Abstract
A method for operating a spinning device is provided with at least three levels arranged hierarchically relative to each other. The method comprises a step (S12) for each level on the display (1), wherein configuration units belonging to the respective level are displayed and configuration data and/or status data respectively belonging to the configuration units are displayed. The method additionally has, for each other hierarchy, a step (12) of displaying at least one configuration unit assigned to the respective displayed configuration unit, in addition to the lowest hierarchy. Furthermore, the method is provided with an enabling step (S15) for the hierarchy, wherein a respective configuration unit of the at least one assigned configuration unit is selected. The step of transforming to the hierarchy to which the selected configuration unit belongs follows after the selection of one of the at least one allocated configuration unit (S6). Each configuration unit of the first level, which is the lowest, represents a respective machine of the spinning device. A computer readable medium has instructions executable by a processor to enable the processor to implement the method. An apparatus is provided with a display (1) and comprises or is coupled to a device designed to carry out the method.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to a method and a device for operating a spinning device.
Background
Spinning devices generally have two main areas: spinning preparation, which includes processing of crude fibers for so-called procedures; and a spinning process in which the top yarn is processed into a true tail yarn.
For operating the machines necessary for this (starting at the bale opener and ending at the spinning machine), it is known on the one hand to provide each machine with an operating terminal. In this way, corresponding adjustments can be made locally on the individual machines and the state of the machine detected. This has the disadvantage that, in order to detect and possibly influence the state of the individual machines, the operator must be moved correspondingly towards the machine. Furthermore, the operator is not able to detect data related to other machines in the process chain with the respective machine in order to properly implement the adjustment. Furthermore, this mode of operation results in a long travel path. On the other hand, it is known to operate all machines for spinning centrally by means of a central control device, for example by bus control. This also relies on a relatively complex infrastructure and a specially designed location where there is a central control. In addition to this, only a very limited number of people can operate or view the device in this case.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the application is to address the aforementioned disadvantages.
According to the application, a method for operating a spinning device is provided. The method specifies at least three hierarchical levels arranged hierarchically with respect to each other. The term "level" here relates to the configuration of the spinning machine into a form of arrangement, i.e. at least for the display and possibly also for the operation. For each hierarchy, the method comprises a display step of displaying on a display the configuration units belonging to the respective hierarchy or the configuration data and/or status data respectively belonging thereto. The configuration unit according to the application is preferably user-adjustable with respect to the machines embedded therein and to the machines, groups of machines, the arrangement of the previous-level arrangement, which may comprise, for example, all machines set up in the spinning shop. The status data relates to the respective configuration unit and can be determined by a (slave) configuration unit, which may be assigned to the respective configuration unit. That is, the operator can see, for example, whether the adjustment value of the respective configuration unit also brings about the desired result, for example in the form of the amount of (coarse) yarn produced per time unit. In addition to the hierarchically lowest hierarchical level, the method additionally comprises a display step for each further hierarchical level of at least one configuration unit, which is assigned to the respective displayed configuration unit. That is, the hierarchical level is derived from the hierarchical relationship of the configuration units to each other. The method further provides for enabling steps for these levels in order to select one of the at least one assigned configuration unit each. It is therefore clear why these two steps do not exist for the lowest level. The configuration units arranged at the lowest level are no longer configured with configuration units. The structure of each configuration unit accords with the tree structure principle as the computer catalogue. The method further provides for a transformation step in which, upon selection of one of the at least one assigned configuration unit, a transformation is made to the hierarchy to which the selected configuration unit belongs. That is, the displayed content changes in such a way that in the method one level reaches "deeper" and the selected configuration unit becomes a configuration unit belonging to the "new" level given at the beginning. So now, its configuration data and the associated configuration unit, if present, are presented. According to the application, each of the lowermost, first-tier configuration units represents a respective spinning machine.
