Abstract
本发明涉及太阳能光伏电池的技术领域,尤其涉及一种太阳能光伏电池组件用透明涂层。透明涂层,由以下重量份组成:共聚聚乙烯、硅烷接枝聚乙烯、硅烷化合物、丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、抗紫外线剂、抗氧剂、稳定剂和功能性填料。这种太阳能光伏电池组件用透明涂层可以达到高透明的效果,稀土元素的稳定剂具有吸收紫外线,放出可见光的特性,进一步减少了紫外线对树脂分子的破坏,可以改善户外老化性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种透明涂层,尤其涉及一种太阳能光伏电池组件用透明涂层。
背景技术
太阳能电池组件由5层结构组成,光伏玻璃、高透明EVA、电池片、紫外高阻隔EVA、光伏背板;光伏背板作为组件背板的封装材料,主要发挥绝缘、水汽阻隔、增加反射等功效。
常规太阳能背板由多层材料复合而成,具体为三层薄膜间用胶黏剂粘接。即先在PET膜的一表面涂胶并复合一层膜后,再在PET膜的另一表面涂胶并复合另一层膜,现有涂层使用丙烯酸树脂存在黄变开裂老化失效的问题,长期在超过80℃的环境下使用,容易产生黄变现象,层与层之间的连接力较弱,容易脱落。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷,提供一种太阳能光伏电池组件用透明涂层。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:这种太阳能光伏电池组件用透明涂层所述透明涂层,由以下重量份组成:
共聚聚乙烯 50~95份
硅烷接枝聚乙烯 40~65份
硅烷化合物 0.1~0.8份
丙烯酸甲酯 40~65份
甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 10~50份
抗紫外线剂 0.1~5份
抗氧剂 0.3~3份
稳定剂 5~10份
功能性填料 0~4份。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述稳定剂为由稀土元素的羧酸盐或脂肪酸盐组成。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述功能性填料选自钛白粉、滑石粉、碳黑、云母粉和金刚石粉中的一种或多种的混合物。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述透明涂层,由以下重量份组成:
共聚聚乙烯 55份
硅烷接枝聚乙烯 50份
硅烷化合物 0.3份
丙烯酸甲酯 45份
甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 15份
抗紫外线剂 2份
抗氧剂 1份
稳定剂 6份
功能性填料 2份。

共聚聚乙烯 80份
硅烷接枝聚乙烯 40份
硅烷化合物 0.7份
丙烯酸甲酯 58份
甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 35份
抗紫外线剂 4份
抗氧剂 2.6份
稳定剂 6份
功能性填料 3份。

本发明的有益效果是:这种太阳能光伏电池组件用透明涂层可以达到高透明的效果,稀土元素的稳定剂具有吸收紫外线,放出可见光的特性,进一步减少了紫外线对树脂分子的破坏,可以改善户外老化性能。

稳定剂为由稀土元素的羧酸盐或脂肪酸盐组成。稀土元素的稳定剂具有吸收紫外线,放出可见光的特性,进一步减少了紫外线对树脂分子的破坏,可以改善户外老化性能。
功能性填料选自钛白粉、滑石粉、碳黑、云母粉和金刚石粉中的一种或多种的混合物。
丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的加入可以保证高透明性,
