Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10 and 19, a cooking appliance of the first embodiment includes: the heating device comprises an appliance body 10, a pressure limiting valve 20, a toggle piece 30 and a heating device. Wherein, the utensil body 10 has a cooking cavity and an exhaust passage 1 communicating the cooking cavity with the outside atmosphere. The pressure-limiting valve 20 cooperates with the exhaust channel 1. The toggle member 30 includes a first main body portion 31 rotatably disposed on the appliance body 10 and a top portion 32 disposed on the first main body portion 31 and capable of propping against (directly or indirectly propping against) the pressure limiting valve 20, at least a portion of the first main body portion 31 is located outside the appliance body 10, and the heating device is disposed on the appliance body 10 for heating food in the cooking cavity.
According to the technical scheme of the first application embodiment, the cooking appliance comprises the toggle piece 30, when manual exhaust is needed, a user toggles the first main body part 31, the abutting part 32 rotates towards the pressure limiting valve 20 and can abut against the pressure limiting valve 20, so that the pressure limiting valve 20 is inclined to open the exhaust channel 1, and the purpose of manual exhaust is finally achieved. The structure is simple, the assembly is easy, and the cost is low. In addition, the poking piece 30 has low space requirement, so the volume of the cooking utensil is small, and the miniaturization design is facilitated.
It should be noted that the term "pluck" means to be pushed or flicked by a finger or a stick. In the first embodiment, the user can toggle (i.e. push) the toggle member 30 by a finger, and the toggle member 30 transmits the pushing force applied by the user to the pressure limiting valve 20, so as to make the pressure limiting valve 20 far away from the exhaust passage 1. It should be noted that, in the related art, there is a solution in which the handle is engaged with the pressure limiting valve to push the pressure limiting valve away from the exhaust passage by rotating the handle by the user, but the handle cannot be equivalent to the toggle member in the first embodiment because the user needs to hold the handle and apply an external force to the handle. In the first embodiment, the user can exhaust air by pushing the toggle member 30 with a single finger, so that the air exhaust device is quicker and more labor-saving.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 to 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 19, in the first embodiment, a groove 313 is provided in a portion of the first body portion 31 located outside the appliance body 10. The above structure facilitates the user's finger to apply force to the first main body 31, so that the toggle member 30 can be toggled smoothly, thereby improving the user experience. In other embodiments not shown in the figures, the portion of the first main body 31 located outside the appliance body 10 may also be provided with a protrusion, which may be a push plate or a plurality of small protrusions to increase the friction force.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 to 6, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 19, in the first embodiment, the first main body 31 includes two side walls 311 disposed oppositely and a top wall 312 connected between the two side walls 311 and located at an upper portion of the side walls 311, and the top wall 312 is provided with a protrusion or a groove 313. The structure is simple, the operation of a user is facilitated, and the use experience of the user is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 to 6, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 19, in the first embodiment, the first main body 31 includes two side walls 311 disposed oppositely, one pin 33 is disposed on each of the outer surfaces of the two side walls 311, and the axes of the two pins 33 are overlapped. The structure is simple, the processing is easy, and the cost is low. Preferably, in the first embodiment, the pin 33 and the first main body 31 are integrally formed. Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the pin shaft may also be a separate structure from the first main body portion, and the pin shaft is inserted through the two side walls and fixed relative to the first main body portion by the positioning structure.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 to 6, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 19, in the first embodiment, a chamfer 331 is provided between the end surface of the pin 33 and the side surface of the lower portion thereof. The structure is simple, assembly is convenient, and assembly efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 11, 12 and 17, in the first embodiment, two mounting plates 131 are oppositely disposed on the appliance body 10, and mounting holes 132 for engaging with the pins 33 are opened on the mounting plates 131. When the toggle 30 is installed, the chamfer 331 abuts against the upper portion of the mounting plates 131, and as a downward force is continuously applied to the toggle 30, the two mounting plates 131 are deformed outward (away from their respective directions) under the guidance of the chamfer 331, and when the pin 33 of the toggle 30 moves to a position corresponding to the mounting hole 132, the two mounting plates 131 return to their initial positions under the action of their own elasticity, and at this time, the pin 33 has been inserted into the mounting hole 132, and the assembly is completed. In the assembling process, the chamfer 331 plays a role in guiding, the assembling difficulty is reduced, and the assembling efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, 15 and 16, in the first embodiment, the cooking utensil further includes an ejector 40, the ejector 40 is movably disposed on the utensil body, and the abutting portion 32 can abut against the pressure limiting valve 20 through the ejector 40. Specifically, the user dials the dial 30 by a finger, and as the dial 30 rotates, the dial 30 can push the push member 40 to move the push member 40 in a predetermined direction. In the case where the push member 40 is moved to be in contact with the pressure limiting valve 20, the toggle member 30 is continuously toggled, and the push member 40 can apply a force in a predetermined direction to the pressure limiting valve 20 so that the pressure limiting valve 20 can be effectively pushed away from the exhaust passage 1. The above structure can reduce the force of the user to toggle the toggle member 30, thereby improving the user experience.