The method has further advantages:
first, the display of the arrangement unit or the spinning machine can thus be completely freely arranged. The same or different types of machines can be combined with each other in the second hierarchy. In the second case an arrangement of, for example, process chains is provided. This may include, as an example of a first hierarchy, the display according to a third hierarchy, which only occurs in process chains such as bale openers, cleaners, mixers and spinning machines. Furthermore, it comprises a set of machines of the second level, which is therefore equipped with a plurality of machines, which appear multiple times, such as carding machines, drawing frames and lap-reels. That is, the corresponding display is not necessarily limited to a single-level display, but rather depends on the configuration of the configuration units relative to one another, i.e., can be adapted to one another with high dynamics.
Second, the arrangement of the displays can be made to match the known conditions or user requirements immediately based on the hierarchical depth that is undefined in terms of hierarchy. The fourth level may be, for example, an arrangement of different process chains, wherein each process chain produces a particular form of (top) roving.
Third, the method enables not only online by means of a central control device but also by means of a self-service work device like a tablet computer, for example online down-conversion. With which the operator can run through the shop instead of any device having to be data-connected.
Preferably the method advantageously has an enabling step for each level to change at least a portion of the displayed configuration data. That is to say, the method must be not only beneficial for the operator, but also enables adjustment of the correspondingly displayed configuration unit and thus the machine contained in the configuration unit.
Each of the aforementioned methods can have an enabling step for at least one hierarchy, which is provided with a plurality of configuration units and for which the associated configuration unit is displayed, in order to be transformed from the displayed configuration unit into another configuration unit belonging to the same hierarchy, that is to say without the operator having to have to bothersome to transform into the next higher hierarchy in order to be able to view the configuration units currently not selected on said hierarchy. This is convenient for the operator.
The arrangement units of the spinning machines, which are assigned to the arrangement units of the second, i.e. the penultimate, lower level, are preferably of the same type. This makes it possible to see, for example, whether a carding machine belonging to the process chain produces sufficient fibre sliver, although the carding machine is operated at different delivery speeds based on different fibre materials.
Each of the foregoing methods can also have a return-enabling step in each tier, except for the uppermost tier, returning to the next higher tier immediately or even (if present) to the tier disposed thereon. That is, the operator can freely shift from one level to a higher level, which makes the operation comfortable.
Alternatively or additionally thereto, the method can also have a determining step in at least one hierarchy other than the first hierarchy, determining additional data based on the configuration data and/or determining status data of at least one secondary hierarchy, if present. The associated display step is included to display the configuration data and then also the determined data. In order to preserve the carding machines belonging to the configuration unit in the previous example, these data can exemplarily represent the total delivery per time unit reached by means of a plurality of carding machines producing the same fibrous material.
In the method according to the application, as already explained at the outset, it is also possible, as well as the first hierarchical level, for configuration units assigned to one hierarchical level to be assigned configuration units of a different hierarchical level. This enables, for example, the spinning device in which there is, for example, only one bale opener but a plurality of cards to be imaged and displayed for the convenience of the operator. One of the assigned configuration units will represent an bale opener and the other configuration unit may represent all cards or cards belonging to the production chain as an orchestration.
Again alternatively or additionally, the method also has the step of authenticating the operator. If the operator is authenticated, the method has the step of determining the qualification to be given to the operator. This may be constructed in any form. It is possible, for example, that one group of operators only has access to the individual carding machines, while the other operators only have access to, for example, a unique spinning machine. Based on the qualification, the content is unlocked and/or locked in a further step within the framework of the method. The content may include configuration data, status data and/or a display of the configuration unit, an enablement of the selected configuration unit and/or a change of the predetermined configuration data. The concept "content" thus not only relates to the displayed content but may also refer to functionality by unlocking or locking the respective functions. This greatly increases the popularity of the process.
Still alternatively or additionally, the step of changing the configuration data may comprise the substep of confirming the corresponding change. This enables avoiding erroneous adjustment. Furthermore, when the change is undone by the operator, the previously adjusted value can thereby be displayed again; he/she does not have to remember the value that has been adjusted in advance. This makes operation comfortable and helps to avoid erroneous adjustments and associated machine downtime conditions.
