Abstract
The present disclosure provides a light emitting device, which includes a housing and a light emitting member. The shell is of a cylindrical structure and is provided with a cylinder body and a bottom plate, the bottom plate is fixed and sealed at a cylinder opening at the bottom of the cylinder body, the cylinder body and the bottom plate jointly define an inner cavity, and the inner cavity is opened at the top of the cylinder body. The illuminating part is provided with a lamp bead and two pins, the lamp bead is contained in the inner cavity, one end of each pin is connected to the lamp bead, and the other end of each pin penetrates through the bottom plate and extends downwards. The light emitting device is configured to be connected to the circuit board through two pins. Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of light emitting device technology, and more particularly, to a light emitting device.
Background
At present, because the practical application angle of the existing LED lamp bead is small, when the existing LED lamp bead is directly inserted into a PCB (printed Circuit Board), the LED lamp bead is low in setting height, so that the new requirements of the field on the LED lamp bead can not be met. In addition, the above-mentioned conventional light emitting device cannot be effectively positioned on the PCB.

Exemplary embodiments that embody features and advantages of the present disclosure are described in detail below in the specification. In the following description of various exemplary embodiments of the disclosure, reference is made to the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof, and in which are shown by way of illustration various exemplary structures, systems, and steps in which aspects of the disclosure may be practiced. Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a light emitting device proposed by the present disclosure is representatively illustrated. In this exemplary embodiment, the light-emitting device proposed by the present disclosure is explained by taking the light-emitting device applied to a circuit board as an example. Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that many modifications, additions, substitutions, deletions, or other changes may be made to the specific embodiments described below in order to apply the relevant designs of the present disclosure to other types of light emitting devices or other structures, and such changes are within the scope of the principles of the light emitting apparatus as set forth in the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the light emitting device proposed by the present disclosure can be used for connection to a circuit board. The light emitting device mainly includes a housing 100 and a light emitting member 200. Referring to fig. 2-4 in combination, fig. 2 representatively illustrates a top view of a light emitting device capable of embodying the principles of the present disclosure; FIG. 3 representatively illustrates a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in FIG. 2; a schematic representation of the construction of a light emitting element 200 of a light emitting device capable of embodying the principles of the present disclosure is representatively illustrated in fig. 4. The structure, connection mode and functional relationship of the main components of the light emitting device proposed by the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the housing 100 has a cylindrical structure and has a cylindrical body 110 and a bottom plate 120. Specifically, the bottom plate 120 is fixed and closed at the bottom opening of the cylinder 110, such that the cylinder 110 and the bottom plate 120 together define an inner cavity 130, and the inner cavity 130 is open at the top of the cylinder 110, i.e. the top opening of the cylinder 110. The light emitting member 200 has a lamp bead 210 and two pins 220. The lamp bead 210 is housed in the inner cavity 130. For each pin 220, one end of the pin 220 is connected to the lamp bead 210, and the other end of the pin 220 passes through the bottom plate 120 and extends downward. The light emitting device is electrically connected to the circuit board through two pins 220 extending downward from the bottom plate 120. Through the above design, in the light emitting device provided by the present disclosure, the lamp bead 210 is raised by the bottom plate 120 of the housing 100, and when the light emitting device is disposed on the circuit board, the lamp bead 210 has a higher setting height relative to the circuit board than the existing light emitting device, so as to suitably meet the new setting requirements of related elements in the field.
