the claw piece 6 of the tire manipulator descends, the rollers 5 arranged in rows of the tire probing plates 4 touch the tire blank 11, the tire probing plates 4 and the lifting rod 3 are pushed upwards, so that the return spring 9 is pressed to drive the guide sleeve 2 to move upwards, when the lower limiting shoulder 15 of the guide sleeve 2 is contacted with the fixed seat 1, the guide sleeve 2 stops moving upwards, but the lifting rod 3 still compresses the return spring 9 to move upwards until the movement of the claw piece 6 of the tire manipulator stops; when the manipulator puts down the tire embryo 11 and rises to reset, the thrust of the tire embryo 11 borne by the tire detecting plate 4 disappears, and the tire detecting device recovers to an initial sagging state under the action of the dead weight and the reset spring 9 of the tire detecting plate 4, the guide sleeve 2 and the lifting rod 3.

When the claw piece of the mechanical arm descends, the tire probing plate is contacted with a tire blank through the rows of rollers, the tire blank generates a reverse thrust to the tire probing plate, so that the tire probing plate and the lifting rod move upwards together, and meanwhile, the lifting rod also compresses the return spring, so that the guide sleeve is driven to move upwards simultaneously; when the guide sleeve moves to the position where the lower limiting shoulder is contacted with the fixed seat, the guide sleeve stops moving upwards, but the lifting rod can still continue to compress the return spring and continue to move upwards until the descending movement of the claw piece of the mechanical arm stops. When the manipulator puts down the tire blank, the guide sleeve, the lifting rod and the tire probing plate are restored to the original position under the action of the dead weight and the return spring.