Yet again alternatively or additionally, the method may also have an enabling step of assigning a new configuration unit to a configuration unit or removing such an assignment, adding configuration data or status data in terms of display and/or change to a configuration unit or removing such an addition, and/or generating or deleting a new configuration unit at least at the uppermost level. That is, the foregoing arrangement of configuration units is freely adaptable, if necessary based on qualification.
The steps may include the sub-step of determining standard values for new configuration units, configuration data or status data. This enables the display to be adapted to the requirements and avoids adjustments which are not possible or which are not suitable for adjusting other configuration units which may already be present. This is beneficial in reducing operational errors.
Each of the aforementioned methods is preferably computer-implemented and can therefore be constructed in an advantageous manner in the form of a CPU on each portable instrument with a processor.
Furthermore, the present application relates to a computer readable medium having instructions executable by a processor in order to enable the processor to carry out the above-mentioned method.
The application also relates to a device having a display. Furthermore, the apparatus comprises or is coupled to a device designed to carry out one of the methods described above. That is to say, either the device is equipped with a processor and a memory for carrying out the method, for example, or is used, for example, as a thin client and receives data only for display and can effect a change of the displayed content, if appropriate, by means of a corresponding server.
The display preferably belongs to the spinning machine and/or comprises an operating unit. In the first case described above, the operator can be given the possibility to view the configuration unit contained in the machine and possibly to change it, even though he stands in a conventional manner in front of the machine. This greatly expands the flexibility of use.
Alternatively or additionally, the device acts as a mobile communication device and/or a data processor. The instrument is configured to be removable with respect to the machine as a component of the machine. Which could otherwise be realized by means of every other instrument, such as a tablet, a mobile phone or the like.
Drawings
Other features and advantages of the present application will be apparent from the following description of the preferred embodiments. In the figure:
FIG. 1 shows a series of screen content presenting a method according to one embodiment of the application, and
fig. 2 shows a method based on the illustration of fig. 1.
Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a screen 1 with different screen contents according to an embodiment of the application.
The screen 1 is for example part of a mobile phone and is thus divided into two display areas. The above area 2 is well known for reserving to the operating system of the mobile phone and includes information here exemplarily about the battery level and the current signal strength.
The remainder of the screen 1 preferably provides a method of generating the screen content shown.
The screen content shown in fig. 1 is preferably displayed at least after the method is started. This involves a login interface in which the operator can login in a known manner by entering a user name in the name area 8 and a password in the password area 9 and by subsequently clicking the login button 10. Furthermore, there is the possibility of setting up a new user account by means of clicking the creation button 11.
The name 7 is shown here in text form by way of example in the upper region. The designation 7 designates the relevant structure of the configuration unit, which will be described in more detail later, which is formed here by means of a production line.
If the login is successful, it is switched within the framework of the method to the view according to fig. 1 b. In the program area 3 above there is a menu button 12 which enables the operation of a program implemented by means of the method. Fig. 1b shows the associated menu 22 in an open position. The menu item "create" enables the creation or creation of a new configuration unit of the currently displayed hierarchy, i.e. here for example a configuration unit marked with "unit". The menu item "delete" causes the currently shown or invoked configuration element to be deleted, preferably with the insertion confirmation dialog known. The menu item "exit" causes the user to exit login. The menu item "end" causes exit to be made in an advantageous manner, but the procedure ends anyway. In addition to this, the menu includes the possibility of being able to make adjustments. This includes unlocking or locking certain elements for certain users (groups). Additional menu items "adjust" or the like may be provided for this purpose.
Below the program area 3 (even if visually indistinguishable here) there is a hierarchical navigation area 20. The hierarchical navigation area enables navigation between the various hierarchies of the hierarchy of configuration units given above and set forth in more detail below. Only the homepage symbol 17, which is implemented in the form of a non-realistic house, is displayed in the area 20 here, without other additional content. This means that the user is at the uppermost level of the preceding levels as described later, here at the level of the configuration unit marked with "unit 1", which is assigned to the configuration unit of the login screen of fig. 1a with the name 7 "my yield".