In the present embodiment, the light emitting element 200 is described by taking an LED lamp bead as an example. Furthermore, the circuit board is exemplified by a PCB circuit board. In other embodiments, the light emitting element 200 may also be understood as other light emitting elements 200 with similar compositions, and the PCB may also be understood as other types of circuit boards, all without being limited to the present embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, a groove 121 may be preferably disposed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 120, and the groove 121 may be used for a portion of the lamp bead 210 to be disposed therein. Specifically, the lamp bead 210 may be fixed to the bottom of the groove 121 by adhesive bonding, and when the bottom plate 120 is not provided with the groove 121, the lamp bead 210 may also be fixed to the upper surface of the bottom plate 120 by adhesive bonding. In other embodiments, the lamp bead 210 may be disposed in the inner cavity 130 of the housing 100 by other methods, which is not limited to this embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, based on the design that the upper surface of the bottom plate 120 is provided with the groove 121, in the present embodiment, the bottom plate 120 may preferably be provided with two through holes 122, the two through holes 122 may preferably be located at two sides of the groove 121, and each through hole 122 communicates the inner cavity 130 of the housing 100 with the outer space of the housing 100. Accordingly, the two pins 220 of the light emitting element 200 can respectively pass through the bottom plate 120 through the two through holes 122 and extend out of the bottom plate 120. In other embodiments, the two through holes 122 may be formed at other positions of the bottom plate 120 corresponding to the two pins 220 respectively according to the specific positions of the two pins 220 of the light emitting element 200. Furthermore, when the bottom plate 120 is not provided with the groove 121, referring to the position of the lamp bead 210 of the light emitting element 200 disposed on the bottom plate 120, the two through holes 122 may also be preferably located on two sides of the lamp bead 210, which is not limited to the present embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, based on the design that the upper surface of the bottom plate 120 is provided with the groove 121, and based on the design that the lamp bead 210 is fixed at the bottom of the groove 121 by adhesive bonding, in the present embodiment, the bottom plate 120 may be preferably provided with the through groove 123, so that the through groove 123 is used to communicate the cavity of the groove 121 with the external space of the housing 100. Accordingly, in the process that the lamp beads 210 are fixed to the grooves 121 through the adhesive, the through grooves 123 are used for guiding out redundant air generated by extrusion deformation of the adhesive in the grooves 121, the effect of ventilating the inner cavity 130 and the grooves 121 is achieved, and curing of the adhesive is facilitated. In other embodiments, when the bottom plate 120 is not provided with the groove 121, the through groove 123 may also be provided on the bottom plate 120, so as to communicate the inner cavity 130 of the casing 100 with the external space of the casing 100. In addition, whether the bottom plate 120 is provided with the groove 121 or not, the through groove 123 may be further provided on the bottom plate 120 or the cylinder 110, so as to communicate one of the groove cavity and the inner cavity 130 with the external space of the housing 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the lower surface of the bottom plate 120 may preferably be provided with a first connecting structure protruding downward, and accordingly, the first connecting structure may be in snap-fit with a second connecting structure on the circuit board, so that the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure are detachably connected, that is, the housing 100 and the circuit board are detachably connected, and the fixing effect of the light emitting device and the circuit board is optimized.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, based on the design that the lower surface of the bottom plate 120 is provided with a first connecting structure protruding downward, in this embodiment, the first connecting structure may be preferably a plug 140, and correspondingly, the second connecting structure on the circuit board may be preferably a slot, so that the housing 100 is detachably connected to the circuit board by the plug 140 and the slot being in plug-in fit. In other embodiments, the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure may also be selected from other structures that cooperate with each other, such as a tenon, and the like, which is not limited to this embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the cylindrical body 110 is exemplified by a cylindrical structure. On this basis, the outer wall of the barrel 110 may preferably have a cut-out structure 111. Accordingly, the light emitting device can achieve the effects of facilitating the grabbing and avoiding the rolling through the tangent plane structure 111 of the cylinder 110. In other embodiments, when the cylinder 110 has a cylindrical structure, more than one cut-surface structure 111 may be disposed on the outer wall of the cylinder 110. Besides the circular shape, the cross section of the outer wall of the cylinder 110 may be in an oval shape, a polygonal shape or other irregular shapes, and is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, based on the design that the outer wall of the cylinder 110 has a cut-off structure 111, in the present embodiment, the position of the cut-off structure 111 in the circumferential direction of the cylinder 110 may preferably correspond to the position of one of the two pins 220 in the circumferential direction of the cylinder 110. Accordingly, besides the efficacy of facilitating grasping and avoiding rolling, the light-emitting device can also pass through the section structure 111 of the barrel 110, which is beneficial to quickly identifying the position of the pin 220, and can quickly identify the polarity of the pin 220 (such as the positive pin 220 and the negative pin 220).
