背景技术
目前市场上面膜产品很多,但绝大多数都添加了化学香精。香精成分复杂,长期使用会对皮肤造成一定的伤害。市场上大多数面膜均以化学成分为主,遵循中医药理论的产品较少,个别添加中药成分的面膜也缺乏合理的理论指导。且市场上现有的面膜大多比较黏腻,大部分是由于使用了大分子多糖或增稠剂,只能起到表面保湿作用,很难渗透到皮肤深层修复滋养。
据史籍记载及现代研究实验证实:铁皮石斛内服可“强阴益精、久服,厚肠胃,补内绝不足,平胃气,长肌肉,逐皮肤邪热痱气,脚膝疼冷痹弱,定智除惊,轻身延年”;而现代药理学研究则表明,铁皮石斛富含多糖、黄酮类、酚类、氨基酸等多种营养物质,不仅可通过口服吸收,还可通过皮肤吸收,将其作为化妆品功效原料,可起到良好的保湿、抗氧化、抗衰老和抗皱功效。《备急千金要方》卷四论曰“凡妇人欲求美色,肥白罕比,年至七十与少不殊者,当服铁皮石斛”。南朝陶弘景《本草经注》记载:铁皮石斛长肌肉,逐皮肤邪热痱气。唐宋以后,有很多关于宫廷贵妇用铁皮石斛来保养肌肤的记载,著名的就有武则天和慈禧太后。
太匮龙舌兰叶提取物对透明质酸酶有抑制作用,可有效抑制透明质酸的分解,因此有皮肤保湿作用,涂敷可增加角质层的含水量;对弹性蛋白酶和胶原蛋白酶的活性有抑制作用,可有效抑制皮肤弹性蛋白和胶原蛋白的分解,因而起到抗皱的作用。
突厥蔷薇花水,突厥蔷薇又称保加利玫瑰或大马士革玫瑰,含300多种化学成分如香茅醇、香叶醇等数百种芳香物质、有机酸等有益美容的物质,突厥蔷薇生产的突厥蔷薇花水是法国最古老的玫瑰花水之一。花香纯粹、细致,包含数百种人工无法合成的香气。
番红花花提取物,番红花又称藏红花、西红花,是名贵中药材也是宝贵的食品香料和化妆品原料。藏红花具有活血化瘀、通络、凉血解毒、排毒养颜、消炎止痛等作用,尤其对女性养血活血具有良好的效果。用藏红花制成的面膜具有美白肌肤,增强皮肤光泽和弹性,祛皱、祛斑,抗皮肤氧化和衰老等功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种无香精添加,以中医药理论为指导的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜的特点在于,包括如下重量份数的组分:突厥蔷薇花水50~90份、丙二醇1~10份、羟乙基纤维素1~5份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.1~1份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.1~0.5份、透明质酸钠0.1~1份、番红花花提取物1~5份、三乙醇胺0.01~0.1份、甘草酸二钾1~5份、麦芽糖0.1~1份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物1~5份、氯苯甘醚0.1~1份和苯氧乙醇0.1~1份。
作为优选,本发明所述突厥蔷薇花水的重量份数为70~90份。
作为优选,本发明所述铁皮石斛茎提取物的重量份数为0.2~0.4份、所述番红花花提取物的重量份数为1~3份、所述太匮龙舌兰叶提取物的重量份数为1~3份。
作为优选,本发明所述铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜采用突厥蔷薇花水完全替代面膜生产工艺中的纯化水和香精,不添加香精,铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜具有自然香气。
作为优选,本发明所述铁皮石斛茎提取物是由膜分离技术分离、纯化小分子活性成分以及冷冻干燥技术干燥所得。
作为优选,本发明所述面膜液由以下重量份数的组分制成:突厥蔷薇花水70~90份、丙二醇5~10份、羟乙基纤维素1~3份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.1~0.5份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.2~0.4份、透明质酸钠0.1~0.3份、番红花花提取物1~3份、三乙醇胺0.01~0.08份、甘草酸二钾1~3份、麦芽糖0.1~0.5份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物1~3份、氯苯甘醚0.1~0.5份、苯氧乙醇0.1~0.5份。
作为优选,本发明所述面膜液由以下重量份数的组分制成:突厥蔷薇花水70~90份、丙二醇6~8份、羟乙基纤维素1~2份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2~0.4份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.2~0.3份、透明质酸钠0.1~0.3份、番红花花提取物2~3份、三乙醇胺0.01~0.05份、甘草酸二钾1~3份、麦芽糖0.1~0.5份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物1~2份、氯苯甘醚0.1~0.5份、苯氧乙醇0.1~0.5份。
本发明的另一目的,是提供一种所述铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜的制备方法,其特点在于:所述制备方法如下:
(1)将丙二醇加入均质乳化锅中,然后将羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、三乙醇胺、甘草酸二钾、氯苯甘醚依次加入均质乳化锅中,均质搅拌均匀,均质时间20-30min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(2)将突厥蔷薇花水加至均质乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,均质时间60-90min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(3)将PEG-40氢化蓖麻油加热搅拌均匀后加入均质乳化锅中,均质搅拌均匀,均质时间60-90min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(4)将铁皮石斛茎提取物、番红花花提取物、麦芽糖、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物搅拌均匀后加入锅中,均质搅拌均匀,均质时间20min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(5)物理检测合格后,抽至静置储罐中,并用300目滤网过滤,制得面膜液。