Below the program area 3, there is preferably a display area for each configuration unit assigned to the configuration unit "my production", which is formed by means of the header area 4, the data area 5 and the contact area 6.
In the example shown, the areas 4-6 of the configuration unit marked with "unit 1" are fully displayed, whereas the configuration unit marked with "unit 2" is only partially visible due to the size of the screen 1. The configuration unit can be moved upwards in fig. 1b for display by means of a swipe handle, for example of a user, which is constructed in a known manner, here, illustratively from bottom to top. That is, the configuration unit marked with "my yield" is configured with a plurality of slave configuration units. Thus, in order to switch back and forth between the plurality of cells that can be shown in fig. 1b, the display area comprising areas 4, 5, 6 can be moved vertically.
Each header area 4 comprises the name 13 of the corresponding configuration unit and, if necessary, additional information, such as a fault indication 14 here.
Each data area 5 comprises or shows the values that are present for the respective configuration unit (here: "unit 1"). In the upper region, a display diagram 30 is shown by way of example, which is composed essentially of a plurality of arc-segment-shaped segments 32-34. The strip section 32 in combination with the strip section 34 here represents an adjusted production which extends from the left end of the strip section 34 up to the right end of the strip section 32. The ends of the strip sections 32 are provided here with abbreviations 52 in the form of "EP". The bar section 34 represents the target yield to be achieved by the unit 1, which is represented by means of another name 52 ("ZP"). The bar 33 represents the currently existing production, which is currently achieved by the unit 1. The yield should be between the target yield and the adjusted yield. If the yield is below the target yield, the unit 1 produces too little material.
The bar segments 32-34 enclose a circle in the middle of which the deviation 31 of the current yield from the target yield is shown. Here, the corresponding values within the frame of the four data displays 50 are shown below the chart 30. The above data shows 50 the efficiency of the unit 1, which is currently 57.68%. The display 50 is illustratively composed of a name 53 and a value 54 belonging to the name. In the following, further values are shown within the framework of the three further data displays 50, namely by way of example by means of the symbols 51, the abbreviations 52 (which are also present in the diagram 30 in some examples), the names 53 describing the respective values and the respective values 54 themselves. For clarity reasons, the elements 51-54 ("adjusted throughput") of the values below here are provided with reference numerals 51-54 only. The uppermost data display 50 gives the current yield by means of symbols 51, abbreviations 53 ("AP"), names and values. The target yield is shown below by means of the symbol 51, abbreviation 52 ("ZP"), name 53 and value 54. The adjusted yield ("EP") is again shown in a similar manner below. Abbreviation 52 is used for the purpose of visually assigning the bar segments 32-34 to the corresponding values.
For example, the value can be changed when adjusting the yield. For this purpose, the processing symbol 23 is displayed to the right next to the value 54 belonging thereto. If clicked here, the numerical value can be edited.
The corresponding contact region 6 is arranged, for example, below the associated data region 5. The name 15 of the contact responsible here for the unit 1 is given in the area 6. In the right part of the contact area 6, a set-up contact symbol 16 is preferably shown, which enables a set-up of a contact with the shown contact. This is a telephone call in the case of a mobile telephone.
Below the display configuration unit there is a time selection area 40. The time selection field enables, in the example illustrated, the displayed values to be displayed with reference to the respective time by means of the selection of hours (reference number 41), dates (reference number 42), weeks (reference number 43) or months (reference number 44).
The fault indication 14 displayed here for the unit 1 in the header area 4 is activated or actively shown when the respective configuration unit has a fault in the time area selected in the area 40. Alternatively, a total number of faults starting from a particular moment is given herein.
