All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the invention, are within the scope of the invention.
It is noted that, in this document, relational terms such as "first" and "second," and the like, may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an anti-theft control method for an intelligent terminal, which can provide effective anti-theft service even if a thief shuts down or removes an SIM card from the intelligent terminal, improve the anti-theft effect of the intelligent terminal, and further improve the satisfaction degree of a user.
The anti-theft control scheme of the intelligent terminal provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to a notebook computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a mobile phone, an intelligent wearable device and the like.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an anti-theft control method for an intelligent terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method can be suitable for the situation that the intelligent terminal is lost, and can be executed by other chips (such as a Micro Control Unit (MCU)) which are independent from the main control chip in the intelligent terminal. The main control chip is a main board (also called a main board, a system board, a logic board, a mother board, a bottom board, etc.) of the intelligent terminal. The term "independent from the main control chip" means that the chip for executing the anti-theft control method of the intelligent terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention is not controlled by the main control chip.
Referring to fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
s110, acquiring a loss report instruction aiming at the intelligent terminal based on the narrow-band Internet of things NB-IOT.
The implementation method of this step is various, and exemplarily, the intelligent terminal a is an intelligent terminal lost by the user. The intelligent terminal A is connected with the remote server through the NB-IOT, after a user confirms that the intelligent terminal A is lost, the user controls the remote server to send a loss reporting instruction to the intelligent terminal A, and the intelligent terminal A obtains the loss reporting instruction sent by the remote server.
Furthermore, the intelligent terminal B is an intelligent terminal which is not lost by the user, and the connection mode of the intelligent terminal B and the remote server is not limited. The user can access the remote server through the client installed on the intelligent terminal B. When the step is executed, a user generates a loss report instruction to a remote server through a client installed on an intelligent terminal B; after receiving the loss reporting instruction, the remote server forwards the loss reporting instruction to the intelligent terminal A, and the intelligent terminal A acquires the loss reporting instruction sent by the remote server.
Optionally, the implementation method of this step may further include: the intelligent terminal detects the operation of a current user on the intelligent terminal to form operation record data and sends the operation record data to the remote server through the NB-IOT; the remote server judges whether the current intelligent terminal is lost or not based on the operation record data; if the intelligent terminal is judged to be lost currently, the remote server sends a loss reporting instruction to the intelligent terminal through the NB-IOT, and the intelligent terminal obtains the loss reporting instruction sent by the remote server through the NB-IOT. Illustratively, if the remote server is controlled to determine that the number of times of continuous password input errors of the user is greater than a preset value (for example, 10 times) based on the operation record data, it is determined that the intelligent terminal is lost. Or if the remote server determines that the user carries out formatting operation on the intelligent terminal based on the operation record data, and the intelligent terminal is judged to be lost. Or if the remote server determines that the user replaces the SIM card based on the operation record data, the intelligent terminal is judged to be lost. Therefore, whether the intelligent terminal is lost or not can be timely known.
And S120, responding to the loss reporting instruction, and controlling the intelligent terminal to be in a locking state.
Controlling the smart terminal to be in the locked state includes controlling at least part of the functions of the smart terminal to be restricted so that others (e.g., a thief) other than the legitimate owner of the smart terminal cannot normally use the terminal.
Optionally, the intelligent terminal is controlled to be in a locked state, including limiting at least one of functions of upgrading, entering a desktop, and powering off the intelligent terminal. The purpose of limiting the upgrading function of the intelligent terminal is to prevent others (such as thieves) except the legal owner of the intelligent terminal from flashing the illegally acquired intelligent terminal. The purpose of limiting the function of entering the desktop of the intelligent terminal is to prevent others (such as thieves) except the legal owner of the intelligent terminal from using the intelligent terminal illegally acquired by the intelligent terminal. Because each functional module of the intelligent terminal is in an active state when the intelligent terminal is in a power-on state, the performance of each aspect (such as communication connection, information receiving and the like) is better. The purpose of limiting the shutdown function of the intelligent terminal is to enable the intelligent terminal to be in a startup state all the time. The intelligent terminal is convenient to carry out remote control subsequently.
The essence of the technical scheme is that the anti-theft service is not dependent on the SIM card but depends on the NB-IOT, so that even if a thief shuts down or removes the SIM card from the intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal is still connected with the NB-IOT and can receive and send information based on the NB-IOT, and further the anti-theft service is provided.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another anti-theft control method for an intelligent terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the anti-theft control method of the intelligent terminal includes:
s210, acquiring a loss report instruction aiming at the intelligent terminal based on the narrow-band Internet of things NB-IOT.
