Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mechanical cleaning agents, in particular to a dry lubricating dirt cleaning agent for a chain plate of a food conveying belt and a using method thereof.
Background
In food and beverage production, the effective mode of improving production efficiency is to improve the operating speed of transmission band, but, under the higher condition of conveyer band operating speed, need to use the better dry lubricant of lubricated effect to replace moist lubricant usually, moist lubricant uses water to dilute 200 ~ 500 times back reuse nozzle to spray on the transmission band with the lubricant usually, because the flow of moist lubricant is great, the dirt that the transmission band surface wearing and tearing produced can be discharged along with water, makes the link joint surface be in relative clean state.
The dry lubrication is that the stock solution is directly sprayed on the chain plate, the spraying interval time is long, generally, only a few seconds exist in one hour, and the spraying amount is very small, so that the chain plate is in a relatively dry state, namely, the dry lubrication. In this state, the wear on the surface of the link plate, dust settled in the air, and lubricant are all accumulated on the surface of the link plate and the shaft rod, and wet dirt with strong adhesion is formed, so that the sanitary condition on the conveying belt is poor.
The lubricating components of the current dry lubricant are mainly silicone oil, the hydrophilicity of the silicone oil is poor, the viscosity is high, the silicone oil cleaning agent on the market is usually a water polyol-based mixture synthesized by anions and nonionic surfactants to generate a concentrate close to neutrality, the silicone oil cleaning agent is mainly used for cleaning silicone rubber, plastic parts and clothes, and a good effect can be achieved only by heating or using an ultrasonic cleaning pool, the silicone oil cleaning agent components are difficult to meet food safety regulations, the silicone oil cleaning agent is troublesome to use, objects to be cleaned need to be detached and then placed in the heating pool or the ultrasonic cleaning pool for cleaning, the labor intensity is high, and the production efficiency can be reduced.