By clicking on the corresponding header area 4, for example, a detailed representation of the associated configuration unit is converted, as is shown in fig. 1 c. This relates to the unit 1 within the scope of the application. Based on the selection of the configuration element, its name is now shown to the right next to the homepage symbol 17. There is an unlabeled separator symbol (">) between the home page symbol 17 and the name" cell 1 ". In the example shown, the configuration unit "my yield" is configured with three configuration units ("unit 1" to "unit 3"). Thus, the selection area 21 is illustratively implemented above the hierarchical navigation area 20. The selection area 21 serves the purpose of showing, on the one hand, the configuration units (here: three) assigned to the configuration units "my yield", i.e. here three circles arranged next to one another side by side, in terms of number. Furthermore, it is clarified that the current display shows the first (here: left) cell. Thus, it can be seen that there are two further cells on the one hand, and that on the other hand "left" is called here, indicated by means of a circle that is visually prominent relative to the other two circles. By means of a horizontal swipe from left to right here, for example, on the selection area 21 or by clicking on the desired circle, a quick switching to a corresponding further configuration element of the hierarchy can be made.
Below the hierarchical navigation area 20, a list of other configuration units which are assigned to the unit 1 is shown by way of example. The manifest includes eight configuration units in the example shown. Each configuration unit is represented here by means of a frame 19, in which the name of the respective configuration unit and the symbol representing the configuration unit are represented here by way of example. In this case, a corresponding folding symbol 18 is additionally present on the left, which enables the individual configuration units to be "unfolded". There is also a fault indication 14 in some of the configuration units, which indicates that a fault has occurred in the corresponding configuration unit.
If, for example, clicking on the configuration unit "carding machine" occurs the display according to fig. 1 d. The folding element 18 is changed in the associated frame 19 such that it now points downward in the manner of an arrow. A plurality of data fields 5 are shown below the associated frame 19. The upper first data area 5 is the combination of the card wires assigned to the configuration unit, wherein the card wires A1 and B1 are visible here. Because of the small space, the names of the individual configuration units are here integrated in the respective data area 5 instead of in the separate header area 4. The efficiency display is now placed under the corresponding display chart 30 without a text name. In addition, the display chart 30 and the efficiency display are now disposed to the right next to the additional data display 50. In addition, if present, a fault indication is displayed here on the upper right of the display chart 30.
The display chart 30 in the example shown comprises only a bar segment 33, which represents the current production. Furthermore, a bar 35 is provided in the display chart 30, which bar represents the deviation between the current yield and the target yield.
The data field 5 arranged below the data field 5 shows in each case one card wire together with its product value, the display chart 30 and the efficiency value in the manner according to fig. 1 b. That is, there are a plurality of strip sections 32-34. The fault indication 14 can also be shown here by way of example on the upper right of the corresponding display diagram 30. If there is no fault, the fault display 14 is either cloaked, removed or a special color, such as green, is displayed.
The display according to fig. 1e occurs if the card line is called up, for example by means of clicking. As can be seen in the selection area 21, the card line B1 is provided with four cards. Further, the names displayed in the hierarchical navigation area 20 are expanded to the homepage symbol 17, the separator, the name of the configuration unit "unit 1", and the separator symbol and the name of the preferred configuration unit "carding machine line B1", which is assigned to the unit 1. Thus, the entire arrangement level of the configuration unit "carding machine line B1" is shown as a text band. This can be achieved by clicking on the corresponding configuration unit, switching back to the configuration unit and thus to its hierarchy. If there is insufficient space, the text strip may be moved, preferably by means of a horizontal swipe through the hierarchical navigation area 20, until the desired text is optional.
In the selection area 21, it is now possible to switch back and forth between the card wires which are assigned to the unit 1.
Below the header area 4 belonging to the configuration unit there is no integrated data area 5, as in fig. 1d for example. Instead, all carding machines assigned to the configuration unit are shown immediately in terms of their values. The data area 5 is similar to the data area in fig. 1 d. Additionally, the process display 80 and the status display 90 are integral. The process display 80 comprises a strip section 81 in the carding machine 09, which is preferably green. This means that the card is operating perfectly in the last time detection cycle. The state display 90 shows an operating state or state 91 of the carding machine 09, which corresponds here to an automatic operation.