作为优选,本发明所述铁皮石斛茎提取物的制备方法如下:铁皮石斛茎粉碎成粗粉,加20倍重量的水,提取3次,每次2小时,合并提取液,离心过滤,真空浓缩至相对密度1.05-1.10之间(50℃),缓慢加入乙醇,配成体积百分比为60%的乙醇溶液体系,静置12-24小时,离心,过滤,收集滤液进行膜过滤,在0.30-0.40MPa压力下使溶液通过100KD的聚醚砜超滤膜,取过滤液,真空浓缩,浓缩比为8:1,冷冻干燥。
作为优选,本发明所述冷冻干燥的工序如下:装盘量为5kg/m2,-40℃冻实6h后干燥;真空泵真空度20Pa,加热板温度50℃、干燥时间8h。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜遵循中医药理论君臣佐使的原则,以铁皮石斛为君滋养润泽,以太匮龙舌兰叶为臣紧致肌肤,佐以突厥蔷薇花水提亮补水,突厥蔷薇花水又名保加利亚玫瑰花水,以番红花活血化瘀增强血液循环为使,共奏提拉紧致补水提亮之功效。
本发明的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜不添加香精,完全采用天然玫瑰花水代替面膜中的水,赋予产品自然香气,避免了日化香精对皮肤的伤害。所用铁皮石斛茎提取物采用膜过滤及冻干技术所得,很好地保留了铁皮石斛的小分子活性成分,更有利于产品有效成分的透皮吸收。采用膜分离技术进行分离、纯化,筛选活性小分子多糖,同时避免了有机溶剂萃取的有机溶剂残留问题,应用于化妆品对皮肤更安全友好。而冷冻干燥技术,则避免了长时间高温导致的有效成分活性降低,最大限度的保留了有效成分,效果更显著。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1。
本实施例中的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜由以下重量份数的组分制成:突厥蔷薇花水83.64份、丙二醇7份、羟乙基纤维素1份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.3份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.2份、透明质酸钠0.2份、番红花花提取物2份、三乙醇胺0.01份、甘草酸二钾3份、麦芽糖0.2份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物2份、氯苯甘醚0.2份、苯氧乙醇0.25份。
本实施例中的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜的制备方法如下:
(1)将丙二醇加入均质乳化锅中,然后将羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、三乙醇胺、甘草酸二钾、氯苯甘醚依次加入均质乳化锅中,均质搅拌均匀,均质时间25min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(2)将突厥蔷薇花水加至均质乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,均质时间60-90min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(3)将PEG-40氢化蓖麻油加热搅拌均匀后加入均质乳化锅中,均质搅拌均匀,均质60-90min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(4)将铁皮石斛茎提取物、番红花花提取物、麦芽糖、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物搅拌均匀后加入均质乳化锅中,均质搅拌均匀,均质时间20min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(5)物理检测合格后,抽至静置储罐中,并用300目滤网过滤,制得面膜液;
(6)采用面膜液制得铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜。
随机选取90名年龄在35-55岁的志愿者作为试用对象,随机分成3组,每组30人,这3组人分别使用本发明实施例1中制得的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜以及两款市售宣称提拉紧致效果好的面膜进行皮肤护理3个月,每周护理3次,每次涂覆20min。试验过程中发放调查问卷,评价指标包括产品外观、黏度、吸收性、香味、补水效果、提拉紧致效果。试验结束后回收调查问卷,进行算数平均值统计,最终评价结果见下表(表中评价结果采用5分制,从5至1分别对应为很好、好、一般、差、很差):

由上表可看出,本发明实施例1的面膜在黏度、吸收度、香味和提拉紧致效果上均优于市售面膜1和市售面膜2;在补水效果上与市售面膜1相当,且优于市售面膜2;在产品外观上要优于市售面膜2。与市售面膜1和市售面膜2相比,本发明实施例1的面膜更绿色、安全。
实施例2。
本实施例中的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜由以下重量份数的组分制成:突厥蔷薇花水85.37份、丙二醇6份、羟乙基纤维素2份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.1份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.3份、透明质酸钠0.3份、番红花花提取物2份、三乙醇胺0.03份、甘草酸二钾2份、麦芽糖0.3份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物1份、氯苯甘醚0.3份、苯氧乙醇0.3份。