It should be noted that, in the first embodiment, when the steam exhaust is not required, the toggle member 30 does not abut against and cooperate with the pressure limiting valve 20, and the pressure limiting valve 20 blocks the exhaust passage 1 to realize the normal pressure-up function. When steam needs to be exhausted, a user can toggle the toggle piece 30 through fingers, the toggle piece 30 does not directly abut against the pressure limiting valve 20, but indirectly transmits force through the pushing piece 40 to achieve the effect similar to the abutting effect of the two, and finally the pressure limiting valve 20 is inclined under the pushing action of the pushing piece 40, so that the purpose of opening the exhaust channel 1 to exhaust steam is achieved. Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the figures, the toggle element 30 may also directly abut against the pressure limiting valve 20.
As shown in fig. 3, 7, 10, 15 and 16, in the first embodiment, the pushing member 40 includes a second main body portion 41 and a push rod 44 disposed on a side of the second main body portion 41 close to the pressure limiting valve 20, and the push rod 44 can cooperate with the pressure limiting valve 20. The structure is simple and easy to process. Preferably, in the first embodiment, the top rod 44 is in abutting fit with the upper portion of the side wall of the pressure limiting valve 20.
Since the toggle element 30 rotates at a different position from the pushing element 40, in order to enable the toggle element 30 to smoothly push the pushing element 40, as shown in fig. 3, 6, 10, 15 and 16, in the first embodiment, the pushing element 40 includes a second main body portion 41 and a force receiving portion 42 disposed on a side of the second main body portion 41 away from the pressure limiting valve 20, and the force receiving portion 42 can be engaged with the abutting portion 32. The above structure allows the overall size of the ejector 40 to be small, and only the force receiving portion 42 having a sufficient contact area needs to be provided, thereby facilitating the miniaturization design.
As shown in fig. 6, in the first embodiment, the force receiving portion 42 includes an engaging plate 421 disposed at an angle to the moving direction of the pushing member 40, the abutting portion 32 is a top plate, and when the toggle member 30 is at the initial position, the abutting surface of the top plate abuts against the engaging surface of the engaging plate 421.
As shown in fig. 7 and 10, in the first embodiment, the sliding groove 2 is provided in the appliance body 10, and at least a part of the second body portion 41 is located in the sliding groove 2. The above structure enables the ejector 40 to slide in a predetermined direction.
As shown in fig. 7, 10 and 17, in the first embodiment, the second main body portion 41 includes a top abutting wall 412, two rib plates 133 are oppositely disposed on the appliance body 10, a sliding chute 2 is formed between the two rib plates 133 and the appliance body 10, a baffle 134 is disposed at a position of the sliding chute 2 close to an opening 139 of the pressure limiting valve 20, and an elastic restoring structure 50 is disposed between the top abutting wall 412 and the baffle 134. When the user no longer applies force to the toggle element 30, the elastic restoring structure 50 can push the pushing element 40 to return under the action of its elastic restoring force, and the pushing element 40 pushes the toggle element 30 to return to the initial position. The structure is simple, the use by a user is convenient, and the use experience of the user can be improved.
As shown in fig. 7, 10, and 13 to 17, in the first embodiment, two rib plates 133 are oppositely disposed on the device body 10, a chute 2 is formed between the two rib plates 133 and the device body 10, one end of the chute 2 away from the pressure limiting valve 20 is a closed end 135, a limiting rib 43 is disposed on the second main body 41, and when the pushing member 40 is located at the initial position, the limiting rib 43 is in abutting engagement with the closed end 135 of the chute 2. The above structure allows the pushing member 40 to return to the initial position each time by the elastic restoring force of the elastic restoring structure 50. Specifically, in the first embodiment, the inner surface of the closed end 135 is an arc-shaped surface, and if the surface of the pushing member 40 contacting the closed end 135 is too large, the position of the pushing member 40 in the chute 2 may be different each time. In order to solve the above problem, in the first embodiment, the pushing element 40 includes the limiting rib 43 capable of cooperating with the closed end 135, and since the area of the limiting rib contacting with the closed end 135 is small, it can be ensured that the position of the pushing element 40 in the sliding chute 2 is the same each time the pushing element is returned.