In the carding machine 10, there are three strip sections 81, 82, 81 in the running strip. The bar section 82 signals that a fault has occurred in the past and is also represented in the application data field 5 by means of the fault indication 14.
In the carding machine 11 there is just a fault, indicated by the right-hand set of bar segments 82.
If now the data field 5, for example the data field 5 of the card 09, is clicked, a switch is made to the display according to fig. 1 f. In the selection area 21, twelve cards are assigned to the card line B1. Since the first card of the card wire (card 09) is selected here, the circle located furthest to the left is visually prominent.
Below the header area 4, a data area 5 is again provided, which essentially corresponds to the display according to fig. 1 b. The energy consumption in the further data display 50 is additionally displayed in addition to the values shown in fig. 1 b. Furthermore, a bar 35 is provided in the display chart 30.
A time status display area 60 is additionally provided below the data area 5. The region 60 shows specific gravities of different operating states with reference to a specific period. The display is associated with a call in the time selection area 40. If "month" as shown here is clicked, the time specific gravity with respect to the corresponding operation state of the previous month is displayed. The hour selection 41, the date selection 42, and the day selection 43 are switched to other periods, respectively. The timing is visible by means of the visual highlighting of the respective element 41-44.
Instead of the corresponding last period, it can also be provided that an hour, date, week or month can be selected. Depending on the corresponding data stored in the past. The displayed operating state data is then preferably determined from the existing database or simply read out.
In the example shown, the carding machine 09 runs up to 77% in the last month, with 77% being shown as automatic specific gravity 63. The failure rate 65 (total number of existing failures in time) is 2%. Furthermore, there is 4% downtime, shown by means of a downtime specific gravity 67. One or more services are also represented by a service specific gravity 69 of 7%. In addition, there is a 10% rest time or off time as the off specific gravity 71 of the card concerned. For each value 63, 65, 67, 69 and 71, there are symbols 62, 64, 66, 68 or 70, which are assigned to the respective value, as an example.
Additionally or alternatively, a process bar 61 is provided to visually further illustrate the specific gravity.
Fig. 1g shows a view of a carding machine 18 similar to fig. 1f, in which, however, a fault has occurred. This is represented by means of a notification display 100 having a name 101 and a foldout symbol 102. Below the notification display 100 there is again a data area 5 together with a status display area 60.
The illustration according to fig. 1h is realized by clicking on the foldout symbol 102. The signature 102 disappears and all faults of the card 18 are displayed here one above the other. In this case, the respective times 103 of occurrence of the respective faults are shown in the upper region. Below this there is again the name 101 of the corresponding fault.
As can be seen, the fault display according to fig. 1g relates to the month, as shown in fig. 1i, to the last day, and the display according to fig. 1i, for example, occurs. Furthermore, the duration is lacking in the faults given above. This signals that the fault is currently still or present.
Fig. 2 shows a method according to an embodiment of the application implemented according to the display of fig. 1.
Fig. 2a shows the main process flow. After starting in step S1, a login procedure is carried out in a subsequent step S2. The process is carried out in a known manner and is therefore not described in further detail.
Thereafter, it is checked in step S3 whether the authorized user has logged in. If not (no branch after step S3), go back to step S2. Otherwise (yes-branch after step S3) the procedure is implemented for the current level (start: highest) in a subsequent step S10. After the implementation of the procedure it is checked in a subsequent step S4 whether a higher hierarchy has been selected. In the case of the illustration of fig. 1b, this step is omitted and is not implemented, since there is no higher hierarchy or the no branch is taken automatically.