本实施例中的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜的制备过程同实施例1。
实施例3。
本实施例中的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜由以下重量份数的组分制成:突厥蔷薇花水84.68份、丙二醇8份、羟乙基纤维素3份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.3份、透明质酸钠0.3份、番红花花提取物1份、三乙醇胺0.02份、甘草酸二钾1份、麦芽糖0.3份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物1份、氯苯甘醚0.1份、苯氧乙醇0.1份。
本实施例中的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜的制备过程同实施例1。
实施例4。
本实施例中的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜包括如下重量份数的组分:突厥蔷薇花水50~90份、丙二醇1~10份、羟乙基纤维素1~5份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.1~1份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.1~0.5份、透明质酸钠0.1~1份、番红花花提取物1~5份、三乙醇胺0.01~0.1份、甘草酸二钾1~5份、麦芽糖0.1~1份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物1~5份、氯苯甘醚0.1~1份和苯氧乙醇0.1~1份。
通常情况下,突厥蔷薇花水的重量份数优选为70~90份、铁皮石斛茎提取物的重量份数优选为0.2~0.4份、番红花花提取物的重量份数优选为1~3份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物的重量份数优选为1~3份。
本实施例中的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜采用突厥蔷薇花水完全替代面膜生产工艺中的纯化水和香精,不添加香精,铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜具有自然香气。铁皮石斛茎提取物是由膜分离技术分离、纯化小分子活性成分以及冷冻干燥技术干燥所得。

(3)将PEG-40氢化蓖麻油加热搅拌均匀后加入均质乳化锅中,均质搅拌均匀,均质时间60-90min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(4)将铁皮石斛茎提取物、番红花花提取物、麦芽糖、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物搅拌均匀后加入锅中,均质搅拌均匀,均质时间20min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(5)物理检测合格后,抽至静置储罐中,并用300目滤网过滤,制得面膜液。
其中,铁皮石斛茎提取物的制备方法如下:铁皮石斛茎粉碎成粗粉,加20倍重量的水,提取3次,每次2小时,合并提取液,离心过滤,真空浓缩至相对密度1.05-1.10之间(50℃),缓慢加入乙醇,配成体积百分比为60%的乙醇溶液体系,静置12-24小时,离心,过滤,收集滤液进行膜过滤,在0.30-0.40MPa压力下使溶液通过100KD的聚醚砜超滤膜,取过滤液,真空浓缩,浓缩比为8:1,冷冻干燥。冷冻干燥的工序如下:装盘量为5kg/m2,-40℃冻实6h后干燥;真空泵真空度20Pa,加热板温度50℃、干燥时间8h。
实施例5。
本实施例中的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜的面膜液由以下重量份数的组分制成:突厥蔷薇花水70~90份、丙二醇5~10份、羟乙基纤维素1~3份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.1~0.5份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.2~0.4份、透明质酸钠0.1~0.3份、番红花花提取物1~3份、三乙醇胺0.01~0.08份、甘草酸二钾1~3份、麦芽糖0.1~0.5份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物1~3份、氯苯甘醚0.1~0.5份、苯氧乙醇0.1~0.5份。
通常情况下,铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜的面膜液由以下重量份数的组分制成:突厥蔷薇花水70~90份、丙二醇6~8份、羟乙基纤维素1~2份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2~0.4份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.2~0.3份、透明质酸钠0.1~0.3份、番红花花提取物2~3份、三乙醇胺0.01~0.05份、甘草酸二钾1~3份、麦芽糖0.1~0.5份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物1~2份、氯苯甘醚0.1~0.5份、苯氧乙醇0.1~0.5份。
本实施例中的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜的制备方法与实施例4中的相同。
