Abstract

本发明公开一种电连接器,包括端子模组,所述端子模组包括绝缘体及若干端子,若干所述端子包括接地端子及差分端子对,每一端子包括裸露于所述绝缘体前缘的接触部、裸露于所述绝缘体底缘的接脚部以及埋设于所述绝缘体内的连接部,所述绝缘体设有横向贯穿绝缘体侧面的若干第一通孔与若干第二通孔,所述接地端子的连接部裸露于所述第一通孔,所述差分端子对的连接部裸露于若干第二通孔,每一所述第一通孔沿着第一方向排列,第一方向为所述接地端子的延伸方向,每一所述第二通孔沿着第二方向延伸且在第二方向上横跨所述差分端子对,第二方向为垂直于所述信号端子的延伸方向。与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:第一、第二通孔可改善电连接器的特性阻抗,有效改善谐振现象。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器。
【背景技术】
在连接器中,谐振跟接地导电体相关,是高频高速的电连接器设计中需要解决的一个问题。一般采用接地件来降低谐振,比如信号插入损失、信号干扰,S参数等特性。在业界规范的标准中,或者客户需要达成的指标中,在连接器适用的带宽中,最好没有谐振。在使用NRZ定义信号带宽的系统中,至少高达1/2的数据传输,在PAM4定义信号带宽的使用系统中,则达到1/4的数据传输。所以,随着传输率的提升,谐振必须被解决,以增加频率。在高频信号中,减少谐振也变得越来越具有挑战性。目前所知的方法中,不间断的将接地端子连接在一起,用来消除谐振,或者调整信号端子及相关接地端子平旁侧的绝缘体的介电常数。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种电连接器,其可以改善谐振现象。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种电连接器,包括端子模组,所述端子模组包括绝缘体及若干端子,若干所述端子包括接地端子及差分端子对,每一端子包括裸露于所述绝缘体前缘的接触部、裸露于所述绝缘本体底缘的接脚部以及埋设于所述绝缘体内的连接部,所述绝缘体设有横向贯穿绝缘体侧面的若干第一通孔与若干第二通孔,所述接地端子的连接部裸露于所述第一通孔,所述差分端子对的连接部裸露于若干第二通孔,每一所述第一通孔沿着第一方向排列,第一方向为所述接地端子的延伸方向,每一所述第二通孔沿着第二方向延伸且在第二方向上横跨所述差分端子对,第二方向为垂直于所述信号端子的延伸方向。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:第一、第二通孔可改善电连接器的特性阻抗,有效改善谐振现象。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
参图1-11,本发明公开了一种具有竖直端子模组的电连接器600。重点参图5-6所示,所述电连接器600包括绝缘本体610、一对端子模组620、金属遮蔽板670及外套660。绝缘本体610为竖直状且设有收容槽612,收容槽612为纵长结构且沿竖直方向(即上下方向)延伸,收容槽612位于前端,前端为对接方向的前端。一对端子模组620为竖直板状,其夹持遮蔽板670后再固定一起,然后插入并固定在绝缘本体610内。两个端子模组620为竖直板状,彼此竖直肩并肩排列。每一端子模组620大致上由绝缘体650及埋设在绝缘体650内的若干端子630。参图8-9所示,端子630彼此由上向下彼此间隔排列。端子630包括若干接地端子630G及若干差分端子对630S(每一差分端子对由两个相邻的端子S+、S-组成),接地端子630G与差分端子对630S彼此间隔排列。每一端子630包括一个位于前方的弹性接触部632、位于下端的接脚部634及连接两者的中间连接部636,弹性接触部632向前延伸而裸露于绝缘体650的前缘,接脚部634向下延伸而裸露于所述绝缘体650底缘,连接部636则埋设在所述绝缘体650内。在端子模组装入绝缘本体610后,所述弹性接触部延伸入所述收容槽612,接脚部634则裸露在所述绝缘体650的下缘,因接触部632与接脚部634呈90度角度设置,所述连接部636则包括水平部6361、倾斜部6362及竖直部6363构成,其中位于最下端的端子则因最靠近前端,则可省略倾斜部与竖直部。
所述绝缘体650设置有若干第一通孔652与第二通孔654,这些通孔横向(即垂直于绝缘体650的方向)贯穿绝缘体650的横向两侧,使得端子的连接部裸露在绝缘体650的两个侧面。第一通孔652对应设置在接地端子的连接部636G处,并沿横向方向贯穿,即绝缘体的厚度方向,使得接地端子的连接部636G裸露于绝缘体650。第二通孔654对应设置在差分端子对(即两个信号端子)的连接部636S处,横向贯穿绝缘体而裸露在绝缘体650外。因接地端子的连接部636G较长,尤其紧邻外侧的连接部,每一接地端子的连接部636G对应设置有多个第一通孔652,每一第一通孔为矩形结构,沿连接部636G的延伸方向延伸。第二通孔654为矩形结构,其沿垂直于信号端子延伸的方向延伸,并将差分端子对的两个信号端子的连接部636S裸露。定义接地端子的连接部636G的延伸方向为第一方向,定义相邻的端子的连接部636彼此指向的方向为第二方向,第二方向即为垂直信号端子的连接部636S延伸的方向,第一、第二方向彼此垂直。需要注意的是,端子630的连接部636被分成三个区域,即上述的水平部、倾斜部与竖直部,每一区域具有不同的第一方向。在本实施例中,接地端子的连接部636G宽于差分端子的连接部636S。