If a higher hierarchy is selected (yes-branch after step S4), the current hierarchy is changed in a subsequent step S6, and returns to step S10. If no higher hierarchy is selected (no branch after step S4), it is checked in a subsequent step S5 whether the user is to exit. If yes (yes branch after step S5), go back to step S2. Otherwise (no branch after step S5), return to step S7, where it is checked whether the procedure should be ended. If not (no branch after step S7), go back to step S10. Otherwise (yes-branch after step S7) the procedure ends in a subsequent step S8. Thereby ending the flow as a whole. A step similar to step S7 is preferably also integrated in the login procedure in such a way that the procedure can be ended without login.
Fig. 2b shows step S10 in greater detail. It is initially checked in a first step S11 whether a configuration unit has been selected. The concept "select" here means that the relevant configuration unit has been displayed once. If this is not the case (no branch after step S11), the data belonging to the associated configuration unit is determined in a subsequent step S13. The determined data is thereafter displayed in a subsequent step S12.
If a configuration unit has been selected (yes-branch after step S11), it goes directly back to step S12.
Thereafter, it is checked in step S14 whether another configuration unit may have been selected. This is illustratively done by means of the operation selection area 21. If this is the case (yes-branch after step S14), the current configuration unit is changed in the following step S15. Thereafter, the process returns to step S11.
If no configuration unit is selected (no branch after step S14), it is checked in a subsequent step S6 whether the data of the correspondingly displayed configuration unit has been changed. If so (yes branch after step S16), these changed data are stored, if necessary, after a preliminary check in a subsequent step S17, for example, in terms of plausibility. The process is thereafter ended. If there is no data change (no branch after step S16), the process is also ended.
Fig. 2c shows the process when a new configuration unit should be created. In a first step S21, the type of configuration unit that can be created for each current hierarchy is determined. Thereafter, an instance of a new configuration unit is constituted based on the type in a subsequent step S22. The term "example" is only meant here to constitute a data structure representing the respective configuration unit, which is filled with the original values if necessary.
If the example is constituted, the example is displayed in the subsequent step S23. Said step essentially corresponds to step S12 of fig. 2 b. In an advantageous manner, standard values can be determined when constructing the respective instance in order to ensure that the respective instance is run, which forms the original values described above.
In a subsequent step 24 it is checked whether the generation of a new instance is confirmed on the part of the user. If yes (yes-branch after step S24), the newly generated instance is stored in a subsequent step S26. The part of the method according to the application is thereafter ended. Otherwise (no branch after step S24), it is checked in a subsequent step S25 whether the creation of the instance should be interrupted. If not (no branch after step S25), go back to step S24. Otherwise (yes-branch after step S25), the newly generated instance is deleted in a subsequent step S27. The method is thereafter ended at this point.
The present application is not limited to the above embodiments.
Name 7 can be replaced by one or more other view elements. For example, it is conceivable to provide a foldable list element ("Dropbox") in which a plurality of configuration units are displayed and one of which can be selected. And checks within the framework of the program whether the login person has accessed the corresponding configuration unit, depending on which configuration unit was invoked.
Name 7 may additionally or alternatively include the name of the program implementing the method, here in the form of preferably an App or other information like Logo. In the second case the hierarchy belonging to the exemplarily configured units "unit 1", "unit 3" belongs to the highest hierarchy.
It is self-evident that in the view according to fig. 1b, a plurality of contacts can also be provided, for example in the form of a list. If there is a contact for all configuration units of the current hierarchy, there is in an advantageous way only one contact area 6, which is then preferably provided as a fixed area, for example above the time selection area 40.
Different contacts may also be able to be assigned to other levels, the display of which is then likewise effected.
The values (here: current yield, target yield, and adjusted yield) can be displayed modifiable (as qualified by the logged-in user) or not. The display itself may also be user dependent. It is possible that the values show that the user is specifically designed.
The values shown are also merely exemplary. It goes without saying that other values can be displayed, for example the state of the spinning machine as a legend or history and/or as a percentage allocation.
All regions 3-6, 20, 21 can be arranged and/or positioned differently from fig. 1.
