All the above optional technical solutions may be combined arbitrarily to form the optional embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 2A is a flowchart illustrating a function activation method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2A, the method is applied to a terminal and includes the following steps:
in step 201, when it is detected that a physical key is pressed, fingerprint collection is performed in a fingerprint identification area corresponding to the physical key to obtain first fingerprint information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal can open the corresponding preset function according to the pressing operation on the physical key, in order to ensure the security of the terminal, avoid other users from carrying out illegal operations on the terminal, and can combine the physical key with the fingerprint identification function, so that the terminal can carry out fingerprint identification when detecting the pressing operation on the physical key, so as to open the preset function.
The physical key may be a Home key, a power key, a volume key, and the like of the terminal, which is not specifically limited in this disclosure. The preset function corresponding to the physical key can be as follows: the terminal unlocking function is performed, or a screen of the terminal is converted from a screen-off state to a screen-on state, or a current screen interface is returned to the desktop from an application interface, or a desktop homepage is displayed, and the like. The preset function may be preset or modified by the terminal or the user, and the preset function may be a system built-in function, or a function of installing an application in the terminal, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the disclosure.
Taking the physical key as the Home key as an example, the structure shown in fig. 2B is usually adopted to implement the combination of the physical key and the fingerprint identification function. In fig. 2B, the fingerprint sensor is disposed above the physical key, and a region corresponding to the upper surface of the fingerprint sensor is a fingerprint identification region. The fingerprint identification sensor is used for fingerprint identification in the fingerprint identification area. When the physical key is not pressed down, the upper surface of the fingerprint identification sensor is flush with the upper surface of the cover glass, and the position of the physical key is called as an original position. The user may trigger the pressing of the physical key by pressing the fingerprint sensor, at which time the physical key moves downward away from the home position.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the process of pressing the physical key by the user includes a pressing process and a lifting process of the physical key. Since the terminal in the prior art can only perform fingerprint identification after the physical key is lifted and returns to the original position, which results in long time consumption for function activation, in order to shorten the time consumption of the preset function activation process, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the terminal detects that the physical key is pressed, fingerprint acquisition is performed in a fingerprint identification area corresponding to the physical key, and the acquired fingerprint is identified, where the specific identification process refers to step 202. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, fingerprint information acquired when a physical key is pressed is referred to as first fingerprint information.
In step 202, the first fingerprint information is matched with at least one stored fingerprint template to obtain a first matching result, if the first matching result is a matching success, step 203 is executed, and if the first matching result is a matching failure, step 204 is executed.
The terminal may store at least one fingerprint template, the at least one fingerprint template being usable for indicating fingerprints of the same finger, and also being usable for indicating fingerprints of different fingers, each fingerprint template having a unique template identification for identifying the fingerprint template. The template identifier may be automatically generated by the terminal, or may be set or modified by the user, which is not specifically limited in this disclosure. Each fingerprint template can be generated by the terminal according to multiple fingerprint input operations of the user. Specifically, the user can repeatedly place the finger in the fingerprint identification area, so that the terminal can acquire a plurality of pieces of fingerprint information in the fingerprint identification area, and then generate the fingerprint template according to the acquired plurality of pieces of fingerprint information. When a user places a finger in the fingerprint identification area, the user does not need to press the finger, and thus the finger cannot deform. That is, the fingerprint template stored in the terminal corresponds to the fingerprint of the finger which is not deformed.
Specifically, the terminal identifies the first fingerprint information according to the at least one fingerprint template, that is, matches the first fingerprint information with the stored at least one fingerprint template, and the process may be: and the terminal judges whether a target fingerprint template exists in the at least one fingerprint template according to the similarity between the first fingerprint information and each fingerprint template in the at least one fingerprint template. The target fingerprint template is a fingerprint template with the similarity with the first fingerprint information exceeding a preset threshold value. If the target fingerprint template exists in at least one fingerprint template, determining that matching is successful; if the target fingerprint template does not exist in the at least one fingerprint template, determining that the matching fails.
The preset threshold may be preset or modified by the terminal, which is not specifically limited in this disclosure. The similarity of the first fingerprint information and the fingerprint template refers to the percentage of the partial fingerprint information contained in the fingerprint template in the first fingerprint information to the first fingerprint information. For example, 80% of the first fingerprint information is included in the fingerprint template, and the similarity between the first fingerprint information and the fingerprint template is 80%. Of course, the similarity may also be calculated by other algorithms, and this is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure
It should be noted that, in order to reduce the calculation amount of fingerprint identification and shorten the time consumption of fingerprint identification, in the process of fingerprint identification, the terminal may not match the first fingerprint information with each fingerprint template, but in the process of matching, once the similarity between a certain fingerprint template and the first fingerprint information is found to exceed a preset threshold, the fingerprint template is determined as a target fingerprint template, and the process of fingerprint identification is ended.
