Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides an information processing method, an information processing device, a storage medium and electronic equipment.
An information processing method applied to an electronic device includes: acquiring a monitoring result indicating that the equipment is lost, wherein the monitoring result carries a preset identifier; starting a timing function according to the monitoring result, and acquiring timing duration; when the timing duration reaches a first preset duration, detecting whether the electronic equipment is connected with a network or not; if so, generating first positioning information according to the first position of the electronic equipment and a preset identifier, and reporting the first positioning information by using the network; if not, generating a reporting instruction according to the preset identifier, broadcasting the reporting instruction, wherein the reporting instruction is used for indicating the target equipment receiving the reporting instruction to generate second positioning information according to the second position and the preset identifier, and reporting the second positioning information.
As shown in fig. 1, the information processing method is applied to an electronic device, and the specific flow thereof may be as follows:
101. and acquiring a monitoring result indicating that the equipment is lost, wherein the monitoring result carries a preset identifier.
In this embodiment, the preset identifier may be a user identifier, such as a user account, or an Equipment identifier, such as an IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number. The monitoring result may be generated by the electronic device itself, or may be received from a designated server, and when the monitoring result is received from the designated server, the monitoring result may be generated by actively logging in a designated device platform after a user finds that the electronic device is lost, and then submitting relevant information for the electronic device on the platform. When the monitoring result is generated by the electronic device, the electronic device may obtain the monitoring result by analyzing the screen locking time or the power-off time of the electronic device, and usually, the screen locking time or the power-off time exceeds a certain value, for example, 4 hours, the monitoring result may be generated.
For example, when the monitoring result is generated by the electronic device itself, referring to fig. 2, before step 101, the information processing method may further include:
a1, when the electronic device is started, acquiring the starting time and the currently stored unlocking time.
In this embodiment, the unlocking time refers to the time when the electronic device is in the unlocking mode, which is detected last time, and the time can be stored in a preset storage area, where the preset storage area may be designated by a user or may be default by a system, and usually, when the system of the electronic device is reset or upgraded, data in the preset storage area is not cleared.
And A2, calculating the difference between the starting time and the unlocking time to obtain a first calculated value.
A3, generating a monitoring result indicating the loss of the equipment according to the first calculation value.
For example, the step a3 may specifically include:
judging whether the first calculated value is larger than a preset threshold value or not;
if the first calculated value is larger than a preset threshold value, generating a monitoring result indicating that the equipment is lost;
and if the first calculated value is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, generating a monitoring result indicating that the equipment is lost according to the preset threshold value and the first calculated value.
In this embodiment, the preset threshold may be set manually, for example, 4 hours. Specifically, if the difference between the current startup time (i.e., the system time) and the last recorded unlocking time of the user is greater than the preset threshold, it may be determined that the shutdown time or the screen locking time of the electronic device is too long, at this time, the electronic device is likely to be lost or stolen, and a monitoring result indicating that the device is lost may be generated, otherwise, further analysis is required.
For example, the step of "generating a monitoring result indicating that the device is lost according to the preset threshold and the first calculated value" may specifically include:
calculating a difference value between the preset threshold value and the first calculated value to obtain a second calculated value, and starting timing;
and when the counted length reaches the second calculated value and the electronic equipment is in the screen locking mode, generating a monitoring result indicating that the equipment is lost.
In this embodiment, when the shutdown time of the electronic device is short, that is, the difference between the current startup time and the last recorded unlocking time is less than or equal to the preset threshold, the running condition of the screen of the electronic device may be queried after waiting for a period of time (that is, the second calculated value), and if the electronic device is still in the screen locking mode, the electronic device may be considered to be lost or stolen.
It should be noted that the data in the preset storage area should be updated continuously, that is, referring to fig. 3, before step 101, the information processing method may further include:
b1, when the electronic equipment enters the unlocking mode, acquiring the entering time;
b2, updating the preset storage area by using the entering time and starting timing;
and B3, updating the preset storage area according to the current timing duration in the timing process.