虽然本发明已以实施例公开如上,但其并非用以限定本发明的保护范围,任何熟悉该项技术的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的构思和范围内所作的更动与润饰,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜,其特征在于,所述铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜的面膜液包括如下重量份数的组分:突厥蔷薇花水50~90份、丙二醇1~10份、羟乙基纤维素1~5份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.1~1份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.1~0.5份、透明质酸钠0.1~1份、番红花花提取物1~5份、三乙醇胺0.01~0.1份、甘草酸二钾1~5份、麦芽糖0.1~1份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物1~5份、氯苯甘醚0.1~1份和苯氧乙醇0.1~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜,其特征在于,所述突厥蔷薇花水的重量份数为70~90份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜,其特征在于,所述铁皮石斛茎提取物的重量份数为0.2~0.4份、所述番红花花提取物的重量份数为1~3份、所述太匮龙舌兰叶提取物的重量份数为1~3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜,其特征在于,所述铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜采用突厥蔷薇花水完全替代面膜生产工艺中的纯化水和香精,不添加香精,铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜具有自然香气。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜,其特征在于,所述铁皮石斛茎提取物是由膜分离技术分离、纯化小分子活性成分以及冷冻干燥技术干燥所得。
6.根据权利要求1所述的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜,其特征在于,所述面膜液由以下重量份数的组分制成:突厥蔷薇花水70~90份、丙二醇5~10份、羟乙基纤维素1~3份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.1~0.5份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.2~0.4份、透明质酸钠0.1~0.3份、番红花花提取物1~3份、三乙醇胺0.01~0.08份、甘草酸二钾1~3份、麦芽糖0.1~0.5份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物1~3份、氯苯甘醚0.1~0.5份、苯氧乙醇0.1~0.5份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜,其特征在于,所述面膜液由以下重量份数的组分制成:突厥蔷薇花水70~90份、丙二醇6~8份、羟乙基纤维素1~2份、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2~0.4份、铁皮石斛茎提取物0.2~0.3份、透明质酸钠0.1~0.3份、番红花花提取物2~3份、三乙醇胺0.01~0.05份、甘草酸二钾1~3份、麦芽糖0.1~0.5份、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物1~2份、氯苯甘醚0.1~0.5份、苯氧乙醇0.1~0.5份。
8.一种如权利要求1~7任一项所述铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法如下:
(1)将丙二醇加入均质乳化锅中,然后将羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、三乙醇胺、甘草酸二钾、氯苯甘醚依次加入均质乳化锅中,均质搅拌均匀,均质时间20-30min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(2)将突厥蔷薇花水加至均质乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,均质时间60-90min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(3)将PEG-40氢化蓖麻油加热搅拌均匀后加入均质乳化锅中,均质搅拌均匀,均质时间60-90min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(4)将铁皮石斛茎提取物、番红花花提取物、麦芽糖、太匮龙舌兰叶提取物搅拌均匀后加入锅中,均质搅拌均匀,均质时间20min,搅拌转速30-40转/分钟;
(5)物理检测合格后,抽至静置储罐中,并用300目滤网过滤,制得面膜液。
9.根据权利要求8所述的铁皮石斛提拉紧致面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述铁皮石斛茎提取物的制备方法如下:铁皮石斛茎粉碎成粗粉,加20倍重量的水,提取3次,每次2小时,合并提取液,离心过滤,真空浓缩至相对密度1.05-1.10之间,缓慢加入乙醇,配成体积百分比为60%的乙醇溶液体系,静置12-24小时,离心,过滤,收集滤液进行膜过滤,在0.30-0.40MPa压力下使溶液通过100KD的聚醚砜超滤膜,取过滤液,真空浓缩,浓缩比为8:1,冷冻干燥。