And S220, responding to the loss reporting instruction, and controlling the intelligent terminal to be in a locking state.
S230, acquiring a control instruction for the intelligent terminal based on the narrow-band Internet of things NB-IOT, wherein the control instruction comprises at least one of an automatic photographing instruction, a position information sending instruction and a data deleting instruction.
The implementation method of the step has various types, and exemplarily, the intelligent terminal generates the control instruction based on the loss reporting instruction acquired by the intelligent terminal. Therefore, the intelligent terminal can be more intelligent.
Optionally, the remote server may be further controlled to send a control instruction to the lost intelligent terminal, and the lost intelligent terminal obtains the control instruction sent by the remote server.
And S240, responding to the control instruction, and controlling the intelligent terminal to execute the operation corresponding to the control instruction.
The content of the control instruction is different, and the specific implementation mode of the intelligent terminal in executing the step is different. This is not limited by the present application.
Exemplarily, if the control instruction comprises an automatic photographing instruction; the specific implementation method of the step comprises the following steps: judging whether at least one of a control button, a touch panel, a fingerprint identification unit, a face identification system and a gyroscope on the intelligent terminal is triggered; if so, starting a camera of the intelligent terminal, and controlling the camera to acquire an image to form an image acquisition result; and sending the image acquisition result to a remote server based on the NB-IOT. Wherein, the control button is triggered, that is, the control button (such as a switch key) is pressed. The touch panel is triggered, which means that the touch panel senses that a person performs a touch operation on the touch panel. The fingerprint identification unit being triggered means that the fingerprint identification unit detects that it is covered. The face recognition system being triggered means that the face recognition system detects that a face is present within a range in which it can perform image acquisition. The gyroscope is triggered, namely, the time is set at intervals, and the variation of the attitude data of the intelligent terminal acquired by the gyroscope twice continuously is larger than a preset value. When at least one of a control button, a touch panel, a fingerprint identification unit, a face identification system and a gyroscope on the intelligent terminal is triggered, it is indicated that a person may operate the lost intelligent terminal. And controlling the camera to acquire images, and acquiring the images of the operator of the lost intelligent terminal at present. The intelligent terminal can be subsequently recovered based on the image, and the recovery success rate can be improved.
Optionally, the control instruction includes a send location information instruction; the specific implementation method of the step comprises the following steps: acquiring current position information of the intelligent terminal based on at least one of an NB-IOT base station positioning method, a global positioning system and a Beidou positioning system; and based on the NB-IOT, sending the current position information of the intelligent terminal to a remote server. The intelligent terminal can be conveniently recovered based on the current position information of the intelligent terminal subsequently, and the recovery success rate can be improved.
Optionally, the control instruction comprises a delete data instruction; the specific implementation method of the step comprises the following steps: according to the data deleting instruction, backing up user data stored on the intelligent terminal on a remote server; and deleting the user data stored on the intelligent terminal. The setting can prevent that the illegal user from stealing the user data stored on the intelligent terminal on the one hand, and on the other hand can be convenient for the legal owner of the lost intelligent terminal to look up or restore the user data originally stored on the lost intelligent terminal based on the backup data on the remote server, thereby reducing the influence degree of the lost intelligent terminal on the daily life work of the user.
On the basis of the technical scheme, optionally, the user data stored on the intelligent terminal corresponds to different security levels, and the security levels include general and secret and the like. When the user data stored on the intelligent terminal is deleted, all the user data stored on the intelligent terminal can be deleted, or only the user data with secret security level stored on the intelligent terminal can be deleted. Therefore, the arrangement can prevent an illegal user from stealing the private data of the user on one hand, and can confuse a thief and reduce the alertness of the thief on the other hand.
If all user data stored on the intelligent terminal are deleted, optionally, if the intelligent terminal is in a power-off state, controlling the intelligent terminal to be powered on and enter a recovery mode, and clearing the user data stored on the intelligent terminal; and if the intelligent terminal is in a starting state, controlling the intelligent terminal to restart and enter a recovery mode, and clearing the user data stored on the intelligent terminal. The arrangement can ensure that the user data is thoroughly cleared so as to ensure the security of the private data.