The process display 80 is also designed such that the bar segments 81-83, like the process bar, only show the corresponding parts and not the temporal appearance in the time period of each call. In contrast, however, the process bar 61 can also additionally show the occurrence of the respective event in the time period of each call in a manner similar to the process display 80.
The home page symbol 17 is preferably fixed in position on the screen 1, but can also be arranged movably.
Navigation by means of the regions 20, 21 can also be illustrated differently. It is conceivable that when space is sufficient, for example, a tree view, from which at least the configuration of the configuration units with respect to each other results.
The display chart 30 can be designed such that, for example, the bar segments 33 change color for the current yield, either as per when the target yield is not reached (e.g., red flash), the yield is between the target yield and the adjusted yield (e.g., blue) or the adjusted yield is reached (e.g., green). The name 13 of the configuration unit instead of or in addition to the fault display 14 can also be displayed in a color highlighting and/or in a scheme (for example flashing).
It is also possible that a specific user is only allowed to observe in certain configuration units. For example, the operator of the carding machine is shown the card wire as the uppermost configuration unit instead of "unit 1", "unit 3" described herein. An administrator can be enough to view only the top two tiers described. Individual machines are not displayed or cannot be selected.
The illustrated operating elements can be replaced with other elements. For example, in fig. 1e, a vertical scroll bar may be provided on the right side.
The method can also be implemented on each of the different types of data processing and/or data display, such as a personal computer, central control device, tablet computer, machine control device or the like. It is clear here that the settings of the positioning elements may be different based on the size of the respective screen. For example, it is conceivable to arrange the data section 5 according to fig. 1e horizontally instead of vertically in a (tablet) personal computer. Additionally or alternatively, it may be provided to switch back and forth between different display schemes, for example, depending on whether the screen is in portrait or landscape format.
The data with their associated configuration units can be stored on the device itself carrying out the method and/or in a central database, possibly with corresponding access rights for the corresponding user.
The method may also have an alarm process. When the critical state of the device is detected, the alarm process can be activated, because, for example, the adjusted throughput is not reached. In this case, a corresponding report is displayed on the screen 1 with a certain degree of space filling, which is advantageously flashing and/or audibly perceptible, for example, by means of a signaling sound.
The application thus provides a highly dynamic and adaptable method for operating a spinning machine, that is to say preferably independently of the individual operating devices.
The method is advantageously computer-implemented and further preferably stored on a computer-readable medium, in order to be implemented directly or set up on the respective device, for example by means of installation.
Creating a new user account can also be combined with qualification, so that a person has to log in when manipulating the button 11, or the user has to prove.
The creation configuration unit need not include a true creation. It is also possible that the configuration unit is already present in the database and is selected modularly by the user and the hierarchical structure is simply added. In which case certain values may be included, as they do already exist. This enables that the individual schedules can be stored user-specifically.
The possibility of changing or entering the values of the configuration unit is in an advantageous manner relevant to the user. Instead of the processing symbol 23, an editable text box may also be displayed. Other schemes, for example in the form of separate verification, are conceivable.
The screen background can be shown differently, for example in different colors, depending on the configuration unit displayed or the type of configuration unit displayed. The user can thus immediately detect the type of configuration unit shown.
The result is that the application provides an effective solution enabling a practically location-independent identification in a simple and fast way: for example
Whether the desired daily output is achieved or not,
whether a certain minimum yield per time unit is created,
where the desired yield may not be achieved, and/or
Why the yield may not be reached.
The safety of the spinning operation is improved, since it is possible to recognize:
whether the device is operating even if the user is not on the spot,
all contact persons can be brought into quick contact if required, and
the user can intuitively detect the device without expensive training.
Efficiency is improved by the present application because the time for detecting and eliminating problems is based solely on the possibility of detecting problems and establishing contact with responsible persons in a quick and in situ manner, valuable time can be saved and in particular downtime can be reduced or even avoided.
The device can be operated optimally or can also be optimized. The production process becomes transparent.
And because the present application enables time and operational minimization of the cost of operating the equipment.