In step 203, if the first matching result is a successful matching, the preset function is started, and the starting process of the preset function is ended.
The preset function may be a terminal unlocking function, a camera function, a payment function, and the like, and when the preset function is the terminal unlocking function, the opening of the preset function means unlocking the terminal.
In another embodiment, when the physical key is pressed, a deformed fingerprint may be acquired, and the fingerprint template stored in the terminal corresponds to an undeformed finger fingerprint. Therefore, when the first fingerprint information collected when the physical key is pressed is identified, an unsuccessful identification may occur. Under the condition, in order to collect the fingerprint which is not deformed and further perform fingerprint identification, so as to improve the success rate of fingerprint identification, the terminal can perform fingerprint identification again when detecting that the physical key is restored to the original position when the first matching result is a matching failure, and the process is detailed in step 204. Therefore, in order to train the use habits of the user and further ensure the success rate of function opening, when the terminal determines that the first matching result is successful in matching, the terminal records the successful matching result first, and when the terminal detects that the physical key returns to the original position, the successful matching result is returned so as to open the preset function. Therefore, the user can be guided to keep the finger in the fingerprint identification area in the process of lifting the physical key, so that the secondary fingerprint identification process can be successfully carried out when the first matching result is matching failure. The process is that the fingerprint identification is completed and the identification result is recorded when the physical key is pressed down, the matching result is directly returned after the physical key is lifted up so as to open the preset function, and compared with the process that the fingerprint identification is performed only after the physical key is lifted up so as to open the preset function, the time length for opening the function is shortened, and the efficiency for opening the function is improved.
In step 204, if the first matching result is a matching failure, when it is detected that the physical key is restored to the original position, fingerprint collection is performed in the fingerprint identification area to obtain second fingerprint information.
In order to improve the success rate of fingerprint identification and further improve the success rate of starting the preset function, when the first matching result is matching failure, the terminal can also perform fingerprint acquisition once on the fingerprint which is not deformed in the fingerprint identification area when the physical key is restored to the original position, so as to obtain second fingerprint information, and further identify the acquired fingerprint, and the specific identification process refers to step 205.
In another embodiment, during the fingerprint recognition process, the finger placed in the fingerprint recognition area may not be the finger indicated by the fingerprint template at all, in which case, no matter how many times the fingerprint recognition is performed, the recognition may not be successful. Therefore, in order to simplify the starting process of the preset function and reduce power consumption caused by unnecessary fingerprint identification, the terminal may not perform step 204 when the similarity between the first fingerprint information and each fingerprint template is less than the minimum similarity threshold. That is, when the first matching result is a matching failure, the terminal may not perform secondary fingerprint identification, and may not need to perform acquisition of the second fingerprint information. Specifically, in step 202, the terminal may acquire similarity between the first fingerprint information and each stored fingerprint template, and if each acquired similarity is smaller than a minimum similarity threshold, it indicates that the acquired first fingerprint information is greatly different from the stored fingerprint template, and even if the finger is not deformed, the recognition may not be successful. The minimum similarity threshold may be preset or modified by the terminal, which is not specifically limited in this disclosure.
In step 205, the second fingerprint information is matched with at least one fingerprint template to obtain a second matching result, if the second matching result is a successful matching, step 206 is executed, and if the second matching result is a failed matching, step 208 is executed.
In this step, the process of performing fingerprint identification on the second fingerprint information is the same as the process of performing fingerprint identification on the first fingerprint information in step 202, and is not described herein again.
In step 206, if the second matching result is a successful matching, the preset function is turned on.
And when the physical key is restored to the original position, after the terminal detects that the fingerprint identification is successful, determining a preset function associated with the physical key, and starting the preset function. For example, when the preset function is a terminal unlocking function, the terminal is unlocked; and when the preset function is the payment function, opening a payment page corresponding to the payment function and the like.
In step 207, the target fingerprint template is determined, and the target fingerprint template is updated according to the second fingerprint information.
The target fingerprint template is a fingerprint template with similarity with second fingerprint information exceeding a preset threshold.