In this embodiment, the unlock mode is relative to the lock mode, and in the unlock mode, the user may enter the main interface to use each function of the electronic device normally, and in the lock mode, the user may enter the main interface only by inputting an unlock password or a fingerprint, and may only use a designated function (for example, making an emergency call, taking a picture, etc.). Each time the electronic device enters the unlocking mode, the entering time can be recorded in a preset storage area as unlocking time, and then the unlocking time can be periodically updated in the unlocking mode.
For example, the step B3 may specifically include:
detecting whether the current timing time reaches a third preset time;
if the current timing duration reaches a third preset duration, acquiring the current time;
and updating the preset storage area by using the current time, restarting timing, and then returning to execute the operation of detecting whether the current timing duration reaches a third preset duration until the timing is stopped.
In this embodiment, the third preset time period may be a manually set cycle time, such as 5 minutes. In the unlocking mode, the unlocking time in the preset storage area can be updated at intervals as the latest recorded unlocking time.
In addition, in the timing process, the information processing method may further include:
detecting whether the unlocking mode is switched;
if the unlocking mode is switched, acquiring switching time;
and updating the preset storage area by using the switching time, and stopping timing.
In this embodiment, during the timing process, once the electronic device is switched from the unlock mode to the lock mode, the periodic update operation should be stopped.
102. And starting a timing function according to the monitoring result and acquiring timing duration.
In this embodiment, when the electronic device detects that the electronic device is in a lost state, the geographical position may be reported to the server at intervals, so that when the user logs in the server, the user may browse the recorded positions of the electronic device at various time points, thereby facilitating the tracking and positioning of the lost device.
103. When the timing duration reaches a first preset duration, detecting whether the electronic equipment is connected with a network, if so, executing a step 104, otherwise, executing a step 105.
In this embodiment, the first preset time period may be set manually, for example, 10 minutes. Because the interaction between the electronic equipment and the server needs to be realized through the network, when the set reporting time is reached, the electronic equipment can detect the connection condition of the network of the electronic equipment.
104. And generating first positioning information according to the first position of the electronic equipment and a preset identifier, and reporting the first positioning information by using the network.
In this embodiment, when the network connection of the electronic device is normal, the location of the electronic device may be directly reported to the server.
105. And generating a reporting instruction according to the preset identifier, broadcasting the reporting instruction, wherein the reporting instruction is used for indicating the target equipment receiving the reporting instruction to generate second positioning information according to the second position and the preset identifier, and reporting the second positioning information.
In this embodiment, the broadcast operation may be implemented by a near field communication method such as infrared, bluetooth, or NFC. When the electronic device is not connected with the network, the reporting instruction can be broadcast outwards by automatically starting the communication functions of infrared, bluetooth or NFC, so that the peripheral electronic device (namely, the target device) with the functions of infrared, bluetooth or NFC can receive the reporting instruction, and the target device can upload the second position of the target device to a server as the corresponding position of the preset identifier according to the indication of the reporting instruction, so as to realize the positioning of the lost device. Of course, when it is detected that the electronic device itself is not connected to the network, the network connection may be automatically attempted first, and in case of unsuccessful connection, the reporting instruction is generated again.
It can be known from the above that, the information processing method provided in this embodiment is applied to an electronic device, and is implemented by obtaining a monitoring result indicating that a device is lost, where the monitoring result carries a preset identifier, then starting a timing function according to the monitoring result, and obtaining a timing duration, and when the timing duration reaches a first preset duration, detecting whether the electronic device is connected to a network, if so, generating first positioning information according to a first location where the electronic device is located and the preset identifier, and reporting the first positioning information by using the network, if not, generating a reporting instruction according to the preset identifier, and broadcasting the reporting instruction, where the reporting instruction is used to instruct a target device receiving the reporting instruction to generate second positioning information according to a second location where the target device is located and the preset identifier, and reporting the second positioning information, so that a sending mode of a positioning location can be flexibly selected according to a network condition of a lost mobile phone, the method realizes the positioning and tracking of the lost mobile phone, and has simple method and high reliability.
In the present embodiment, a detailed description will be given taking an example in which the information processing apparatus is specifically integrated in an electronic device.
