Abstract

本发明属于油墨技术领域,特别涉及一种无苯无卤素环保油墨,由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:610型聚酰胺25~35wt%、5626‑E型聚酯10~20wt%、颜料13~17wt%、蜡1~3wt%、助剂1~3wt%、丙二醇乙醚3~8wt%、乙醇5~40.5wt%和余量的醋酸正丙酯。本发明油墨配方拥有含苯无卤素油墨的附着力、耐揉搓和耐晒性能,但更加环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及油墨技术领域,特别涉及一种无苯无卤素环保油墨。
背景技术
在电子产品行业,一般要求不能在原料中含有卤族元素,这项规定也适用于油墨,但是取代含卤素油墨的产品一般含苯,不够环保。
因此本发明提供一种新的油墨配方来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是为了提供一种无苯无卤素环保油墨,能够同时拥有良好的耐揉搓能力和耐碱性能。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:
一种无苯无卤素环保油墨,由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:610型聚酰胺25~35wt%、5626-E型聚酯10~20wt%、颜料13~17wt%、蜡1~3wt%、助剂1~3wt%、丙二醇乙醚3~8wt%、乙醇5~40.5wt%和余量的醋酸正丙酯。
具体的,所述助剂包括占总质量百分比1~3wt%的分散剂。
具体的,所述蜡为1588蜡。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种无苯无卤素环保油墨的有益效果在于:
本发明油墨配方拥有含苯无卤素油墨的附着力、耐揉搓和耐晒性能,但更加环保。
具体实施方式
一种无苯无卤素环保油墨,由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:610型聚酰胺25~35wt%、5626-E型聚酯10~20wt%、颜料13~17wt%、蜡1~3wt%、助剂1~3wt%、丙二醇乙醚3~8wt%、乙醇5~40.5wt%和余量的醋酸正丙酯。
本发明中提到的610型聚酰胺由浙江永在化工有限公司提供,5626-E型聚酯由劳特化工(上海)有限公司提供,蜡为上海添禾行贸易有限公司提供的1588蜡,分散剂为巴斯夫(中国)有限公司提供的EFKA-4401分散剂,颜料可以是任何市面上在售的染色剂。
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1~5:
按照表1配方混合制备实施例1~5的无苯无卤素环保油墨:

注:含量中不满100wt%的部分由醋酸正丙酯补足余量。
以CN107778981A公开的无苯无卤素油墨作为对照例1,以CN100594223公开的含苯无卤素油墨作为对照例2,然后按照以下方法进行测试,测试结果见表2。
测试方法:
①附着力测试:将油墨涂抹于底材表面,用3M胶带进行剥离测试;
②耐揉搓测试:将涂有油墨的薄膜用双手反复揉搓20次,观察最后是否有掉色;
③耐晒性测试:将涂有油墨的薄膜在紫外线下照射24h。

由表2可知,实施例1~5的油墨能够用3M胶带测试不脱色,揉搓20次不掉色,还有耐受24小时紫外线照射的耐晒性。本发明油墨的附着力、耐划伤、耐揉搓性能与实施例2含苯无卤素油墨相当但明显优于实施例1无苯无卤素油墨。所以本发明不仅性能更佳,也更加环保。
助剂中的分散剂用来让组分更容易混匀,使颜色和性能更均匀。必要时也可以按照所需的性能挑选合适的助剂。
1588蜡能让油墨表面更加润滑。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种无苯无卤素环保油墨,其特征在于由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:610型聚酰胺25~35wt%、5626-E型聚酯10~20wt%、颜料13~17wt%、蜡1~3wt%、助剂1~3wt%、丙二醇乙醚3~8wt%、乙醇5~40.5wt%和余量的醋酸正丙酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无苯无卤素环保油墨,其特征在于:所述助剂包括占总质量百分比1~3wt%的分散剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无苯无卤素环保油墨,其特征在于:所述蜡为1588蜡。