If the force with which the user dials the dial 30 is too great, this may result in the pressure limiting valve 20 being moved out of the operating position (i.e. the pressure limiting valve cannot block the exhaust duct 1 in the event that the user no longer dials the dial 30). In order to solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 7, 10 and 15, in the first embodiment, the end surface of the second body portion 41 close to the pressure limiting valve 20 is formed with a limiting surface 411, and when the pushing member 40 moves to a predetermined position, the limiting surface 411 can be brought into abutting engagement with the device body 10. At this time, even if the user applies a greater force, the pushing member 40 will not move continuously toward the pressure limiting valve 20, and the pressure limiting valve can be ensured to be always within the preset range. The structure can limit the displacement of the pushing piece 40, avoid the dislocation of the pressure limiting valve 20 caused by excessive force application of a user and ensure the working reliability of the cooking utensil.
As shown in fig. 7, 10 and 17, in the first embodiment, the limiting structure 136 is provided on the appliance body 10, at least a part of the limiting structure 136 is located on the upper side of the second main body part 41, and the second main body part 41 is located between the limiting structure 136 and the appliance body 10 in the vertical direction. The above structure can prevent the pushing member 40 from being separated from the sliding groove 2 when receiving an upward external force, thereby ensuring the reliability of the cooking appliance. Preferably, in the first embodiment, the limiting structure 136 is a snap structure disposed on the rib plate 133, and the snap structure has a guiding inclined surface, so that the pushing member 40 is installed into the sliding chute 2 from top to bottom. When the pushing member 40 is installed in the sliding chute 2, the snap structure can return under the action of its own elastic restoring force, and at least a part of the hook portion of the snap structure is located above the pushing member 40, so as to prevent the pushing member 40 from being separated from the sliding chute 2 upwards. The structure is simple, and the processing and the assembly are convenient.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 10 and 18, in the first embodiment, the device body 10 includes a pot body 11, a pot cover 12 and a handle 13 disposed on the pot cover 12, the handle 13 is disposed with a first avoiding hole 137 and a second avoiding hole 138, the toggle member 30 and the pushing member 40 are disposed on the handle 13, at least a portion of the first main body 31 protrudes through the first avoiding hole 137, and at least a portion of the pushing member 40 protrudes through the second avoiding hole 138 to be matched with the pressure limiting valve 20. The above structure can hide at least part of the poking part 30 and the pushing part 40 in the handle, thereby making the structure more concise. In addition, the toggle piece 30 and the pushing piece 40 are arranged on the handle, so that the operation of a user is more convenient, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In the first embodiment, the pot body 11 includes an outer pot, a heat preservation cover and an inner pot which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, the cavity in the inner pot forms the cooking cavity, the heating device can be an electric heating film or a heating plate, when the heating device is the electric heating film, the electric heating film is arranged on the outer wall of the inner pot, and when the heating device is the heating plate, the heating plate is arranged between the inner pot and the outer pot.
As shown in fig. 3, 7 and 10, in the first embodiment, a sealing structure 60 is provided between a hole wall of the second avoidance hole 138 and a portion of the ejector 40 extending into the second avoidance hole 138. The structure can prevent the gas exhausted from the exhaust channel 1 from entering the handle and prevent the steam from influencing the service life of parts in the handle. Preferably, in the first embodiment, the sealing structure 60 is provided with a hook, and the sealing structure 60 is clamped on the second avoiding hole 138.
As shown in fig. 5, 8, 12, 17 and 18, in the first embodiment, the handle 13 includes a lower handle and an upper handle which are separately disposed, an accommodating space is provided between the upper handle and the lower handle, two mounting plates 131, two rib plates 133 and a baffle 134 are disposed on an inner wall of the lower handle and extend toward the upper handle, and a first avoiding hole 137 and a second avoiding hole 138 are disposed in the upper handle.