Referring to fig. 4, a specific flow of an information processing method may be as follows:
201. when the electronic equipment enters the unlocking mode, the electronic equipment acquires the entry time, updates the unlocking time stored in the preset storage area by using the entry time, and then starts timing.
For example, a storage area S (i.e., a preset storage area) may be provided for storing the time (i.e., the unlocking time) when the user used the electronic device last time, and the data in the storage area S is not cleared when the system is reset or upgraded. After each time the user unlocks the electronic device, the current time may be written into S, and a Timer1 may be started.
202. During the timing process, the electronic device detects whether the unlocking mode is switched, if so, the following step 203 is executed, and if not, the following step 204 is executed.
203. The electronic equipment acquires the switching time and updates the unlocking time stored in the preset storage area by using the switching time.
For example, during the time counting process of the Timer1, if the electronic device is switched from the unlock mode to the lock screen mode or is turned off, the Timer1 may be turned off, and the current time is written into S as the latest unlock time.
204. The electronic device detects whether the current timing duration reaches a third preset duration, if so, the following step 205 is executed, and if not, the step 202 is executed again.
205. The electronic device obtains the current time, updates the unlocking time stored in the preset storage area by using the current time, then restarts timing, and returns to execute the step 202.
For example, during the timing process of the Timer1, the electronic device may update the unlocking time at intervals, that is, periodically update the unlocking time, and the period interval (that is, the third preset time period) may be set manually, for example, 5 minutes.
206. When the starting is detected, the electronic equipment acquires the starting time and the currently stored unlocking time, and calculates the difference value between the starting time and the unlocking time to obtain a first calculated value.
For example, each time the electronic device is turned on, the currently stored time data (i.e., the unlock time) T may be read from S, and the difference between the current system time and T is used to obtain the first calculation value D.
207. The electronic device determines whether the first calculated value is greater than a preset threshold, if so, generates a monitoring result indicating that the device is lost according to a preset identifier, and if not, executes step 208 below.
208. And the electronic equipment calculates the difference between the preset threshold value and the first calculated value to obtain a second calculated value, starts timing, and then generates a monitoring result indicating that the equipment is lost according to a preset identifier when the timing length reaches the second calculated value and the electronic equipment is in a screen locking mode.
For example, the preset identifier may be a user account, if the value D is greater than a given preset threshold Y (for example, 4 hours), the electronic device is considered to be in a lost state at this time, and a monitoring result indicating that the device is lost may be generated, if D < ═ Y, a Timer2 may be started, and after a period of time (the length of the period of time may be Y-D), the running state of the screen may be queried again, and if the queried running state is screen locking, the electronic device is considered to be in a lost state, and a monitoring result indicating that the device is lost may be generated.
209. And the electronic equipment starts a timing function according to the monitoring result and acquires timing duration.
210. The electronic device determines whether the timing duration reaches a first preset duration, if so, the following step 211 is executed, and if not, the step 210 is executed again.
For example, when the electronic device is detected to be in a lost state, a Timer3 may be started, so that the geographic location may be reported to a designated server at intervals, thereby implementing location tracking of the lost device.
211. The electronic equipment detects whether the electronic equipment is connected with a network or not, if so, first positioning information is generated according to a first position where the electronic equipment is located and a preset identifier, the network is utilized to report the first positioning information, if not, a reporting instruction is generated according to the preset identifier and is broadcasted, and the reporting instruction is used for indicating target equipment receiving the reporting instruction to generate second positioning information according to a second position where the electronic equipment is located and the preset identifier, and the second positioning information is reported.
For example, referring to fig. 5, if the electronic device is already connected to the network, the electronic device may directly send location information to a specified server (for example, a server where the user account is located) through the network (manner one), if the electronic device is not connected to the network, the electronic device may try to start the mobile data network first, if the mobile data network is started successfully, the mobile data network sends the location information to the specified server, and if the mobile data network is started unsuccessfully, the user account is sent through the infrared transmitter, so that after the peripheral electronic device receives the user account through the infrared receiver, the peripheral electronic device may send its location information to the user account as location information of the electronic device (that is, the lost device) corresponding to the user account (manner two).