In the process of generating the fingerprint template, the number of the acquired fingerprints is limited, so that the fingerprint template may not completely contain all fingerprint information of the finger, for example, the fingerprint template only contains partial fingerprint information of the finger. In the process of starting the preset function, the acquired fingerprint information may not be completely the same as the fingerprint information in the fingerprint template. If the similarity between the acquired second fingerprint information and the target template is 90%, it indicates that 90% of the second fingerprint information is the same as the fingerprint information indicated by the target fingerprint template, and the remaining 10% of the second fingerprint information is different from the fingerprint information indicated by the target fingerprint template, and the 90% of the second fingerprint information may be referred to as the same fingerprint information and the 10% of the second fingerprint information may be referred to as difference fingerprint information.
Therefore, in order to expand the amount of fingerprint information indicated by the fingerprint template and further improve the accuracy of fingerprint identification, the terminal may update the fingerprint template according to the second fingerprint information, and the specific process includes, but is not limited to, the following two ways:
the terminal can extract difference fingerprint information different from the target fingerprint template from the second fingerprint information and update the difference fingerprint information to the target fingerprint template.
The method for updating the difference fingerprint information into the target fingerprint template may include: when the difference fingerprint information is not contained in the target fingerprint template at all, that is, the similarity between the difference fingerprint information and the target template is 0, the difference fingerprint information is directly added to the target fingerprint template. Alternatively, when the degree of similarity between the difference fingerprint information and the target template is not 0, a portion similar to the difference fingerprint information is replaced with the difference fingerprint information in the target fingerprint template.
And secondly, the terminal acquires the same fingerprint information of the target fingerprint template and the second fingerprint information from the target fingerprint template, and replaces the same fingerprint information with the second fingerprint information.
It should be noted that step 207 is a process of updating the target fingerprint template according to the second fingerprint information that is not deformed. In the embodiment of the disclosure, because the fingerprint template stored in the terminal corresponds to fingerprint information that is not deformed, in order to ensure the quality of the fingerprint template, the fingerprint template is updated by using the second fingerprint information that is not deformed, and the fingerprint template is not updated by using the first fingerprint information that is possibly deformed.
In step 208, if the second matching result is a matching failure, the number of times of the matching failure is recorded, and when the number of times of the matching failure reaches the preset number, the preset function is locked.
The preset number of times may be preset by the terminal, or preset or modified by the user according to actual needs, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the disclosure.
In order to improve the security of the terminal and prevent other users from illegally using the terminal, when the second matching result is matching failure, the terminal can also record the times of the matching failure, and when the matching identification times reach the preset times, the preset function is locked. When the preset function is in the locked state, the terminal does not respond to any operation of the preset function within a first preset time, such as opening operation, unloading operation, icon moving operation and the like. The first preset time may be preset or modified by the terminal, which is not specifically limited in this disclosure.
In addition, in order to further improve the security of the terminal, the terminal may further record the number of times that the preset function is locked within the second preset time, and if the number of times that the preset function is locked within the second preset time exceeds the maximum locking number, the terminal is locked, that is, the terminal does not respond to any operation of the user, such as a touch operation, a power key operation, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the disclosure. The second preset time is not less than the first preset time, and may be preset or modified by the terminal, which is not specifically limited in this disclosure.
The process from step 201 to step 208 is explained below by taking the preset function as the terminal unlocking function as an example, and if the screen is in the screen-off state when the terminal is in the screen-locking state, refer to fig. 2C which is a flowchart of the terminal unlocking function, including the following contents:
step a, when the terminal detects that the physical key is pressed down, the screen is lightened, namely the screen is converted from a screen-off state to a screen-on state, and fingerprint collection is carried out in a fingerprint identification area to obtain first fingerprint information.
And b, matching the first fingerprint information with the stored fingerprint template, and if the matching is successful, unlocking the terminal without updating the fingerprint template after the physical key is lifted, namely when the physical key is restored to the original position.
And c, if the matching fails, performing secondary fingerprint acquisition in the fingerprint identification area after the physical key is lifted to obtain second fingerprint information.
And d, matching the second fingerprint information with the stored fingerprint template, unlocking the terminal if the matching is successful, and updating the fingerprint template according to the second fingerprint information.
And e, if the matching fails, unlocking the fingerprint template, recording the matching failure times, and not updating the fingerprint template at the moment.
And d, locking the terminal in a screen locking state when the matching failure times reach the preset times.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process that the physical key is pressed, the fingerprint is collected in the fingerprint identification area and identified when the physical key is pressed, so that the function can be started before the physical key is restored to the original position, the time consumed in the function starting process is shortened, and the function starting efficiency is improved. Furthermore, the terminal can also perform fingerprint acquisition and identification for the second time when the physical key is restored to the original position when the fingerprint identification fails for the first time, and open the corresponding function after the fingerprint identification succeeds, so that the success rate of function opening is improved.