Further, in the present embodiment, the lamp bead 210 has a lamp bead body 211 and a lens 212. Specifically, two pins 220 are respectively connected to the lamp bead body 211, and the lens 212 is disposed on the top of the lamp bead body 211. Wherein, the material of lamp pearl body 211 can be preferably fog glue, and this fog glue can be understood as containing light scattering material in the encapsulation of lamp pearl 210 (for example LED lamp pearl), consequently observes from the outward appearance of lamp pearl body 211, and lamp pearl body 211 is white vaporific. Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, each leg 220 may preferably adopt a structure bent to have a first section 221 and a second section 222. Specifically, the first section 221 is connected to the lamp bead 210 and may preferably extend in a substantially horizontal direction, and the second section 222 may preferably extend in a substantially vertical direction and extend downward through the bottom plate 120. Accordingly, the pins 220 are bent to form the first section 221 and the first section 221, so that the connection requirement of the light bead 210 of the light emitting member 200 after being lifted by the bottom plate 120 of the housing 100 can be further met.

For another example, in the present embodiment, the LED lamp bead may be prepared by applying processes such as die bonding, wire bonding, and sealing to a whole metal bracket, dividing the bracket, and bending the divided bracket (i.e., the straight pin 220) to form the pin 220 in the present embodiment, thereby forming the LED lamp bead (i.e., the light emitting element 200) having the pin 220 with the novel structure in the present embodiment.
In summary, the light emitting device provided by the present disclosure includes a housing and a light emitting element. The shell is provided with a cylinder body and a bottom plate, and the bottom plate is fixed and sealed at the bottom opening of the cylinder body. Claims (10)
1. A light emitting device for connection to a circuit board, the light emitting device comprising:
the shell is of a cylindrical structure and is provided with a cylinder body and a bottom plate, the bottom plate is fixed and sealed at a cylinder opening at the bottom of the cylinder body, the cylinder body and the bottom plate jointly define an inner cavity, and the inner cavity is opened at the top of the cylinder body; and
the light-emitting part is provided with a lamp bead and two pins, the lamp bead is contained in the inner cavity, one end of each pin is connected to the lamp bead, and the other end of each pin penetrates through the bottom plate and extends downwards;
wherein, the light emitting device is configured to be connected to the circuit board through the two pins.
2. The lighting device as defined in claim 1, wherein the bottom plate has a groove formed in an upper surface thereof, the groove being configured to allow the bead to be partially disposed therein.
3. The light-emitting device according to claim 2, wherein the bottom plate has two through holes, the two through holes are respectively located at two sides of the groove, and each through hole is communicated with the inner cavity and an outer space of the housing; the two pins respectively penetrate through the bottom plate through the two through holes and extend out of the lower part of the bottom plate.
4. The lighting device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bottom plate has a through slot, and the through slot communicates with the groove and the outer space of the housing.
5. The lighting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom plate has a first connecting structure protruding downward, and the first connecting structure is configured to be detachably connected to the second connecting structure of the circuit board.
6. The lighting apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first connecting structure is a pin, and the second connecting structure is a slot, and the pin is inserted into the slot.
7. The lighting device as defined in claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the barrel has a tangential structure.
8. The lighting device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the tangential surface structure is located at a position on the circumference of the barrel corresponding to a position on the circumference of the barrel of one of the two pins.
9. The light-emitting device according to claim 1, wherein the lamp bead has a lamp bead body and a lens, the lamp bead body is made of glue mist, the pins are connected to the lamp bead body, and the lens is disposed on the top of the lamp bead body.
10. The lighting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the pins is bent to have a first section and a second section, the first section is connected to the lamp bead and extends along a horizontal direction, and the second section extends along a vertical direction and passes through the bottom plate to extend downward.