The cooking appliance of the second embodiment differs from the cooking appliance of the first embodiment in the arrangement position of the toggle member 30, and specifically, as shown in fig. 20, 22 to 25, the cooking appliance of the second embodiment includes: an appliance body 10, a pressure limiting valve 20 and a toggle 30. The utensil body 10 comprises a pot body 11 and a pot cover 12 covering the pot body 11, the pot cover 12 comprises a face cover 121 and an inner cover 122 located in the face cover 121, the pot body 11 is provided with a cooking cavity, and an exhaust passage 1 communicating the cooking cavity with the outside atmosphere is arranged on the inner cover 122. The pressure-limiting valve 20 cooperates with the exhaust channel 1. The toggle member 30 includes a first main body 31 rotatably disposed on the face cover 121 and a top 32 disposed on the first main body 31 and capable of abutting against the pressure limiting valve 20, wherein at least a portion of the first main body 31 is located outside the face cover 121.
In the second technical solution, the cooking appliance includes the toggle element 30 disposed on the face cover 121, when the user needs to manually exhaust, the user toggles the first main body 31, and the abutting portion 32 rotates towards the pressure limiting valve 20 and can abut against the pressure limiting valve 20, so that the pressure limiting valve 20 is tilted to open the exhaust passage 1, and finally, the purpose of manual exhaust is achieved. The structure is simple, the assembly is easy, and the cost is low. In addition, the space requirement between the face cover 121 and the inner cover 122 of the poking piece 30 is low, so the pot cover 12 of the cooking appliance has small volume and is beneficial to miniaturization design.
It should be noted that the term "pluck" means to be pushed or flicked by a finger or a stick. In the second embodiment, the user can toggle (i.e. push) the toggle element 30 by fingers, and the toggle element 30 transmits the pushing force applied by the user to the pressure limiting valve 20, so as to make the pressure limiting valve 20 far away from the exhaust passage 1. It should be noted that, in the related art, there is a solution in which the handle is rotated by the user and the handle cooperates with the pressure limiting valve to push the pressure limiting valve away from the exhaust passage, but the handle cannot be equivalent to the toggle member in the second embodiment because the user needs to hold the handle and apply an external force to the handle. In the second embodiment, the user can exhaust air by pushing the toggle member 30 with a single finger, so that the air exhaust device is quicker and more labor-saving.
As shown in fig. 20, 21, 24, 25, and 28, in the second embodiment, the portion of the first body portion 31 located outside the face cover 121 is provided with a protrusion or a groove 313. The above structure facilitates the user's finger to apply force to the first main body 31, so that the toggle member 30 can be toggled smoothly, thereby improving the user experience. In other embodiments not shown in the figures, the portion of the first main body 31 located outside the face cover 121 may also be provided with a protrusion, which may be a push plate or a plurality of small protrusions to increase the friction force.
As shown in fig. 28, in the second embodiment, the first main body 31 includes two opposite side walls 311 and a top wall 312 connected between the two side walls 311 and located at the upper portion of the side walls 311, and the top wall 312 is provided with a protrusion or a groove 313. The structure is simple, the operation of a user is facilitated, and the use experience of the user is improved.
As shown in fig. 23 and 28, in the second embodiment, the first main body 31 includes two side walls 311 disposed oppositely, one pin 33 is disposed on each of the outer surfaces of the two side walls 311, and the axes of the two pins 33 are overlapped. The structure is simple, the processing is easy, and the cost is low. Preferably, in the second embodiment, the pin 33 and the first main body 31 are integrally formed. Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the pin shaft may also be a separate structure from the first main body portion, and the pin shaft is inserted through the two side walls and fixed relative to the first main body portion by the positioning structure.
As shown in fig. 22, 23 and 26, in the second embodiment, two mounting plates 131 are oppositely disposed on the lower surface of the face cover 121, and mounting holes 132 for engaging with the pins 33 are opened on the mounting plates 131. The structure is simple and easy to realize. In other embodiments not shown in the drawings, a chamfer is provided between the end surface of the pin 33 and the side surface of the upper portion thereof, when the toggle 30 is installed, the chamfer will abut against the lower portion of the mounting plates 131, as the downward force is continuously applied to the toggle 30, the two mounting plates 131 will deform outwards (away from their respective directions) under the guidance of the chamfer, when the pin 33 of the toggle 30 moves to the position corresponding to the mounting hole 132, the two mounting plates 131 will return to the initial position under the action of their own elasticity, and the pin 33 will be inserted into the mounting hole 132 and assembled. In the assembling process, the chamfer plays a role in guiding, the assembling difficulty is reduced, and the assembling efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 22 to 27, in the second embodiment, the cooking appliance further includes: the pushing component 40, the pushing component 40 is movably disposed on the face cover 121, and the abutting portion 32 can abut against the pressure limiting valve 20 through the pushing component 40.