As can be seen from the above, in the information processing method provided in this embodiment, when the electronic device enters the unlock mode, the electronic device may obtain the entry time, update the unlock time stored in the preset storage area by using the entry time, then start timing, detect whether the unlock mode is switched during the timing process, if so, obtain the switching time, update the unlock time stored in the preset storage area by using the switching time, if not, detect whether the current timing duration reaches the third preset duration, and if so, obtain the current time, update the unlock time stored in the preset storage area by using the current time, then restart timing, and return to perform the operation of detecting whether the unlock mode is switched, and then, when the electronic device detects the start time, obtain the start time, And the unlocking time which is stored currently is calculated, the difference between the starting time and the unlocking time is calculated to obtain a first calculated value, then whether the first calculated value is larger than a preset threshold value is judged, if yes, a monitoring result indicating that the equipment is lost is generated according to a preset identifier, if not, the difference between the preset threshold value and the first calculated value is calculated to obtain a second calculated value, timing is started, then when the timed duration reaches the second calculated value and the electronic equipment is in a screen locking mode, a monitoring result indicating that the equipment is lost is generated according to the preset identifier, then, a timing function is started according to the monitoring result, the timed duration is obtained, then whether the timed duration reaches the first preset duration is judged, whether the timed duration is connected with the network is detected when the timed duration reaches the first preset duration, if yes, the network is connected according to the first position where the timed duration is located, And generating first positioning information by using a preset identifier, reporting the first positioning information by using the network, if not, generating a reporting instruction according to the preset identifier, broadcasting the reporting instruction, wherein the reporting instruction is used for indicating a target device receiving the reporting instruction to generate second positioning information according to a second position and the preset identifier, and reporting the second positioning information, so that a sending mode of a positioning position can be flexibly selected according to the network condition of a lost mobile phone, and the positioning tracking of the lost mobile phone is realized.
According to the method described in the above embodiments, the present embodiment will be further described from the perspective of an information processing apparatus, which may be specifically implemented as a stand-alone entity, or may be implemented by being integrated in an electronic device, such as a terminal, which may include a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer, and the like.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 specifically illustrates an information processing apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to an electronic device, and includes: a first obtaining module 10, a second obtaining module 20, a detecting module 30, a first reporting module 40 and a second reporting module 50, wherein:

When the monitoring result is generated by the electronic device, the electronic device may obtain the monitoring result by analyzing the screen locking time or the power-off time of the electronic device, and usually, the screen locking time or the power-off time exceeds a certain value, for example, 4 hours, the monitoring result may be generated.

and if the first calculated value is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, generating a monitoring result indicating that the equipment is lost according to the preset threshold value and the first calculated value.
For example, the generation submodule 63 may be further configured to:
calculating a difference value between the preset threshold value and the first calculated value to obtain a second calculated value, and starting timing;
and when the counted length reaches the second calculated value and the electronic equipment is in the screen locking mode, generating a monitoring result indicating that the equipment is lost.
8, the information processing apparatus may further include an updating module 70 for:
before the first obtaining module 10 obtains the monitoring result indicating that the device is lost, when the electronic device enters an unlocking mode, obtaining an entering time;

Further, the update module 70 may be configured to:
detecting whether the current timing time reaches a third preset time;
if the current timing duration reaches a third preset duration, acquiring the current time;
and updating the preset storage area by using the current time, restarting timing, and then returning to execute the operation of detecting whether the current timing duration reaches a third preset duration until the timing is stopped.
In this embodiment, the third preset time period may be a manually set cycle time, such as 5 minutes. In the unlocking mode, the unlocking time in the preset storage area can be updated at intervals as the latest recorded unlocking time.
In addition, the update module 70 may be further configured to:
detecting whether the unlocking mode is switched or not in the timing process;
if the unlocking mode is switched, acquiring switching time;
and updating the preset storage area by using the switching time, and stopping timing.
In this embodiment, in the timing process, once the electronic device is switched from the unlock mode to the lock mode, the updating module 70 should stop the updating operation on the preset storage area.
