Abstract
The invention provides a remote control system for a printer or a copying machine, which is mainly used for remotely controlling and managing the printer or the copying machine. This APP includes intelligent terminal APP and management end APP, and management end APP mainly receives the user state of printer or duplicator, and intelligent terminal APP mainly includes file transmission, payment and printing function. The invention can realize printing or copying by the user, thereby avoiding the wage expense of professionals, saving the printing cost and improving the printing efficiency.

an intelligent terminal APP;

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a printer or copier remote control system including:
an intelligent terminal APP;
management end APP is connected with the server of printer or duplicator, management end APP is used for showing printer or duplicator serial number, printer or duplicator user state, printing quantity and the condition of collecting fee.
Here, the intelligent terminal APP and the management terminal APP are suitable for IOS, Android and Hongmon platforms, a C/S architecture design principle is adopted, a request is initiated through a network server, requested data are packaged into a solid model, and finally operation is displayed on the APP.
The remote control system is mainly used for remotely controlling and managing the printer or the copying machine. This APP includes intelligent terminal APP and management end APP, and management end APP mainly receives the user state of printer or duplicator, and intelligent terminal APP mainly includes file transmission, payment and printing function. The invention can realize printing or copying by the user, thereby avoiding the wage expense of professionals, saving the printing cost and improving the printing efficiency.
In one embodiment of the remote control system of the printer or the copier, the intelligent terminal APP acquires a file to be printed and a printing fee paid by a registered user, and sends the file and the printing fee to a server;
and the management terminal APP is used for sending the file to the printer or the copying machine for printing or copying based on the printing cost.
The user can become a member through the intelligent terminal APP registration login system, and a file to be printed is uploaded to the network; after the user pays the fee, the file is downloaded to the designated printer or copying machine and starts to be printed, and the management end has the authority of managing the printer or copying machine only after being authorized by the manager.
In an embodiment of the remote control system for a printer or a copier, the management side APP is connected to a server of the printer or the copier through a mobile communication network.
The signal exchange between the intelligent terminal APP and the printer or the copier (or the computer connected with the printer or the copier) can be simply, conveniently and reliably completed by depending on the mobile communication network.
In an embodiment of the remote control system for the printer or the copier, the intelligent terminal APP comprises a user account information management module, a file transmission module, a payment module, a printing module and an exchange module.

Claims (10)
1. A printer or copier remote control system, comprising:
an intelligent terminal APP;
management end APP is connected with the server of printer or duplicator, management end APP is used for showing printer or duplicator serial number, printer or duplicator user state, printing quantity and the condition of collecting fee.
2. The remote control system of a printer or a copier according to claim 1, characterised in that said intelligent terminal APP comprises a user account information management module, a file transmission module, a payment module, a printing module and an exchange module.
3. The remote control system for a printer or copier of claim 2, wherein said user account information management module is used for user registration and login, account recharge, and balance management.
4. The remote control system for a printer or copier of claim 2, wherein said document transfer module sends a document to be printed by a user to a server.

The remote control system for a printer or copier according to claim 2, wherein the payment module is configured to calculate a printing fee according to the size of the document to be printed by the user, and to obtain the receipt code returned by the server after sending the printing fee paid by the user to the server.
6. The remote control system for a printer or copier of claim 2, wherein the print module is configured to obtain a printer or copier specified by a user and send the printer or copier to the server.
7. The remote control system for a printer or copier of claim 2, wherein said communication module is configured to receive and transmit discussion information for communication between users.
8. The printer or copier remote control system of claim 1, characterised in that the management side APP comprises: the system comprises a manager account information management module and a printer or copier information module.

The remote control system of a printer or a copier according to claim 8, wherein the manager account information management module is used for the manager to register and log in, modify personal information, log out and manage addresses thereof, wherein the manager account is authorized by a supervisor to have the right to manage the printer or the copier.

The remote control system for a printer or copier according to claim 8, wherein the printer or copier information module is configured to count information on a printer or copier location, a serial number, a usage status of the printer or copier, a count of a number of prints, a charge condition, and a number of sheets, and send the information to the manager.