两个端子模组620夹持遮蔽板670,一个后固定件680固定在两个模组620的后端,一个下固定件684固定在两个端子模组的下方,一个上固定件682固定在两个端子模组的上方。然后两个端子模组再组装到绝缘本体610内,构成一个半组件602,如图4所示。一个金属外套660套装在半组件602的前端,将半组件602收容在外套660内,如此形成完整的电连接器600。参图10-11所示,第一通孔652的界面可以呈锥形或沙漏形成,而不是先前揭示的矩形结构,只要第一通孔652的两侧开口大于接地端子630G的连接部636G尺寸即可。
进一步参考图7,每一接地端子沿其延伸方向对应有多个彼此间隔的所述第一通孔652。每对差分端子沿其延伸方向对应设有多个所述第二通孔654,第二通孔在第一方向上彼此间隔开。在第一方向上,第一通孔652与第二通孔652的投影彼此并无重叠部分。结合图8,接地端子的连接部(即竖直部6363)在邻近底缘处呈加宽状,绝缘体在邻近底缘处设置有第三通孔656及第四通孔658,第三通孔656为垂直于第一方向的矩形状而供接地端子的加宽的连接部裸露。第四通孔658为垂直于第一方向的矩形状而供信号端子对的的连接部裸露。
本发明的第一、第二通孔使得接地端子及信号差分端子对部分裸露,这种裸露方式,可改善电连接器的特性阻抗,有效改善谐振现象。
参图5,所述绝缘本体610的前端具有对接部,对接部形成上述收容槽612,对接部的后端向后延伸出两个翼板614。参图3-4,两个翼板614将绝缘体650的前半部夹持于其内,结合图6,上固定件682的主板6821盖在端子模组上方,前端向内弯折有凸缘6822,所述凸缘6822凸伸入收容槽112,主板6822两侧靠后弯折出翼片6823,翼片6823夹持在两个端子模组的两侧,用以固定两个端子模组,参图3所示,然后一起装入绝缘本体的两个翼板614之间。外套660套在绝缘本体的外侧,外套660也具有翼板661,翼板6601的外侧设有安装部6602,安装部具有螺栓固定孔。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,包括端子模组,所述端子模组包括绝缘体及若干端子,若干所述端子包括接地端子及差分端子对,每一端子包括裸露于所述绝缘体前缘的接触部、裸露于所述绝缘体底缘的接脚部以及埋设于所述绝缘体内的连接部,其特征在于:所述绝缘体设有横向贯穿绝缘体侧面的若干第一通孔与若干第二通孔,所述接地端子的连接部裸露于所述第一通孔,所述差分端子对的连接部裸露于若干第二通孔,每一所述第一通孔沿着第一方向排列,第一方向为所述接地端子的延伸方向,每一所述第二通孔沿着第二方向延伸且在第二方向上横跨所述差分端子对,第二方向为垂直于所述信号端子的延伸方向。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第二方向垂直于所述第一方向,所述第一通孔为矩形状,第二通孔为矩形状。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一接地端子沿所述第一方向对应设有多个彼此间隔的所述第一通孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一所述差分端子对沿所述第一方向设有多个彼此间隔的所述第二通孔。
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:在第一方向上,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔的投影彼此并无重叠部分。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子模组的绝缘体为竖直板,所述第一、第二通孔贯穿所述竖直板的两个侧面。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、两个所述端子模组及屏蔽片,所述屏蔽片夹持固定在两个所述端子模组之间,所述绝缘本体设有竖直的收容槽,所述接触部延伸入所述收容槽。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述接地端子的连接部在邻近底缘处呈加宽状,所述绝缘体在邻近底缘处设置有第三通孔及第四通孔,所述第三通孔为垂直于第一方向的矩形状而供所述接地端子的加宽的连接部裸露;所述第四通孔为垂直于第一方向的矩形状而供所述信号端子对的连接部裸露。
9.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:两个所述端子模块的上方、后方及下方分别由上固定件、后固定件及下固定件所夾持固定。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:其中上固定件包括主板、自主板前端向内弯折的凸缘及自主板两侧靠后弯折出的翼片,所述凸缘凸伸入所述收容槽,所述翼片夹持在两个端子模组的两侧。