It should be noted that, in the second embodiment, when the steam exhaust is not required, the toggle member 30 does not abut against and cooperate with the pressure limiting valve 20, and the pressure limiting valve 20 blocks the exhaust passage 1 to realize the normal pressure-up function.
22 to 27, in the second embodiment, the pushing member 40 includes a second main body portion 41, the pushing member 40 further includes a push rod 44 disposed on a side of the second main body portion 41 close to the pressure limiting valve 20, and the push rod 44 can cooperate with the pressure limiting valve 20. The structure is simple and easy to process. Preferably, in the second embodiment, the top rod 44 is in abutting fit with the lower portion of the side wall of the pressure limiting valve 20, and the above structure enables the pressure limiting valve 20 to be easily tilted, so as to achieve air exhaust.
Since the position of the toggle member 30 contacting the pushing member 40 during rotation is different, in order to enable the toggle member 30 to smoothly push the pushing member 40, as shown in fig. 23 to 25 and 27, in the second embodiment, the pushing member 40 further includes a force receiving portion 42 disposed on a side of the second main body portion 41 away from the pressure limiting valve 20, and the force receiving portion 42 can be matched with the abutting portion 32. The above structure allows the overall size of the ejector 40 to be small, and only the force receiving portion 42 having a sufficient contact area needs to be provided, thereby facilitating the miniaturization design.
As shown in fig. 23 to 25 and 27, in the second embodiment, the force receiving portion 42 includes an engaging plate 421 disposed at an angle to the moving direction of the pushing member 40, the abutting portion 32 is a shifting block, and when the shifting member 30 is at the initial position, an abutting surface of the shifting block abuts against an engaging surface of the engaging plate 421.
As shown in fig. 26, in the second embodiment, a limiting structure 70 is disposed on the surface cover 121, and the limiting structure 70 cooperates with the pushing member 40 to enable the pushing member 40 to move along a predetermined direction.
As shown in fig. 23 to 26, in the second embodiment, the limiting structure 70 includes two hooks 124 located on the lower surface of the surface cover 121 and disposed oppositely, each hook 124 includes a hook body 123 and a hook 125 disposed on the hook body 123, the two hook bodies 123 are located on two sides of the pushing member 40 in the horizontal direction, and the upper surfaces of the two hooks 125 and the lower surface of the surface cover 121 are located on two upper and lower sides of the pushing member 40. The structure is simple, and the processing and the assembly are easy.
As shown in fig. 23 to fig. 26, in the second embodiment, an abutting structure 126 abutting against the pushing member 40 is disposed on the lower surface of the surface cover 121, and the abutting structure 126 is spaced from the limiting structure 70 in the predetermined direction. The above structure can prevent the ejector 40 from swinging in the vertical plane. Preferably, in the second embodiment, the abutting structure 126 includes a first abutting rib structure 1261 and a second abutting rib structure 1262 respectively located at two sides of the clasp in the predetermined direction, and when one end of the pushing piece 40 close to the pressure limiting valve 20 has a tendency of swinging upward, the second abutting rib structure 1262 can apply a downward abutting force to the pushing piece 40 to prevent one end of the pushing piece 40 close to the pressure limiting valve 20 from swinging upward. Likewise, when the end of the ejector 40 away from the pressure limiting valve 20 has a tendency to swing upward, the first abutting rib structure 1261 can apply a downward abutting force to the ejector 40 to prevent the end of the ejector 40 away from the pressure limiting valve 20 from swinging upward.

It should be noted that, in the second embodiment, the second abutting rib structure 1262 plays both the role of abutting against the pushing member 40 and preventing the pushing member 40 from swinging in the vertical plane and the role of the stopping elastic resetting structure 50, so that one part has multiple purposes, thereby reducing the production cost.
As shown in fig. 24 and 25, in the second embodiment, the cooking appliance further includes: the handle 13 is arranged on the pot cover 12, a concave part for accommodating the pressure limiting valve 20 is arranged on the handle 13, a second avoidance hole 138 is arranged on the side wall of the concave part, and at least part of the pushing piece 40 can penetrate into the concave part through the second avoidance hole 138 to be matched with the pressure limiting valve 20.
As shown in fig. 21, 24 and 25, in the second embodiment, the surface cover 121 is provided with a third avoiding hole 127 for avoiding the toggle member 30, and a waterproof rib 129 is provided on the circumferential outer side of the third avoiding hole 127. The above structure can prevent the water on the surface cover 121 from entering the inside of the surface cover 121 through the third avoiding hole 127, thereby ensuring the service life of the cooking appliance.
